Avoid shockingly bad service and food was sick next morning

A very annoying and misbehaving staff Yesterday the bears guy never seen him before at 5 o clock on the till was very rude looks like we are on a charity shop or he’s giving us food for free I never ever recommend this place for next time Go to school first and learn how to behave

Awful! Delivery was late and food was cold ... the burgers looked like they'd been assembled in a mixer! Never again!🤢

yummy beefburgers, one of the few places to actually serve pulled beef when having it on the menu. the wait can be long sometimes but i think it’s worth it.

I've ordered food from this place multiple times, and while the quality was good in the beginning, it has recently gone downhill. On one occasion, I received chicken that wasn't cooked properly. Another time, I went in to order just a single side for takeout. Despite it being a simple order, I had to wait a long time, and it was frustrating to see the staff just chatting and hanging out in the back. I asked the lady who served me to check on my order, and she agreed, also wondering why it was taking so long. When she inquired, the staff fumbled around and then suddenly realized the order was already ready.

It's not bad if you just want some OK food at a good price the drinks are really good

best burgers ever. my boyfriend got the pulled beef brisket burger and he said it was the nicest ever and definitely worth the £15 and my chicken burger was amazing 10/10 100% coming back here

The Angus burgers are very tasty. Went for the jalapeno Angus and it was very tasty. Nuggets for the kids went down well too and they are both generally fussy with those. Loads of fries, too many to be honest as and being from Yorkshire I don't want to waste anything. One star lost as they didn't have allergy sheets in store, though they did ring the office for advice.

don't like drivers who won't come to the house in a with 2 Floors I can't go out when I have a Child I won't go out if it was a house it would be different making up excuses saying it's policy when I'd have to walk down stairs when anything could happen to my child if I'm not in side the house.. not just this restaurant it's a few others to that do it

Surprisingly good milkshake lovely and thick and nicely flavoured not too sweet. Bubblegum was definitely tasty wouldn’t mind trying the others highly recommend

forgot my drink, burger had so much sauce on it, cheesecake was not worth the high price. chips were fine and fast delivery.

Food was average, was cooked really fresh and to order which is a plus. Restaurant is clean but the toilet was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even invite my worst enemy to use it. I can't even describe the smell... and the cleanliness... wow wouldn't even give it a minus 10. There's much better places in the same area, shame as the quality of this place has gone down.

The loaded fries are my go-to as well as everyone I know, would definitely recommend. Customer service has also improved a lot in recent months. Love love looove the mozzarella sticks

Food was ok. Restaurant could of done with a bit of a clean. Tables were filthy and stained. And trays on people's table waiting to be collected after people had left. Ordered and ate my meal in about 25 mins and the same tray across from my table was still there after I had eaten. Probably won't come back

My rice box arrived open and contents all in the paper bag. I didn't even get a spoon of rice left in bowl. I was really disappointed as I have never has this dish before. more caution needs to be taken in delivery and transportation of the food items, very unhappy

I have ordered from here on Uber eats before but this was my first time in store. Always piping hot even when delivered and have tried multiple items that always impress. Have been pleased with the smashed burger, peri chicken and halloumi burger, wings and fries (always soft and fluffy). Was also happy to see the restaurant was clean and tidy.

Ordered the classic munch box with beef burger, wings and loaded fries. What a combination, I was absolutely starving and polished the lot off wishing I’d ordered two, the burger was juicy but not greasy the beef and the cheese with there own sauce was a amazing combination then topped off with the loaded chicken fries, perfectly cooked chicken and skin on fries loaded with jalapeños and sweet chilli. Plus the chicken bites with the dynamite sauce, well the clue is in the name, unreal flavours

I have tasted a lot of burgers from different places but bgr bro burgers are the best.The Mighty breakfast bun - Angus beef is a must try!

Food was good as always. Unfortunately my drink wasn’t brought. The driver said I didn’t order a drink and when I showed him the receipt (with the drink on) he just looked blank. I asked if he would bring the drink or I would get a refund. He said “yes” and left. No drink arived.

We ordered the whole chicken platter and half chicken platter today and it was absolutely delicious. I’m a very fussy eater and I can tell good quality from bad straight away with working in food too. The rice tasted so nice full of moisture, it wasn’t tomatoey like other local places, salad was fresh and crisp and chicken was very soft and moist not burnt or dry. The chips were fresh, It’s the best whole chicken platter in town! Our go to now.

The smash burger was very salty and dry. Really not impressed with the BBQ slider chciken burger either as it was a tiny fried chicken with no taste of BBQ. I was recommended this place but not impressed. If you want a nice smash burger, try BURGERIZE in Bradford then compare the difference.

Got the 1/2 roast chicken platter and it was amazing 👌 and dare I say just as good (if not better) than a Nando’s 👌👌👌

wrong order was delivered missing half the food, then i was told i’d get the right order back then after an hour of waiting i was told i’d asked for a cancellation when i never did

Really nice was the smash Box meal, loaded chips was spot on. I'd get rid of the fancy cardboard packaging and just use tin foil just my opinion

Left a note for the restaurant about the meal which they took notice of and delivered exactly what I asked for. Love this place, they never disappoint! So much better than other well known burger chains and the delivery driver was prompt and polite which just topped off a great service. Thank you to all. 👍😀

Ordered food 20 Minutes before, just at the restaurant and the slim girl at the counter told me that it is going to take at least 10 more minutes just for 2 sliders. The way they talk to people is rude. I hope the owners take strict action in their work whatsapp group and check which girl i am talking about. Only 1 guy is working inside, so that's the management mistake as well

Walked in and I was told by the worker that they had no beef burgers. Walked straight out. A place that is known for its burgers has no burgers? 🤦‍♂️ Edit : Was told by the worker who was finishing his cigarette outside, whilst we were stood inside with nobody there to serve us, that they had no beef burgers and only chicken. I'm not confusing this place, it's right next door to Batley plaza.

really good food! The peri peri chicken was just as good as nandos proper chicken grilled with a banging peri peri sauce. Hot wings were indeed HOT! with great flavour! only downside was the loaded fries had too much tomato relish very over powering but other than that definitely going to be ordering again!

Imagine ordering £35+ of food through Uber and not receiving any sauces! Food was average but chips without any sauces whatsoever is a no go! Wont be ordering again - fix up

Disgusted to come home from work to find that my order never got delivered to my disabled parted who is incapable of getting out of the house. The order said delivered but not to me. He wasn't even near the pinpoint on the map absolutely careless.

Got the crispy fillet loaded munchbox which consisted of a chicken fillet burger, 3 wings, and loaded fries for £12.50. Definitely enjoyed the meal. The burger was different to other standard fillet burgers. Lived upto its name - CRISPY. And very succulent. Great flavour but MAY be a little on the saltier side for some. The wings were also succulent, really well cooked and well coated in the sauces. The loaded fries were good. The chicken on top was definitely grilled chicken and had a nice smokey/char flavour to it which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the chips were overcooked so didnt get that fluffy potato within. Doesn’t come with a drink either which I thought for £12.50, it should have. Also got the The Full Works which was 3 smashed patties with lamb bacon. This was a great burger, well crafted with the bun as it didnt break apart nor did it get messy and fall apart everywhere. Really enjoyed the beef flavour coming through which is usually masked with sauces from other places. The chips that came with it were very well cooked unlike the other meal. Cost £10 and again, no drink included. I feel like, when you offer non branded drinks that just say “cola” or “blueberry” (obviously supporting the cause 🇵🇸) , we all know its a cheaper version - way cheaper. Should just offer it free. Hence 4 stars for the food. Service I gave 2 stars as I hardly got an interaction, server wasnt smiling, nor greeting although I gave him salaam, it was ignored. Also, no one was cleaning the tables so we had to move previous customers trays elsewhere. Not really a good start when you walk into a eye catching place like this. That first interaction will make the food taste better, sometimes, for some people. But I wasn’t going to let it put me off from trying the food after seeing so many brilliant reviews. We had the fererro rocher thickshake which was ok. Nothing special and couldn’t taste much fererro rocher flavour at all, so I wouldn’t recommend the shakes. Shame the upstairs was closed when we came in as the seating looked a lot better. Plenty of parking around. Will be back again to try their other items such as the sliders, hot dogs, grilled chicken. Cost around £28/29

Extremely good customer service very kind and polite staff. Helped me choose which meal to order and allowed us to test their selection of drinks to choose from. They opened upstairs especially for us because we had kids with us, even though it was closed. Their food was amazing I loved every single bit of it definitely recommend this place.

Found TRACES OF PLASTIC in my Bueno milkshake when ordering via deliveroo. Very disappointed I order from this place all the time. When I called to complain staff told me that there is no manager in the establishment. I want a full refund!!! I've probably unknowingly swallowed some plastic.

This place is off the hook! Got the pulled beef brisket burger which was on point! The chips are season really well. Wife enjoyed her big daddy burger too. All the food is seasoned to perfection and served in excellent packaging. Very rare to find a restaurant or takeaway that’s this good and priced reasonably for the portion size. Cannot recommend or praise this place enough!

I received an order that was not mine. I called the restaurant and explained that the wrong order had been delivered. I was advised to request a refund and re order the food. I have since had to contact just eat for the refund numerous times to no avail. The food eventually arrived and was cold, with items incorrect. The food was not eaten and went straight in the bin.

Ooooooh Moma, Come on down for a Big Daddy Burger. The three patty monster. The beef was perfectly grilled with a sweet brioche bun, Fresh lettuce and red onion. Cheese and burger sauce,the jalapeños were added for free to boot. I was one stuffed papa. Try this out kids, Daddy says.

I wanted to add a 0 but had to rate something to leave review! I have ordered £70 worth of food and got a delivery for £19 totally wrong order I tried to contact the takeaway to resolve the issue but no one answered the phone this is ridiculous! Never again

A great place, situated in the batley Plaza at the back. It has a great selection of foods to try from their menu. There are fabulous gourmet burgers to sliders and wings etc. something for everyone. They also serve desserts. Unfortunately no hot drinks available to enjoy with your desserts. But highly recommend this place. The staff are friendly and polite.

Best take away I’ve had freshly cooked quality food very tasty would highly recommend! Will definitely order again! You get what you pay for amazing

Burger was alright, but the wings are overpriced 5 wings for £6.50 over-fried wings with tobascos sauce on it. Over all 7/10
