Kentucky Fried Sparrow. Probably throughout the KFC chain, meager portions of chicken and chips being served. Plenty of other Chicken and Chip options for better value, wont be returning.

Disgusting chips where cold the whole meal was disgusting ,chicken was undercooked absolutely won't be visiting their again ,when told chips were cold didn't even get an apology or even offered more chips ,everyone in their wants sacking unprofessional

Disgusting over priced rubbish. Rubbery chicken. Burnt at the edges.if you don't know what you're doing?? Go look for a different career. You're letting the franchise down by inexperienced staff and producing garbage. Ps. Kfc promotes crispy chicken. Think your staff need to research on this.

The Burgers are a joke more batty than chicken. It’s not a fillet burger, it’s slim, sliced chicken breast. Coming like they get 3 burgers out of one chicken fillet

Like previous comments i have given this place many chances, Rude staff, cold food, wrong orders, but to top it all last week they dropped my order on the floor and put it back in the bag, absolutely disgusting, manager was as useful as a chocolate fireguard. KFC need to really act on the way this place is run. Just been Chick n Stop in Paddock, absolutely superb, half the price, big pieces of very tasty chicken and lovely staff. The owner was a absolute gent.

The most revolting yet disgusting establishment of all time. I have ordered from here three times giving them chance after chance to get my order right. How can such a human not read an order and put the correct food in baffles me. As a customer I expect food delivered to my address at the right temperature for it to be edible. It arrived cold , cold isn’t even the worst it was like it came out of a fridge. I expect a takeaway/restraunt to get my order right and for it to arrive on time. I had ordered a boneless banquet and a trophy box meal, 2 fillets and a mini burger , not only could they not read the order , they decided to not send the sauce they decided to miss 3 items from my order which is outrageous. My poor mum was left with no food and she watched myself and my dad eat our box meal. She had to make herself soup for tea. TAKE MY ADVICE AND NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. KFC WAKEFIELD ROAD.

My main issue on this visit was the toilet it absolutely stunk in there and I could tell the seat was wet I decided just to wash my hands and not to to use the toilet. I got my food and sat down eating it and I noticed another customer going in to use the toilet I nearly said something to her about the state of it but she was able to see it for herself and I heard her mention something to the staff. Soon after she left the male member of staff rushed in with a mop in his hand just a mop and then quickly came out again so there was no time to wipe the toilet or anything absolutely disgusting. I actually saw a member of the public come in just to use the toilet and then go out again. The other point I would like to make is KFC no longer serve any hot drinks the only option you have is to have a sugar-free drink they didn't even have any orange juice in the fridge absolutely terrible for a business to be running like this. The other KFC in Huddersfield town centre is not much better at all. I have just stopped ordering fries altogether at KFC because I am always given cold fries and I have to hand them back and a lot of the staff are willing to argue with me.

Cold food hardly any fries and the wrong burger which was over cooked. Never again that was my last. Staff very rude and not understanding. It was a case of thats yours I'm not interested

What in the actual **** is wrong with staff training? Does anyone know how to count? It's probably the 6th time that i only get half of the order If i order 6x 2 wings I expect, you guessed it! 12!!! But apparently thats not obvious for KFC staff at this location as I keep getting it wrong and receive only 6 pcs.

Ordered online via Deliveroo and was missing over half the order. Rang up to question this and was told “we haven’t had any Deliveroo orders”

My sons birthday and he loves KFC, my partner decided to call in after work to pick up a couple of buckets, but had left his bank card at home but he had enough cash on him, KFC In Marsh would NOT accept his cash, the queen's legal tender. Told him to order online, I dont think so, lost our custom forever.

This specific KFC is beyond terrible. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful - very obvious they don't want to be there. Orders continuously have missing items, or contain cold/under cooked food. And the worst one I keep having - chicken that stinks of cigarette smoke, right down to the chicken bone!! This has happened four times over thge last couple of years, so not just a one-off. Maybe the Coronel has added a new secret ingredient to the recipe...

Ordered online via Just Eat and ended up receiving part of order but not the full thing. The chicken was missing. Tried reporting to the restaurant via phone several times and unsurprisingly they failed to answer. Called through to Just Eat who eventually applied a credit for the missing items. When pushed. Franchisee clearly has no interest in the restaurant nor do the troglodytes that work there. No one expects haute cuisine from a grubby KFC in Huddersfield but actually being able to navigate the tough scenario of reading an order slip and putting things in a bag surely shouldn’t be that difficult. All in all fairly useless and not worth your time if you wish to receive your full order.

Half An Order And Even That Was Wrong! Just got back home and discovered my chicken fillet burger and chips are missing plus a 3 piece and chips was 3 pieces of drumsticks, it’s supposed to be a variety! Last time my fillet burger was so hard and crusty it must have been cooked the day before! Last visit for me! And yes, I have been charged for my missing items!

Don’t order through just eat. Half order came and useless resolution from customer services. Restaurant didn’t answer phone when called immediately to say order missing items. Half the family had food missing, plus what did come wasn’t wrapped up but just in an open bag. Won’t be using again and now need to get some dinner from somewhere else.

Ordered 80 Ps popcorn chicken bucket Only 60 in the box big con this is not the first times this has happened!! . Well the toilets are dirty . These cant of been cleaned for weeks nasty . Big company like this standards are very low !!!!

Been to Marsh KFC order 20 hot wings bucket and only got 18. Should have known better and not gone to the Marsh restaurant. The first one in huddersfield but the worst.

My partner has just recently been in to the marsh kfc today in huddersfield and im really not happy at all with the quality of my order... firstly the customer service was shocking, we ordered a 6 piece bargain bucket with a bottle of pop and 6 extra hot wings(because why not) they guy behind the counter completely dismissed my boyfriend was very arrogany, gave us a bucket with soggy chips no hot wings and no drink and it came up to around £15 wtf did i just pay for i didnt even get my food i wanted... unfortunately i live to far out from marsh or i would have gone back and requested my food be redone... wont be going back

I had a family bucket for share fried chicken. Chicken was ok but chips was really low quality doesn’t looks like nice and cold too.

We were renovating our kitchen and had to buy some lunch for the builders. They worked hard so we decided to get them lunch as they wanted some fast food and suggested KFC. We got 10 pieces chicken which comes with 4 fries and really value for money. The staff were hard working. Taking orders , filling drinks, getting fries and chicken all with a smile. Great that staff are passionate with their work. Polite and friendly. Their new suppliers for chicken tasted good.Will definitely return.

What a mistake I made going here. Fries cold. Zinger burger dried up and disgusting. Total waste of money .

It is KFC! You know what you are getting. Last time I went I ordered a boneless banquet meal for one. When I got home and opened it it had two chips but no popcorn chicken so was really dissapointed. Other times have been fine. Staff are fine, not great customer service but nothing that has been bad.

Nipped in, waited 10 mins in a que of 3 ! Dirty shop no clean tables, saw an old gentleman cleaning his own table with a manager available ! Cold chips , piping hot chicken. Staff very blunt. Would advise against going...

Llamado hoy a las seis de la tarde con mi hija ya que terminaba la escuela bastante tarde y necesitaba algo para comer. Pedí la comida mientras mi hija encontró un lugar para sentarse. El lugar era tranquilo ie 1 diner y sólo había 1 mesa limpia a la que sentarse. Mi hija estaba horrorizado (13 años) Las plantas y las mesas estaban asquerosas. La señora que nos sirvió no era nada amable. . . Bastante frío, así que no puedo decir nada dare. Nos sentamos en dicho mesa limpia para atiborrarse patatas fritas frías. . . No! ! Tomó los de atrás, terminado nuestra hamburguesa se me gritó. . . 'fresco patatas calientes', no podía esperar a salir.

Esperamos 10 minutos para que se sirve con una persona de frente, luego 15 minutos para la comida. Pregunté si estaba en salsa extra, me dijeron que era, sólo para encontrar que cuando llegué a casa que no era de allí. Volví a la tienda como ha sucedido un par de veces a mis hijas, pedí hablar con el gerente, que fingen no darse cuenta me quejo. Ella era maleducado y no realmente interesados en mi queja. Muy decepcionante de nuevo y no volveremos.

El personal es muy grosero. No amable o servicial. Dice en línea fue cerrado el día que fuimos, así que llamé en avanzada de salir solo para el telefono poner en mí. La señorita que me atendió no podía dejar que su cara en una sonrisa. Muy grosero.

Sido y pagamos casi 20 euros por un cubo de 'triple'. Llegamos a descubrir que no hay siquiera lo básico I. e sal, mano, etc. en la cubitera desinfectantes ni cumplieron la orden correctamente dejando fuera el pollo de palomitas.

Decided we would try the shop at Marsh again said I never would again. Ordered my food paid and left with my takeaway. But was disappointed they got the order wrong again. I paid for and ordered a towered fillet burger box meal but got just a fillet burger. They can never seem to get orders correct from this shop. I suppose I should blame myself for trying them again. Think this will have to be the last time.

Comida fría viscoso, siempre tendrás la orden equivocada. Cada ahora y entonces pruébalo, nunca mejora. No se pierden más dinero!

Chicken breast undercooked and tough (like cooked from frozen). Manager very rude, and said she had been cooking chicken for years. She soon shut up when I said I was once a chef not a cook and I know when meat as been fried from frozen. The place is always filthy. Understaff, undertrained and poorly managed.

Extremely miserable staff. Not one smile between the members of staff I came into contact with. If you hate being there so badly, do yourselves a favour, find another job, preferably NOT in the service industry.

Not really keen on this kfc due to finding a hair in my burger sometimes the staff can be quite rude! They could be quicker with the cleaning and the toilets are horrid I much prefer the one in town or on Leeds road!

typical kfc..the food is expensive for what you are getting. The venue is a bit tired and although staff seem to be cleaning,it still has a run down feel about it. Staff are pleasant but can be rushed as this place gets very busy and can have queues out the door

No matter how many times ive been in i always leave with items missing.The menu is very small indeed and ordering is perplexing to say the least,but across the road is the greatest chicken shop on earth.

My family of 5 had a teatime family visit to the KFC in Marsh. My first comment must be how dangerous the tiled floor was when wet, it was like ice seating rink walking across it!!!My wife ordered the food and when asked found the service was apathetic but consistent with most other fast food outlets. We were going to sit by the window at the seating area at the bottom half but found the only free table had not been cleaned. We sat further back in the same area. The abandoned table was left as per photo and was still like it when we went.On a positive note the food was good and despite being a cold day it was warm at the bottom end!

Visited KFC for quick bite to eat, extremely busy, but the gentleman server today 3.7.15 was outstanding. Young girl with her parent wanted mini fillet burger, employee asked if she wanted the spicy mayo or normal mayo or ketchup. The young girl wanted ketchup and this was no trouble at all for him. He was extremely helpful. A credit to the organisation - a manager should commend him on his customer service skills.....outstanding

About the worst KFC ever. Won't visit again. Surly staff, place had a run down feel about it. Food was as expected I suppose, although my granddaughter didn't eat all hers saying it didn't taste as nice as it usually does

This is the worst KFC I've ever been in!!!Place was filthy, tables cleared but not wiped down, floor was black with sauce and good scattered around (we were in there at 12pm so it had clearly not been cleaned before opening). The chicken in the burger was hard and dry (yesterday's???) and the gravy (which is my favourite bit of the meal) was watery and flavourless - didn't even use it after the first few dips!!The most disgusting Kentucky ever - shameful!!!

There are no words to even discribe how awful the costomer service is. Very rude staff as I was hung up on twice when speaking to a staff member. It sounds like the place is full of dossing kids who couldn't care less for ther customers. Can you imagine how much care they put into your food?

firstly, I can't believe trip advisor has an option to review KFC!! Anyway, I went to the drive through last night and was appalled by the language barrier between staff and customers. The staff were all talking in a foreign language between themselves and the girl at the drive through spoke such broken English I had to ask her 3 times how much the bill was. Sort yourselves out guys! Twister meal lovely as always but I'm sure it's shrunk in size over recent years!
