Good arrived and was exactly what was ordered. Delivery driver nice and polite

I was told that my order would arrive at 8:05pm, my order then kept on going up in wait time and finally arrived at 8:55pm. I am not happy with this and will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again.

Hi I would like a full refund into my account asap as I ordered my food at 6:02pm and now says delivered at 8:55 pm. The time is currently 8:13 so something isn’t right and I want it sorting

the food was never delivered to me....I called burguer king in gants hill asking about my food...and they told me to be patient because was no driver's...who's going to give my money back??

Took 2 hours we did cancel it but it was dropped on our drive whilst we were out.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED!!!! I waited over 90 minutes and the wrong order was handed to me. I declined the order and was told by the restaurant that it was the drivers fault and call customer service at Just Eat. WHICH DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE! Not the first issue I've had with this place but mistakes happen so I have them benefit of the doubt, won't make that mistake again!

Worst customer service. Staff was not able to pack correct order. If you are ordering takeout make sure you got the right order because they will not. Either you get wrong burger or not receive your drink or missing something in your bags. I will avoid this branch in all cost and go somewhere else. It’s seems that some staff don’t even know the food on their menu. Don’t waste your time and money at this branch.

They forgot 2 x Nutella muffins but I was charged for them?! and my Angus burger had no cheese? it was pretty stripped down 1 piece of spiky lettuce n thinly sliced bacon. The saving grace is the Angus burger meat itself is very tasty! I haven't tried the chicken burger or double cheese XL but everything apart from was nice!

I am annoyed with how many places forget parts of orders, I even asked the driver is that everything as it didn’t feel enough for what we ordered. It’s even more annoying because by the time it’s resolved you’re expected to pay two delivery fees to rectify their mistake. Starting to wonder if it’s a thing they do on purpose

I had an unpleasant experience at the [Burger king Gants Hill branch] due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. She was rude and dismissive, making my visit very uncomfortable. When I asked for assistance with my order, she responded with an attitude that made it clear , she was doing something with delivery boy on his mobile phone ,she did not want to help.This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I hope that the management addresses this issue, as such behavior drives customers away. I won’t be returning to this location until I hear that improvements have been made.

Loved Burger King but received no bacon for Double cheese burger or chips

I recently visited the Burger King Gants Hill and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, with long wait times and staff who appeared uninterested in assisting customers. What was even more troubling was the rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the employees, both towards customers and a delivery driver I observed. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any business, especially one that serves the public. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and employee training. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love BK but please I did ask for no ketchup and you still put it in. You took out the tomato and lettuce but left in the ketchup. I have an intolerance to tomatoes and ketchup.

I’m a delivery driver and a manager in Asda. The people of this burger king are out of this world. They are so rude, illeterate, unprofessional and horrible including managers. I had a highly disappointing experience. I have so many things to say about this store. Firstly, one of the female staff named Sukh on her badge, she asked all of the drivers to give their phones to her to get some reviews. Like what the hell? Why drivers needs to help them by handing over their phones to that lady to show good image of store to customers. I found this to be both inappropriate and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable for staff members to confiscate personal property, especially without a clear and valid reason. Secondly, there are no ACs working here, i heard all the customers complaining about it. And still management didn’t do anything. How can you expect from someone to sit here and eat in this hot weather? I trust that these matters will be taken seriously and resolved to prevent such incidents in the future.
