McDonald's in Blackburn with Darwen - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

We live locally, and mainly use this to treat our dogs to plain burgers. Occasionally we buy food for ourselves, but this is ALWAYS a mistake!! If they don’t get the order wrong, then I can guarantee that at least one or more items are cold…….will we ever learn?? I’ll just stick with the burgers for my dogs from now on, as they don’t mind them cold.

can’t send the food you pay for all the time clearly haven’t got staff capable of putting food in the bag which clearly isn’t hard and then can’t provide you with a refund absolute joke

I called in to this Mac d on the way to see family, I got a sausage muffin and when i opened it some one must of like my food coz someone as eaten some! The staff was not helpful the woman on the drive thru just said there nothing I can do! It will be a very long time before I go to this place again

Ordered through the app, I can’t eat bread so ordered a breakfast muffin with no bun, Was served in a nice little box and really nicely. Often it just gets launched into a burger paper with cheese sticking everywhere. Good job

Food here is cold 🥶 never again the staff don't no what to do I'm very disappointed with the hole experience never again will I come it's a total shame on the brand

Do not recommend 4th time I have been now and order wrong staff so rude. I have no idea how managment do not sort this out! RATINGS ARE SO LOW and still nothing changes.

i visit every evening for 3 hours nothing wrong with food or the atmosphere great place to chill just a few of the fruit machines are a little noisy if you are trying to chill thats the only significant fault id still highly recomend visiting here

I'm here as I write, just popped in for a quick bite, the machine had a faulty printer so was unaware of my order number. Finally a staff member came to fix the printer and I asked if I could retrieve the last receipt, without looking at me the arrogant young woman handed me a full Reem of failed receipts with a derisory look as if I wasn't good enough to even talk to her disgusting ,to make matters worse she looked as if she's a manager or team leader. TOTAL AIR HEAD full of her own self importance.. ugly to the bone. The young girl who served yhe food should be promoted and the other sacked.

Absolutely disgusting management , the way they treat their younger employees is shocking and there’s no hygiene whatsoever in the kitchen area. Food is always cold and poorly presented. Needs burning down.

The staff they employ here at night are simply awful 3 times - first time ordered a meal and got home to find no fries 2nd time - no sauce (I can get by on that one) 3rd time - Italian Stack with large fries - got home and small fires How hard is it really?? Don't waste your time

Awful! Got a delivery, ordered 5 sauces and none turned up! Very dry McDonald’s not impressed. Shocked how you can miss that many sauces.

What can I say, terrible service, I had to wait over 10 minutes for my breakfast, I was the only person in there…go figure. When it finally arrived it was cold along with being soggy and beyond greasy. Whilst I was stood there I came to one conclusion they prioritise Just Eat orders over ANYTHING including the drive through, second comes the drive through and anyone in the restaurant comes last. All I can say is avoid avoid avoid.

Me and my partner(male) thought we’d pop in and have something to eat so we ordered our food, well what I can say.. first of all my husband had to wait 10 minuites after I had ordered and got food at this point my anxiety was through the Roof I was getting hot flush and heart palpitations. Anyway my husbands food finally arrived, so we got back to the love bus to enjoy our food.. no enjoyment was received. My “breakfast roll meal” that I had for consisted of some sort meat that I can only describe as an old labia. Looked revolting, but me being the greedy sod I am I went it and bit into the undercooked labia. At this point my beloved husband was covered in grease from double sausage egg McMuffin, the only upside to this moment was I had movement in my pants from seeing him in such state. I advise anyone who wants to be disappointed or develop depression please then head to this McDonald’s because it’s lacking in brain power. How hard is it to read from a screen. I would of give you them half a star if I could.

Worst McDonald’s ever served me Raw burger that made me physically sick complained to HQ as a gesture of goodwill offered me a voucher for £10 not a chance biggest insult ever. I will absolutely pursue my claim further and inform EHO of this serious matter to conduct a full investigation.

Ordered through just eat. Items missing. Rang up and spoke to Nicola. Quite possibly the most non caring manager I have ever spoken to. Just did not care whatsoever. I asked for the whole meal to be replaced. Got the new meal home and it was colder than the one that was left waiting on the side. Absolutely shocking food and service. If I could give it minus stars I would. Hands down the worse Mac Donald’s I’ve ever visited

Always check you order at drive thu, staff never get your order right, 4th time now is a joke, so if you have to use this branch either go on or check before you leave or you’ll end up going back to get missed food.

I felt I had to write a review for this McDonald’s, stopped here in a high roof sprinter (won’t fir in most McDonald’s) the girls on the speaker was Excellent!!! Fast, efficient and the food was perfect and correct. 10/10 to this McDonald’s

We called at Darwin M65 Mc Donald's at approximately 13.00 for lunch. Initially on collecting the order were given the wrong order. After were given correct order, we found chips were very hard, well browned as though re cooked. These were so disgusting they were thrown away. Worst experience of food from a Mc Donald's we have ever had ! Advice Avoid this branch!

This franchise is the worst, it never has Coke Zero and ALWAYS gets the order wrong or there’s missing items from the bag. Make sure you check everything before driving off, the staff are thicker than the milkshakes.

Missing veggie dippers can’t get through on the number on the receipt to rectify it don’t bother othering from here and now I have to make sure that this is at least 100 characters long

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and a fillet O fish meal, spent over 30mins sat in the drive thru. When I got home I had undercooked chips and instead of a fillet 0 fish I had more chicken nuggets in the fillet O fish box. Customer Service terrible. Definitely won’t be visiting again.

Used this Macdonalds on several occasions and each time the fries have been absolutely terrible, undercooked, soggy and luke warm. The rest of the food was good, they just seem to have great difficulty in getting the fries right.

He pedido mi menú y cuando he hecho la elección para los batidos no había ninguno disponible.. posiblemente porque no han querido encender la maquina o porque la estaban limpiando.. no me creo que un miercoles se hayan terminado todos los batidos.. Y por no obviar que hace unas semanas pedimos también y nos trajeron otro menú de otra persona, por lo que otra persona tuvo nuestro menú

I thought chicken wrap not hard, would be presented in a reasonable state. Took ages to come even though I was the only customer. When I was given said wrap it wasn't even wrapped but given to me basically falling apart with no effort on what was in it.I can only imagine they get there business from passing customers on the motorway through the drive thru otherwise I have no idea how they stay in business

Slow service and cold food...next time be better off going extra 5 mins down road to ewood one where service is better.

How does a McDonald’s run out of ketchup!?! Waited over 25mins for our take-away order, when asked what the delay was, was told they were waiting for ketchup!!! Definitely not fast food!!!! ☹️

Ordered 2 large meals 5.30pm 6th June 2019. On opening out bag and seeing fries we walked straight back in to say this could NO WAY possibly be large fries. We were told the image attached is a large fries!!!!!!!! Honestly guys, having eaten in McDonald’s plenty of times the portions we were served were no where close & cold. Poor response to an immediate and legitimate complaint. Effectively you stole money from us as you have not provided the goods ordered. I shall be complaining directly to head office about this franchise.

No McFlurrys on. Ordered a veggie meal and got chicken! Pretty sure the staff in the back laughed when I took it back in. No apology. Had to stand and wait forever while they swapped it.

All unwanted was a bloody cucumber bag and they had none disgraceful not often o go Maccies and the one thing i want they don't have

I regularly call in at a mcDonalds usually for a drink and a quick cheap bite. Just to get me home while driving around. Never been to this outlet and wont ever go again. I stood for between 10 and 15 mins to get my order. Cheap cheese burger and a bottle of orange drink!. When the order eventually arrived(Take away) it was put on the counter the number of the order shouted out and left there!! No thanks no sorry its taken too long etc etc Nothing. Looking into the prep area there were people standing around and one or 2 working at a snails pace. The staff all need sacking and starting again. Hellish place - not got time for this nonsense.

Ordered 3 happy meals at drive through. Made to park in a bay for ten minutes. When food finally arrived it was practically thrown through the car door, one box had a broken bottom almost spilling food onto the carpet. Turned to ask for a bag but staff member had already ran back in.Went into restaurant to ask for a bag but was ignored even though no other customers in sight.Terrible place!

About time this criminal organisation got sorted out went to the Darwin services today ordered sausage and egg mcmuffin no egg extra sausage as I am allergic to egg. Extra charge for the pattie and no discount for not having the egg. THIS NEVER USED TO BE AN ISSUE AT McDONALDS but now the greedy money grabbing company think it is ok to charge for replacing the egg with a sausage pattie ( remember they charge 20p for extra pattie , but say the egg does not cost as much, well by how much ? not much at all but ripping customers off is better company policy than caring about customers) .Staff especially Jade have zero clue and spout company policy to justify ripping customers off

Busy McDonald's, this one is connected to a Costa coffee and a noodle bar,also a travel lodge so it's handy for anyone traveling.

Never before have I sat in a McDonald’s when a staff member decided to start mopping the floor and then proceeded to ask myself and my children to move to another table before finishing our drinks!! Not what I would describe as customer focus!!

Visited with family and they enjoyed all the usual McDonald attractions! It’s a great service and it’s hard to resist when you went only to feed the kids! Ha!

I visited McDonald's today and bought a Pirri Pirri chicken wrap. The chicken tasted okay but there wasn't much of it. Also the Pirri Pirri sauce was missing throughout the majority wrap and was gathered at the bottom in a pool. A little bit more care and little bit more chicken would've gone down well here

There is not much to say about McD. The service is invariably good, the new ordering screens are excellent, and it is consistent so you know what to expect.
