disappointed as i ordered falooda they didn’t have it and i had to ring twice to get the shop to get food delivered, arrived 30 minutes late

Ordered a chicken steak platter which comes with rice chips n salad, absolutely delicious, very tasty sauce, enough for two people. Also piri chicken parmesan was excellent. Chicken steak panini n chicken steak burger n chicken salad box was spot on. Special burger which has a chicken fillet, beef burger n cheeseburger all in one was nice. Would order again n would recommend to anyone especially their platters. Delivery early as well. Can't go wrong with steak n shake.

we really wanted to eat a nice piri piri chicken today but this one has nothing to do with Piri Piri flavour it was the red tandori one that we could easily make at home. Seekh kebabs tasted like they have been warmed up in the microwave. Definitely won't order again

The restaurant confirmed for 11.00pm but instead decided that it would be until 00.00am that they could deliver it so we had to cancel the order.

Food was really tasty, they even rang me after placing my order to let me know they didn’t have any Lamb Chops so I chose a substitute for my starter. My only issue is that I order Salad to come with both my starter and main course yet I didn’t receive any Salad with either. Other than that, it was delicious and perfect.

Ordered the pirri pirri pizza, chicken burger, chicken steak and chips and stir fry donner. Everything was delicious, especially the pizza. Delivery came on time too.

Food was cold when it arrived, Chips were a soggy mess. Burger wasn't too bad although it was really spicy, even though nowhere did it say it was spicy... So sadly my partner couldnt eat hers as it would've had a bad reaction with her.

The worst food we have ever encountered! 2 dry as a bone tuna mayo jackets that were clearly reheated in microwave due to big holes in the box! no mayo in the tuna and no butter! we also ordered kebab meat for my 11 year old son which was smothered in grease and hot spices even though we asked for mild. We ordered a millions milkshake which was vanilla slush, and Oreo cheesecake which was like trifle. So bad we wasted 20 quid and had to make food in the end!

Asked for a peri peri burger and my partner a cheese fillet burger...2 peri peri burgers turned up with Mayo on mine even tho I said no mayo...milkshake was rank but other than that it was average

Got told it would be another 10 minutes on the phone; 45 minutes later I called back to cancel as it still didn’t come. Delivery driver still came 5 minutes later...the guy was really nice and handled it well, eventually I took the order in. Naturally the food wasn’t piping hot but still warm enough; and it tasted really nice except the chips which were soggy.

Chips were old the food didn't taste fresh. It was late and wasn't even warm. Would not recommend.

food was dry had no real taste to I've ordered before and the food was nice and saucy and has a nice kick off spice to it but was bland this time

originally we probably ordered wrong but their was no option given with the steak being shredded so we rang straight away and to the Credit off the staff the brothers changed it too what we wanted without any complaints and the food was perfect, not from Yorkshire but whenever we come back up here we will without a doubt order again inshallah, thank you too the brothers for changing it and the great service totally recommended this place 🙏🏽

Got the mixed steak and stir fry donor. Both were delicious, and food arrived earlier than scheduled. Just think the 'medium' portion could've been much bigger esp. for the price.

the jacket potato wasn't cooked inside so ended up going in the bin and we ordered cornflake tart and ended up with coconut slice. was on the whole very disappointed

No issues with food it was great. But ordered wings received a call from them telling not available so I asked to remove them from order. Neither I received the refund nor the wings !!!

So I decided to give you guys a second chance from the last poor order I received before writing a review. Fast-ish delivery time but the food is horrible £2 for gourmet chips...no,no,no £2 for a half tray of supermarket wedges wasn't even a full tray. The milkshake tasted powdery/chemically towards the bottom, the burger was "ok" but by the time it got to me the bun was just wet and I had to use a tcake of my own to salvage what was left of the burger. Will not be ordering again.

Not very happy asked for no chilli on my steak and it had chilli on the food was cold and i couldnt eat mine

This time the lasagne was over cooked had burnt bits and so were the gourmet chips. Also the rice with the lamb chop platter had no taste if it did the platter on a whole would have been 10/10

Ordered a half parmesan got it in size of a chicken strip. ordered a gourmet burger tasted like rubber unchewable.Ordered stir fry donner and tasted funny and wiered. Magharita pizza however was good. Contacted the takeaway they go that is how they cook their food and cant give a refund or even redeliver fresh food again poor service and poor food least they could do was collect the food and give us fresh food but NO. Wont be ordering again

Well chips were clap cold and cheese burger was spicy burger was spicy , I have sensitivities to spices luckily one bite was enough without making me poorly

Not worth the money, order two of the same chicken steak and chip one with chilli sauce one without when it can no clue which was which as no labelling and tasted the same, one wasn't even filled as much to say they was same thing same price but different portions, milkshake was nice would rather go to deli much for the same order much nicer are better for money

its the first time I ordered from steak and shake did not like the food have a bad taste in my mouth dnt think I will order again chips were like rubber pizza no taste slightly burnt not happy at all only thing nice was the chocolate pudding .

Paid £10 for 2 kebabs absolutely rubbish. Small portion of meat and very poor salad selection worst kebab I've ever had. The milkshake wasn't worth £3 either. Never again.

The chicken burger was undercooked

The pizza was upside down, and cold, it was burnt had to bin it. The food was not edible. Not sure it even met the food hygiene level.

Spot on service. Beef steak on naan, Magherita pizza wth crazy cheese base, gourmet chips. Delicious and delivered hot within time.

Ordered non spicy they made it spicy I told them I want only certain items in the salad but they didn't even read my instructions at all

tried few things off the menu and never been disappointed. pizzas are on point. BBQ chicken pizza highly recommended. the full chicken Parmesan is lush, and very good value for your money you get a huge portion. even the grilled chicken is tasty. i only live round the corner so my food is always on time or early.

The place just looks dirty and not looked after. Went to grab a quick dessert, The Jam Roly poly was stodgy, the custard was out of a birds carton and all warmed up in a microwave.. Would not be going back or recommending this to anyone !!!

Everything in my order came correct as ordered....apart from my beef steak (WRAP) came as a panini, I am pregnant and was too hungry to mess around and call for it changing, so I was a bit disappointed my order didn't come completely correct as ordered. But quality of the food was nice as always.

The food was 35 minutes late the pizza had mushrooms, peppers & red onions which I requested them taking off in the any allergies box be for ordering and it was cold. Then they forgot the bottle of pop I paid for and phoned them back twice after half hour I gave up. Food okay just didn't listen or read what i requested. Delivery time unpredictable very poor in my opinion. Service very poor too, like they wasn't bothered or interested because you've already paid. I will never order from this place again and if anyone does have allergies probably not the best place to order as they clearly don't read the any allergies box.

I ordered a panini meal with chip and a drink, but I went to pick up the order and went home and found that there was no chips!! That was just annoying!!!!

First time I've ordered from here and I will be the last. Burgers were ok, but chips were awful... cold and stale with some burnt ones. They just went in the bin so a waste of money too. Wraps were greasy. Very disappointing especially since I even asked for everything to be fresh.

Lucky to be given a star rating, ordered takeaway at 18:40 arrived at 20:40 and specifically asked for food to be modified as in no salad on things, the things still came saturated in salad. It is safe to say I will NOT be ordering another takeaway from this place anytime soon in the not so distant future. Very disappointed. They call themselves a fast food place, it's anything but fast in taking 2 hours to deliver a order they got wrong.

Took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive! Had to call at least 3 times to check on status. When it arrived the steak was cold and hard, couldn't even swallow it. Needless to say first and last time I'll order from here!
