They are useless in there, they always get our order wrong, everytime

Waited quiet a bit for my food as they weren’t busy at all, yet when i got home my fries were missing. Had to go all the way back, and no apology, came back with cold fries and a pepsi so flat I would have been better off with still water. Do not recommend it and will not be returning.

Went this afternoon to get something from the drive through, a zinger box meal, 6 hot wings meal a kids box meal, medium popcorn chicken and areo Sunday - wasn’t told the price and stupidly I didn’t ask just paid via contactless, just checked my online banking…….HOW THE HELL DID IT COME UP TO £36!!!! Moral of the story make sure you ask for a receipt so you don’t get conned too!

Firstly, I was shocked to find the restroom locked upon arrival. I had to wait approximately 9 minutes before someone came to unlock it, which is highly inconvenient. Such delays in basic customer services are unacceptable. Furthermore, when I received my meal, I was disappointed to discover that the drink was flat, and to make matters worse, the Zinger burger was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from KFC. The quality of the food was simply unacceptable, and I find it concerning that this was served to customers. As someone with previous experience as a shift manager at KFC, I understand the standards and expectations required in running an efficient and quality-driven operation. Frankly, I do not know how this location would fare under a ROCC inspection, given the issues I encountered. I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I trust that the appropriate measures will be put in place to ensure that future customers do not have to endure such a subpar experience.

Absolutely abysmal service. They close 40min early and just watch you from outside. They decided to not put any lettuce in my burger or wrap, I think they were out but they could have told me. They’re extremely slow just save your time and go to a different place

Wow when did KFC become so expensive? This used to be the nicer of the KFCs in the Dagenham/Chadwell Heath/Romford area, but boy, today was terrible. Offer you table service when using the kiosk , well they need to turn the option off, cos they don't do it. On the subject of the kiosk ordering, no options for customising so you get ice in your Pespi wether you want it or not. Gave me the food before making the drinks so in the Arctic conditions that is their air conditioning the food goes cold. The customer service was not even an attempt at being polite, don't think thank you is in their vocabulary. Has the secret recipe changed? Too salty and spicier than normal and no we didn't have the zinger. Parking is a bit of a nightmare too when the other shops are open and there were delivery driver vehicles in the disabled bays. So disappointed.

really disgusting that you pay well over what you should half is missing or wrong and late never going to order from here again rip off.

Over all it was mid the food was okay and some bits of chicken had nothing on them so we didn't get are moneys worth. The atmosphere was terrible their wad a group of teens in their shouting and messing about.

Most disgusting meal I have had in a long time. Had to wait and hour before it left the restaurant, everything was freezing, the chips were under cooked, the chicken was greasy had been in the bag the grease had split the bag, the drink was at the bottom of the bag and was hotter than the food when it arrived! Nothing good about this at all

delivery driver was on time, great service

Driver got lost and wasn't listening to the instructions and then moaned we gave him the wrong address. He went all the way to the other end of the road and kept going between two addresses that aren't mine and not listening to me or my partner. My partner isn't well and he had to go down to meet him. Also he took ages to even contact me first. I'm disabled so I couldn't go down and the drivers Bluetooth was broken too.

second time now that I have ordered and it was wrong. first time I ordered a mini fillet burger as part of the meal and just got a mini fillet. this time as part of the tower box meal they didnt supply the 1 piece of chicken. Poor attendance to what is being ordered.....if I've had this 2 times in a row I wonder who else has been short changed

Bag broken, not packed properly and missing items. spent over £40 on KFC and they still got it wrong. drinks packed with fries and burger - all cold and soggy.

Got an item missing which was resolved. I have had 5 orders from KFC Barking both delivered and in person, only 1 of those orders were fully correct. Small items so not enough to stop getting orders placed but do think of wrong orders before I order. I would advise to check order at time. This needs to improve. Otherwise ok and would order again.

Disappointed, the staff is incompetent and some of them can’t understand English. I order from here at least once a month and most of the time I get my order wrong or missing items. I don’t recommend ordering complex meals for delivery as they are not capable

I ordered a bargain bucket and kindly requested them not to add any drumsticks, and the guy assured me there was no drumsticks. But when I reached home I was surprised and disappointed to find 5 measly drumsticks and few small thigh and 2 breast pcs. Terrible customer service, and dishonest liars. I won't be using KFC again.

Being an Indian myself I do give others a chance ,but the staff at this kfc are on another planet when it comes to speaking English, and this is after speaking to the second member of staff!!! And after coming home we found hair in our food!!!

Unfortunately KFCS duty to fulfill the correct order as per my receipt and notes, failed to do so. It is also annoyingly difficult to have any issues rectified within a preferred time-frame - I.e if an order item is incorrect, JustEat do not provide a way for the correct items to be re-delivered.. this would make all the difference, as I'm sure customers would prefer enjoying their requested meal, than not enjoying it with a 7-10 day wait for a refund.

Chicken burger was chewy and undercooked

Food was dropped at the door. The bell was not rung so we did not know the food was there. The food was sitting outside for 30mins and is cold. Not acceptable considering i just spent £30 on food. (How the food was delivered can be verified through our door cam which the driver didn't notice or bother to ring)

I visited during the morning hours on a weekend to be honest, the chicken wings I ordered was very nice. I had bad experiences with KFC in the past and the chicken coating used to be in deep brown. However the chicken which I got from here was not like that and was fresh. On the whole I didn't had a stomach upset 😅

Just bought 2 Ultimate barbecue burger meals, and I have been overcharged charged, by almost £7. Called the restaurant no answer, its late at night, and I'm disappointed. They charged me for 2 Ultimate Barbecue box meals instead of 2 burger meals. Such a disappointment, to have incompetent staff, and the burger was cold.
