Delicious food and good service too

I am gutted that they are closed for a few months now. The best burgers I have eaten. We even use to drive all that way just to eat their burgers. I really hope they will reopen

my favourite place to get wings. sad to see it go

Honestly, I'm not sure why but the food isn't as awesome as I remember it. Still delicious but it felt almost reheated.

my drink fed me more than the meal the food is good but the portions are tiny. i didnt eat all day so when i was given half of a hotdog i was disappointed. my mum is also continuously getting burgers with a tiny thin slab of chicken on it. i just wish that the takeout was as serious as the service in the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible service. The food was not coming at the same time…. A burger and a waffles came 30 minutes apart. One of the burgers had absolutely no meat within it. On top of all of this there was flys all over us as we were not able to eat. I asked to speak to the manager and asked for atleast a discount for such a terrible meal. I was told there is no refund and was offered a free drink? When we spent over £200 in this place. I then said please do what you can as the only thing we can do is leave a bad review and we do not want to do this. He then began to swear at me and telling me he will not be ‘threatened’. Absolutely disgusting, the service, the flys on our food….. I’m disgusted. We even packed our food to take home due to this terrible service. DO NOT EAT HERE

Order uber they send me worse food i eat my daughter patty didn't cook properly my wife she had pain in stomach two days I spoke to manger he said i call my boss tomorrow and resolve my issues about bad quality of food nobody call me ,imagine if i order from big company they take action immediately but this shop they don't bother worse experience first time any shop I usually never review but this is matter of food thats why i review about this shop.

Overpriced AF (yet again another business ripping off locals rather than providing a decent pricepoint for most to enjoy). Went in and absolutely no one sitting in (first red flag). Menu appears unnecessarily complicated and super wildfunky for one to navigate peacefully. Food itself super duper average AF. For them prices best believe the manager needs to come out in his finest attire and hand feed me them mediocre meals whilst constantly praising my looks ffs. Went here 5 yrs ago and had the exact same sentiments, nothings changed (oh wait they increased the prices obviously). Surprised it isn't closed down. Gtfo Cranbrook Road

Excellent customer service. I had the loaded Texas bbq beef brisket loaded fries which was well presented with a decent portion size. I really liked the taste of their brisket- the entire dish was very tasty. The decor is interesting and lively with an entire sofa sown from jeans! Will definitely be visiting again.

This is a nice place for burgers. The portion size is very good but you do pay more than your average burger joint. The meals don't come with fries and drinks and these must be paid for separately. I like their variety of chicken and beef burgers and chilli beef/chicken fries. They also have a very good menu of milkshakes. It's located on the very busy Cranbrook Road so parking will need to happen on the parallel roads. Because they make everything fresh, there is usually a long wait (about 30 minutes) before your food arrives. But you will not be disappointed once you tuck into your food.

Very disappointed food was terrible and customer service was aweful and all items over priced and most food items undercooked and no flavour or taste I won’t be returning back for sure

they have stopped serving sweet potato fries to my disappointment, the standard fries portion is also the same size as the kids meal portion unfortunately, the classic smash burger is as good as always and service was first class

I was passing by and thought let's get a bite, first I was bit shocked no one here , benefit of the doubt, I was half way out then thought give them a try , ordered, it was quite fast , I was extremely disappointed especially the price I paid , I could have gone to big mo or another place. Ordered Nacho's it was feai style so as the burger and pinacolada it was slush from corner shop and onion rings Iceland ones. Don't waste your money don't go. LOADED na DOWN LOADED

Quick weekend away in London and I was feeling really hungry. While walking down Ilford lane I gave this place a try. I tried the machete burns and had the chicken it was bland and the chicken had no spice the Tabasco sauce on the table was just water. It was portrayed to be a spicy burger. My wife's wings were flavoursome. Shame would probably give it a miss

We arrived in Loaded to break our fast, we ordered our food, it was time to break our fast (no water or the drinks we ordered were given to us) my husband went to ask the waiter to get us some water 4x and the guy kept repeating “I’m bringing it” then my husband went to the till to buy one which then the guy on the till gave it for free. Our food came 1 hour later and even then only the burgers and chips came we had to wait another 10 minutes for the cheeseballs- and even after the food came the chicken burger was dry and the beefy burger had no flavour I have never been this disappointed in a food joint ever, I normally try giving the benefit of the doubt if the food is bad service is good or service bad and food is good but this was really upsetting no consideration for customers who are fasting. There was no reassurance until the waiter got the food to us, we had to wait an hour to get a simple apology “sorry the foods running a bit late”

Ordered a frickin burger today 8th April. Ate half of it and absolutely gobsmacked to find a hair in bedded in the burger and wrapped around the chicken. Absolutely disgusting! Rang the store and spoke to Moin (the manager?) who says all staff wear a cap, which I do not believe at all as I have been to the shop itself and have never ever seen anyone wear a cap. This was a regular place for me to order once a week but not anymore! I would avoid this place unless you want hair in your food. They didn't even have an good enough explanation as to why it happened. Really appalled to say the least.

I had booked a table for 2 during ramadan. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food arrived fairly quickly. The food was below average, the burger was salty and lacked flavour. The chilli beef fries had no beef, it was mostly the chilli and the red kidney beans. The strawberry daiquiri was amazing. Would not recommend. There standards have dropped and I used to specifically go there for the lamb takon burger and its no longer available to order. The food is no longer tasty. Not worth a penny.

Me & my friend went to eat burger yesterday evening. I wasn't able to sleep and realised I had been food poisoned. Called my friend to ask and she also confirmed that she had an uneasy night and had a bad headache. We figured it was the burgers. phoned loaded to tell them. They didn't seem at all interested in what we ate but came back with "are you allergic to anything?" I confirmed that we are not. The he just said: "I will let the kitchen staff know - sorry!" I asked "is that it!?" "Just sorry?" the reply was - "YEPP" So I said well I'm going to leave an honest review of what just happened so here it is. Disgusting food disgusting service. I really don't think they will last much. If they cannot even understand that the food needs to be tasty and they need to care about customer service. you cannot build a reputation of excellence, based on such a poor customer experience

It is such a shame what has happened to Loaded. It used to be a decent place for a burger. But now, the service is shocking, staff seem severely inexperienced and out of their depth. Seems like a change management has driven the place to the ground. We waited over 45 minutes for 4 burgers even though the restaurant was virtually empty (Friday evening). They gave us the wrong food, the nachos were laughable, and the cheese was watery. It saddens me to write this review because it used to be my go to, but I am writing this in the hopes that it provides the critical and honest feedback that this restaurant needs.

Quiet on arrival. Halal burger place. Burger was nice but it can leave a taste in your mouth. I loved the loaded chips, exactly how it should be. My wings were crunchy and had flavour. The cheesy balls were lovely. Would recommend. Only prob was I don’t think the kitchen staff realised how loudly they talk. 😳 heard some stories 😄

Hubby had the loaded burger, he said it was nice, I has the B.O.B burger, the beef pattie was still mooing it was so rare, the staff offered to grill it some more and told us we should have said if we wanted it well done at the time of ordering as they make all beef patties medium rare, I didn't see that wrote on the menu, maybe I missed it but the server should have actually asked at the time of us ordering how we would like the beef patties if they are not cooking them all well done, my son had the chicken strips and fries kids meal, the chicken was dry and tasteless, the fries were okay. The restaurant was empty, we were the first customers of the day as it had just opened a few minutes prior to us arriving. We won't be returning anytime soon for their undercooked, overpriced food. The burgers don't even come as a meal, you have to purchase chips as a separate side. What kind of restaurant doesn't offer meals?

Really like this place. The burgers are very good and the chicken and waffle is great. I always get the takon burger with extra egg (which the yolk is usually runny) and sausage and can honestly can favourite burger in London. Occassionally I get the chicken and waffle too. The only place in the area to offer that and it tastes amazing too! Great honey mustard.

Good food. Not what it used to be, components missing from burgers. Flavours weren't that distinct in my fullyloaded burger and the chicken and pattie was cooked a bit too much.

Tried it for the first time but was totally disappointed Overpriced place way better options out there chicken tasted like vomit there’s no meals at this place you can’t get chips and a drink with your burger or even just chips with a burger everything has to be paid separately which is a put off itself.

Was looking forward to trying out a local (still standing) burger spot. But unfortunately on my first order I was sent the wrong burger! (completed with uber online ordering). I'm sure it's the employee's who made the mistake. So instead of receiving 2 juicy beef patties (the Americana burger, I think?) I received a chicken burger (weighed heavy - good sign) but topping was an excessive amount of mayo used, which hid most things, although the brown lettuce leaf's did stand out though. The "cheesy chips" the fries with skin on were nice, but the cheese used must be the cheapest wholesale catering cheese ever! (which wouldn't be made up of much real cheese). Pls address that quality point. Overall I wanted to like Loaded Burger, but from the start - wrong burger, then the slight lack in quality and or finished product; for the price I wasn't very happy. But!..... I am going to give Loaded Burger one more try - in person this time, so fingers crossed.

You've got to try this place out. This is the fourth time I've eaten from this place and the food has been consistently good. The chocolate milkshake is the best there is, you won't find any better around this area and many other areas. The mad dog wings is spicy and delicious, I was soo full but I kept eating because it is very nice. You also need to try out their chilli beef chips and sweet potato fries, it's skin on and always cooked on point. I would also recommend their double smashed angus burger, it's on their uber eats menu but the staff was happy to make it for me. I've ordered via uber eats as well as dined in. Their customer service is excellent and I will definitely continue to eat from this place.

My friend and I ordered a burger each with extra chicken rashers in, when the burgers arrived the rashers were missing. When we let the staff know they asked us what we wanted to substitute for it. We asked for two sausages each to make up for the inconvenience to which the staff agreed. A few minutes later one of staff informed us that he could not give us two sausages because it was of more value. I reminded him that it was their mistake and that they had already made an agreement with us and was now changing what they said. I understood there was no point arguing and just accepted what they now offered. I was already irritated and didn’t want to argue. It seemed they were more interested in getting their moneys worth rather than looking after the customer after their own mistake. I was very disappointed after having spent just under £50.00 for two meals. I will not be coming back. 😡

Food here is average, their customer service is terrible! Messed up our orders, food took ages, it was a mess. Spent £140 on food with friends and family but experience and service there was the worst.

Ah man, this place was so awesome. Very good burgers. It is very good concept to build your own burger , order it , and enjoy. Food was not over priced. Service was good. This is a place where I will go again if I ever visit GB again. Awesome restaurants guys. Ps. Doors in finland opens to different direction.

Woaowww an amazing place to eat. Bossman was top quality. Loved the jeats (jean seats 🤌🤌🤌) food was first class. Even got a lil eid discount 😆😆😆. Would recommend!!!!

I don't know what all these 1 star reviews are talking about, I tried the burger and the chicken fingers and they blew me away. It really fills you up nicely and the chicken was really top-tier.

If you come to Ilford go to this restaurant for having your burgers. They have a lot to choose from and it seems like there is always a place to sit down. Not too crowded.

The server could not be more attentive, he really made sure that I had everything I needed for my meal and was super friendly and welcoming, and the kitchen staff were both really lovely too. I ordered the Frikin Burger which is chicken and it was cooked to perfection, and came with a BBQ sauce that they themselves make which was beautiful. Awesome dining experience, if I'm ever in Ilford again I shall return.

Our second visit here. Five stars isn't enough. This place is amazing. The food is great, it sells mainly burgers but what it does, it does very very well. You can choose from the pre prepared menu, or build your own burger. The food is delicious and by London standard's very cheap. The restaurant looks basic but please do not let that put you off. The service here is top quality and the staff have a smile on their face.

First tried Loaded not long after they opened for the first time in Ilford, wasn't impressed hoping for a decent halal burger, what I ended up with was salty flavourless mince patty, they seem to work under the ethos; the end product that they base their business on shouldn't matter as long as it's in a trendy setting and presented in a similar fashion. The meet was tasteless and with a ton of salt added. Vowed never to return then recently tried Loaded in Loughton, hoping they had improved their approach to food after so many years. I was was wrong, these people are so cheap it's almost comical from the diluted hand wash in the toilet to the cheap fake ketchup they fill the Heinz ketchup bottles with - Honestly who does that? fill Heinz ketchup with some poor substitute that when added to food leaves no room for any other taste - absolutely awful the kind of condiment you'd expect from chicking and wings for £1.99 joints. Cheapest of all was the Beef chips - that became a game of hunt the beef there was practicaly no beef in it honestly a vegetarian would have beed safe eating those chips. They couldn't even char grill the chicking, any charcoal flavour was replaced by bitter burnt chicking. Bottom line if the decor and the look not taste of the food matters more than the food maybe give them a try, if not avoid Loaded.

Very filling and wholesome burger, quality is on point, just what you're looking for in terms of delicious burgers the way it should be! This place has been around for ages and the food speaks for itself. Portion sizes are very generous and the atmosphere is comfy and cool. Definitely recommend for your burger fix! I ordered the Americana burger with hand cut fries and the texas bbq wings which were sweet and crunchy.

Burgers are quite good, meat was very good, you don't even have to wait too long. Just one star less because the bun was toasted, I think it would be better without, but I am sure I can ask for it, so no issue! Especially the drinks are very good, have to try the original mojito! From the burgers I can recommend the Americana, though you can individually build your own burger too!

Amazing juicy burgers cooked to perfection, couldn’t name a place that is halal and does amazing burgers. Been there more than a handful amount of times and all I can say is it’s been the same every time.

It looked quiet so I stopped in for some eats while I was in the area. Burger was lovely, loaded skinyy fries were delicious, can't fault it enjoyed the whole meal, well cooked, arrived fast and tasted delicious. Will definitely return.

We went in the tables were very sticky, there is no one at the front to greet you or to take your order. The food when it arrives it’s okay. To make this place better you should hire someone to be at the front

Went to Loaded Burgers after years! The service was good, burgers were lovely. The staff were very kind and friendly.

Ordered 2 'Gourmet ' fully loaded burgers, could not believe what we got for our money. I have attached a photo, I did ring up and ask why there was nothing in the burger but horrid flavourless patties? Person I spoke to who did not give a name, became very defensive and not very helpful. Stay away from this place a waste of money.
