food is cold and there's no dip as well i had paid for it but got nothing

Part of my order included large baked beans, but when the order arrived, there was no beans; instead, it was swapped with gravy, which I didn't order or want.

restaurant does not read delivery notes

I did not get my order and yet and being told to review it

The food was cold and we were missing two packets of fries and the chicken was all old and oily

Great food came fresh and hot. No pickles in the burger which was a shame.

Chicken was delicious and moorish the chips were cold but nice

Staff is willingly unhelpful, no diversity, all from one region, Cold burgers, dirty tables, short of staff always, never gives Ketchup and soviet( Tissue paper) no table no available for Eat in. Terrible customer service. I am local but i go other KFC

delivery time changed overtime I checked update. delivery time changed from 22:10 to 23:12. I wasn't able to cancel..... phone constantly busy. food was cold on arrival. the delivery driver did a good job but the problem was with preparations.

I ordered at 3.30pm for an order to be delivered at 6.25pm, my order arrived at 7.10. I missed opening my fast. I gave a 3 hour advance notice to allow delivery time. This is absolutely unacceptable and it ruined my evening,

the courier didn't ring the door bell he called to tell us to come and collect the order from outside!! How rude! And I ordered Pepsi but was given tango instead and I don't drink tango . Terrible service and nearly cold food !

Terrible decision to order from kfc grove farm. My order was more than 45 min late, the time kept increasing which is unfair because it stated a 25 min max time slot when I placed the order. When it arrived, 1hr15min after the ordered time, it was cold, discoloured (wings were black) and the rice box was cold, tasteless, they hadn’t put any of the usual ceaser bbq and salsa sauces, it was rock hard, the rice was all clumped together and it tasted horrendous.

I ordered 2 pieces with 2 mini fillets and 2 hot wings. I received 5 cold mini fillets and fries. Very dissatisfied and had initially tried to call the store they failed to answer. Had they answered maybe this would not have happened as I was going to make a request regarding the order

The food was stone cold and incredibly oily. The food quality was sub par and shouldn’t have been sent out at this level. The chicken strips were the same size as the chicken wings and I feel cheated out of the price of this food

We ordered a meal in the drive through and we missed our chicken popcorn. There were no tissues or sauces as we requested. Service was unhelpful and irritating. Scanning the app did not work. If you ever come to this kfc make sure you double and triple check to see if you have every piece of food in your bag or it will be a waste of money.

Service is ❌ terrible. Asian staff there so slow...they don't care...act like you are bothering them from sleeping or watching the clock. Coffee machine broken and there was no apology. Teenagers with knives arrested there...cops always loitering around in the retail park as there's so much crime there. Do not go as it's not safe! You've been warned!

Fresh chicken, great flavour! Customer service was very good and fast specially by Fahim. Long seating. Overall a solid KFC experience. Will visit again. 😊

original delivery time was between 18.05 - 18.30. this kept being moved back and was finally delivered at 18.48. food was cold

Very bad , spent around £18 for meal , still don’t have mayonise in stock . Toilets always in out of order . From KFC we don’t expect this service very poor . Don’t recommend .

Used Just eat delivery from KFC grove farm Chadwell heath. 3 mini fillet burgers costing £3.99 each were not delivered, a total costing £11.97. Just eat just refused to refund us. Will never use them again. this KFC often leaves part of an order out of the delivery bag , it’s just daylight robbery!

We had some chicken takeout for my kid , very disappointed to see that from 4 pieces we only received 3, i have asked for ketchup and said that is some in the bag, later find out that is nothing. Better check your order before you leave the store! Never going back to any of the KFC STORES

I ordered for takeaway for my 2 children 2 popcorn chicken and 2 snacks box and i got only one popcorn chicken. I really really disappointed children's are fight and crying. 👎👎👎

One of the worst experience I have experienced. The customer service was awful. I asked for mayonnaise to be removed and replaced with ketchup due to me not being able to have mayonnaise they said they cannot do that as they can’t changed the menu I never had any issues with other KFCs. Then when they gave me the burgers I told them to have my burgers in boxes they again refused as they said their burgers don’t come in boxes. Found this to be rude and bad customer service. The burger was also hard and didn’t seem fresh.
