As im vegetarian, so i have only 2 options, although if you are not veg, then it'll be good and budget friendly. There is no toilet facility. You'll have to use the mall toilet.

I ordered strawberry lemonade drink i shocked to see it’s too much minimal strawberry and also glass is not full it’s 2.99£ don’t cheat us please give as per our paid amount staff behaviour is also not good she was talking like attitude. I will never back there.

I recently ordered “The Spicy Veggie One,” but I was shocked to find chicken in the veggie package. As someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet due to my religion, this mistake is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I trust your restaurant to respect dietary restrictions, and this feels like a serious breach of that trust. Please address this issue immediately to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I really like the new automated checkout machines. It means someone isn't there telling you you can only 3-4 items like in some fashion boutique shops also dotted around Harrow.

Excellent service. The driver even offered to take the drink back as there was a spillage. I haven't experienced theis service before and felt happy to hear this. Couldn't ask for more.

Ordered 6 meals and received drinks only! How does this happen? X3 very disappointed children so had to go and get alternative food! Just Eat however did respond quickly and received a partial refund.

Managers refuse to give me free cups 👎👎👎 L + ratio manager! Pizza Hut in another mall gave me 3 without saying a thing! They don’t even give me tissue for my order! Might as well go bankrupt! The peel on the fries are scam! Didn’t win anything after it says “another chance to win”! The water price have been £1.99 for 2 years. Skill issue for making us pay for the inflation! Should’ve give us the water for free. Probably another evil scheme of the L manager💀Just go to the Pizza Hut in the mall across it. They said they have the dark magician toy for happy meal, my friend have been getting happy meal for entire promotion period and he only get 3 out of 10 of the available variants. The staff probably took it and sold it on eBay for insane price. I know they did it because I saw a whole box of it being sold on eBay and the background of image listed is literally the McDonald kitchen! L staff for scamming us to eat happy meal! McDonald YOU’RE COOKED!

Lovely place to eat when it's not too busy. Fast hot food. Friendly staff to help with bringing orders over. It can be a bit noisy sometimes & Hard to find somewhere to sit down.

I am very disappointed with Just Eat service today . This is my first time ordering in a while and I expected nothing but the best However I’m completely dissatisfied ! Firstly the driver went to the wrong address making my order very late . Then when my food was handed to me it was drenched !!! I didn’t even order a drink for this exact purpose ! Noisy shopping centre restaurant. Very helpful staff (had a problem with our sips voucher and they not only sorted it but brought us the food). Usual McDonalds faire (which I like).

Very very rude staff , they don’t know what they’re doing .. my order was 23 and my friend’s order was 22. They shouted for my order no. 23 and never shouted for order no 22 and we waited 20 minutes for that and then when we went to ask they’re saying someone already picked up and so on and then they asking my friend to show them the receipt and they had to see it 3 times so the point is why they can’t ask to customer before giving someone our order.? Or they haven’t made at all and made mistake and covering it up by telling a lie? Server was Sunil , i hope he’s getting disciplinary for his behaviour and he don’t even know what is he doing at all and if you wanna be rude Sunil go to your house be rude with your family and friends, you’re just a server no one gave you any rights to talk to people like that .. he’s been talking to all the guest the same way whoever comes with complaints.. so first start to learn your job and i think staff needs training there and more humble people, whose willing to work for hospitality and not just for money. Hope actions are taken against Sunil .. and some more training for poor guy.

Great Mackie Deez with nice staff and service only downer is it is the Food Court format meaning it is noisy and not always enjoyable to enjoy your food but the food is always hot whenever I go to this Mackie Deez.
