Burger King in Redbridge

Very poor service. The delivery guy was also struggling to handle the code

Terrible! missing items in order! Loaded fries squashed and not tasty, Burger King at its worst!

food was awful, the delivery was great , the driver was a very polite young man i would be very happy to use the company again .

Waited one and a half hours “preparing” my order. Delivery only took 10 minutes.

Order at 6.30pm, arrived at 8.45. Totally unacceptable!!!!

In total cost £16.. for a poor quality burger, fries and drink.

They just warm a bit a cold old meat , not fresh , no sauce, ingredients missing very low quality burger , got stomach ache after few bites , I won't order again because is second time they send this bad burger , not angus!!

Only problem I never received my chilli cheese bites

No food delivered no message at all from driver i messaged him and then it said it been delivered i went outside no food anywer and no driver to be seen dredful not had this happen in a while but this is not funny as now am £21 pounds out off pocket

How am I meant to drink my milkshake without a straw??

food was cold when it got here , I rang the restaurant to see why it was taking so long and they told me that the order had left quite a while ago

was dry, no sauce that was in the description. overall bad, never again. waste of £15.

I never received my order, and I had to go to a different place to get my order . The driver didn’t call me for directions or to say they was lost . But apparently they delivered the food to me which they didn’t so I’m not happy and working on a full refund .

A large group consisting of two adults and six children, it took us a while to order our food via the app and once the food came we only had 10 minutes to eat it as there is a 60 minute parking limit in the restaurant car park. When I asked if it can be extended as the sign said if more time is needed speak to a staff member, the worker was rude said yes but you need to pay the £100 fine! Food tge staff rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend

the rider would not give me my order so I could check it was not cold. he kept insisting on me giving my code first. I said let me check first but he refused. so I sent him away. if I give him my code, I have accepted the delivery which I would not do if my food is cold. he left with my food, so I want my money refunded.

the prices are incredible high for that kind of quality and quantity....that's why that place is always empty...no one goes there

The order was 45 minutes late and it was clearly children’s meals and they are only little and were so hungry. It is unacceptable to wait so long on top of the 60 minutes already agreed waiting time. We live very close-by so it was the restaurant taking too long to prepare the order.

why do your staff not read the orders properly ..every rime i make an order i ask you to make sure you put a straw in with the order and have never had one sent to me even though the instructions are on the paper receipt that they do the order from .
