Every time we come here, we always feel the service is absolutely 💯 amazing! Kudos to the management! The food is superb and we are lucky to have found a gem. This beats most of the restaurants in central London, by far! We love coming here!

The tempura shrimp was disappointing—greasy and lacking the light, crispy texture I expected. The creamed spinach was overly rich, with a cloying consistency that made it difficult to enjoy. As for the grilled tiger prawns, they were overcooked and dry, completely missing that fresh, succulent taste. For the price, I was hoping for a much better experience, but unfortunately, the meal fell short in every way.

I visited on 13th March 2025 as a family of 4 with two hungry children Although there was no kids menu, the staff happily adapted the menu to suit my daughters For starters we had calamari and peri peri chicken sausages. They were served promptly and were exceptionally well prepared As we ordered from the set menu, the fresh bread is not ordinarily served. We requested it, and it came out warm, fresh, and incredibly tasty (and free) After my daughters had demolished their starters we ordered one portion of the chicken schnitzel main course for them to share The staff served my girls a generous portion each with plenty of fries Our adult meals were ordered with extra sides which were superb. In particular the dressing on the salad is amazing The service was prompt and nothing was too much trouble for the staff Really enjoyed my meal, and will be back

I have attended many steak restraunts across London and have to say this is at the top with out a doubt. Service amazing. Starters amazing. Steaks amazing. This is not a place to sleep on and I guarantee satisfaction when attending. For the quality you will also be very surprised when bill arrives as many others with same service and quality would charge atleast 30% more. Thank you team for your great service.

Best restaurant in Hatch End. I've tried Dojo, Fire & Ice, Social Dhaba and the Italian ones are not even worth mentioning. Good prices, good quality good, and great atmosphere

Service was good and timed well so that the whole table had food arrive almost at the same time, perfect , atmosphere seems nice,.friendly place. Wine list was good, nice selection. Medium rare steaks seemed to come out different for each steak we ordered, even the same cut, so not impressed ! Steaks were just ok, but nothing amazing, not likely to revisit.

Usually quite good, but this was the second time they got my order wrong! 1st) December, they were busy…. I asked for a Ribeye they served me a sirloin... Which I had to accept... 2nd) on Valentine's day, we went for a Tomahawk… and asked for it to be medium... It came medium rare… we could not eat it...so we had to send it back to be reheated… which sadly spoils the experience/taste… I like these guys, super friendly staff and is a local…but miss the special treatment from years ago…now its always rushed.

I've been coming here for a while now, and the food and service have remained consistently decent. The starters are average. However, the prawns, burger, rib eye, and sirloin steaks are all cooked really well - albeit buttery. The sauces add a rich, filling element to the mains. Having visited several times with both family and my galpal, this place has become the go-to spot for both of us to enjoy a steak - without judgment from our non-meat-eating friends who, despite there being veggie options, would never step foot in here! 🫠 Plus, the added bonus of a halal menu for her to choose from. The staff are pleasant and often relaxed with us taking our time catching up in the enjoyable atmosphere.

This is my new favourite restaurant. I come here for the lunch menu 🤩 so far my favourite is the bruschetta & parmigana sandwich with chimichurri mayo. I'm absolutely obsessed 😍 the atmosphere is amazing too, lovely cosy restaurant & nice & quiet at lunch time. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been here for the halal roast and then again for steak & dessert. I cannot recommend this place enough. Service is impeccable. The food is clean and delicious. I love the little booths, comfortable. It’s probably one of my favourite places to go for a treat! If you want a halal roast - this is the place to go ✨⭐️

1st time here. Wow the steak was amazing. Had a rump medium rare and it just melted in your mouth. plates were cleared straight away. Will 100% be back next payday

If you are looking for somewhere loud and lively at the weekend this place is a must for you. I haven't been to a local independent steak restaurant for a while ( though I do frequent the larger chains like Gaucho and Hawksmoor) and this comes close to matching them. It's priced cheaper as you would possibly expect. Starters of mozzarella salad and tuna avo tartare were both good , steaks were well cooked as you would expect but the tuna served wasn't great. Lovely service from people who clearly are passionate about their brand. Overall a good experience.

Great steak, there was a mixup and the wrong size steak was cooked. The manager got wind of the situation and immediately resolved it with sending a second steak over. He also amended the bill to reflect the error Great service

Me and my friend went there and got the Caesar Salad and the Ribeye Steak! It was all amazing! The steak is probably the best steak I've had in the UK! Great service and atmosphere too! Will definitely come here again!

The Sirloin steak was nice and so was my partners Wagyu. The cocktails are amazing (I would recommend the Lychee Martini) the staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Really a local gem.

Excelentes opciones, filete cocinado a la perfección. Un montón de platos de pescado, sabrosos lados y un cóctel de camarones. Personal atento y no demasiado exigente, buena carta de vinos. Buzzy pero no demasiado ruidoso! ¡Sin duda volviendo!

The food is cooked exactly as requested. The desserts are tasty. It's quite noisy when it gets busy.

Customer service was awful, all the staff seemed very unhappy to be working there as there was no interactions with the customers at all. They just came dumped the food on the table an walked away! Was really unhappy overall a will not be retuning to this restaurant again as we came for a special occasion will not make this mistake again! The standard has dropped from the last time we visited.

El servicio fue súper rápido y tuvimos nuestros entrantes de alitas de pollo en 10 minutos. Ellos son muy recomendables ya que estaban deliciosas y una bonita porción grande con 8 alas. El año pasado mi compañero tenía el ribeye. Este año le hice pedir el ribeye Wagyu (como yo estaba pagando) que puede estar fuera de algunos pueblos rango de precios, pero personalmente creo que vale la pena el extra. Las mejores notas de los dos en los filetes. A pesar de que un elemento lateral había sido eliminado del menú este año tan pronto como lo mencioné dijeron que no había problema y ordenaron. Redondeado con pudín de toffee pegajoso y yo tenía helado de coco y estábamos rellenos. Una vez más una gran noche y una excelente comida.

We enjoyed a nice lunch here. The food was good and the service especially Bogdan was excellent. He was attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the Tomahawk steak between 2 and it was a delight. They have a Halal menu which is great.

The food was served pretty quickly and it was delicious, however my steak was a bit undercooked. It is a lovely place but our waitress was so rude, this made the whole experience very unpleasant, we won’t visit again.

Fue un jueves por la noche para el cumpleaños de un amigo. Estaba MUY ocupado (y muy lento) - la comida tardó 90 minutos en llegar. Seis filetes y ensalada. Un filete (ordenado medio raro) salió medio a bien y fue enviado de vuelta. El filete de reemplazo salió en dos minutos y era azul. Un miembro del personal estaba muy a la defensiva y dijo que el chef se apresuró a sacarlo rápidamente. ¡Se notó! Comió lo que era comestible y dejó el resto. Otro filete (500 g ribeye) era mediano por un lado y azul por el otro. Ni siquiera sé cómo lograrlo. Parecía reconocerse que los filetes se habían estropeado, pero ciertamente no se pidió disculpas. Lo único que lleva esto de una revisión de 1 * a una revisión de 2 * es el hecho de que eliminaron uno de los filetes de la factura y dedujeron una mitad de la otra. Qué pena, ya que las visitas anteriores habían sido buenas. Me temo que no volveremos de nuevo.

Went here for our wedding anniversary and it exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of food & service. The staff were very nice & attentive. The food was prepared perfectly with amazing taste & quality. Am definitely putting this place in my regular places to dine at.

Went here as suggested by a friend. The steak was delicious (melt in mouth tender) and I would highly recommend the creamed spinach and tuna tartare. The crispy skinny chips were also scrumptious. We will definitely be coming again.

i’ve been to this steak restaurant couple of times when in London with family! the staff members are friendly and patient. the steaks are super soft and juicy! there’s several sauce options to pick from, which complement the dish very well! their desserts are great too, with the sticky toffee pudding being the real showstopper!

Not sure who the chef was today (3 July), the food was on point this evening. My hubby had the chicken sausages for starter, we had two salmon dinners, sides mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Took a takeaway for our daughter and the food was very tasty (her words). A good chef. The staff were welcoming and the service was very smooth. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Excellent food and service. Rib eye steak was cooked as ordered, medium rare but it was on the chewy side, possibly a storage or preparation change is needed. Bread roll to start tasted nice. Service was excellent, everyone was attentive and friendly. Prices are high, but offers during the week soften the blow. Will definitely visit again.

I have been here on a few occasions and have to say from serving halal food to the quality of the service and food, I am never disappointed. It is on the pricer side once you factor in drinks and starters and sides but I would say overall it is worth the price. I will definitely visit again.

Place came highly recommend from a friend. We decided to try it out because another restaurant we originally wanted to go was closed. The staff are extremely friendly and take the time to give recommendations and offer their opinions when asked. The restaurant itself has a beautiful atmosphere that leaves patrons very comfortable and at ease. For the appetizers we got the Pacific tempura shrimp and chicken wings. The teriyaki chicken wings were perfectly sauced, although they weren't very crispy they were still enjoyable. The pacific shrimp tempura was perfect in every way. Amazing sauces, perfectly crispy with the best shrimp I've had in a while. We ordered two virgin cocktails, I got the passion fruit mojito, and I swear I could bring a whole gallon without getting tired of the taste. We ordered a thick cut prime rib, which was the most tender piece of meat I've ever tasted. It had all the flavour that naturally comes with the prime rib, with the perfect amount of chew. They have perfected their steaks. We also order the Wagyu burger. It looked amazing, very soft and tender, unfortunately from a flavour standpoint it didn't wow me like the rest of the dishes. Overall this place, although a tad pricey ( £100 for two) is definitely worth going to once in a while for a fancy evening. Finally with the bill, I wanted to give an additional tip because of the fantastic service, only to notice that it was already included. It's a shame because I would have given them more than what was included in the bill.

Top quality fresh food and consistent service no matter what time you book. Ive had both lunch, dinner and Sunday roast and have zero complaints. Families and Couples dining in complete harmony. All Staff (special shout to Eleanor & Ali) knowledgeable and attentive. My go to restaurant for date nights, lunch with the girls and my family.

Nos dieron un vale para nuestro 55 aniversario de boda, y decidimos ir a almorzar un viernes. Nos mostraron a nuestra mesa, y nos dieron el menú de la hora del almuerzo, y uno regular. Decidimos comer desde la hora del almuerzo uno, que tenía una muy buena elección de entrantes y principales. Muy sabrosas alitas de pollo BBQ para mí, y salchichas piri piri para mi marido, para seguir me actualicé a un filete costillar ojo, lleno de sabor, y cocinado a la perfección, mi marido tenía pollo parmigiana que realmente disfrutó. El menú de postres era para morirse y normalmente no como postres, pero tenían piña a la parrilla, así que me di un capricho a mí mismo y al niño fue bueno, el pudín de toffee pegajoso fue la elección de mi marido, ligeramente caliente y muy sabroso. El camarero era muy amable, porque era la hora del almuerzo no demasiado lleno, por lo que se podía oír hablar, fácil de aparcar, en general una gran experiencia

It's going to be my go-to place for halal steak every time. All our variety of rare, well-done, medium rare was correctly noted by the wait staff and cooked as ordered. The creamed spinach and chunky chips were fresh and really tasty too 😋 😍

Love this place. Really good quality food from starters to mains. The steaks are always cooked perfectly as requested and the consistency of service is always very high.

The ceasar salad, best one I’ve had ever. The Mac is also good. I’m not a fan of steak but I will say the food is really cooked to perfection and I’ll definitely come back to try something else. The cocktails are also nice and sweet.

Went with family and friends. This was my first visit but others had been before. The crab starter was delicious. Ordered the largest sirloin medium rear. Unfortunately had to send it back as it was underdone but was returned cooked to perfection. Would visit again. Nice atmosphere and staff.

Liked the 350g Rib-eye here, ordered the halal menu, was a good quality very filling steak.

Outstanding Dining Experience My husband and I are frequent visitors to this amazing restaurant, and it never fails to impress. The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is delightful. As a vegetarian, I find the options just as fantastic as the steak, which happens to be my husband's absolute favourite. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be returning!

What a fab Sunday lunch!! Roast was so tender and cooked perfectly. The vegetables were al dente and the Yorkshire pudding was home Cooked a crispy. My husband had the prawns, and even the presentation was amazing. Couldn’t fault a thing and the staff were so attentive. The toilets were spotless and the clientele seemed to be regulars who were greeted with a friendly greeting or a joke. 100% recommend and will be booking up again for my husbands birthday in a few weeks. Disappointing sirloin steak at lunch due to abundant gristle and fat. I paid extra for sauce and a service charge was added to the bill. Overpriced and poor quality meal. Not recommended.

Probably the best steaks I have had in a very long time, and certainly some the best outside of Mid-West USA. Can't recommend more highly.

We had a really nice evening celebration, staff really friendly and helpful especially when it came to suggestions from the menu, we where a party of 6 , complex menu when it comes to steak dishes awesome ceaser salat, love the oysters especially that you don t really find any good ones except central London talking from my own experience and also beeing a fan of them. Now before I go on just wanted to mention that I m not really a dessert type of guy but that night I felt like going "dangerous" ,I m just saying this as a suggestion not as a disappointment ,dessert wise I personally didn't find nothing interesting on the menu aldo as classic as it sounds I m shure a tiramisu or something similar would've really did the job . Other than that we had a awesome experience, was the 2nd time we bin there this time with friends , strongly recommend and guarantee we will be back 🤘 9/10.

It absolutely delicious! The staff were so friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome! We had the Wagyu Ribeye, USDA New York Stip and Tomahawk Steak along with plenty of sides! The Wagyu I must say was sensational!! A must try if you ever come here.. it nearly bought tears to our eyes (no joke). We will definitely be back again, soon!

Went with my friends who had steaks. They are happy of course. But I am a Vegan and what am I doing at a Steak house you may ask but I am sure I'm not the only one who wanted to have a meal with my friends who happened to be Meat eaters. I had a Soup of the day. Which was veggie. The only other thing was aubergines with sweet potato which I am not fond of.

I attended on Saturday evening at 8:15 and the restaurant was at full capacity so there was very little space to move around and it was extremely loud which wasn't good for me. But the food and service was phenomenal 🥰

This is my go-to place for local steak and have never been disappointed. Great food and fantastic service, with a wine list that hits the spot, we’ve been here several times over the last few years, and always great. If you want great steak without going into the city, or paying city prices, you must check this place out.

Went for a lovely dinner to celebrate partners birthday. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, great food and decent portions - and sadly we had no room for dessert! If you’re after a good steak - this is the place to go. The only place to go in this area!
