Kfc in Barnet

Awful service. Rude people. I went to store, ordered 3 meal deal. Came home it was 2 meals but drinks was 3. I explained this to manager, instead of apologising, she was rudely saying come with your receipt and collect missing burger. I was 20 minute drive, horrible traffic towards that side at 6pm. On top of this they have not give me my receipt. I asked if they can deliver. She refused that too. As a customer, I had paid but not get the meal. On top of that I have received rude reply from the manager. Awful. Will be making formal complain to head office. Number 1 they should give receipt regardless customer asks or not. Number 2 if they made mistake they should apologise Number 3 they should compensate their mistake, I shouldn’t be punish for their mistake. They all need training. Avoid if you could.

Avoid ordering online from KFC leytonstone. Any issues that come up KFC staff take no responsibility. Very unhelpful staff. No going above and beyond for customers here. Only interested inhaling your money.

Worse food, expensive, rubbish service, little portion for big money, their food is tasteless. I order food but quantity was so less, after spending almost £22 for 2 people, still we were hungry, very small portion, and their fries yuk.

It’s KFC. What else to say? Quick and friendly service open late (2am ?) Proper KFC, not “Southern” or similar.
