Service unbelievably slow. Staff more interested in drive thru and uber eats.

Absolutely dire service. Something had happened as a load of orders didn't appear, after waiting an hour with no information I got my money back. They were busy but they should have either stopped taking orders or admitted there was a problem. The staff were just ignoring people, I had to actually go into the kitchen to demand my refund. Head office needs to have a look at the management of this branch.

Recently refurbished, very clean. However very busy with deliveroo drivers who seem to ignore the requests to wait for orders outside

quite nice food, really nice hot chocolate now.

The chips were good like them golden brown

Went in for a mcrib and it was so tasty the fries are also cooked perfect.

An absolute joke. Ordered a delivery and got the total wrong order delivered . When rang up to tell them I just got alot of cheek and then the phone hung up on me . So the family ended up with nothing as it went in the bin. Would definitely not recommend

Don't think they've got any staff that can read big mac missing sweet chilli chicken wrap got disgusting grilled chicken changed delivery time 4 times I could have walked there and back twice its been a long time since we got a correct delivery from the worst macdonalds I've ever used

Second time gave us the wrong food. We’ve been waiting for 40mins ,ordered double cheese burger only with ketchup, but came with everything, my daughter even didn’t eat it at all . And drinks always filled in half cup . Very disappointed!

Would seriously give it no stars if that was an option. Absolutely horrendous service, got the completely wrong order and it's a recurring problem of them missing stuff on orders as well. Such a waste of money, literally better off just eating somewhere else.

Ordered in the restaurant, 45 minute wait and ended up asking for a refund as food still not ready, place wasn’t even busy, staff just standing around looking clueless.

Went in for breakfast! Ordered quickly using the self service machines! Plenty of seating! Food arrived hot and quick! Easy access to the motorway as well! Was really busy in the evening but quiet for breakfast!

Pathetic excuse of a service. Ordered using Uber tonight 30th Sept 24. I had to call the uber driver and mcdonalds staff who were not very helpful to get my order. It took more than 2 hourse. What a pathetic service.

The food was over an hour late and it was ice cold when it got here. I needed to go out and meet the driver by his car in the road - not ideal.

Ordered at 4.32pm, given a delivery time of 4.45-4.50pm. It arrive until 5.55! When it came the food was clay cold, the burger had a time stamp sticker on of 4.53 so it had clearly been sat out waiting for nearly an hour! McFlurries had melted!

I ordered my food at 7pm and I didn’t receive my order as the time kept getting pushed back. Then I got home and went to bed and the order was trying to be delivered at near 10pm this is an absolute joke and personally unacceptable! I also lost the price of my meal as I never got it.

3 HOURS LATE . ordered at 19.45 after 2 hours I tried to cancel as my daughter was in bed. Rang McDonald's spoke to manager Emma who was so unhelpful and would not reject the order. she rudely hung up on me. 22.50 a knock on my door. Delivery driver with stone cold food. Over 3 hours is not acceptable. The just eat app is useless to cancel anything. I was eventually offered half my money back. Not acceptable as food is inedible.

Ordered food stated allocated a driver and kept refreshing the delivery time there was no option to cancel so had to send an email to Just Eat and as I did the food had suddenly been dispatched. The major has a sign that the food had been there for a while was the McFlurry had completely melted the ice in my Coke had melted the chips were stone cold. The nuggets were stone cold very poor poor delivery.

We ordered food to be delivered which they said it would be delivered between 30 to 45 minutes. 20 minutes into the delivery time, the EDT went up a minute every 5 minutes. We tried to ring the restaurant twice to find out what was happening but nobody picked up. We couldn’t track the delivery either. So gave up. 45 minute after the delivery time it arrived. The delivery guy was on a bike, the drinks were all spilt and all food was freezing cold. Not the delivery drivers fault but not satisfactory

I ordered my food at 6.40 and it was due for delivery at 7.05 and it came at 7.30. It kept updating and said it was due for delivery at 7.45 baring in mind this was 3 happy meals. So the simplest of orders.

Time kept getting changed. Ticket on food was made at 15:50 and didn’t arrive until 16:33 and was stone cold. Justeat need to sort their drivers out!

As usual & without fail, another McDonald's fails to bring up & maintain its standards with the food. I stopped by this branch just on the off chance to get a meal, choosing the quarter pounder with cheese meal, which took around 7-8 minutes to come, fairbplay they were obviously busy. My burger meat was in pieces as opposed to a full patty and only just luke warm, so I headed back to the counter to ask for another. I was waiting stood there like a pan of mince for a good 5 minutes before anybody asked what was the issue, all the while my fries going cold, and I asked for another burger. The replacement came to me in a half-heartedly folded bag with no explanation, no apology, in fact no words at all, it was just put on the counter and left. And of course, this burger too was only just above luke warm, but at least the patty was in one piece. It was also groaning under the weight of exactly 8 large pieces of gherkin instead of the regular few small slices, and by this time I was contemplating complaining, but given the relative youthful mind of the staff I'd dealt with I knew it would just fall on deaf ears, so I finished up & left. I'd not come back to this branch again.

Food arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes after the original estimated delivery time. Food arrived completely cold and did not meet the dietary requirements. Asked for one burger without pickles or onions due to an allergy, burger arrived with both inside.

2 hours late, food inedible. Understand it’s busy, but between just eat and McDonald’s, you should give your customers the opportunity to cancel said order after so long… the food had to go straight in the bin.. or even better, stop accepting orders if you’re struggling to keep up with demand

Every item on food was freezing cold! There used to be no way that food came 5 mins down the road from McDonald’s it felt like it had been in the freezer!! When I ordered items were meant to be here within 20 mins there is no way in this world after it being pushed back 5 times that the driver wasn’t out delivering other peoples orders, this is becoming a deeply disappointing delivery service!!!! Sort it out just eat!
