McDonald's in Harrow

Worse thamost Macdonalds branches. Service is slow and they make a point of shortchanging you on their drinks, which re never filled anywhere near to the top of the cup, I've never seen any branch do this to such an extreme. Also, they can't be bothered ti have working wifi, relying instead on the shopping centre's rubbish wifi, so you can never get a signal. Poor!

Ordered food through mc Donald app and one item is missing, couldn’t claim through online neither helpful by staff over the phone. So annoyed.

Food came very cold i am disappointed and my food was tipped out in the bag.

All of my food was cold on top of that they sent me ketchup instead of my sweet and sour sauce

I ordered it as the estimated time to be delivered would have seen it arrive at the beginning of my lunch break, it arrived at the end. Additionally, it was stone cold and the drink had spilled so the bag carrying it was damp & ripped whilst I was carrying it.

Ordered three meals with large fries and drinks. Opened the bag and no fries. Just burgers and drinks. Tried to contact the store but they said they couldn’t help. Told me to report on here and request a refund. Check your bags before receiving!!!

Cold. As usual. Delivery time changed from later to later so can’t be accused of being late.

All the food was absolutely stone cold food. The delivery driver said something about his bike breaking down. Totally not acceptable. I want a full refund.

This Mac Donald’s in Harrow Leisure Centre are on point with orders compare to other Mc Donald’s always items seem to be missing but Mc Donald’s in Harrow Leisure centre always correct with order on time and delivery is on top as well and drivers are very good as well.

I came here with work colleagues. The food was fine and fresh. It was very busy. We were able to relax for about an hour but it was too frenetic.

As im vegetarian, so i have only 2 options, although if you are not veg, then it'll be good and budget friendly. There is no toilet facility. You'll have to use the mall toilet.

I recently ordered “The Spicy Veggie One,” but I was shocked to find chicken in the veggie package. As someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet due to my religion, this mistake is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. driver was rude and I wasn't going to continue in an argument into my location if where I live so left the food

I really like the new automated checkout machines. It means someone isn't there telling you you can only 3-4 items like in some fashion boutique shops also dotted around Harrow.

All the happy meal boxes were left open so the food was stone cold when it arrived!

The fries are under filled, undercooked, cold and no salt on the fries.

Excellent service. The driver even offered to take the drink back as there was a spillage. I haven't experienced theis service before and felt happy to hear this. Couldn't ask for more.

Ordered 6 meals and received drinks only! How does this happen? X3 very disappointed children so had to go and get alternative food! Just Eat however did respond quickly and received a partial refund.

Managers refuse to give me free cups 👎👎👎 L + ratio manager! Pizza Hut in another mall gave me 3 without saying a thing! They don’t even give me tissue for my order! Might as well go bankrupt! The peel on the fries are scam! Didn’t win anything after it says “another chance to win”! The water price have been £1.99 for 2 years. Skill issue for making us pay for the inflation! Should’ve give us the water for free. Probably another evil scheme of the L manager💀Just go to the Pizza Hut in the mall across it. They said they have the dark magician toy for happy meal, my friend have been getting happy meal for entire promotion period and he only get 3 out of 10 of the available variants. The staff probably took it and sold it on eBay for insane price. I know they did it because I saw a whole box of it being sold on eBay and the background of image listed is literally the McDonald kitchen! L staff for scamming us to eat happy meal! McDonald YOU’RE COOKED!
