The flavours were balanced, presentation is impeccable , and the portion of sizes generous. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, offering recommendations and ensuring that every need was met. Extremely rude staff treating people like they own the business . Long waiting times for food . Doesn't feel like a multinational franchise 😕 . Bad management dirty restaurant. Please think twice before you order. If you're waiting for food delivery, just forget about its cancelled by staff in the restaurant as they hardly have staff and they all untrained. Doesn't feel like you're in london it feels like you're in some third-world country, which is a lot better . I'm sure other Burger King has high standards as this particular branch is making a bad name for the franchise . Something needs to be done about this 👎👎👎👎👎

I'm a regular customer at Burger King Gants Hill and I can honestly say that this BK consistently provides great customer service and fresh food - they've got a nice attitude; you go in with the same attitude/vibe and you'll only ever receive what you'd like to. Piara, in particular, has been excellent, he's extremely professional and courteous and should be commended for his commitment to giving a fantastic customer experience. All of the staff are truly great though, and doing hard work in difficult times. Genuine UK customer and an honest, unpaid review. 10 out of 10 from me!

No one Has approached the customers to take the order for about 10 minutes. The staff is not attentive and chatting about their private life in front of all the queue. Poor service. Also is a mess all around the restaurant floor.

Once upon a time this place was good, I much preferred the Ilford branch before it closed. The management here is rude and obnoxious every time, they’re always fighting with customers. If you ask for mustard in the burger they refuse. The food is always undercooked and sloppy. Today I thought let me try on the off chance it could be ok, ordering my food and wanted to use my points, as I am about to pay the manager popped up and refused my order, didn’t like the way they talked to their staff either. I was happy to pay extra for peppercorn sauce, told I couldn’t add to my burger even if I paid extra. You should change it from “Have it your way” to “You can’t always have it your way”

I can’t understand why BK is not changing their quality of service. Food overall is tasty however staff doesn’t make it with the standards. Very slow service. It took ages to get chips and burger and onion rings. In the end it came soggy and cold :-(. BK as a brand is good but people working there make it impossible to succeed. Such a shame!

Ordered via the BK app. On delivery one of the items was missing. When I called the branch they told me to speak to deliveroo eventhough I ordered via the BK app. Poor customer service for their own mistake. Used the app to make a complaint 3 weeks later still no response.

Rude, arrogant, unprofessional Carmen who claimed to be the manager using Adnan’s till username refused to let us wait in the drive through even when they were no car behind and asked us to park and come and collect the food ourselves! We asked to cancel as we ordered for drive through ! She started to shout and said that we came there only fight with her 😳😳 and we waisted the food, costumer service and manners are more important then food and goods .

While I understand the importance of serving in-store customers efficiently, it is equally vital to treat delivery drivers with the same level of respect and urgency. These drivers are representatives of both Uber and Deliveroo, and their experiences at Burger King directly impact their willingness to promote the restaurant's services to potential customers. By consistently delaying their orders, Burger King risks losing valuable business opportunities and potential loyal customers among these drivers. As customers, we expect consistency and fairness in service, whether dining in or ordering for delivery. Sadly, Burger King's failure to uphold this standard undermines the overall dining experience for both in-store customers and delivery recipients. The delayed orders not only lead to cold and subpar meals for those eagerly awaiting their deliveries but also hinder the drivers' ability to efficiently serve other customers. It remains one of life's interminable mysteries why a burger chain that makes a better product together with better service fails to outcompete it's main rival (McDs) and this branch shows again that no matter how good Burger King are (very) the branch will never be as busy as the closest McDs but enjoy, the burgers are tasty and the fries are hot and beautifully cooked to perfection and there won't be a queue

Usually not busy and quick service at the drive thru. Chilli bites are the forever favourites. 😋 . Burgers are ok. Dine in area is pretty big too.

Too expensive just for 2 people I spent £20 - £30. Why! Why! Why! Burger King!!!

Shocking ! Went through the drive was told too wait as kitchen was busy/ not my problem! Placed the order then told to park up. Waited 10 minutes then I went inside, after another 6.3 minutes was given the order I placed , had brief check and it was a completely different order and was not mine, dot my order had a brief check as I was looking for the onion rings as that was the main focus as previous order had nuggets which is not what I wanted. Get home now after 12 hour shift my Mrs did and me a 10 hour and would you believe it on my Mrs order she got a double bacon cheeseburger instead of the Angus steak burger-a complete different price all together so basically we were robbed! The place is a fiasco and there was 1 person dinning in and 4 at counter so too me that’s fairly quite for a fast food restaurant. I hope they contact me to reimburse as ymtgey can see what I ordered by card on the till’s receipt.

Wasn’t busy in there, went to dine in and waited 20 minutes for our food. Ended up getting a refund. Burgers were just sitting there, another customer in there see his burger sitting there for 10 minutes before being served it and they binned his coke on table. Awful.

Standard Burger King affair, got my food very quickly considering it was lunch time, not many smiles from the staff. But the food tasted good.
