Went with my family, bought food, Staff is not trained, they refused us to use the toilet, apparently it's out of order, but whilst we were sitting there they open the toilet for another customer to use, disappointing behaviour

They don’t have ice cream for 2 or 3 weeks, and when you ask something they just apologize..if you ask them when they will have, you can’t have a answer..👎🏻👎🏻

Had a drive thru meal. Absolutely awful! Not fresh, tiny pieces (drumstick looked like a wing!), bland, and pale, soggy skin! Chips were no better. I will not be going there again, even if the drive thru is convenient.

Chips almost like card board. Chicken cold stale so so vile. Felt sick after eating it no fresh food being cooked at all.

Ordered a delivery off the menu and got a lucky dip! Wrong drinks, sides and mains! Don’t bother as what we did get was awful!

I was the only person in here for lunch, they had one single online order and it took them 15 minutes to give me my food, then gave me a warm coke, this isn’t fast food, it’s frustrating when the staff are not even motivated, do your job effectively or quit pls

Staff extremely slow and have terrible customer service. Drive thru queue so long waited for 45mins till we could order. Never come to this branch, their standard is way below average and unacceptable

Absolutely disgraceful quality, items missing, food stale and dry or often over oily. Premises are filthy. Chicken is if substandard and not meeting kfc minimum standards. This franchise needs to be revoked!!!!KFC Head office are taking no notice.

After a long day at work we decided to go for kfc .. we did understand that they don’t have much staff left because it was end of the shift for them as well but when I reached home and opened my food “ zinger box meal “ guess what?! There is no zinger burger there was some vegan staff, i did try to contact them but they didn’t pick up the phone. Before they were ok but now their service is horrible. Not going back anymore.

This is the worse restaurant where i have been eating un my hole Life because I went to eat there and the chips was cole and sogy, the burger was with just two small pieces without sauce and the cuality of every thing was in a bad conditiones sorry but I never gonna come back there for my has to be close because It is not normal to give to someone food like that. I invite to everyone to go to another brunch.

Used Uber eats. The gentleman read our directions and brought our food in a timely fashion . Do wish it could have been a little warmer

I ordered a zinger meal deal. The zinger was over cooked burnt and dry. The wings were oily. No spoons given to eat our beans with. So annoying!!!!!! This place is so hit and miss. Terrible food quality. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Ordered take away today, the food was freezing cold. Gravy tasted like water. Missing two of our meals with our order. Terrible service never going there again. Worse KFC in Harrow.

I visited the Northolt Road branch today (5/8/20) to buy a takeaway and found the service very unfriendly (female staff). There was another customer there waiting for her order, NOT wearing a mask, when I questioned the staff about how come that customer was being served without a mask, she just shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something at me. It doesn't cost anything to be polite and friendly - maybe they need customer service training???

Having waited in what can only be described as the most dangerous queue Ever -lined up between the pavement and a busy main road- for 45 minutes, we eventually got to the drive thru monitor. The lady (who seemed like the manager) was swearing on the monitor- something about no F*** fries... We asked for our first order and were told that they had run out of everything apart from strips and popcorn chicken. It would have been helpful to be told (when the workers were coming out to control the dangerous car situation) that they had basically run out of food.Absolutely disgraceful service and a dangerous, long waiting game. I would have expected much better from such a well known company. Will not be going again!

Went into this restaurant which was 20 mins from my location arrived to a dirty restaurant food all over table bins full told the my order number to which a member off staff said we don't have that food order because our ticket machine don't work so all just eat and deliveroo order have not been received waited a further 20 mins still no food would not recommend you order on just eat or deliveroo will be waiting min 40 mins plus paying 20% more than you would if you went there yourself added to my reject list

Went here with family and all the tables were dirty! Had to ask the staff twice to get a table cleaned before we even thought about sitting down! Then ordered the new spicy chicken with buffalo sauce and these were disgusting. The rest of the food was sub-standard. Always prefer McDonalds and going to KFC reinforces why McDonalds always destroys KFC!

Warm drinks, cold food, soggy chips. The place is not clean even at lunch time when they open 1 hour before. This is not what I expect from KFC. Smells of deceased rodent by the side door leading to the car park. Will not be returning.

Terrible. Food was cold. Drinks were warm. Staff were rude. Didn’t apologise for the drinks. Bad smell of dead rodent near the toilets. Had to move seats. Not as good as it was before the refurb.

I went there with my kids yesterday and ordered a family bucket The chips were soggy chicken not bad But asked for mayo they said we have runout serviettes run out . customers service really bad because the lady on the counter could hardly understood what I was saying. poor English I felt bad for her but it wasn’t her fault The toilets wereextremely dirty not good experienced

Saturday evening waited In car when a miserable women opened the window and gave me my food.Never mentioned my drinks. She walked away and left me waiting in the car for another 10 minutes while food was going cold. She eventually saw me looked at the till and then went to get one of my drinks (milkshake) and came back with it half filled. I then said what about the other drink which was a Fanta, she went to go and get it. I said thanks can I have my receipt, she then said the printer was broken and I said whilst I have been sitting here waiting (long time) the till has been printing out loads of receipts. She eventually reluctantly printed my receipt xWish I had not bothered going there in the end because the food quality is terrible, small pieces of dried out chicken, soggy chips and half filled drinks .

just now It was the worst chicken I have ever had, the chicken was soggy and did not taste as KFC should. It seems KFC are not bothered about the store, probably company owned not franchised.

This KFC has hardly any items available for purchase and we are met with rude ignorant employees. The cleanliness is an absolute joke. Poor customer service by people who either have no idea what they are doing or they simply don't care. By far one of the worst I've been to.

Literally waited almost an hour in the drive thru to be told the hold up was because of an unhappy customer who had a cold burger. Unsurprisingly had the same issue with cold chips and chicken. To top it off I ordered gravy at the machine and 45mins later when I finally picked up my order I was told gravy had run out and there's nothing they could do about it. Total shambles- the manager refused to speak to me and the staff don't care about customer service. Will not be going here again

On approaching the drive thru I noticed a sign saying ‘Cash only due to technical problems’. There was no one to welcome or to take the order until I started calling out for service. The chap who took my order could barely be understood. My order then arrived but no drink. When I asked where my drink was I was told there were no soft drinks or water and given a choice of another side or 7 up! I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t be clear at the point of ordering. How long will it take before they sort out their food and technical problems and staffing issues??? I got home only to find the meal was incomplete! Avoid this place!

I have never eaten such bad chicken in my life the chicken was fried about ten times and the chicken tasted of rubber. Such a joke of a take out place never ever eat here again. I have made a call to environmental health to take a trip to kfc harrow Weald as this is out of order. To top it off bad food and reduced menu hahaha what a joke

I have two big issues with this place;

Words can hardly describe this terrible excuse of a kfc.

Family & Friends throughly zing with excitement when it's mentioned; And the children always eat everything !!!!

Branch have recently being refurbished, much improved and warm experience. Kids are big fan of zinger burger and wings. Overall great experience. Also this is the nearest halal KFC from our place.

If you ever want to buy your lunch from this place I strongly advise you to check your order before you go...

It was my first time in KFC I order 2 burger and hot wings and 3 pieces of chicken when I came home I dint fine my burger so I went back they said you forgot here and I said did I pack my order no you did I couldn't believe he was blaming me I would never go back

Surely the whole point of a KFC is that the service is quick and the food reliable. This KFC provides neither. Slow service and when eventually served, the wrong order. A great advert for healthy eating and home cooking.

Voy a este KFC regularmente como esta rama está bien con el cambio en sus artículos, mientras que otras ramas cubos de ganga se niegan a cambiar las patatas fritas a col. El pollo es siempre caliente y sabrosa y es genial cuando no tienes...

Este KFC siempre está lleno, hay un montón de niños escolares después de la escuela, pero ve aquí incluso después de que está ocupado. El sabor de la comida y bebidas para la larga cola, por las palomitas de pollo es para morirse, las patatas...

Very popular takeaway, busy with drive through. can take time to get served.but worth the wait.Car parking difficult (only a few spaces) so if eating on site. something to think about.

Everytime I visit, terrible service, very slow! Twice been told to wait 10mins for chicken to cook at the DRIVE THROUGH! Kind of defeats the object I would say of a drive through! Never an apology either! If there was a closer KFC I would definitely be going to that one instead! KFC sort your staff and management out, its an embarrassment!!!!!

Just so slow as always. They need more staff and much better service. Do senior managers visit when busy like a Sunday. No for sure

I popped in here after a shopping trip on the way home from Watford. For a simple meal I had to wait just over 10minutes. When I enquired about my meal afterwards I was told to wait 3 minutes whilst they heat the fries. Nothing seemed co-ordinated in the kitchen at all. I should have seen the warning signs when I walked into the place as it was completely empty.I rarely do fast food joints but my god - bring back the 90's when this franchise was booming and actually run properly.

The rude staff looked like they were about to up and walk out. A fast food outlet with nothing ready? We waited 10 minutes for a greasy mess!

How hard is it???? There were 2 fries missing and a popcorn chicken missing from our order. I asked for the fries to be reheated as they were freezing and they all started talking in bloody Punjabi or something while the guy on the fryer egabe me stink eye. Deplorable service. The gravy is a gelatinous mess!! How can things be cold when you have been opened up for 15 minutes!????? NEVER AGAIN!!

Missed lunch and needed to feed the little one. Ghastly. Rude staff, slow staff, dirty restaurant. Incomprehensible menu and prices. Don't think you can ask for anything not on a set menu without a lot of sucking of teeth. Haven't been in a restaurant as bad as this since a wimpys in Wales in the 90s. Seriously go McD's!
