Slowest fast food ever, don’t bother

Possibly the worst McDonalds you will ever visit. The food is rotten, they always forget to out items in the bag and the staff are just completely useless. AVOID!

Just poor Recently moved into the area so went to my new local Maccies, ordered 2 large meals. Large meal 1 was fine, Little cold but no actual issue. Meal 2, missing the fries outright, large milkshake half full, clean lid so nothing spilled in the car. Chicken mcrispy had no cheese, a slice of bacon, no sauce, nothing. Was just a bread and a somehow spicy? Chicken patty on the burger. The single cheeseburger ordered was fine to

Slow dirty rude. Will not be coming again

McDonald’s gave me a wrap that was from a previous order from over an hour previously even though I went through the drive through. The chicken was stone cold,inedible. The salad was black and wilted. The wrap itself was a hard shell and just crumbled. When I went back was faced by a manager that said she couldn’t do anything and when I asked for head offices number they provided me with a unrecognised number then went back a third time and just gave me the McDonald’s number not head office. The dangers they subjected me have been horrific especially 4 months pregnant I haven’t stopped being sick since. I wish I could add the video of the wrap being like a brick. Disgusting.

Poor services cold food Not good at all

Missing order for table service more than 30 minutes.

So slow , nobody seems to have any urgency about getting orders out in a timely manner, will avoid this one in the future

Food was cold even though it was delivered really fast, restaurant didn’t give straws or sauces even the purchased one. Delivery driver was great, good quality not so much.

I didn’t receive my food but I have been charged!!! rang the restaurant they said no driver came to pick up the order!

they kept changing the times then I tried to cancell it so I could re order I re ordered them got s message that the 1st was on its way so cancelled the other one the food came it was all freezing cold had to put everything in the oven to heat up and had to even put the bun in as it was soggy so don't know how long the food was put there till it got delivered I won't be using that mcdonalds again will go elsewhere

arrived stone cold after constantly changing delivery times for over and hour. driver delivered three miles down the road before bringing my delivery. never again

Shocking 4 chips in a happy meal didn’t get the veggie dippers food freezing cold 50.00 on order and not 1 of us got a straw

All our drinks were missing from the order, then when I opened our order, I had a very upset 6 year old whose chicken nuggets were missing. Had reorder, paying more for delivery than the nuggets. 😭

food was stone cold, how it takes iver a hour to make, package it up and then deliver to a house that's less than 2 mile away from the establishment.

Kept changing delivery time then items missing not good

everything was cold, everything had looked like a bomb had exploaded in the bag as everything was all over, drink was also half full, and the two double cheeseburgers had been squashed. Very disappointed and would like my money back !

Ordered a delivery which was over an hour late. When it did eventually get here half of the otdervwad missing and what did arrive was freezing cold. Will never order from here again

waited over 2 1/2 hours for food? to be delivered with cold chips, and just warm burgers, with no dips, supposed to be fast food , but think it's actually a joke,very disappointing after wait.I won't be ordering again, I did try ring to see were my order was with no one answer phone , great customer service(not).

My food was 30 minutes late because the driver went the wrong way as I seen on the map, he went from your west Denton McDonald’s along west Denton way towards Morrisons clearly got lost. And then he went back towards your west Denton McDonald’s and then came through westerhope to mine at ne5 4AD. The food was cold the chips were freezing and stale unsalted and half a box of chips???! Please tell me how or why this is ACCEPTABLE for paying customers. Your restaurant is an absolute shambles!!!!!!!

Disappointing Experience We visited McDonald's today hoping to dine in, but unfortunately, they were only offering takeaway. We placed an order and waited for 15 minutes before asking for an update. They told us it would take over 30 minutes more, so we decided to cancel. Later, we realized we had forgotten my daughter's toy and returned within 5 minutes. To our surprise, the display screen was already showing order numbers like 56, 57, 62, 63, etc., while our order number, 58, was skipped entirely. It was clear they weren’t being truthful about the wait time. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Hoping for better transparency and efficiency in the future.

Missing multiple items, always seems to be this type of service from this McDonald's - hopefully training etc can address this

Order was sent to wrong address. Had a 2 hr wait for a delivery that was wrong as it was sent to another address.

Placed order at 6.09 my food came at 8.25 freezing cold. It was that cold I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. I had kids to feed and they’ve waited 2 hours for food to come cold so I’ve had to re order from a different restaurant. Taking over 200 plus orders is ridiculous I won’t be ordering again. In future I will be using uber eats instead of just eat because it’s an absolute disgrace.

They deliver quick but everytime they get every order wrong I would understand if it was just one or two but it’s everytime even when you go to the drive through it’s always getting the order wrong nonetheless

Food arrived fast and was still red hot, they actually listened to the amendments I made on my order so for that it’s 10/10
