Miller & Carter Steak House in Redbridge

Lovely service as always, same with regards to food! Michael was really helpful, couldn't so enough and really made our visit that bit more special. This is our second time here this month and will definitely be back

This is the third time we've visited this Miller & Carter since moving to the area recently - the Food keeps bringing us back! Calamari starter and ribeye main was both cooked to perfection. The onion loaf alone is a great addition to the plate. From the start of the evening till the end, Michael made sure we had a great experience. He recommended a great wine to complement our main and made sure we were okay throughout our meal. Looking forward to the next visit!

This is one of my favourite places to eat and I am a fussy eater! Food is great, nice selection of wine and great customer service. One of my favourite servers is Michael, nothing is ever to much for him, excellent customer service and an asset to this fine establishment!

The waiter was really helpful and lovely. Food was good, had a nice rump 7oz, with lobster tail, was nice and so was my partners. Had a rum cocktail, which was nice, but a little sweet, but not major deal! nice atmosphere, helpful staff, great pricing on cocktails and drinks all together, was a nice Sunday evening!

My favourite place to come for a burger or steak. Excellent service every time and food is consistently good, never hit n miss. Today's meal was amazing with a yummy spicy aubergine addition to my salad. Special thanks to our amazing young server Mikey for making our lunch even more pleasurable....nothing was too much for him.

First time coming here and will definitely come again. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was great. Georgina who was our server was lovely, attentive and helpful. The food was very tasty and i was very impressed by the large choice that was available in the menu, even the dessert menu too. This will be my local restaurant and even a bonus to have a carpark right next door.

I’ve been to Miller and Carter restaurants before. I’ve had mixed feelings about the two restaurants I went to in Scotland. But this review is for my visit in Woodford. It was my 60th birthday. Not great age and nothing to be shouting from the rooftops. But the staff, including a guy called Patrick was really helpful and made me feel at home. We got ourselves a window seat so was able to peer out of the window and do some serious people watching while tucking into my steak. I would recommend this restaurant to others. The only reason why I knocked a star off was because I’d rather have the use of linen napkins as opposed to the paper variety. Everything else was first class.

My husband and I had a lovely steak dinner here. The meal was good and this restaurant is spacious and a nice environment. The service is good and our waiter Taff was lovely, friendly and attentive. Overall a lovely evening.

I took my partner Eva here for her birthday a couple of days ago; we'd already eaten in the Miller and Carter at Muswell Hill in the past (when it was our local branch), and had both been impressed with the food and the general concept. Eva had particularly wanted a steak, which (somewhat surprisingly) is difficult to find easily in our local restaurants in Walthamstow. We were both made to feel very welcome straight away. Our server Georgina struck exactly the right balance of informality and professionalism; she assessed the kind of options we'd be interested in immediately and was very intuitive about what choices to offer us first. I felt that we were in very good hands throughout the meal, without any stuffiness. In hindsight, I wish that my mental arithmetic hadn't been so wonky at the time, and that I'd left her a larger tip! The kitchen sent Eva a happy birthday message in chocolate sauce with her pudding - a very nice touch. As a pescatarian, one of the things I like about Miller and Carter is the number of non-meat options - it means that we can go out for meal together at a steak house without any awkwardness. I also particularly liked the internal layout and location of the Woodford Green branch directly opposite the green, as well as the quality of the food. We'll definitely go back - possibly several times this year. And next time we'll leave a bigger tip, particularly if Georgina is serving us again!

I came to Woodford Green for a meal with my family and as always had a lovely evening. The food was amazing! I would like to thank our server Taff who gave excellent service. He greeted us with a smile and was very prompt with our order. We were made to feel very comfortable and like nothing was too much bother. We look forward to returning.
