Nice classic Burgers, appreciated the service

We went to that place a few weeks back as we heard they do really nice burgers. It was worth the drive from luton. As we ordered Spicy Mexican chicken burger, it was crispy and so delicious that words cannot do justice. Definitely try this again

After a heavy lunch during the day, I really wanted something simple and quick for dinner. What could be simpler than a takeaway bag of chips? I ordered some for £2.99 of which I was also kindly provided a portion of BBQ sauce for free. The portion of the chips was fair, the taste of the BBQ sauce was very average and had a slight tanginess to its taste, however, in general, underwhelming. I must say in their fairness, they did not charge me for it. All in all, will venture back to try their sweet potato fries which did cost a bit more. They should work on developing the BBQ sauce in terms of improvement.

The burgers are amazing, and the staff was exceptionally helpful.

I ordered just two items an apple juice and a snickers milk shake. They didn’t send a straw which is absolutely ridiculous! I can’t open the milkshake to drink it because it comes up over where the lid opens and will go everywhere. I phoned up and spoke to them to complain at the Stoke Newington branch where I ordered and asked them to send me a straw. I was told I was being difficult by the guy on the phone because I refused to buy a dip and pay for another delivery just to get a straw, that’s on top of wasting over £5 on a milkshake I can’t drink, but they didn’t want to pay for a delivery. I don’t have a sink where I’m staying and it’s poring with rain outside so I can’t open it or it will make a serious mess. That’s absolutely disgusting! I’m never ordering from them again the rude disgusting idiot! How dare he speak to me like that. They have no class no respect for their customers and are extremely rude, expecting me to spend more money to cover their idiotic mistakes and then insulting me for refusing!

The image speaks for itself the burger wasn’t good, it was tasteless and the burger was grey inside usually it’s known to be good but it wasn’t this time unfortunately

Myself and my freinds came to cheatmeals in Borehamwood, and in my freinds words “I will be rating this highhhhh” The food was fresh and delicious- we got the Mango Habanero and Smokey BBQ - Both came hot fresh and amazing! All this led do 2 very happy customers !!!! Would recommend

The guy serving me did not speak any English. He actually said he did not understand me when I ordered a set menu! BBQ and spicy burger not bad Chips were stale again Manager came and sorted it out. Hopefully they will be able to communicate better next time. Oh yah. There was a drain fry on the walls near the kitchen. May have to pass next time. Ever always only 1!

We come here regularly as a family for their crazy cheese burger which is absolutely delicious. Burgers are a good size and we always get a good portion of chips. I would say that the sauce pots that you need to purchase are quite small for the price.

The quality leaves a lot to be desired, but I give the workers 5 stars

I went in expecting a mediocre experience, but the young girl with a pony tail at the till was extrermely polite and considerate since I am dysexic, she calmly read teh menu for me. Such a sweety!!! The food was also exceptional and satiated my hunger. Would highly recommend

We went today and enjoyed a really tasty beef burger. I love I can build my own burger and choose what ingredients I want to. Service was nice and fast!

Rude staff, staff were lazy, too busy chitchatting. When I rang to ask where my order was they hung up, I called them again and asked them politely where my order was, the lady proceeded to laugh and make a joke about it not realising she hadn’t put me on hold (Uber eats order) I highly recommend you not order from them! I would have given them a 0 star but unfortunately that’s not an option.

Was very excited to try this establishment however was disappointed as we found the burgers to be quite dry. Other than that fries and wings were good

Ho pranzato qui poco fa con un amico, passandoci più volte davanti e con questo normale simpatico ho comunque pensato fosse un buon posto. Allora prendo un panino English beef con 1 patty, patatine, chicken wings bbq e acqua. Allora wings molto glassate e sinceramente mi sembravano anche vecchiotte e alcune fredde, panino ok ma sinceramente me l’aspettavo più buono.

When I first stepped in and spoke to the guy he ignored me after taking my order he took the patty throwing it out on the griddle in a disrespectful way bare in mind I came in at 22:30 and they close at 2 am so I don’t know what was wrong with him I hope it was just a bad day and he isn’t always this moody.

Would recommend to everyone you won’t regret it.🔥

I have a rule of thumb and that is that if the manager can’t see his toilets are filthy he can’t see a dirty kitchen. All restaurants should have clean toilets and this place is filthy

This is for the Borehamwood branch. Ordered food, phoned just over an hour after placing order to be told it left the shop 10 mins earlier and would be with us in 10 to 15 mins, we live 5 minute by car from the high street. When questioned if it would be cold, told it wouldn’t be but to call back if it was. It arrived cold! Called shop and, to cut a long story short, manager blamed driver and accused server we spoke to in our first call, of lying! We heated the fries and the burgers, looked liked they had been sat on. Offered 20% off our next order……no thanks. A real shame as the food tastes good and service and delivery used to be so much better. Shall be taking our money elsewhere.

The price and the quality & quantity of food do not tally up!! Very expensive! I'd rather pay that price and a Restaurant with proper dinning! Otherwise, good food. 👍

We ended up at Cheatmeals on a whim! We were visiting from the states and looking for a place to eat in Earl's Court near our hotel after a long day of sight seeing. We stumbled into Cheatmeals to give them a try and we weren't disappointed! I give five stars for everything... food, service, atmosphere! Everyone loved their food! The Mexican cheeseburger was incredible and the fries (both regular and sweet potato) were so amazing. We all ordered shakes after dinner and every flavor was incredible. There were tons of options on the menu too with fish sandwiches, vegan options, and chicken sandwhiches as well as burgers. The worker who took our order was patient, kind, and so helpful. He answered all of our questions and gave us great tips on ordering. He was very careful and took time to make sure he got the order right. He never got frustrated with our big party and how long it took us to order. The atmosphere was so fun too. We loved the walls and the sayings and the decor. We found a place to sit that had room for our large party. We all walked away happy and super full. You won't be disappointed.

i had food poisoning and i tried to call to get a refund or for them to re send a meal but the manager refused and said it wasn’t his problem and hung up on us

Service was okay, ordered a chicken meal takeaway, got home, and I swear to you I wouldn’t even give it this meal to a animal to eat this. There is just hard rock crumbs. Very bad burger. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again. Thanks. Waste of money, burgers 🍔 are terrible.

After the theater when nothing was open we stumbled up this restaurant. I'm vegetarian and my boyfriend is not and they had food for both of us. The veggie burger was DELICIOUS! When I wasn't sure about one of the sauces the owner brought out french fries with a side of the sauce so I could taste it.. Who does that anymore? The service was perfect and the food hit the spot...I wish they had one here is the US....Definitely try it out!

Customer service was spot on, environment was nice and chill, nice decor. Chilled with my friends before getting the food and it did not disappoint. The cheat meals burger changed my perspective on life, I never knew chicken and beef could work well together, but it did. Banging food, nice people and prices were amazing too, £12.50 for a very nice burger and fries.

Gave Cheat Meals in Harrow a visit and tried their Spicy Mexican Burger Meal along with Chilli Cheese Bites. The Spicy Mexican Burger had a great flavor and delivered a nice spicy kick, which I enjoyed. The chips were crispy and complemented the burger well. The Chilli Cheese Bites were quite tasty, and flavourful. Staff are friendly and the shop was clean and well maintained. One minor downside was that the shop was a bit hot, which could have been more comfortable if the air con was on.

I recently visited Cheatmeals Harrow and had an amazing experience. Not only was the food delicious, but Farhad's customer service was too. He was incredibly friendly and polite, making the experience that much better. I highly recommend this spot and can't wait to go back!

Honestly, the best restaurant and the best cheatmeals franchise there is. A special shout-out to Sameer and Idris who both provided us with the best customer service ever. I advice everyone to go there whether in Harrow passing by or want to enjoy a good burger with A* customer service. Keep it up guys.

Best cheat meals great food great staff friendly people and the food 10/10

Extremely disappointed. We placed an order at 5:30pm, scheduling delivery for 8:10pm latest via Deliveroo. It is now 8:40pm and we still have no food. I called the restaurant at least 34 times as the driver had been standing there for close to an hour. My call was only answered once with the person on the other end promising the food was being despatched. Clearly this was not the case as 40 minutes later the food had not arrived (so almost 4 hours after the initial order was placed). Extremely disappointed as we are regular customers of cheatmeals and this was a meal for a fasting family. Update: food arrived at 9pm. Soggy and wet clearly suggestive our food had been sitting there for ages and was stone cold on arrival. Little tip: rather than being greedy, perhaps close the restaurant on the delivery apps if you are overwhelmed with existing orders.

Service is good. Seating area is relatively clean. Quite expensive for the type of food they serve. Cheesy fries are swimming in cheese sauce! Beef burger is cooked well and tastes great.

Amazing burgers but really disappointed that we were not permitted to dine in as they were preparing to clean for close. This was at 10pm and they close at midnight. As travellers from Birmingham, this was disappointing. Tried to persuade the staff member but he was having none of it.

Burgers are top tier honestly. I had a BBQ based burger(can't remember the name) was very tasty. It's a shame I cant say the same for their milkshakes. Me and my mates got the Oreo milkshake and we though we were drinking juice. It was way too smooth not creamy just juice based. Overall great burgers, milkshakes needs to do better

In short, go to AMIGOS instead. Terrible. But entirely my own fault. Why on earth was I expecting anything other than bottom of the barrel service when the place is being operated by Harrow's finest roadmen. How these roadmen are ever employed is frankly beyond me though I feel nepotism (and or cronyism) is high on the recruitment list. Sheer plebs.

From all the cheat meals I've been into this is the only one that don't follow instructions.. when I write cook well done it means cook well done not under cooked or burnt as what I always get

I had bad experience with them. I order food only half my food came after waiting for 30 minutes. I call the restaurant up they said its not there fault. I had order again from different restaurant. This is last time I will be ordering from them.

Went in there Monday night . Atmosphere was lively , ordered a go banana shake which I LOVEDDD . Place was packed and busy so waited around 10 mins but staff were friendly and apologised . Going back there this Friday after work !!

Food was excellent, milkshakes were even better. I was served by a tall guy with a beard and he was very kind spoke really well and handed the food over with care. Will definitely visit again soon.
