We ordered three burger meals and half a chicken meal. Opened up the order to find they only one sachet of ketchup and one satchel of Mayonnaise, absolutely ridiculous! The beef was so over cooked that it was dry and crusty round the outside. Half chicken was OK, not great. Will not be ordering from there again, not worth the money!

Love the food the owner the sons the family business is amazing but who they hire no!! They eat in front of you while cooking your food and put there fingers in the mouth all the time every single time I've been here!! It's vile when I came late just before closing the girls huffed a puffed to say get out!! To the lout. I just left they itch there hair have mobiles on the shop floor and are on it all the time!! Such a shame for a lovely family I just can't eat here cause I feel sick when they are cooking it always putting food from the grill in there mouth!! Just can't go here anymore

Order food at 12.15 received at 1pm got told by the lady she forgot my chicken..when I got it was cold and chips were triple fried..chicken was only ok everything else a disgrace..I asked the lady would she eat them chips and replied with its not my fault.dirty tables

Food that's served here is pretty good and so is their customer service. Only quibble I have is that the people who prepare and cook the food shouldn't also take orders and handle cash which is a matter of health and hygiene. People who cook the food do wear gloves but their gloves are damaged and severely worn out which demonstrates that they wore it when their shift started and haven't changed it. Not a good impression.

Brilliant food for a very fair price. There's a good range of options available for those curious individuals.

Ordered last Friday for orchid solicitors down the road. Food was 5*, really enjoyed it! Staff were really friendly and offered to deliver to the office. Would definitely order again.

Very tasty food and good people

Crap crap crap, messed up the order when I clearly stated plain chicken burger no lettuce no mayo (asked for cheese and ketup)....I received a flame grilled one....after ringing to ask what's happened the phone was put abruptly down on me, to top it off the driver then turnt up with my order WRONG AGAIN I had a plain chicken that was ropey, and it had everything I stated I wanted removed. If you like eating cold chips and a burger that taste like a rubbery shoe, be my guest and order. Never again.

Very Nice Food. Typical taste of Pakistan Punjab. Must have for Ilford people. Great service as well.
