Terrible, ordered a drink which they later said they didn’t have, burger came with ink and paper stuck to the cheese, bad service

There is no quality control at all I'm always having to check my order and then return it again for them to correct it

Clean, tidy, fresh food and quiet. We chose a good time to eat when quiet. As is usual, the piped music was terrible for me, and i think, chosen for teenagers. I get that.

Came here for the first time & my first KFC of the year & after my visit I remember why I dont go to KFC anymore. Food was warm not hot, gravy was like water.

The disabled toilet lock is broken but service is good

The manager missed several items from my order on two separate occasions then refused to reimburse / give food owed and was very rude. She said her name was Chevron Louisa, blonde with a european accent. Had to drive back to the restaurant twice, 30 minutes each way. Also tried to call both times just to be told they don’t actually have a store phone?

Haven't had KFC for years and it'll be a long time before I bother again. Just woeful in every regard. How do they stay in business.

Absolutely shocking service, we went through the drive thru and looking we stopped in the car park to check the food, we had asked for specific dips with our meals and they hD just thrown random ones I the bag, not put in the other dip I paid for. And then not put in the extra popcorn chicken we had asked for, then was told at the till that the lady mustn't have put it through, they gave me a tiny box that comes with a box meal instead of the one we asked for.

Well we never learn do we. Wanted a quick snack so pulled into the car park and opened the app to look at the "menu" and see if there was any special offers. To start with both our phone said we were at different kfc's than the one we were at. So wasted time sorting that out. We then looked at special offers which we found were either for home delivery or min order charge. This is not obvious untill you read small print. (2nd waste of time) we then tried to order from the drive thro' but app only let us order eat in or takeaway. (3rd waste of time) In end gave up on app and ordered by driving into drive thro'. Went to pick up food asked why drive thro option wasn't working. Got told "isn't it? Oh, maybe that is why everyone who has gone thro the drive thro today has given a collection code and I've had to go to the counter and get it". We would have ordered an ice cream (crushem I think they called it) but that didn't appear to be available. We assume they have given them up because the machines were always broken anyway. So in summary, as usual staff very nice and helpful but management, it and processes are woeful.

Where to begin? I thought I was in another country while eating my meal not a single white person or anyone speaking English, the place was filthy all the tables and the floor needed cleaning I was the only person in there and all the staff were just broing out in the back talking and laughing while the place was filthy filthiest kfc I've been to won't be returning lazy staff no wonder the place was empty.

One of the best KFC meals experienced. Food was hot, chips were tasty and not dry.

Called on the way home at 5.30 p.m. on 31/12/23. It was very quiet, but there wasn't a clean table anywhere and the floor was full of litter. When I asked why, one of the staff told me it was because the customers don't clean up after themselves!! (As you can see from the photos, most have cleared there rubbish and trays, it's the tables that are dirty). Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to clean a table, then the food was cold. Chicken burger tough and not fresh and chips cold. Have to say it has gone downhill recently in both quality of food and cleanliness. Colonel Saunders would be ashamed of this franchise.

Paid money for a tower burner meal and with beans, brought it home and ended up throwing it away disgusting. Burnt piece of chicken inside the bun with no sauce nothing, chips wrinkled up an burnt and a tub of gravy. Never will I buy anything from there again. Should be ashamed taking people's money and giving the disgusting food

Visited a couple of times and compared to its nearest branch on Wakefield this branch is woeful compared, it's only benefit is it has a drive-through that's it. Food is lukewarm or cold, drinks taste odd or come flat and its a gamble if you actually get your order, staff most of the time also look they don't give a toss.

Had to take a chicken fillet back ad it was inedible. Place wad full of students, the ones sat behind me kept elbowing me in the back.

Service was excellent, food tasted good.. Portions are smaller than they used be tho

Bought what I thought was a zinger tower meal until I opened it at home. Just a straight zinger burger looked absolutely disgusting. Now I remember why I stopped going there. Let's just say they have lost my custom. I know it won't hurt their bank balance but companies like this should do better.

Visited this place on friday 10/11/23 one Male staff member that was serving sneezed into his hands then carried on handling food before disappearing for a minute

Food under par for a KFC, lukewarm, overcooked, sloppily put together etc.. but the staff here are absolutely abysmal. There's never any ice in your drink, no napkins salt or any sauces you order are in the bag.

The silly automated ordering machines are slow and incredibly unresponsive. Tables were clean and in good order. Food was a solid 7/10

Worst kfc been in on walking in disgusting litter all over bin overflowing tables uncleared and the ones that was clear was unclean Should off walked straight back out but proceeded to order bit of a wait for food to say pretty much quiet when food arrived ordered a tea got a Pepsi fries was cold like there been left over from night before and chicken was unedible cold and like rubber so for £20 ended up with a tub of beans and 2 corn on the cobs STAY CLEAR

Awful, the chicken was dry and tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for a few days, it had no seasoning or herbs and the Pepsi cherry, didn’t taste of cherry but cleaning fluids, disgusting.

I came to KFC this evening with a friend via the drive thru, the gentleman that I spoke to over the speaker was very nice and well mannered. However the lady that was on the till and taking the payment was very rude, she barely spoke and didn’t have any customer service skills. Was waiting a while for my order also a lot longer than usual. Overall unhappy with the service this evening

Now now.... I'm a KFC fan, but this was ridiculous, I was waiting for a good 10 minutes for my food and when it came, the wings were cold, my zinger burger was cold, chips were just warm and the chicken was thank god hot. Poor service, my colleagues had finished their food by the time I got mine. Terrible....

Absolutely disgusting food, am absolutely surprised, chicken not coated in the 7 herbs n spices just coated in plain flour, chicken was so dry and leathery, I could have got a lot bey from a local take out. Will never go back here

I ordered for a wrap of the day as a meal. The staff were nice and friendly. My food was ready in minutes, it suited my taste buds, bought this particular meal again and it was nice.

They won't do any of the app offers, they give you really cold food with dry burgers, there are rats in the car park, the staff never smile and don't bother asking for anything like sauces or salt because they just say "it's in the bag" and you get home to find it isn't. Do the management know or care? Do the KFC head office know this branch don't allow any of their offers and haven't had ice cream machines working for ages?

More expensive than macs but nice for a change, lovely chicken but notice KFC in leeds tastes better

The one person bucket chicken was wings not pieces. I'm sure this was wrong but didn't track back to complain as the other in my party needed to eat their food hot.

I experienced great service today, being served by Anca. With a smile so welcoming that it could tempt vegetarians onto the premises, Anca's warm and bubbly personality along with the excellent food/sundae made today's trip memorable.

I ordered through the just eat app for delivery, i ordered 8 piece boneless feast with gravy coleslaw, the order arrived and it was wrong, not only did the receipt have the wrong amount and card details on it (last 4 digits). The order was wrong completely, i tried ringing but no answer, so i took the order down to the restaurant, showed them what i got, what i ordered, to be fair on louisa the staff that served me, she resolved it with no issues, no attitude, she was pleasant and i got what i actually ordered with a few things thrown in. Credit to louisa, issue quickly resolved.

Got a buffalo wrap of the day meal. Wrap was nice jus not as spicy as I wanted but I do have a good spice tolerance. The drink though was disappointing I ordered a Pepsi my wife ordered 7up. Both tasted like carbonated water. The staff were quick and gappy to replace the drinks however it had to be orange tango

I ordered my food at the self order station and it said they would bring to food to me bearing in mind I had 3 young children with me.i had to make 2 trips!! While they were 5 members of staff just stood talking to each other. Food was cold! Burger was just thrown together, my 2 year old could have put it together better. The corn on the cob was definitely not fresh!! 3-4 days old at least and tasted off!! Ordered a pepsi with my meal and it was wrong. Next time I'll choose McDonald's or burgers king!!

Always great tasting food but I do wish they would start doing milkshakes as I would go more often if they did as the drinks that they do are just rubbish

A very disappointing visit, this KFC has had hot drinks unavailable for months now. They say the machine is broken but you could get it fixed in three hours. Leaving it broken and not providing customers what they expect is not acceptable and the hot drinks is not the only thing they are lacking. They don't do popcorn chicken snack boxes in the boxes they stick them on paper trays and you will get far less chips than you would otherwise. Fast food restaurants have limited menus so that they can give you the food rapidly and cheaply. They seem to have shunk the menu here and are no cheaper or faster. I can't see why KFC head office allows their brand to be trashed by the franchisee like this.

Staff are rude, refused to let me use the toilet as it was being cleaned I explained I was desperate and could I use the gents or disabled and was told no they're all being cleaned, I decided to get my food to go which took a long time as I was leaving the toilets were still closed

Good, one of best KFC's I've been to. Every time I've gone the chicken tastes awesome and succulent. You know when you go to a restaurant one day and it tastes awesome go another day and it's not as nice, maybe too over cooked or too dry... this one's awesome. No online ordering, no online offers available when in store or app offers available in the kfc on Leeds Road Huddersfield and no longer offer blue card discounts staff were bit slack no smile look more like the chicken before there guna get fried

It's just a shame that they are too lazy to make coffee and always say the machine us broken. It's been broken for two years now.

We have been very loyal customers to that branch of KFC but we decided to give one star after the manager of this branch Leeds Road Huddersfield might be trying to cheat his loyal customers by stopping the offers from the App by saying it doesn't work.

We ordered a family feast bucket and 2 burgers but were really disappointed with the taste. The food didn't look fresh at all, and taste wise, it was disgusting. I won't be ordering again from kfc as it was the worst this time.

If you want to be treated like a mug, then KFC is the place for you. Then didn't give me £8 worth of the food I ordered. Then when I complained gave me a measly voucher to apologise, I pointed out this didn't cover the amount of food I paid for and didn't get and the fuel cost to get there. The refused to refund the cost of food i didn't get. Terrible!

Toilets were filthy, even if it's signed to say its been done it clearly hasn't, very bad smell, asked if staff could clean my table, ended up doing it myself after waiting too long, given that staff were polite

Had a takeway today, cold, overcooked, felt more like leftover chicken in burger. Didn't have hotwings in box meal. Very disappointed with KFC. The quality is no more

Although the place was not too crowded, we waited a long time for 2 burgers together with my daughter. My daughter got a cold burger, the cheese wasn't even melted and my vegan (plant based) burger tasted like paper, was dry and had a chemical/medicine after taste that I couldn't get rid of for a long time. The only good thing there were chips, which, unfortunately, the quantity - when it comes to the size of the package (and we chose the largest) left much to be desired. Expensive and poor food quality. We will never go back there. And I am very interested in what exact ingredients are included in vegan patty because this what KFC serves is neither healthy nor vegan.

Don't drop your food here they charge you for replacement even though I explained it dropped from a dodgy box! Money grabbing see you next Tuesdays!

I'm a regular here. One of the better franchises, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and usually the drive through is quite speedy. Definitely recommend

Where do I start. Been here about a dozen times. There is a 70% chance your food is cold or lukewarm. The food certainly is not freshly cooked. Its 50/50 if they get your order right (they will often miss something). The smell of old used cooking oil is evident when driving through. The worst part is the cleanliness. If you see the back kitchen it looks filthy, if you drive through - take a good look at the kiosk - completely covered in filth and some of the staff look like they haven’t washed their uniforms in weeks. Staff are otherwise very polite and probably just as frustrated as to how the place is badly managed. Have to say one lad seems to be on a power trip when taking orders. Bro you cook chips at KFC you not CEO of Apple. Unfortunately a lot of stereotypical tropes fit this outlet if you know what I mean. Health n Safety need to pay a visit.

so another mess up by KFC, order just dumped on my doorstep with no knock or anything and a third of my order missing. Called KFC to be told its not their fault and that its the driver - really what are the drivers doing - cooking it at home? told to complain to just eat who never answer, and KFC stated that i would have to use my own vehicle and fuel and to re order and drive down to pick up, what a complete joke, does this mean i now have to contact head office because you guys are a completely incompetent. Fast food hmmmm maybe you guys need to look that up too.
