WARNING LOOK AT THE SMALL PRINT UNDER THE MENU. I wish i could wright a better review. Was very dosapointed by the service charge hidden in small print bellow the menu. Adding an extra £8 to my order that i didnt agree to pay for nor did i order from the menu. After finding out the end pice was significantly higher i requested my money back politley as i couldnt afford to be giving out money i was shown the tiniest sentace below my menu stating it was mandatory unless i said otherwise before paying the check. My sister and i were very disapointed as the food was very nice and the cheffs deserve much more than the severs. We walked out feeling cheated.

Had an amazing lunch at Big Moe’s Ilford. Vish was serving us. She’s amazing. Her service was quick and fantastic. The only one running the whole restaurant. We were surprised. Big Moes is lucky to have Vish as an employee. Service is a 10 and the food is a 10. Amazing food 👍👍👍👍👍

Delicious breakfast platter ! Eggs, bacon, Hashbrowns are delicious. Even the toast is great. The best for me were the American Pancakes ! Absolutely delicious and great service from Ayesha.

Wonderful having real American burgers in the heart of ilford. Was craving for nice burgers and wasnt disappointed a bit. Plus friendly staff. Our server was Vish who really took care of our order.

Best burgers and shakes in town.

Kitted out like a typical American diner with all the right touches including a Cadillac, pool table and matching Cadillac seats. Nice selection of burgers, chicken and salad.

Basically it has the appearance of an American diner.. no pork served at all.. this is poor, totally misleading.. I wanted bbq pork ribs.. personally if you don't care for classic American food then by all means attend.. but if your expecting proper American cuisine this is not the establishment.. over rating has to go down for imitating something it is not.

Really nice food quality, service was good. Only thing is from outside it is not inviting and you can’t see if there’s anything going on. Inside atmosphere could do with a little louder music to block the children noise. It surprised me from when I saw outside to then walking out after eating. Prices were decent for what we got and reflected the quality. Thanks to the waitress and waiter for their service.

I ordered wings and chips and they were amazing. I also ordered a pb and choc shake and it was the best shake I’ve had. Vish served me quickly and took care of me very well

There was one waiter only and he was run off his feet.the food took a long time to come and was cold.all the drinks were flat for some reason.complained to the waiter/cashier/said he was the manager but he kept ignoring the issues I was raising and kept making lame excuses.definitely will not be going back

We went on a Thursday night for my son's birthday. The service from the beginning was a let down, uninterested and just going through the motions. No attententiveness whatsoever. We ordered the burger platter for 4 people with two sides. The sides were burnt and overcooked, especially the tenders. The BBQ wings were clearly old and just microwaved, or at least that's how they tasted, old. The chicken burgers were dry and not crispy. The beef burger was ok but bland. The worst part is, my son got food poisoning from his food. He felt ill almost instantly from eating the food and just now had a bout of vomitting to get whatever it is we were fed, out. I think the quality of service and food must really plunge on weekdays because this is not acceptable as an established chain which used to have a great reputation. I love that they don't serve Coca-Cola or other questionable soft drinks. They should get rid of the chocolate bars too. I'd love to post a better review but it just wasn't good enough I'm afraid and it's dangerous to lower food standards to the point that it causes vomitting. Please do better.

Food was ok, service was poor. Only three tables in the whole place. Difficult to get them to come and see you, I had to get up a few times. 3 floor staffs for 3 tables. Sharer started arrived, but we had to ask for our drinks again as that didn’t. Then we also had to get up and ask them for side plates for the sharer. Both our mains came without the extra topping we paid for. Told them I didn’t need to have the topping for mine, and to cancel it. They brought me a new one, which I said I didn’t need, they insisted and said it was on the house. Then they put it on our bill anyway. Staff was not rude, just useless. It’s not a busy place so think they are complacent. They are more focus on cleaning the bar than on the customers. It was my second time there, I went over 7 months ago. I won’t go back. They need to have staff who are trained and actually want to be there.
