McDonald's in Newcastle upon Tyne

Would give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely terrible. Food is inedible. Service is so slow. I would be embarrassed if i worked/managed here

Terrible experience with Uber Eats. I placed an order, waited patiently, and then out of nowhere, they canceled it without any explanation. No warning, no apology—just gone. Not only did this waste my time, but it also left me without a meal when I needed it. To make things worse, the refund process is slow and frustrating. Customer service is practically useless, offering generic responses with no real help. This is not the first time Uber Eats has messed up, but it will definitely be the last time I use their service. Completely unreliable and disappointing. If you’re hungry and actually want your food to arrive, do yourself a favor and use another delivery service.

Sausage and egg muffins tasted and looked like it was made last week

Food was cold and grim, forgot to give syrup and forks to eat pancakes with.

food was freezing cold looked like it was just throwed in the bag without a care in the world chips were soggy like they had been there all day most likely the fact it said the were preparing the order for about a half an hour burgers were just slapped together only decent thing a can complement is the drinks and the delivery driver the rest was a just an utter joke

There was a large tare in the bag and the chips were freezing cold . Burger was cold chicken nuggets were slightly warm . I never ate the chips or burger extremely disappointed.

Actually i order yesterday night 2 mcplant meals from deliveroo they took one hour to prepare my order and when i try to cancel the order deliveroo said i cant cancel and when i receive this order after almost 2 hours the food was freezing cold i mean this was reduculus.

The food was freezing! I reported it and the response was ‘sorry we can’t offer a refund’ not exactly very helpful and leaves no other options - the delivery was late but the driver was so so lovely! He told me he had been waiting to collect my order for ages but he was delayed due to an altercation at the restaurant. He said the police were called so nobody was handing out the food to the drivers! Not very happy.

How can one order be so bad, no straw no sauces no friends delivered, my drink was less than half empty but it hadn’t been spilt as the bag was dry, and worse my Big Mac had no pattys when I paid for extra

food looks like it was put into packaging with a catapult and they failed to include a straw for the milkshake and any dips whatsoever with the nuggets and chicken selects, not sure how inbred you need to be as to not be able to read from a list and then place in a bag.

There's nothing fast about this place anymore.. Every time I cave into the urge to get a light snack, later in the evening--the evening, on a weekday when it's not busy--the poor staff are presumably swarmed by all the people getting massive orders through Just Eat or McDelivery. Nobody ever do Maccie's runs anymore? This happens at a lot of the franchises now. Why can't McDonald's simply pay more people to look after different kinds of orders? It's very disappointing to see and it's not the staff's fault. McDonald's the extremely large corporation needs to address this instead of wasting money and research on pretending to make their burgers nicer. I'm now stuck in a drive-thru queue after already paying for my order. They should switch it to payment after service so we have the choice to ditch if we decide we don't want to wait all night for cheap food. Update: I finally got my order (a katsu wrap) and it was crap. It had probably been sat out half the time I was waiting, so it was barely warm. Barely tasted of anything. Absolutely dreadful. Stop messing your customers around and get your act together. McDonald's is trash, but satisfying trash. This was just trash. It's now past midnight. I was hoping to do a quick run on the way home and get in before midnight. So now my night's been thrown off by this lousy place. Not gonna bother for some time if I can help it.

The delivery driver picked up more than one order from the restaurant this led to our order being dropped off second and resulted in our food being cold. When the delivery driver arrived at the door he then threw his phone into the doorway as he was handing over the food

I cannot take it any longer with this moronic McDonald's. I swear on my children that every order I have ever recieved in the past 5 years has been wrong. I have had enough of this place. Definitely the worst McDonalds in the UK. If not the world. Ordered 9 Chicken selects with dips and got 18 chicken nuggets with zero dips. As a driver covering the whole of the UK, this has got to be the worst McDonald's in the whole country. Since it was shut a few years ago for refurbishment, it is never recovered. No matter what time of day you go, there's a queue. No matter how many people there are. There is a queue no matter what point of the drive-thru you're at. There will also be a queue at the other end. Today I ordered two cheeseburger happy meals, there was literally no one else in the drive thru and the restaurant was pretty dead and I was told to go and park up. 10 minutes later and a drive through carpark of 2 bays now harbouring 6 cars and I had to get out and go inside to see what the hold up was. It is definitely faster to drive up the road to Kingston park and get served there.

ordered a mighty muffin meal, double sausage and egg meal, pancakes and syrup meal. they forgot the mighty muffin, forgot the syrup and didn't put enough straws in. whenever I order more than one meal they haven't got a clue.
