My chicken nuggets was missing 20 pack

Never arrived. Tipped courier too😭

The driver had many deliveries before mine and took the long way. Food was freezing

Order made at 8pm. Estimated delivery was 25-30 minutes. Arrived at 9:05. Clearly had been prepared a left. Food was cold and dry, fizzy drinks flat and McFlurry was just melted cream and inedible.

Delivery driver was friendly and polite

It arrived very late and my drinks were spilt I’m not happy at all because this caused my food to be soaked

I've paid for sauce and not delivered this is everytime with this macdonalds it's a joke!!

Estimated time kept getting pushed back, understandable if they are busy but I couldn’t cancel. Reordered from somewhere else then the original order turned up 2 hours after it was ordered.

My McFlurry was a very small potion size bit of a joke really. My chips were also cold when they arrived very disappointing

Driver couldn’t find my address for ages meaning the food came absolutely freezing, uneatable and Ice cream had melted!

We could not eat any of the food , it arrived with a huge gaping hole in the top of the bag where all the food was exposed, really disappointing when we use this restaurant all of the time.

A just don’t ever get me head round a McDonald’s delivered to ya house? Ya orders clearly printed on a big white label what yiv ordered&what’s in the bag,but every time thes something missing,or half a meal,no sauces or pop. Fuming its every time 😤

when you place an order for food and pay for the food you order, it would be nice to get the food that you ordered and paid for.....items missing from order....again

All the time I come at this McDonald's the employees always take at least 20 min no matter what you are ordered. Always gives you very cold fries never ever got a tissue. Night shift it is a joke. If you can not work at nights then might as well close it.

Food could be hotter but everything was warm enough and edible. Sauces which you are now charged for missing and no straws provided. No issues with delivery driver. Nothing bad about today’s order, just a bit more attention needed

sauces!!!! what is your problem with not putting sauces in a bag macdonalds and now it's even worse you charge me for them and I still don't get them. frustrating 2 the max!!

Pathetic service brought the completely wrong order

My order was cold .. the oions on the burgers were burnt and the ice cream was melted

I ordered a caramel late and it came cold, I went to tell them and they made another one, it took a while too and guess what?

order very late kids starving had to get my friend from his house to ring up mcdonald’s who were very helpful and they said order been here long time but no pick up from driver which my friend drove up for woman in mcds to say delivery just left with lady driver for my friend to turn up at my house with delivery woman ariving just after, so we open bag and it was freezing with the delivery woman felt so guilty nearly crying saying she was waiting for food but at the end of the day i’m not happy

My order says delivered but has not being delivered to my address I’ve tried contacting the shop and can’t get no answer what can I do?

I’d like some sort of refunding issued never usally have a problem but burgers weren’t even in the wrappers properly. Were freezing cold MISSING drink! Nearly £15 for 2 cold McMuffins !

Delivery was on time however food arrived cold and the Large iced latte I ordered was not even half a cup full, therefore I had 3 sips and it was gone giving that the half a cup that was there was practically just ice . I bought a chicken share box and 4 bbq dips and large fries , it came to just shy of £13 which is more expensive than my local Indian or Chinese or fish n chip restaurant. I waited several minutes for my order so I thought great freshly cooked , I took it out to my car and started on the fries right away only to find they were cold and like rubber , I ate one of the chicken nuggets and they were excellent freshly cooked and hot , the chicken selects however were cold and so rubbery I couldn't even bite them . APPALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice guy I would hardly recommend him
