Burger King in Redbridge

I am delivery driver . Waiting time too long. Staff is very rude specially manager. He think that he is the owner of Burger King .

One of the best burger king I saw with wonderful customer service skills from all the staff of burger king.

no BBQ sauce, no straws for milkshake, very disappointed.

My order came with around 20 fries inside .. why? I want to refund the order u also can send someone tk pick it up . I need a refund for order

why do your staff not read the orders properly ..every rime i make an order i ask you to make sure you put a straw in with the order and have never had one sent to me even though the instructions are on the paper receipt that they do the order from .

Food was good but warm. I can only gather that from a time given of 18.20 the time kept getting pushed back and back. It then arrived past 19.00 hrs. Disappointed as normally the food arrives hot but today not at all

The food is fine Order not as got both whopper with cheese as ordered only one with cheese They did not send pot of Mayo which was paid for. You need to check your orders properly !!

Food arrived earlier than expected, good burgers and cheesy chips were all great, although I had to nuke them for 30 seconds to get em hot :)

got my order wrong rang to sort the problem out guy on the end of the phone totally useless, 2 disgruntled kids because it ruined our meal as their dessert was missing, fuming is an understatement

Took 2 hours we did cancel it but it was dropped on our drive whilst we were out.

I have been refunded £3.60 for food that I never kept I sent back as it was cold and wet this is a joke

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED!!!! I waited over 90 minutes and the wrong order was handed to me. I declined the order and was told by the restaurant that it was the drivers fault and call customer service at Just Eat. WHICH DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE! Not the first issue I've had with this place but mistakes happen so I have them benefit of the doubt, won't make that mistake again!

Worst customer service. Staff was not able to pack correct order. If you are ordering takeout make sure you got the right order because they will not. Either you get wrong burger or not receive your drink or missing something in your bags. I will avoid this branch in all cost and go somewhere else. It’s seems that some staff don’t even know the food on their menu. Don’t waste your time and money at this branch.

They forgot 2 x Nutella muffins but I was charged for them?! and my Angus burger had no cheese? it was pretty stripped down 1 piece of spiky lettuce n thinly sliced bacon. The saving grace is the Angus burger meat itself is very tasty! I haven't tried the chicken burger or double cheese XL but everything apart from was nice!

I unchecked all options on the burger and left a note yet you still put mayo on the burger and I could not eat it. The halloumi fries were extremely stale.

I am annoyed with how many places forget parts of orders, I even asked the driver is that everything as it didn’t feel enough for what we ordered. It’s even more annoying because by the time it’s resolved you’re expected to pay two delivery fees to rectify their mistake. Starting to wonder if it’s a thing they do on purpose
