Took my daughter and her friend today, the staff were very polite and helpful, talked them through the menu as they haven't been before. Both girls said the food was delicious and piping hot. Will 100% be paying a visit again.

everything good apart from getting a crispy chicken burger instead of the tower burger

Very tasty but keep putting mighty breakfast bun in a small slider bread bun so everything is falling out, needs to go in a regular size bun so that doesn't happen

Ordered the grilled chicken and halloumi rice box and the angus loaded fries. Food was absolutely amazing, so flavourful and such big portions!

I never really go to Batley but what a hidden gem BRGR.BRO is.... I had halloumi burger and chips with Iron Bru Cheyna / Chey the lady who served me was really helpful, hopefully they will be introducing a few more vegetarian options / meal deals as the food was amazing ps the chips were lovely

Had a selection of meals from here today. Ordered the full chicken meal for two. What a disappointment it was. The chicken was very small and dry. The rice was cold and it was barely a meal for one never mind two. No sauces included or drinks. We usually order from Frankies on Bradford Rd. I'll definitely be going back there from now on 😐

Rude pickup, thought I was an uber driver and made me uncomfortable as I tried to explain that I wasn't.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The food has always been uncooked chewy and salty! Every single time! Such a waste of money! The chicken tenders are bloody salty as hell and the chicken burgers are so small not even worth the price you pay! Disgusting - avoid at all costs!

I booked a table for 22 of us mums and children during the Christmas break. I was called by the owner himself, who was very polite. I explained my son suffered from celiac disease, and he sent me the gluten-free menu across. I was also asked to bring him a burger bun for a burger, which I did. The staff was wonderful, and the food was delicious, definitely a family-friendly go-to place.

Food was average, was cooked really fresh and to order which is a plus. Restaurant is clean but the toilet was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even invite my worst enemy to use it. I can't even describe the smell... and the cleanliness... wow wouldn't even give it a minus 10. There's much better places in the same area, shame as the quality of this place has gone down.

First time I've eaten from here, food was ok but it was way overpriced and small portions. They need to take a look all the spots in Bradford that offer bigger portions for less money.

The food came late despite ordering it over an hour in advance. Also the fries were cold and the burgers were not fresh. Not nice at all.

This burger is called the works me thinking its the most expensive burger on the menu and will fill me.....unfortunately it didn't. £10 for a burger and chips with no drink..... Overall, I've been here before with my family and we've always had a pleasant meal. Usually, they usually go for their grill chicken and chips with is good.

Got a mighty breakfast bun & they put it in a small slider bread bun instead of the regular size bread bun it's supposed to come in so everything was falling out, not really impressed with that especially as the price didn't reflect the smaller bun.

I came from work after 10:30 PM tired and hungry. I sat near the door and a couple of customers walked in after me. Zaina was very nice and polite to everyone including myself and it's appreciated when you had a long day. The food was very good too and quite filling. I got the box that comes with a burguer, wings, and loaded fries for £12.50

I came in with my nieces , and they are both very fussy eaters . We ordered the slider burger meals one of them had the fried chicken and the other had the cheese burgers they loved them! Atmosphere is lovely , it was very clean the young girl that served us was really polite and friendly We will defiantly pop in again Thank you! 🙏

When this place first opened it was amazing, burgers were awesome chips were crispy and overall it was good value for money, however like most Asian owned restaurants the quality has declined and they have quality control problems like stale chips, hard buns which seem out of date and the burgers are smaller but everything has become more expensive. I don't mind paying more but not for lower quality. I hope they can start to keep consistent but will Al the other burger places opening up I doubt it will be here for too long.

Had burgers delivered from here a couple of times and it's fast becoming a favourite. The smash burgers are fantastic aswell as the chicken. The house made sauces are extremely tasty and the chips are fresh, hot and golden. Highly recommended

Banging food, polite staff and amazing service. Chicken was cooked to perfection, beef was of amazing qualityy and I would definitely recommend the loaded fries.

A very annoying and misbehaving staff Yesterday the bears guy never seen him before at 5 o clock on the till was very rude looks like we are on a charity shop or he’s giving us food for free I never ever recommend this place for next time Go to school first and learn how to behave

yummy beefburgers, one of the few places to actually serve pulled beef when having it on the menu. the wait can be long sometimes but i think it’s worth it.

I've ordered food from this place multiple times, and while the quality was good in the beginning, it has recently gone downhill. On one occasion, I received chicken that wasn't cooked properly. Another time, I went in to order just a single side for takeout. Despite it being a simple order, I had to wait a long time, and it was frustrating to see the staff just chatting and hanging out in the back. I asked the lady who served me to check on my order, and she agreed, also wondering why it was taking so long. When she inquired, the staff fumbled around and then suddenly realized the order was already ready.

It's not bad if you just want some OK food at a good price the drinks are really good

I go here regularly as I work nearby. The staff are usually friendly and good to me and I am RESPECTFUL TO THEM. Today after work I went to order food and placed my order. Once I got my order one of the workers calls me and says to me " the past few times you've been here you have been very rude and you've been rude today." I said how have I been rude. He says "you said can you take my order". Saying that isn't rude in the first place and I didn't even say that. The lady came to serve me and all I did was gave my order after which she gave my receipt and a buzzer. I waited for my food patiently and calmly and RESPECTFULLY. Any other time I have been the staff are friendly to me and I to them. I haven't been served by this man at all except earlier today when I went in and got a cherry soda. When I went then he was polite amd said nothing and I said nothing to him. The second time I came today this is how he treated me. I am a PAYING CUSTOMER and shouldn't be treated like that especially when I have done nothing. I don't know what his name is but his co-workers were calling him mayet. Please avoid this man at any cost. He shouldn't work at a shop if he can't even be respectful. He also said to me "if you treat my co-workers like s**t I will treat you like s**t." Surely this isn't how you treat a customer. If it was upto me I wouldn't even give a 0 for how I was treated.

best burgers ever. my boyfriend got the pulled beef brisket burger and he said it was the nicest ever and definitely worth the £15 and my chicken burger was amazing 10/10 100% coming back here

One drink missing other than that nice

The Angus burgers are very tasty. Went for the jalapeno Angus and it was very tasty. Nuggets for the kids went down well too and they are both generally fussy with those. Loads of fries, too many to be honest as and being from Yorkshire I don't want to waste anything. One star lost as they didn't have allergy sheets in store, though they did ring the office for advice.

don't like drivers who won't come to the house in a with 2 Floors I can't go out when I have a Child I won't go out if it was a house it would be different making up excuses saying it's policy when I'd have to walk down stairs when anything could happen to my child if I'm not in side the house.. not just this restaurant it's a few others to that do it

Surprisingly good milkshake lovely and thick and nicely flavoured not too sweet. Bubblegum was definitely tasty wouldn’t mind trying the others highly recommend

The loaded fries are my go-to as well as everyone I know, would definitely recommend. Customer service has also improved a lot in recent months. Love love looove the mozzarella sticks

Food was ok. Restaurant could of done with a bit of a clean. Tables were filthy and stained. And trays on people's table waiting to be collected after people had left. Ordered and ate my meal in about 25 mins and the same tray across from my table was still there after I had eaten. Probably won't come back

My rice box arrived open and contents all in the paper bag. I didn't even get a spoon of rice left in bowl. I was really disappointed as I have never has this dish before. more caution needs to be taken in delivery and transportation of the food items, very unhappy

I have ordered from here on Uber eats before but this was my first time in store. Always piping hot even when delivered and have tried multiple items that always impress. Have been pleased with the smashed burger, peri chicken and halloumi burger, wings and fries (always soft and fluffy). Was also happy to see the restaurant was clean and tidy.

I have tasted a lot of burgers from different places but bgr bro burgers are the best.The Mighty breakfast bun - Angus beef is a must try!

Ordered the classic munch box with beef burger, wings and loaded fries. What a combination, I was absolutely starving and polished the lot off wishing I’d ordered two, the burger was juicy but not greasy the beef and the cheese with there own sauce was a amazing combination then topped off with the loaded chicken fries, perfectly cooked chicken and skin on fries loaded with jalapeños and sweet chilli. Plus the chicken bites with the dynamite sauce, well the clue is in the name, unreal flavours

Food was good as always. Unfortunately my drink wasn’t brought. The driver said I didn’t order a drink and when I showed him the receipt (with the drink on) he just looked blank. I asked if he would bring the drink or I would get a refund. He said “yes” and left. No drink arived.

We ordered the whole chicken platter and half chicken platter today and it was absolutely delicious. I’m a very fussy eater and I can tell good quality from bad straight away with working in food too. The rice tasted so nice full of moisture, it wasn’t tomatoey like other local places, salad was fresh and crisp and chicken was very soft and moist not burnt or dry. The chips were fresh, It’s the best whole chicken platter in town! Our go to now.

The smash burger was very salty and dry. Really not impressed with the BBQ slider chciken burger either as it was a tiny fried chicken with no taste of BBQ. I was recommended this place but not impressed. If you want a nice smash burger, try BURGERIZE in Bradford then compare the difference.

Got the 1/2 roast chicken platter and it was amazing 👌 and dare I say just as good (if not better) than a Nando’s 👌👌👌

Really nice was the smash Box meal, loaded chips was spot on. I'd get rid of the fancy cardboard packaging and just use tin foil just my opinion

Ordered food 20 Minutes before, just at the restaurant and the slim girl at the counter told me that it is going to take at least 10 more minutes just for 2 sliders. The way they talk to people is rude. I hope the owners take strict action in their work whatsapp group and check which girl i am talking about. Only 1 guy is working inside, so that's the management mistake as well

Walked in and I was told by the worker that they had no beef burgers. Walked straight out. A place that is known for its burgers has no burgers? 🤦‍♂️ Edit : Was told by the worker who was finishing his cigarette outside, whilst we were stood inside with nobody there to serve us, that they had no beef burgers and only chicken. I'm not confusing this place, it's right next door to Batley plaza.
