KFC Penge in Redbridge

I already contacted just eat because my corn and popcorn chicken was not delivered and I paid for it so I’m highly upset I want a refund

Food was freezing, which meant it tasted nasty and the value is not worth it

They never seem to give the correct items when you order anything. The service is really bad as they seem to rush and prioritise anyone that orders by JustEat/UberEats.

I've learned my lesson never to order a salad frok KFC. The salad box was half empty, hardly any chicken and the sauce was quite sour. Tasted fine, but not worth the money. The coleslaw and additional beans were so small. A complete waste of money.

They is always something missing from our order

The food was delicious as always, be we had to try and guide the delivery driver because they went to the wrong address. Had to go out and get it ourselves.

Came with wrong drink & dips. Diabetic & can’t have the drink 🙃

Food took over 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive from a restaurant 10 minutes drive away. Food was cold on arrival. All dips the are supposed to be included in share bucket were also missing.

Food arrived on time, and still warm!

Food was nice and warm. I assume they didn't have coleslaw as I got substitutions. delivery was on time.

Delivery took a little bit longer than stated.. when delivered everything was stone cold. So cold that the cheese wasn’t even melted.. the only thing a bit warm on the order was the can of drink

There is always something missing

Hours And Hours later from when I ordered. Ordered around 13:00. Ended up coming at night. I will Never order from this place again:)

the driver was sitting at the end of the road for over 5 mins

I put my correct address, but something happened on just eat and my location was somewhere else, and when the driver phoned me I told him I had put the correct address and he then told me he was not allowed to go to a 2nd drop off.

Missing items and totally cold

KFC has to have the best fries - recognisable natural potato shapes delivered crisp, well warmed and deliciously seasoned. Unlike others who offer cold and soggy manufactured versions.

I was just getting round to checking the order tracking at the start of the delivery window, and the doorbell rang. No complaints at all.

this was the worst KFC I ever had. The food was cold and greasy. I ordered in advance thinking the stuff they delivered would arrive around the selected. NO, Absolutely atrocious.

Delivery - ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and instead got hot wings (which i cannot eat). Tried to call the store three times and got no answer. Got a refund on uber eats and so ordered another large popcorn chicken, which took 45 minutes to arrive. The second delivery delay is due to uber however, if we got the right order in the first place this wouldn’t have happened.

The driver lied and stated he delivered my food which he never did! I had to reorder and pay twice! I want a full refund

Whenever I go to KFC Penge, without fail the tables will be dirty. Tables should be cleaned after every customer has used it. Especially when the shop isn’t even busy.

I was very happy with my experience there was only one issue I asked for a plain fillet burger but it came with all the sauces etc.

Missing the drinks, no note to say they were out of stock was not even listed on the order

Asked for 6 piece of chicken, 1 chicken leg, 2 of the pieces were what you would put in a chicken burger. 3 pieces were the smallest wings I have ever seen. I requested legs & thighs only hoping to get at least half of them legs & thighs. Was not worth the money.

This driver was prompt polite and asked for the code. I ordered an hour before and that driver LIED and stated he delivered my meal which I have now requested a refund

I couldn't fault the fast service or the value for money 3 wings and a wrap fir £3.99; however, the female that served me on the Saturday evening was more blunt and curt than courteous. Some pleasantries wouldn't go amiss.

Ive order take away meal for my kids with extra chips , once i got home opened the bag there was no extra chips inside - just like that ive Lost £5

Food was terrible. Extremely dry chicken pieces and then the hot wings were soggy? No crisp to them, as if they’d been microwaved. 36 quid down the drain, actually mental how much of a waste of time and money this was. The Colonel should be turning in his grave blad

Delivery: popcorn chicken is missing, got 2 tubs of gravy when I ordered sides of corn and rice, I hate gravy! Chips and wings taste like BBQ salt has been added or something sweet! Really disappointed especially as ordered through KFC!

The food was slushy and not well presented as well as the customer service being very disgusting. EVERYTIME I HAVE ATTENDED THIS KFC THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND MANNERLESS... I was almost refused tap water and I'm 5 months pregnant as well as no serviettes were given or refilled in the tissue box and the bins were over flowing which was very unhygienic. An older lady came from the back and was displaying her authority and yelled I must put the glove in the bin. I am not a child and can manage my own hygiene, she needs to go empty the bins instead of concerning herself with the bins

Large popcorn chicken was missing from our order.

So disappointed what I see in that branch, the staff not allowed the drivers from just eat to use the toilet.

Chips undercooked a cold £2.50 for extra fillet chicken piece size of a 2p

We never get our full order something is always missed out, this happens so much with our order ,I ordered 7 pieces of chicken and out of the 7 5 were drumsticks surely it should be an equal mix and , the chips are very soggy . Very disappointed

Missing the fries that was ordered

Second time ordering from Just eat and KFC and my food doesn’t arrive. Drivers mark food as delivered but not at my address. I go outside to look for them they’re not there but mark food as delivered. Just absolutely disappointed ☹️

super quick, the food didn't need reheating, and the portions were huge, and tasted very fresh. Very good service.

The food was appalling- the pieces of chicken were tiny and overcooked and dripping in grease. The fries were cold and soft, i did not eat most of the meal as it was truly inedible- KFC should be ashamed

highly disappointed with the amount of food we have been given. we had ordered a Pepsi max (part of a zinger meal) and a 7 up (part of a zinger salad box), both of which never arrived along with the rest of our meal..and speaking by experience the salad box is supposed to have a generous amount of chicken in it but this time the salad box contained little to no chicken ..Highly disspointed

professional care of food packages taken by the prompt delivery driver - food was piping hot and clearly freshly cooked. very tasty.

Nice except I inly got one thigh, rest were wings and breastfeeding. had to sheed meat off wings and breastfeeding so kids will eat. Next time if only 1 thigh, please reject order.

I paid £7*98 for 2 mini fillet burgers and60p for a dip and was vastly overcharged why is that? Does delivery cost nearly £5?????

they don't read notes left for them when trying to customise your food!

I asked for no Legs or thighs and was sent a leg. Do staff purposely not read the notes? Or is their training so poor? They can do whatever they want to do????????????? Incredible. Not an isolated occurrence. It is soo annoying. Please sort this practice out kfc management……?????

We had to collect the order ourselves as the app said ‘courier at restaurant’ for an hour, then we arrived our food was sitting on the counter and had gone cold. We ordered at 645pm, went to the restaurant at 7:45 and while the food was being rebooked the courier showed up!!! We paid £2.50 for delivery and had to collect it. No way of cancelling it on the app either as the courier was supposed to be there waiting

the delivery person picked up the order and didn't move on the map for 10 minutes. I messaged her to ask if everything was ok and she was rude to me. then I met her at my front door as drivers sometimes have trouble finding my address and she was rude again. very unsatisfactory

They served me old chicken that was barely edible , was chewy and had clearly been sitting on shelf for a very long time . Won’t be ordering from this branch again as clearly they don’t take pride in their quality control

Drink missing from meal, I had only around 9 separate chips delivered with my meal. Pathetic ! I’ve put in a refund request via just eat as it doesn’t warrant a £10+ meal

We actually had takeaway but there is seating if you want to dine in

Finally, a fast food outlet in this area where the staff are hard workers. They work quickly, efficiently and communicate as a team. Refreshing to see. No one waiting more than 5 mins for their food. Food is good!

Burger’s weren’t hot only Luke warm.
