Never ever order here have ordered online the burger is cold and it smells burnt oily no lettuce in it and worst fries I ever had .it looks like staff is in hurry .tried to call them up but no answer from them

Very worst service from the whole store employes..,I don’t why they kept these irresponsible staff while busy time.., Please prefer some job wanted people then they will work from the bottom of the heart.., Please don’t ignore this and think once about the store

Over all it was mid the food was okay and some bits of chicken had nothing on them so we didn't get are moneys worth. The atmosphere was terrible their wad a group of teens in their shouting and messing about.

Bag broken, not packed properly and missing items. spent over £40 on KFC and they still got it wrong. drinks packed with fries and burger - all cold and soggy.

Got an item missing which was resolved. I have had 5 orders from KFC Barking both delivered and in person, only 1 of those orders were fully correct. Small items so not enough to stop getting orders placed but do think of wrong orders before I order. I would advise to check order at time. This needs to improve. Otherwise ok and would order again.

A whole mini fillet was missing from my order. Chips barely warm

I ordered a bargain bucket and kindly requested them not to add any drumsticks, and the guy assured me there was no drumsticks. But when I reached home I was surprised and disappointed to find 5 measly drumsticks and few small thigh and 2 breast pcs. Terrible customer service, and dishonest liars. I won't be using KFC again.

Disappointed, the staff is incompetent and some of them can’t understand English. I order from here at least once a month and most of the time I get my order wrong or missing items. I don’t recommend ordering complex meals for delivery as they are not capable

The staff don’t understand English and can’t take a simple order! Being an Indian myself I do give others a chance ,but the staff at this kfc are on another planet when it comes to speaking English, and this is after speaking to the second member of staff!!! And after coming home we found hair in our food!!!

Half order missing, chicken dry

Unfortunately KFCS duty to fulfill the correct order as per my receipt and notes, failed to do so. It is also annoyingly difficult to have any issues rectified within a preferred time-frame - I.e if an order item is incorrect, JustEat do not provide a way for the correct items to be re-delivered.. this would make all the difference, as I'm sure customers would prefer enjoying their requested meal, than not enjoying it with a 7-10 day wait for a refund.

Chicken burger was chewy and undercooked

Food was dropped at the door. The bell was not rung so we did not know the food was there. The food was sitting outside for 30mins and is cold. Not acceptable considering i just spent £30 on food. (How the food was delivered can be verified through our door cam which the driver didn't notice or bother to ring)

I visited during the morning hours on a weekend to be honest, the chicken wings I ordered was very nice. I had bad experiences with KFC in the past and the chicken coating used to be in deep brown. However the chicken which I got from here was not like that and was fresh. On the whole I didn't had a stomach upset 😅

Just bought 2 Ultimate barbecue burger meals, and I have been overcharged charged, by almost £7. Called the restaurant no answer, its late at night, and I'm disappointed. They charged me for 2 Ultimate Barbecue box meals instead of 2 burger meals. Such a disappointment, to have incompetent staff, and the burger was cold.

Good and Sri is missing and the bag wasn’t sealed and I don’t take orders that’s not been sealed and the driver said no to returning the order. Looking in the bag it was clear to see items were missing so I called the restaurant 4 times and guess what no answer just rang and went to mailbox. How can orders be sorted if the restaurant don’t even answer their phone??? Ridiculous just ridiculous. Let’s hope JustEat can fix the issues I’ve had.

Kfc restaurant gave me 4 wing pieces of chicken and 2 leg pieces in my 6 piece bucket. The worst pieces. Don't mind 1 or 2....but all 6??? Not good at all.

Very disappointed I have never had this issue before. Half of the rice box is empty I did ask for extra sauce didn't get any, barely any salad or rice either. The delivery driver was on time though and very nice.

The food fell when it’s not supposed to be in a BUCKET! Ask the driver then! So I wasted my money? The order is called DOUBLE BUCKET. Do you see a bucket here? No, because they put 6 chicken and & wings in a tiny bag which led to falling out. Also, look how ripped the bag is! Goodness!

I am pleased with the handling of this order - it arrived hot and we all enjoyed it.

Food was late and that was only cause my partner had to leave the house to meet the driver on a complete different road to where we live. The courier drove around delivering other orders so when my order came it was stone cold as the bag was not insulated. The time of the delivery kept changing as the driver had switched off location but when it did come online it was obvious he was delivering other orders. Not good as food from KFC can’t be reheated.
