Shittest kfc made me wait 25 minutes It was meant to be a fast food service Staff is rude there manager is of no use

I ordered a wicked variety box on the KFC app and when i opened the bag the box had no lid and the 8 hot wings and the 4 mini fillets were missing on order customer I’d KFC -D-9907.I called but the number at the bottom of the receipt and I am still on the line now.

staff really rude when i asked for soemthing to clean the dirty table they kissed their teeth horrible ! not good manners to others aswell and saw them chuck barely any fries.

This is the worst kfc i have been to. I have given it so many chances. Ask for chicken breast, they never have it or wait 20 mins for it. The staff at the front are rude and not helpful at all. Zero customer service!!!

Categorically the worst KCF I have ever been to. This is not just after one visit, but after several. So not just a bad day for them, but consistently rubbish. More often than not, the chicken is bone dry and their buns are not fresh. If I could give them a negative star I would give them the absolute maximum amount I could.

The guy serving there wasnt wearing a mask when serving customers. When asked to wear one by the customer, he goes “ i am deaf” well, he could perfectly hear the orders. I dont understand how does being deaf stop you from spreading the virus. 🤷‍♀️. Never mind that, i ordered two wraps n when i got home. They were half the size. Inside was literally empty It was small. I mean almost half the size.Imagine my frustration. A 6 yr old could do a better job. If it werent for covid I would go there to demand my money back. Thats how cheated i feel. Never going there again.

Absolute joke - got our order wrong and refused send the missing items out or even refund us! Rude, incompetent and inept. Will never order here again and will pass this message on. Cretins!

A poor local KFC. Often get the order wrong. Staff are a bit rude and can barely speak English. Dirty and untidy.

Ordered through just eat wrong stuff came and was cold. Called number on receipt through to just who couldn’t do anything I have visited the restaurant as-well very slow Staff poorly trained I also feel hygiene may be an issue

Specifically asked for a type of burger and asked if it came in a box meal. Told that it did - ordered it. Took it away - this was my mistake. Was a box meal but not the burger I asked for. Disappointed as it wasn't just at all in the shop. There was barely anyone there.

The food was so cold and the chips were over cooked! Tried calling but nothing! Avoid unless you have money to throw down the drain!!!!!

KFC dirty tables overflowing rubbish in bin. Rude an dismissive staff. Appalling food best to avoid. Or go to another KFC the nearerst Leytonstone. Where service and food totally different although same menu.

日本にもあるケンタッキーですが、なぜかここのケンタッキーは雰囲気がすごく荒れていて、しかも混雑しているので、清掃状態もよ くありません。お持ち帰りも出来ますが、中身はその場で確認したほうがいいです。案外注文を間違われたままに梱包されていることも多いので。

Lack of chairs and tables, very dirty. Staff were nice, however some pieces of chicken were not fully cooked. Despite this, my friends an I regularly go.

Staff here don't seem very friendly or interested in what they are doing. We've tried it a few times and last time the food was a bit cold and we complained and the staff were pretty clueless as to how to resolve the issue. We like KFC bit will probably avoid thius branch after the last experience.

Entramos, la mujer sirve estaba seco solicite 2 twisters acabé consiguiendo 1 twister y zinger 1! Le dije, así que ella pone en una cara aunque es su error.Los pollitos es seco y el lugar parece sucia y necesita urgentemente una renovación!

Awful. Husband got home to find order was wrong and burger was raw and pink. Completely inedible and unsafe. Much lower standard than other KFCs.

Consistentemente ofrece una experiencia realmente mala. Estoy de acuerdo con los comentarios anteriores sobre el muy mal servicio al cliente ofrecido por el personal de la franquicia. Si realmente anhelando un KFC y no puedo llegar a otra rama , entonces y sólo entonces se llega a esta rama. La comida es más grasienta que la norma, el personal es grosero (la señorita es particularmente mal) y te recomiendo que te comprobar su pedido antes de salir para asegurar que todos sus artículos están en la bolsa.

What can I say? KFC delivers each time. Juicy pieces of chicken, chips could be crispier, quick service, lots of calories...

Teenagers love to pop in here and get the popcorn chicken it never fails to hit the spot - I do like their corn on the cob

Staff are simply not capable and should never be serving the public. Food was cold and actual shop made me cringe. Seemed like a third world place with food to match. Avoid like the plague.

Parece es un ganador con principalmente a los jóvenes que no les importa demasiado sobre lo que comen o comer sano. Pero puedo ver lo que el atractivo es.

If you enjoy poor customer service and the fact the staff openly laugh at you in their own language then get your KFC here. They deliberately mess up customers orders and then have the cheek to accuse customers of eating the missing food! The food is sometimes very greasy compared to other KFC branches.

I hate this place, I try hard to avoid eating there but sometimes the hope that it will be better wins. I love KFC And I know it's a franchise but this one is really bad. The food is always stodgy and cold, the chips are refried and greasy and the burgers are thrown together from across a rather large room. To top it off it all tastes really bad. I don't know what they are doing, ether they are not using the same oil to fry the chicken as other KFC or cuz of the darker colour I would thing that they are using it for to long without changing it or dry the chicken from the day before, and the staff are useless they don't know a thing and don't talk that much english, which makes it hard to complain to them
