KFC in Stockton-on-Tees

Got a ticket for bring 8mins over hour limit. I ate in KFC with my 2 children and new born, I also feed and changed my baby and this does take a long time I couldn't help that my baby doesn't take his milk faster so I was late to my car. Not knowing I had a 60min limit for eating in at KFC.. I will not be coming here again!!

That's it. Never again. Didn't get what we asked for. Luke warm chicken and cold soggy chips. It's very annoying because if it was correct and as advertised it would be lovely.

Utter waste of money chicken was covered in oil or whatever they used to cook it in, chips was stone cold , sides freezing, no taste in the food absolute sh*t.

What can I say I'll never eat from hear again they should be shut down permanently not only do they steel from you and con you if you order a bucket you get no breast just legs 3 times I ordered online just got 14 legs every time ordered in store twice all legs again and food doesn't even task like KFC and is greedy and horrible not to mention the place is scummy as hell dirty filthy place gog knows what germs are on your food and filth this is the tipe of place you can guarantee spit on your food maby even worse as seen in my photos of the toilets are this kind of a state years of neglect what state is the rest of it in I will also be spending my complaints into the franchise head office for investigation as well as sending onto health and safety and food hygiene for health inspection to be carried out human excrement every where blood and all sorts toilet brushes look years old covered caped embedded with human excitement baby changing covered in filth the works it's diabolical that a restaurant is this ban my recommendation is runaway never eat hear go to another place plenty of decent health places to eat in the area.

I ordered on line and then couldn’t check in when I got there and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. I eventually got my meal with the order no. The food itself was absolutely disgusting. The zinger burger was hard, and had no salad, the chips were cold, and the teriyaki bits tasted sour. I had been warned that the food was not good here and to steer clear. I wish I had listened

Was served burnt chicken last night and watery ice tea..bought drive thrue opened my food when was on A19 going Oxford to realise its un eatable..really disappointed..im a courier driver based in Oxford had a parcel to deliver in Stockton,after my delivery googled nearest kfc,wellington square was closest.only to be served with burnt chicken..Please never mess with a black man and his chicken!!!really disappointed

I ordered a Chicken Bucket this afternoon around 16:40-16:45 from this restaurant to eat in as i was absolutely starving and decided to come here for some food. And I was extremely disappointed as the Chicken that I ordered was plagued with grease as it covered the entire tray that I got given. The chicken was disgusting and tasted not cooked properly. I Didn't want finish all of it. A rip off for over 15 pound, the food should be at higher standard for customers. I don't recommend this KFC, I'd only go back if the food was produced to a higher standard for the price that I have to pay for it and not plagued with tons of grease.

i walked in and bought it at the counter and they were very polite and the customer service was good

My food order was delivered with half of it missing and after a phone call to the manager i was told to pay for more food and then they would deliver the missing food with the new order ,i was left with disabled children without there food because i couldnt find more money ,disgusting

Had a take away delivered from KFC, Wellington St, Stockton, it was awful, some parts of it were actually inedible. Boneless pieces of chicken were hard and crispy, very little chicken to actually eat once the tough coating had been removed. Gravy pots were less than half full at £1.59 each that’s a total ripoff. Fries were scrappy, bitty, very small portions and they were stone cold. Popcorn chicken was also cold- not even slightly warm. Whoever thought it was good idea to put ice cold cans of soft drinks in the same bag as hot food - Really ??? The food was a complete disappointment and a waste of money, leaving me wondering if the staff actually receive any training and is there any supervision in place, food of the standard we received should not have left the restaurant ( please note I use the term restaurant very loosely). KFC will probably blame Just Eat who delivered the sad offerings, however they delivered within 7 minutes of leaving premises and could not be responsible for overcooked pieces of chicken, half filled gravy pots, miserable portions of inferior standard of chips, nor would they be so dim witted as to put cold drinks in with supposedly hot food. KFC will not be getting any future custom from me or my family.

This was 1st taste of KFC. Different to where I would normally go for lunch, ok for fast food ,all of these look much the same

Save yourself! -get yourself some chicken nuggets and put a dip on them! really disappointed with what they have served up this time had to peel my forearms off the table - just flicking over with over used dirty duster doesn't cut the mustard

Came here today with my partner and used the drive through. Our wraps fell apart as soon as we took the packaging off, you could see there was no attempt of even trying to wrap them to a decent standard. If I had wanted messy food, I would have ordered greasy finger licking chicken etc!! Our tango was flat, it tasted more like water with a hint of orange. This unfortunately is a regular occurrence, my partner normally gets Pepsi / coke which ever they sell and even that’s normally flat. Our chips were wet (it wasn’t grease) and stuck to the packet which meant half of them stayed stuck to the packet. We live local to Stockton and we often used this KFC but not anymore after today. It seems like the standards have clearly slipped.

The food was amazing and they had sauce and napkins and the toilets were clean amazing and would come back again

Overall our experience here this time was much better. The tables were clean, and although a busy Friday teatime we only waited ten minutes before all our food was ready. The counter staff were efficient and our order, which was quite large was correct. Love the new fries, and the chicken as usual was well cooked. Much improved.

My daughter went with her friend after been swimming at 5.40 to be told by the BOUCERS on the door they were not allowed in unless they had someone over the age of the 18 with them who had ID.

Waited 15 minutes to be served then another 25 for one mega box thevsraff shouted " I need a megabox" around 20 times before serving it even tho it was there the whole time. The chicken was greasy and inedible. And the gravy was like water

I visited yesterday with family it’s just a shame that the girl behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever encountered because the food was actually spot on, appreciation to her that she was probably new and under stress but she got my order wrong 5 times and kept ignoring what I was telling her and going with what she ‘thought’ I wanted without listening, really cannot stand rudeness and if I hadn’t have been in such a hurry I would have made a complaint to the manager there and then. Over cooked chicken, burnt dry chips, no dips when asked for TWICE, coke given when lemonade asked for, slow service. KFC? Krappy F***ing Chicken.

This place is a joke. You can wait 20 minutes just to be served, it's not a one off either, it's every single time. Then you can wait another 20 minutes for food. It's so annoying. I would recommend you avoid this place.

It's not the first time and we won't be visiting again. Husband went and got a family bucket for 6 only to realise they had missed the chips out the 2bags. It's not the first time they have messed up orders too!

Let’s face it, KFC is a fast food outlet so I don’t expect much. I have used them on and off over the last few years and am always let down. More often than not the order is wrong, the food is not served fast and is often cold. Today’s fiasco was the outlet closed early as they had run out of fries, some three hours before they were due to close. Undeterred I drove 3 mile to visit another outlet only to find they had run out of hash browns.To add insult to injury the staff seem unable to handle any form of complaint. I have also tried previously only to find it had to be done online and nobody responds.To sum up just take heed of my title.

Decided to give KFC another chance after boycotting it for 12months, we were served on the drive in by a very happy, smiley young lady - things were looking promising we thought !

Called and got a take away meal of chicken strips and fries to eat at home. All I can say is it was disgraceful - wouldn't serve this to a dog. The chicken strips were cold, the famous batter/coating was tasteless and hard and the chicken tough as old boots - inedible. The chips at best were warm!. My guess is that as per usual with KFC you are getting food that has been cooked hours before and has been kept in a hot cabinet so it basically cold warmed up food - old food which makes it overcooked and not fit to eat. I would rather wait for food to be cooked fresh than be handed second hand food - well it will be a long time before I go back there and I would not recommend this KFC to buy food either for eating in or as a take-away. The worst meal I have had in a very very very long time ! Food kept warm like this especially chicken can not be good for you, nor can it be healthy - there must be a ton of bacteria flying around in food that is kept "warm" for so long that makes it inedible. My partner said the same as me he will never eat there or buy from there again.

Greasy to the point of exploding oil all over your mouth. Dripping in grease. Grey looking chicken with vile veins running throughout. Coating had dropped off and what was left was soggy. Dirty scruffy place

Didn't give us half the food we ordered. It was over cooked and overly greasy. Will not use this one again

No sé por qué sigo yendo a este para llevar, la comida es siempre por debajo del nivel! Hoy me dieron una gran comida para llevar a papá cuando abrí por las patatas fritas dos veces había sido oscuro y frío y patatas fritas kfc no son las mejores cuando son cocinadas de todos modos! ! La pieza de pollo había sido puesto en una freidora a calentar y fue recargado y nadando en grasa, además de la hamburguesa estaba duro! Nunca más que ahora, prefiero frijoles en una tostada! ! !

No han sido todavía aquí, realmente sólo tienen una hora de parking? Estábamos pensando en ir allí para una fiesta de cumpleaños para niños, quizás 8 coches, a unos 15 niños, con sus padres, 1 hora de ninguna manera lo suficientemente larga para esto, si estamos en la tienda de tener este partido, no sólo nos dan una hora? Tengo que investigar esto, parece un terrible establecer si este es el caso, gracias por avisar y envío. . . He clasificado promedio basado en los comentarios de la lectura.

Más decepcionado y muy molesto que he recibido una multa de aparcamiento por tener la audacia de aparcar en aparcamiento kfc comer allí,,,, porque yo estaba allí para más de 24 horas. asignado No ver las señales, pero debe estar ahí donde. Por suerte, espero, yo aún tenía el recibo de KFC, así con suerte de apelación contra cargos es cancelado. Será mi última visita a este KFC

Hmmm, nunca usamos este lugar para trodat. Después de esperar 21 minutos por una simple orden en un restaurante más capacidad. Me acordé de por qué.

El 10 cumpleaños de chico año viejo insistió en KFC, patinaje sobre hielo. A nuestra llegada, el cuatro años necesitaba el inodoro (como siempre), la segunda abrimos la puerta que conduce a las señoras, caballeros y aseos minusválidos el olor me ataca! ! ! Había señales de advertencia amarillo de plástico en el inodoro, así que obviamente puertas alguien era consciente del problema, las señales estaban realmente innecesario, ya que una vez la puerta se abrió una fracción - Bang - el olor era ser apabullante mal. No esperando para averiguar la causa nos fuimos inmediatamente, de ninguna manera lo que contemplar nada para comer conectado a esa terrible olor.

The worst KFC in the Teesside Area. I visit regularly because of work and I hate this place, would never go back if I didn't have to. Staff is usually moody, hardly ever smile. Even though it's supposed to be a fast food, I usually wait for food about 20min. 80% of the time they get the order wrong as well, so always have to check straight away. Avoid!!

foods usually ok service can be pretty slow at times esp if one particular senior staff member is on duty orders often wrong but a;lways rectified

My friend and I ordered 2 kris hems and an ice cream. We waited almost 15 minutes before we were told they had no ice cream left and didn't even offer a refund. They really needed to hurry up because it took 10 minutes for someone to come at the till alone I will not be returning

good for the kids and a junk food pig out!! the service is very different but all this types of places are working on a Agros serving and collecting patten now.

I'll keep this short and sweet as it is a fast food joint after all. Purchased a 'big daddy' box meal - chips were soggy and cold - burger was dripping in mayonnaise- chicken was so soaked in grease that it was unreal and inedible. AWFUL

This has to be the worst kfc in the chain might have had a facelift but staff still as poor, customer service non existent even to the point of forgetting they took your order as soon as they took your money : advice (avoid at all costs)

Borkkkk omg I have not had kfc in such a long time, and believe me will never ever again buy it from this store, chicken twister meal hot chocolate with out the hot or chocolate just some pale coloured liquid that tasted like cleaning fluid. Chicken was over cooked or re fried like chewing a bouncey ball. Chips where cold hard dried up. So disappointed. Will Deffo spend my hard earned cash else where. Place shouldn't be aloud to serve this filth to paying customers it even by passed the dog and straight in the bin.

Cold over cooked chicken accompanied by stone cold fries, slimy coleslaw and no cutlery or plates with the family box. The colonel would be demoting the chef at this place

It's not that hard for a global company like KFC to get the hoover out and some disinfectant spray and make this particular branch at least somewhere which doesn't make your skin crawl.On visiting there this evening, the first thing that hit me was the stale smell of milk, the rubbish strewn all over the carpet in the foyer and the sticky doors, which I was loathed to put my hands on, as I had no where to wipe them afterwards.On entering the main restaurant, the tables were littered with empty cartons and chips strewn across the tables...On the main doors are huge, not particularly welcoming instructions in HUGE letter - which say Push/Pull - where as the actual point of sale on the boards behind the counter are in very small print and there is endless information, which customers - really can't be bothered to read. The marketing team need to have a serious re-think about how they present their menus and simplify them for the average customer. If you have poor vision, or are not particularly adept at knowing the difference between 10 zinger wings or a bargain bucket, then the menus are not user friendly.The counter was stiiiickyyyy and I was not that keen to put my bag down to get my purse out.This particular branch has a drive through and the voices of the customers in cars, placing their orders, was booming across the restaurant. Why we would need to hear their orders while placing our own is a mystery???? Prices, prices, prices...The pricing structure for on the menus is poor and unclear. I wasn't even sure if I could order a meal rather than just chicken - this needs to be simplified for the public.The young girl who served me was pleasant enough, but ceremoniously dumped my two milkshakes down in front of me and then put the take away bag down next to it. On looking in the bag - I could see that all the heat was escaping from the bucket of chicken, as the lid wasnt on properly and how she thought I was going to carry the bag, my bag and two milkshakes down the valley of sticky foyer doors and out to the car was unclear. So eventually, she gave me a small cup holder.I left the restaurant, having taken a closer look at the sticky, carpet in the foyer and the tomato sauce covered door, to come to the conclusion that it hadn't see a vacuum cleaner for days. Walking to my car, there were empty cartons and serviettes strewn across the car park - not to mention, the local boy racers in their suped up Ford Fiestas, revving their engines and music blaring and wondered how this could be described as a family restaurant.Local businesses have to jump through hoops to fullfill Stockton Council's star ratings and I am wondering how on earth this branch has even come close to passing.Soggy Chips, Cold Chicken and something that I thought was a milk shake, turned out to be chocolate powder, mixed with ice cubes... £16.00 for the experience...I'm afraid that basic cleanliness comes fairly high on any sort of restaurant, whether eating in, or taking out. A large company like this should be doing much better.I will not be back I'm afraid - sorry KFC, either get a private company to come in and do the cleaning during the day, or train your branch managers to bring the cleanliness quality up to a reasonable standard.

Had lunch here after a morning's shopping. Service was fast and friendly. The food was excellent as most KFC's are. Enjoyable visit - would use again.

staff are so unwelcoming, will never visit again, tables have left over rubbish on. I have been twice and both times had to clean the table to sit down, The chips are always warm not hot. NEVER have beans.
