Lovely evening at Newbury Park steaks were perfect. Service from Ellis was excellent ⭐️

Delicious food. There is nothing to complain about. Steak was cooked perfectly, and the sides were delicious, too. Ryan, who served our table was amazing.

Fabulous food and service. A special shout out to adriana who was our phenomenal server.

Lovely menu choice. Beautifully cooked steak with diners selection of veg. All was dressed with individual complementary sauce. Very tasty. Definitely recommend.

Always a great a place to visit even for a quick lunch! Excellent value on lunch specials. Service was great but would encourage a few more staff to help out for lunch on the floor. On the day, we had a lovely waitress serve us, but she was run off her feet serving every table. Amazing ability to juggle everything!

Brilliant customer service from Elliott, 8 of us including an infant, everything came out as ordered, Elliot was extremely attentive not only to us but his other tables. We had a birthday cake, no need to remind him, came out before desserts with side plates, forks and a knife. We are regulars, we take my elderly parents there as we know they enjoy their experience. I only gave it 3 stars for atmosphere as the men’s loo’s were a bit smelly 👃👃👃

The Food, Service and Atmosphere was fantastic at Miller and Carter Newbury Park! They had a Variety of many meat. The portions were great. The service was absolutely perfect, especially Elise's. The bathroom was nice and clean.

Couldn’t fault it …Emma Louise really looked after us and the steaks were absolutely perfect , my only tiny tiny gripe is seeing chunky chips as extra ! Oh and excellent wine as well 👍

Very nice to have lunch, dinner or just a drink at this Steakhouse . Very good service from the waiting staff when having a meal especially when served by Alissa. I also appreciate the large free car park and plenty of space in the venue and a lovely beer garden. Well recommended.

Our lovely waitress Alissa was very friendly, helpful and patient. The food was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was perfect for 5 old school friends to have a good catch up.

Excellent food, good menu to choose from. The lunchtime two/three course meal options are excellent value. Very nice atmosphere and very spacious interior. Garden at back is also very nice! The service was excellent throughout, special shoutout to Emma-Louise.

On 5th March I went for a birthday lunch in a group of four. Food was lovely and one if our party who has special eating requirements after having mouth cancer was happily catered for. My only criticism would be that the lunch menu was not supplied until we asked for it. Just the main menu and wine list. Three of us are from the lunch menu.

I ordered fom the starters menu and it was nice enough, I did oder a burger(chefs spcial) to take away and that was very nice

Thank you Miller &Carter for such a lovely meal,I had rib eye 12o/z cooked medium and my partner had sirloin 12 o/z medium cooked both from the 30 day matured menu and they were full of flavor. The sides ,lettuce bowl with honey and bacon topping were all lovely and the vanilla cheese cake nice as well.i thought the restaurant was nicely laid out and good decor..service was fine ..Good job..

We dinned on Friday night around 21:30 from a lady called Alissa , as a person who is working on Mitchell’s and butlers I was impressed from Alissa with her service and her dedication over 29 years service in the company , I wanted to say a big thank you and appreciation for her hard work all this years🙏🙏

Food is good, 28oz Ribeye sharing platter was cooked perfectly. The front reception experience was poor, waited to be seated for about 10mins, in a very "NOT" busy restaurant, when we were seated, there was maybe 4 tables. Definite bad start and first impressions always so important. Probably won't come back to this location.

Really poorly cooked steak, and very over salted. The first one came out well done, which I had to return as I wanted medium. The second one came, the chef must have been knew... no crust on the steak, and it tasted like a handful of salt. Didn't eat it, but was charged full price. I paid and left without complaining.

We visited this place on a Thursday for a yearly catch up. We spent the entirety of our evening at the bar, where we ordered a variety of starters and wines/cocktails. Our server Frankie was very polite and made us feel very welcome. Look forward to returning & would highly recommend.

Great food and an excellent service from Georgie our server today, was appalled to have to listen to another couple seating near us , thinking it is OK, to be rude to staff members when they go above and beyond.

Went on New Year’s Day, sat down with my family , all decided what to order , waitress comes over we place our order , we order our starters, then mains , two dirty burgers and one bacon cheeseburger, two steaks, oh sorry no burgers at all, I mean why wasn’t we informed when we arrived at the restaurant. A big restaurant like miller&Carter and no burgers at all, that’s ridiculous and bad service . Man who showed us to our table never said a word and the waitress didn’t until we placed the order. Extremely disappointed. No explanation given either. And it was early In the day so I can’t say you run out.

I had dinner with my family late afternoon on NYE. It was fairly busy at that time. Our waitress Georgie was lovely, she was patient with us, as we had our 7month baby niece with us. We have been here several times, and it’s never been disappointing. My parents had the Spiced apple cooler - which was lovely and I had the non alcoholic version. The food was great, I had the burrata to start with and the lamb for mains. It was cooked to perfection! To finish I had the poach pear, my oh my I wished I ordered 3 of these. It was lovely, the little crunchy bits that came with it was a lovely touch. Even it being NYE, and tables filling up, the atmosphere was pleasant, it was a nice chilled vibe. All of the staff were great, as I said our waitress Georgie was lovely, always smiling and making sure everything was ok. We all had a really nice time. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely time and our waitress did a small gesture for our 21st anniversary which was quite welcomed and a good surprise for us.

We visit M&C at Newbury Park quite frequently and in the past have always complimented the quality of their food and their exceptional level of service. However, on this occasion we were extremely disappointed. The festive menu had been changed from the tradition of previous years, and so we stuck with our usual fillet steak. In our opinion the steak was fine, but the sticky chipotle chicken starter was by no means up to their usual standard. The onion loaf that comes with the steak was very pappy and again not as we've been used to. Also, the chips weren't cooked very nice. All in all, a very disappointing evening.

Great place for burgers and steak

We usually visit here once a year fo 4th effective season but it was very disappointing this year. The turkey and the vegetarian options were very mediocre. We won't be coming back next year.

Last night at Miller & Carter was a treat! Great food, friendly staff, and the Tommy Margarita stole the show—whoever Tommy is, give him a raise. Highly recommend!

I came for my mums birthday and the atmosphere and staff were so kind and welcoming when we arrived. They were quick with food and would recommend their ribeye! Will definitely be coming back here agin :)

Had a lovely meal experience with Emma-Louise. She went out of her way to cater to our requests and was very pleasant and attentive even when juggling lots of big tables at the same time. The food was delicious and the festive cocktails were too (they should sell them all year round). Very satisfied!

I'd stopped going to this restaurant as the last few times weren't that good, but this visit was better. Portions have definitely decreased significantly but the steak was tasty nevertheless.

I visit this branch every so often and it’s always good. We went with friends on a busy Saturday evening where we met up in the separate bar which is great for a pre meal drink and they serve Neck Oil beer which was a bonus. I told the Maitre D where we were and he was quite happy for us to finish our drink and come over to get our table when ready. All nice and relaxed being a great start to our evening. Once at our table the waitress Emma was great (and patient ) whilst getting our food and drinks order together, her knowledge of the food and how it’s all prepared was excellent. My starter was great, I had the prawn cocktail with good quality prawns not loads but just enough, most enjoyable. For main I shared the chateaubriand which I’ve had before and it was excellent. Miller and Carters aren’t cheap but they aren’t mega expensive either, good value for money. The service made the evening with Emma our waitress being very professional and I couldn’t help noticing the Maitre D mucking in to help out on what was a very busy night. Top marks M&C, we will return.
