We ordered a meal in the drive through and we missed our chicken popcorn. There were no tissues or sauces as we requested. Service was unhelpful and irritating. Scanning the app did not work. If you ever come to this kfc make sure you double and triple check to see if you have every piece of food in your bag or it will be a waste of money.

Service is ❌ terrible. Asian staff there so slow...they don't care...act like you are bothering them from sleeping or watching the clock. Coffee machine broken and there was no apology. Teenagers with knives arrested there...cops always loitering around in the retail park as there's so much crime there. Do not go as it's not safe! You've been warned!

Very bad , spent around £18 for meal , still don’t have mayonise in stock . Toilets always in out of order . From KFC we don’t expect this service very poor . Don’t recommend .

We had some chicken takeout for my kid , very disappointed to see that from 4 pieces we only received 3, i have asked for ketchup and said that is some in the bag, later find out that is nothing. Better check your order before you leave the store! Never going back to any of the KFC STORES

The order has not been relivered

I ordered for takeaway for my 2 children 2 popcorn chicken and 2 snacks box and i got only one popcorn chicken. I really really disappointed children's are fight and crying. 👎👎👎

food was cold, chips were rubbery, chicken was very greasy, no napkins or salt n pepper, no spoon for the rice, very disappointed.

One of the worst experience I have experienced. The customer service was awful. I asked for mayonnaise to be removed and replaced with ketchup due to me not being able to have mayonnaise they said they cannot do that as they can’t changed the menu I never had any issues with other KFCs. Then when they gave me the burgers I told them to have my burgers in boxes they again refused as they said their burgers don’t come in boxes. Found this to be rude and bad customer service. The burger was also hard and didn’t seem fresh.

I went with my family for a dinner and had a wonderful customer service and the food was fresh and piping hot.

Was so disappointed with the food! My zinger burger was literally a bun and a piece of chicken thrown in where was the sauce and salad and I ordered two of those so nor me and my sister were impressed! My side orders were changed and I wasn’t even informed if you don’t have it available at least inform the customers. My box meal wasn’t even come complete the Trilogy box was missing the side and dip and the fillet piece was awful a dry piece of chicken and off colour as it was not even cooked correctly. Awful experience and highly disappointed. Sort it out KFC

Gave me the completely wrong order with no drink

I ordered a party bucket and mentioned that, in the past, it was always served half full. I asked if they could ensure this time that I would receive full portions. When I got home and opened the food, I noticed that the popcorn chicken was missing, as well as the chicken wings and chips. I then tried calling about nine times, but there was no answer. I drove all the way from near Redbridge to show them what was in the bag. I asked them to prepare the food fresh, but the man at the counter didn’t seem to understand my frustration and refused to serve me fresh food. I explained that it wasn’t my fault that the food was cold, especially since I had specifically reminded them about the popcorn chicken, as my son wouldn’t eat anything else. The man, named Mohammed, told me, "You came from the back side, that’s why I am topping it up, and it’s normal for popcorn to be missing, but nothing else." I was quite shocked by his response. I then said I would file a complaint with the management. Someone needs to hire well-trained staff, or this business will definitely go downhill based on its poor ratings on Google.

Horrible place I ordered through uber eats 3mins after they called me to tell me that they had no chicken left at all so I had to cancel my order. The woman was horrible and rude on the phone, I tried to explain that if I cancelled I would be charged £40 and she said it’s not my problem I can’t do anything from my side. I lost £40 now and I didn’t get my order Absolutely appalling.

Your standard KFC within a small retail park. I found them to be quite efficient and the chicken wing pieces were of a decent size as some branches they come in smaller than a chicken nugget. They also had a functioning krushem machine.

Order 2 chicken filet burgers one for me and my son the coating was burnt the burger bun was bigger than the chicken filet £5.99 each what a rip off disgusting food kfc should be a shamed

The kid’s burgers I ordered for my kids was very hard.

Ordered a boneless banquet which cost about £12 and comes with 5 items. Only received 2 of the items for the entire meal, not including fries, corn and the small popcorn chicken. Just the drink and the main chicken. How can you forget over half the items of a meal? just a joke.

Chips wasn't cooked and was cold ..popcorn chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting hours before. and again cold £36 pound was a disgrace for a vile meal that went in the bin.will not use this KFC again and I advice others to steer clear

So I came to this KFC in Chadwell Heath after researching which KFC was open this time it was 11:20 as I was already in the and google showed this was open, came down and it was locked by 11:25, it showed on the door it was closing at 12, there were 3 female staff tried to avoid us at the door, we knocked got ignored then one of the female staff saw us went inside the back room to ask and came back saying they were closed, HOW?? It was 11:25 it should be closed at 12am! clearly they didn’t want the chicken wings !
