What the hell is this. Just look at the chicken it's been reheated so many times. Dry as oute. To top of no can of pop with my delivery. The franchise don't care.

We ordered at the drive through and leave 5 minutes away. We thought we would do this because if we order online it s always cold. When we arrived home food was cold yet again. McDonald’s Erith is shocking and just doesn’t care!! Next time we will eat in the car park and if it’s cold you will be getting it back.

Mighty Buckley was my favourite till I came here. They gave me the smallest portion for 9.99 are you mad. Eveytime I come here there is a problem with something. Staff need to be professional. There probably keeping the good bits to take home! Somone needs to visit this branch. I'm sick of it..

The piccolina puttana at the till was very nice. She served us very good, the supervisor at the frier was quite grumpy but I like that mistress attitude. Toilet were cleaning enough food was edible but i'm usually having tuna's can so mc Donalds was like the best xmas meal for me.

We ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket and it came all raw, tried to call the fastfood but no answer. We took the food and went back to them. The supervisor in charge of the shift didnt even come to speak with us and the front desk that delt with us was very rude and said they are doing us a favour. Now although we understand sometimes things go wrong the attitude was totally out of place. No customer skills, not even bothered to apologise or offer a drink or something as an apology. Never again KFC for us. I can't get my children sick and also be treated in this manner!!! Shame!! Rude and abusive!!!

Got more then we paid for today. 1 hair in our plant burger and one huge hair in a mcflurry! Absolutely disgusting. Please make sure you ALWAYS check your order before leaving as they never get it right.

No he tenido un McDonald’s durante años, así que realmente lo esperaba. Estaba amargamente decepcionado. La comida casi me tira por la ventana. Olvidaron mi bebida. No me ofrecieron salsa, así que tuve que preguntar. Lo peor, pero era la comida, oh Dios... estaba casi fría, patatas fritas no frescas, lechuga marrón empapada, la hamburguesa parecía suerte de haber sido atropellada, era tan plana. Bollos blancos baratos. Fue tan repugnante que solo pude comer un poco y luego me sentí mareada. Estoy sorprendido de que esto es lo que McDonald’s ha llegado a él en realidad solía ser bastante agradable.

One of the worst places I have had the misfortune to visit, terrible and disgusting experience, staff unable to take large order at till and then give attitude when I question why !! Oops could have been the no other customers that made them unavailable . Attitude of a female staff member mouthing off when I asked for management details and her name !! Random man got up telling me he was the manager … but not able to provide evidence to prove it but felt he had right to grab the napkin I was handed with the so called managers name on it … but hey end of the day lucky escape for us looking at the reviews .. young people and staff ending up ill is not a risk I’d take . Was told I was rude for insisting I want mangers details oh and for asking for hand wipe to clean my hand if I had to use their dirty self order machine … how appalling of me to make such a request !!! Nasty staff , nasty place …am I surprised there were no customers …. Mmmm Nooooooo . Oh sorry the so called Manager was the only customer 🤣 AVOID at all cost

I have enjoyed KFC for years but this will be my last. Food arrived cold and all internal packaging split down chips and chicken everywhere. 3 prices of chicken consisted of 2 legs and one small thigh. Absolute joke. The 2 hot wings were cold and let’s just say, tiny.

Was told we had to wait 45 minutes to just to be served, really come on KFC your really a fast food restaurant, Get a grip and sort this place out or just close it down. Rude staff telling us to wait 45 minutes to place a order. Well we never waited 45 minutes we just walked out

3rd time in my life and never again I’ve tried to like KFC I like chicken But how can a company that’s whole existence is to serve chicken do it so badly Tried the bucket of chicken was over cooked soggy flavourless. Chips were cold and boring too Soulless food

I placed an order via Just Eat who delivered to another address but who are now insisting It came to me We have video on our doorway but no person at all came here. Even so Just Eat are insisting they delivered it here. I want to see the proof they say they have but they have now closed the email customer svc sight used to send to me. At 95yrs I am unable to get out so have relied on this as an occasional treat but no more. It isn.t the money they refuse to return as much but the whole principal of it. I always found Just Eat here good but will no longer use them if it means going via Just Eat. Eileen
