McDonald's in Harrow

The second time they messed up my order. If you get takeaway, take your time and check all the stuff you ordered right in front of the staff. If they don't like it's their problem. The place is clean, you don't have to wait to much....but the fact that they can't put a simple order together very dissapointing. Maybe the management should re-train their staff more often. The £5 saver menu is a joke...the burger are extremely small.

I bought this on a late evening. There are no other customers but just me. Despite the burger is warm, I don’t know what it has been through. Squashed by someone before giving it to me? This is a joke….

if you're going to use the functionality within the app to allow your customers to set a time for delivery than please ensure that you can honour it

Worse thamost Macdonalds branches. Service is slow and they make a point of shortchanging you on their drinks, which re never filled anywhere near to the top of the cup, I've never seen any branch do this to such an extreme. Also, they can't be bothered ti have working wifi, relying instead on the shopping centre's rubbish wifi, so you can never get a signal. Poor!

Delivery time said 20 minutes I waited 45!! Freezing food. So annoyed

Meal deal with half the meal missing. McDonald’s can be very hit and miss. I suppose it depends on the person and their basic memory and reading skills.

My food was extremely when it was delivered to me. The chips were very soggy and didn’t taste nice. My mayo chicken was also cold.

I bought 2 ketchups and 1 mayo with my order but, they never came, im very not happy with this.

The entire order was cold, and not very nice, chicken nuggets were soggy, the milkshakes turned were watery. We had waited over 45 minutes to an hour for this food. Not a great start to the weekend :(

I ordered it as the estimated time to be delivered would have seen it arrive at the beginning of my lunch break, it arrived at the end. Additionally, it was stone cold and the drink had spilled so the bag carrying it was damp & ripped whilst I was carrying it.

Ordered three meals with large fries and drinks. Opened the bag and no fries. Just burgers and drinks. Tried to contact the store but they said they couldn’t help. Told me to report on here and request a refund. Check your bags before receiving!!!

This Mac Donald’s in Harrow Leisure Centre are on point with orders compare to other Mc Donald’s always items seem to be missing but Mc Donald’s in Harrow Leisure centre always correct with order on time and delivery is on top as well and drivers are very good as well.

I came here with work colleagues. The food was fine and fresh. It was very busy. We were able to relax for about an hour but it was too frenetic.

As im vegetarian, so i have only 2 options, although if you are not veg, then it'll be good and budget friendly. There is no toilet facility. You'll have to use the mall toilet.

I recently ordered “The Spicy Veggie One,” but I was shocked to find chicken in the veggie package. As someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet due to my religion, this mistake is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I trust your restaurant to respect dietary restrictions, and this feels like a serious breach of that trust. Please address this issue immediately to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I really like the new automated checkout machines. It means someone isn't there telling you you can only 3-4 items like in some fashion boutique shops also dotted around Harrow.

All the happy meal boxes were left open so the food was stone cold when it arrived!
