Completely got my uber eats delivery wrong. Always missing items

Possibly the worst KFC in London. Everytime I order from here, items missing. Most recently, ordered a zinger meal for me and popcorn chicken meal for my son. Both meals missing drinks. No popcorn chicken and 2 pineapple sticks. What kind of service is that? Staff are totally useless. Food is always cold and looks like someone plated football with it before putting it in the bag. An embarrassment to the brand. Won't order from here again, I'd advise you not to waste your money either

Order made to SE19 2QB. Driver called bc of issues finding the address. Checked the order and right address had been entered but map showed incorrect location. Poor driver had to come to correct address and had difficulty completing order on app

there never brought my drink and the food was burnt and really bad worst I ever had i really unhappy

Delivery was very slow. Supposed to be fast food but an hours wait, no thanks.

They forgot my cookies also they need to put tape in the rice bowls because when my food arrived it was spilled in the bag

The rice box is AMAZING I could eat them all week!! And the portions are great and the sweet potato complements the chicken so well

Incomplete order, no fries !!!!

Ordered at 6:20. Delivered at 7:30. Delivery time changed 4 times in 58 minutes shocking. I could have walked there and got chicken quicker. Chips were soggy and cold, 7 up and Pepsi was warmer than the chicken.

Very rude tiny lady,Just want to share my experience I have been there today and she was yelling on the driver. He didnt have the bag because he got another order in his bag and when he asked that why the other driver was given food without bag she started shouting on the driver in very ill mannered way. The miserable driver went back to take his bag and he continued waiting there for like ten minutes while the food was not ready. Then the other lady came telling him that don’t come back here but the total fault was of their staff, they should treat every driver in same way. Very dirty place, rude behaviours and bins were overflowing. ZERO customer service and literally has no manners to speak.

Food never arrived. Then it got to closing time and suddenly it said “delivered”, which it wasn’t. Refund requested!

Waited over 30 mins and when it finally alerted me to the Map it showed the driver, not starting from the restaurant but starting from a totally different area. Food was cold when it arrived ( i live 5 mins from the restaurant)

Food was great, all of my order was there and the delivery driver was also great. I would recommend, especially over the other branches close by that are awful.

This people have to take customers seriously 🤬my order came on time but I’ve paid for 2 meals and I got 1! Everything was cold and broken it looked like it was packed for a dog not for human who paid a lot of money for it 🤬I’ve paid for delivery and I had to drive back to the shop myself to get actually what I’ve ordered! I’m disgusted with the poor quality of service from KFC Penge!!!

I already contacted just eat because my corn and popcorn chicken was not delivered and I paid for it so I’m highly upset I want a refund

Food was freezing, which meant it tasted nasty and the value is not worth it

I've learned my lesson never to order a salad frok KFC. The salad box was half empty, hardly any chicken and the sauce was quite sour. Tasted fine, but not worth the money. The coleslaw and additional beans were so small. A complete waste of money.

They never seem to give the correct items when you order anything. The service is really bad as they seem to rush and prioritise anyone that orders by JustEat/UberEats.

Came with wrong drink & dips. Diabetic & can’t have the drink 🙃

They is always something missing from our order

The food was delicious as always, be we had to try and guide the delivery driver because they went to the wrong address. Had to go out and get it ourselves.

Food took over 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive from a restaurant 10 minutes drive away. Food was cold on arrival. All dips the are supposed to be included in share bucket were also missing.

Food was nice and warm. I assume they didn't have coleslaw as I got substitutions. delivery was on time.

Delivery took a little bit longer than stated.. when delivered everything was stone cold. So cold that the cheese wasn’t even melted.. the only thing a bit warm on the order was the can of drink

the driver was sitting at the end of the road for over 5 mins

I put my correct address, but something happened on just eat and my location was somewhere else, and when the driver phoned me I told him I had put the correct address and he then told me he was not allowed to go to a 2nd drop off.

Missing items and totally cold

KFC has to have the best fries - recognisable natural potato shapes delivered crisp, well warmed and deliciously seasoned. Unlike others who offer cold and soggy manufactured versions.

I was just getting round to checking the order tracking at the start of the delivery window, and the doorbell rang. No complaints at all.

this was the worst KFC I ever had. The food was cold and greasy. I ordered in advance thinking the stuff they delivered would arrive around the selected. NO, Absolutely atrocious.

The driver lied and stated he delivered my food which he never did! I had to reorder and pay twice! I want a full refund

Delivery - ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and instead got hot wings (which i cannot eat). Tried to call the store three times and got no answer. Got a refund on uber eats and so ordered another large popcorn chicken, which took 45 minutes to arrive. The second delivery delay is due to uber however, if we got the right order in the first place this wouldn’t have happened.

Great service I got the correct chicken pieces I asked for

Whenever I go to KFC Penge, without fail the tables will be dirty. Tables should be cleaned after every customer has used it. Especially when the shop isn’t even busy.

I was very happy with my experience there was only one issue I asked for a plain fillet burger but it came with all the sauces etc.

Asked for 6 piece of chicken, 1 chicken leg, 2 of the pieces were what you would put in a chicken burger. 3 pieces were the smallest wings I have ever seen. I requested legs & thighs only hoping to get at least half of them legs & thighs. Was not worth the money.

This driver was prompt polite and asked for the code. I ordered an hour before and that driver LIED and stated he delivered my meal which I have now requested a refund

I couldn't fault the fast service or the value for money 3 wings and a wrap fir £3.99; however, the female that served me on the Saturday evening was more blunt and curt than courteous. Some pleasantries wouldn't go amiss.

Delivery: popcorn chicken is missing, got 2 tubs of gravy when I ordered sides of corn and rice, I hate gravy! Chips and wings taste like BBQ salt has been added or something sweet! Really disappointed especially as ordered through KFC!

The food was slushy and not well presented as well as the customer service being very disgusting. EVERYTIME I HAVE ATTENDED THIS KFC THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND MANNERLESS... I was almost refused tap water and I'm 5 months pregnant as well as no serviettes were given or refilled in the tissue box and the bins were over flowing which was very unhygienic. An older lady came from the back and was displaying her authority and yelled I must put the glove in the bin. I am not a child and can manage my own hygiene, she needs to go empty the bins instead of concerning herself with the bins

Food was terrible. Extremely dry chicken pieces and then the hot wings were soggy? No crisp to them, as if they’d been microwaved. 36 quid down the drain, actually mental how much of a waste of time and money this was. The Colonel should be turning in his grave blad

So disappointed what I see in that branch, the staff not allowed the drivers from just eat to use the toilet.

Chips undercooked a cold £2.50 for extra fillet chicken piece size of a 2p

We never get our full order something is always missed out, this happens so much with our order ,I ordered 7 pieces of chicken and out of the 7 5 were drumsticks surely it should be an equal mix and , the chips are very soggy . Very disappointed
