McDonald's in Harrow

Food was cold. Missing a whole meal. Honestly I wish this branch would either get it together or close down because they never get it right.

My food was cold I didn’t get the sauces I asked for can I have a refund please

order supposed to come at 4 pm and other came at 4:40. which is very late and also I was missing all the sauces that I have ordered.

Drinks spilled and soaked the bag

Courier took a zig zag scenic route as seen whilst tracking on the map, food was cold and happy meal had old toys from the sonic the hedgehog long past while we were expecting the Minecraft toys as previously received with previous orders. I feel getting a delivery seams to mean the franchise store takes advantage of its customers. So will not be using this store location again and will be advising my social media followers too

every time missing something from order

Took way too long to come and I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers and I got 1 triple cheeseburger and one double instead and no chicken selects

Missed two meals disappointing

Today I went st george shopping centre for shopping and i went to macdonald to get some food and face one bad experience with the staff name Luisa she was very rude and unprofessional behaviour.it fills like when we come to purchase we paid money but her misbehaviour feels like we can not coming back here.please speak with manager and give her personal meeting how to talk with customer.

Stone cold drinks spilt everywhere

“Today me & my friends went to mcDonald’s and our experience was very bad because the crew trainer her name mala ( whatever😏) her behaviour was very rude . She making hand movements like an uneducated person. She needs to learn some manners how to treat with customers . It’s not good for mcDonald’s to keep such people in higher positions.

the delivery driver was in such a hurry he gave us the wrong order now someone else has my order

We got the wrong order and the food was cold because it was late

Some people specially a manager called rhina or whatever her name is very bossy and rude to the customers in the place, one of the customer service workers outside was doing her job perfectly and interacting professionaly with the people until this manager came outside bossying around and completly messing the calm peaceful atmosphere.

My food arrived 20 minutes late and cold. When it arrived the sauces I had paid for were not in the bag. My burger which I paid for bacon did not have any in.

Ordered a Big Mac, got half a burger with no bun, no sauce — just meat and cheese. Completely unacceptable. Do better, McDonald's.

Even though I gave 5 stars l was not happy that I didn't get what I ordered.

They do not include the sauces you ask for nor the toys and you wont get a refund if they mess stuff up do not even bother.

Ceri was being very rude to me, someone else took my order and when I asked where my order is, she said she’s going to check the cctv and I had to wait about 13 minutes for them to check the cameras and she didn’t even say sorry about it I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place

Driver took a longer route, stopped for a while at other restaurants to pick up more orders which he clearly had still. Yet you request a compensation fee for food being cold but this nothing happens

Said delivery up to 30 mins. Kept saying food being prepared for 40 mins. Finally arrived after an hour and the food was cold. Could warm up the kids meal but coffee was undrinkable. Never again

asked for chicken and bacon wrap of the day with no bacon. got served bacon. took it back. they gave me another one and apologised. the second one had bacon again even though they said it was made fresh. 3rd time lucky got there in the end. however was told sorry we've been busy and the colleague said she was covering a shift so didn't want to take accountability. I was gob smacked. visit was Tuesday 4th March 2025

The second time they messed up my order. If you get takeaway, take your time and check all the stuff you ordered right in front of the staff. If they don't like it's their problem. The place is clean, you don't have to wait to much....but the fact that they can't put a simple order together very dissapointing. Maybe the management should re-train their staff more often. The £5 saver menu is a joke...the burger are extremely small.

The food arrived cold and also the latte had poured and less than a half of a cold latte was left. McDonald’s please you need to do better than this. The order was not early and was not too late.

I bought this on a late evening. There are no other customers but just me. Despite the burger is warm, I don’t know what it has been through. Squashed by someone before giving it to me? This is a joke….

if you're going to use the functionality within the app to allow your customers to set a time for delivery than please ensure that you can honour it

Worse thamost Macdonalds branches. Service is slow and they make a point of shortchanging you on their drinks, which re never filled anywhere near to the top of the cup, I've never seen any branch do this to such an extreme. Also, they can't be bothered ti have working wifi, relying instead on the shopping centre's rubbish wifi, so you can never get a signal. Poor!

Need to follow instructions properly when ordering food items

Meal deal with half the meal missing. McDonald’s can be very hit and miss. I suppose it depends on the person and their basic memory and reading skills.
