useless delivery service all ways messing my orders up

no milkshakes, no selects, but i was still charged for them!

It didn’t arrive. I messaged the driver to tell him he was on the wrong street and he still delivered it to the wrong address knowing he was in the wrong place! I’m awaiting a refund

food was cold when it arrived, went in the bin to be honest. not the couriers fault but deffo MacDonalds

The shop took nearly an hour to process my order would of been quicker going somewhere that makes it from scratch as freezing and rubbish by time it came the poor drivers must spend all the time waiting in McDonald’s for the orders

I ordered a medium oasis and a small coke and medium coke but when my order arrived it was a small and medium oasis instead of a small coke

Delivery driver was lovely and apologised for the late delivery. Food arrived so cold it had to be reheated.

The expected delivery time kept going down 1 or 2 mins then up 5 so as you can tell the food was cold and the McFlurrys were liquid

Order was not delivered at all ! Absolutely disgrace

So late . Chips stale and cold. Orders at 9.15 delivered at 10.45 (stated 20-30 min delivery ) . Driver then drive around my estate in circles even though I had my location pinned.

food turned up cold, cold chips and slightly warm burger, clearly been stood on counter for ages. The order time 25-30 mins according to app, took 45 mins to turn up.

food ordered at 0730 for 0830 turned up at 1030 and was ice cold. driver lied about ringing and blamed restaurant. also tried to blame me for not answering a door when he turned up at my back gate no where near door

We had to reject the food as the drink had spilled all over the food and it was inedible

Yet again no sauces, don’t know how they can forget them every time when it’s all wrote down for them. Also ordered a chilli cheese burger and got sent a normal one. They really need to start checking orders properly because every time there is an issue with something.

2hrs late, missing items, items that did arrive were stone cold!! Rang the restaurant about missing items, and the ‘manager’ had an awful attitude. Didn’t apologise for missing items, just said ‘the machine broke 5 mins ago, nothing we can do’ all well and good if we hadnt ordered 2 hrs prior and been told it was on route with the courier when we had rang 20 minutes earlier. Manager stated staff member who said that ‘must have went home’ but not his problem. Awful food, awful customer service

Don’t know why anyone bothers to order from here, the food is consistently stone cold, this surely needs investigated as it’s unsafe for it to be cooked down in sweaty paper bags

apsolutely ridiculous service! gave me the total wrong order and gave me somebody else’s food.

Very unacceptable. Ordered at 6:25pm and my food decided to show up at 8:35pm after I tried to cancel it multiple times. My 9 year old son sat waiting for his tea because of the sheer incompetence this place has. I ordered the same food from Kingston Park and within 20 minutes my food was on it's way. Ridiculous and vile this restaurant is. They don't even answer the phone whatsoever not take customer satisfaction seriously. Delivery driver from Kingston Park just said he avoids West Denton.

Appalling! Almost 2 hours to deliver, I could have walked in less than 5 minutes, if I'd not had sleeping children! Kept changing delivery time. No option to cancel and nobody answering the phone... Diabolical customer service. West Denton branch is within a doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced, GLOBALLY!

Oder kept on being pushed back saying it was waiting on it being prepared, then when it arrived, it come freezing cold, only thing that was alright was the chicken strips, the burger, fries and cheese dippers were stone cold. Don’t know how this is even possible if the whole reason the oder was pushed back was due to it being prepared it was far from just cooked. Worst oder iv ever had.

The delivery driver was outstanding McDonald’s sent wrong order and he went back straight away and rectified it McDonald’s are disgustingly but well done to your delivery driver he deserves a medal

Ordered breakfast at 07:10 to be delivered at 08:15 but did not receive it till 08:45 food was warm though. But still not the point!

could never give 5 stars for the food it's always just lukewarm, but if you want hot go and get it yourself and eat in. having it delivered is same as you taking away to eat at home, ot will always be lukewarm or cold by the time you get there. Much improved though from previous orders and nice friendly delivery driver.

Every time I order there is either food missing or the complete wrong items get delivered. It’s not that hard to read the order. I don’t understand how this keeps happening. I even rang up to tell them. Food was delivered and the bag was opened.

Completely wrong order delivered , received someone else’s order , which couldn’t be more different to what I actually ordered plus cost much less , and to top it off it’s freezing cold , have had to reorder so I better get a full refund for this original order

After waiting 2 hours I called the restaurant to see where my order was. It had been sat waiting for 1.5 hours and they were waiting for a driver to arrive. Their app said the driver was 3 minutes away. That was 30 minutes ago. Never came!
