Not too bad, overpriced but I'd prefer a comd McDonalds for the price!

I drove past emojies this afternoon (9th December) and it was closed. Lights were off and stuff was next to windows to show they've gone out of business. Phone number doesn't work either

Quality has declined sadly I couldn’t finish the food

Horrible service, the cashier gave me the wrong food, then didn't come back to confront the mistake, no apology and wasted my time. Said it would take 5 minutes it took 45

We love emojies burgers the mozzarella sticks are ace, and the sauce is amazing. Me and the kids love it here come every week. The staff are lovely. Always nice polite always ask if everything is OK with out food the decor in here is so clean Love the tables the bathrooms are spotless would highly recommend this place my girls also love the chicken burgers. 10/10

Have only been here once as only driving through Dewsbury. Had a ‘VP Nashville’ Beef #halal burger as a meal with hurricane fries. Was very delicious. Cordial service by lad at front of house 🤓

Ordered for delivery. Chips were cold, rice cold, the sauce soaked in to everything and leaking out of the box. Very disappointed!!

We ordered burgers and Hot Buffalo whole chicken platter which was huge and good for 3 persons. Chicken was really good, served with rice and salad 👍👍 Was impressed with the serving quantity. Burgers were good too.

Travelled here today from Bradford to try their smash burgers and wow was I impressed. Probably the best smash burger I’ve had and to top it all off the place itself looks amazing. Will defo be coming back again.

Just called in for dinner, had a delicious chicken royale with curly fries and a dynamite chicken side, the food was cooked perfectly with the chicken having a lovely chargrilled flavour. Excellent and highly recommended.

Food was high quality for a burger joint, There was plenty of it and surprisingly cheap too! Would highly recommended! We can’t give 5 stars for atmosphere as it was almost closing time and we were the only people there.

First time here...served by saad and Adam both were friendly. Adam even sorted us out with a discount...great service. The burgers were a decent size and prices are very good. As a beef burger lover u can confirm that the beef is very nice and can taste the quality. Kids enjoyed chicken burgers too. the dynamite bites are amazing. Milkshakes and mocktails are delicious. Would definitely return. I tried to take photos but the green lighting didn't do it justice! Returned 24.06.23 family of 20 ate outside in the court yard excellent service, delicious food we were definitely look aftered. Thankyou

I recently visited Emojies fast food and had a wonderful experience! The peri chicken was delicious, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice. The milkshakes were incredibly creamy and flavorful, a perfect complement to the meal. What impressed me the most was the amazing service provided by the lady at the counter. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The combination of great food and excellent service truly made my visit to Emojies fast food memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal and outstanding customer service!

The food was excellent, my only comment was requesting no bell peppers as I hate the taste of them, they are buried halfway through the rice. No mention was made even though I specifically asked about them. Overall the meal was excellent as I said apart from this omission.

Can’t fault the food - so yummy! However, definitely need to be more educated on allergens… the lady wasn’t overly bothered about my dairy allergy - said it was okay.. just eaten my food and not doing too good afterwards.. tasted good tho x

I had the grill royale burger and it was the best burger I've had in a long time

Regular customer, very disappointed by quality of food. Sent an email with feedback to manager ... didn't even acknowledge my email ....now even more disappointed. We used to order on behalf of staff but won't any more. Poor customer service

Always a pleasant experience dining at Emojies. The food is nice and the staff are friendly too.

Ordered wings meals, took over 25mins with the restaurant not being a quarter of capacity. When they arrived they were tough and barely warm. Arrived with some clumps of rice which has obviously seen better days. Chips were fresh. Allow service, polite staff, but won't be coming back for any good unfortunately.

They took 1hr just to make a few milkshakes and kids had to go school next morning very poor service according to me maybe caught them at a busy time but still 1hr just for few milkshakes

Me and my family went the 1st time I'm the food was absolutely amazing utterly amazing the stuff was very friendly Easy to speak absolutely mouth watering food couldn't get enough of it it's the best place in dewsbury everyone should go and eat and you won't get disappointed will definitely come again inshallah

Quiet restaurant, but the food and service was good. I'd definitely go again, to try few different things on menu.

Quality of food is atrocious. Clearly the owner is trying to get his money back and get the profits up. But clearly it’s not working out for him as the place is always empty. Such a shame wasted government money in an attempt to create jobs. Place looks extravagant. But if the quality of the ingredients was paid attention to then maybe you’d have more traffic. The hype of people thinking it looks amazing has died down. No repeat customers so what’s the point. First impression always counts

Really cool interior. Nice place to sit in and eat with the light up tables, was also quite quiet and we went on a Friday evening. The food was okay, the herbs on top of everything was a bit unnecessary and didn’t add any flavour but it didn’t effect the food. However, the salad I ordered came completely wrong and had multiple bits added that weren’t included on the menu like the sweet corn and olives (I ordered the falafel salad). I was told they had no falafel so I was given an alternative and this was okay. But the salad was also missing the hummus and the tomatoes weren’t ‘sun dried tomatos’ - the lettuce was also just ice burg and not ‘mixed leaf’ so this was disappointing. However, My partners food was fine.

Best Iftaar Done Today with Emojies Very fast service. We contacted on last moment to informed Emojies staff that we 5 persons coming for iftaar after cencelled our booking from a very big Named Restaurant Dewsbury were saying "your table for 5 is booked from hours but you will get food after 1h of Iftaar." Emojies Staff took our order over the phone to do ready by iftaar in 10min. We arrived exact on iftaar time. A young staff member was standing in our wait with holding a dish with dates, water and all of our order for straight away iftaar. Naats were on. Atmosphere was very nice. Very proud on staff to be respected towards fasting people. Very clean and nice sitting. Prayer mat provided on request for Magrib prayer. We ordered Chicken Salad and Burgers. Big dishes of chicken salad. Very impressed. Enjoyed our food, Chicken salads, Chicken Burgers, Fish Burger, Chicken popcorns, ice cream scoops and Billionaire Shake (Frerro Roucher) Very happy with fastest service from a young hardworking man. Thanks for fast servings.

Only ordered via UberEats but every single time the foods come it has been piping hot, well packaged and full of flavour. I’m always reluctant buying burgers because I make a pretty tasty smash burger myself but these put mine to shame. Ordered 3x in 2 week it’s that good! the chicken is also really tasty and the sides are a good portion too. They also read notes which is nice because the amount of places that don’t is ridiculous! 10/10

I was referred to Emojis by Deb assistant manager at Specsavers. I was looking for a place to get lunch. The chicken nuggets and barbecue sauce were delicious. The young lady who took my order and the young gentleman who served me were polite and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is visiting Dewsbury. I may be back.

My experience at emojies was not a good one although the place looked well furbished, the service and food did not match the interior. Firstly the short staff member with glasses was very rude and had an attitude problem. As I wasn't sure on the timing I changed from eating in to taking out. A few minutes later, I saw a staff member with his grubby barehands bag the food to which I was completely shocked by. Never have I ever seen any food placed in bag barehanded; no respect for hygiene or manners whatsoever. It was revolting to look at and when told, she had an even bigger attitude trying to defend the culprit, even with gloves you dont palm food when transferring. At that stage I asked to cancel my order and requested a refund to which was denied. If you want your place to strive then customer service is a must and that wasnt it. Poor hygiene practices, really bad customer service, plus the food was dry and and stale, luckily it was included in my work expenses cuz I wouldnt visit again with such a negative experience, sort it out.

First time ordering. Ordered for collection. Liked: - Best food packaging I've ever seen - Portions - Timing for order to readiness - Great customer service on phone and in person - Modern decor/setting inside Improvement areas: -Getting order right - ordered Peri Wings, recieved Lemon and Herb. More concerned about the person that may have ordered what I got instead (ouchie) -Food was very salty. Especially the Dynamite Chicken (it was nice and tender though) - The amazimg packaging has boxes to indentify the contents, but is not being utilised. This resulted in us trying to figure out what's what and also possible the reason we got the wrong wings. - Burgers did not have much flavour Overall, okay at present but great potential. All issues faced appear to be due to the kitchen staff.

Very nice place however a few issues with the ordinary Joe burger whatever its called. Onions were pink onions and also not fried/caremelised which is what I would expect. The salad being what I think was a rocket leaf was too stringy in the burger possibly because it cooked under the heat of freshly cooked patties (maybe let them rest and cool a little before assembly) and I constantly found myself trying to rip it away from the burger rather than it breaking off on a bite, same with the onions. Other than that meat seemed to be cooked right and the place is clean and presented rather nice. Although the multi colour flashing tables do get a little annoying. That was the only niggle in terms of decor.

They had Mac and cheese on the menu I ordered thinking it was Mac and cheese but when it arrived with my meal it turned to be mac and cheese bites the menu wasn’t accurate and informative enough as it just said Mac and cheese if customers were to order it they would assumed it would be mac and cheese for example it says mozzarella sticks so people will know it’s mozzarella sticks. If they’re was a zero rating I would put it but I had to put one star pity on you lot get a lambo for the opening day but can’t make business.

Love this place, came a year ago, angus burgers were thick and juicy and grilled to perfection, atmosphere was amazing also and chicken burgers were a healthy size aswell so what the hell happened, came for my daughter's celebration and ordered angus burgers and chicken burger meals and was so surprised, as to what's happened to the food. Angus burger was fried in oil and paper thin and and i mean paper thin, and meat was tasty but expected a proper burger but so dissapointed at the quality i and the family enjoyed when we visited last. The chip portions were great but chicken burgers were so bland and not juicy which you would expect from a chicken fillet meal, also bowls were chipped and damaged, which should not be served to customers so overall saddened by the experience but staff were nice, but people remember always the negatives before the positive experinces and emojies you have a lovely atmosphere but your food was so bad value for money, that i felt i it was cheap food from a burger van rather than succulent and tasty food and overall yiu should never compromise on quality because it ruins a places reputation and emojies, reputation is everyrhing.

The young man who served me (said his name was Saad) could do with some lessons in basic customer service. Overall, coarse, rude, and seems to unconcerned to even put a smile on his face. To say he seemed to be “training”/bluntly giving orders to his colleague, he didn’t even seem to know how to speak politely or clearly to both customers and staff. He didn’t mind demanding his colleague to prepare my drinks and sauces, however seemed to struggle when checking how long my food would take, needing me to prompt him several times. Emojis seems to be a great place to dine in but with the customer service I received today, I probably won’t be bothering in the future.

Ordered via deliveroo to home spent just under £50 for a family of 5! Expensive for what we got...soggy buns on the burgers old off coloured lettuce they forgot a milkshake side and 1 portion of chips and never resent even though we rang and complained they said they'd take it off our next order chip portion sizes are small was bad service and delivery took over an hour!

Place looks great and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The reason for the 4 stars is for a few reasons. The chicken in the photo is from the classico burger but looked processed. I took this back (no working phone number so had to drive back) and was given another one that looked fresh and completely different; the texture on the new burger was completely different and although they stated all their chickens are fresh fillets there was definitely a difference between the two. They resolved this immediately and like I said the service is great. The other issue is that apart from ketchup and mayo sachets all other sauces are 50p each, none of them are included with meals; I've never been to a place that doesn't include at least one tubbed sauce with the meal, most doing two, before they charge. The other photo is of the 8 wings meal costing 9 pounds;my photos haven't done this justice because the wings were tiny and dry, definitely not the plump saucy grilled wings advertised. The place has just recently opened so these just may be teething issues.

Great food and great atmosphere in a town that unfortunately slowly dying. But hopefully places like this can revive this. Friendly welcoming staff make you feel at home.

This was my first time visiting and will definitely be my last. I had high expectations for this place but unfortunately these were not met. I visited in person and asked for takeout of the food and was made to wait 45 mins for a takeout order! The staff also didn’t seem bothered about the terrible service and were hardly apologetic. They also forgot my drink, but I luckily I checked the bag before leaving. I don't understand why this place gets such rave reviews, I did not get a good impression of this place at all. There's no reason why food should take this long to prepare if visiting in person, especially when similar places can have food ready in under 20 mins. This reason was alone to put me off returning. The food was distinctively average. I had the cheesy fries and the cheese sauce on them was far too salty and didn't smell great. I then had the Grill Royale burger which was a tiny portion. It was also very salty and overloaded with sauce. I was left still feeling hungry after this. Overall I do not feel this place is worthwhile visiting mainly due to the ridiculous wait times and the average food. Other outlets have much tastier food with bigger portions delivered in a reasonable time limit.

There’s an abundance of food and desserts to chose from and a great selection of drinks, too! Staff are very attentive and friendly, and the food is AMAZING! The Wagyu burger is something else! 👌🏼 We don’t live locally but if we did this would be our regular place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son wanted to try this place raved about it. Actually loved the venue & design of restaurant impressive. The food he had popcorn chicken omg they were delicious and fresh crunchy on outside & succulent on inside. Definitely recommend this place & good value for the amount. Oh and he had milkshake which was lovely.

Emojis burgers are very tasty and good portion size. I think the price is not bad. I had ordered 2 burger meals and waffle as takeout and my bad I did not inspect each box when receiving the food. The waffle was received as shown (not half eaten) without any fruit cream icecream etc. unfortunately it was not possible for me to travel back so I contacted over phone. The mistake was blamed on a trainee staff. Manager Adam was not available so I had to wait for a call back. Adam apologised and offered free meals on next order. On next order Adam was unfortunately not available at the time so I had to wait few hours until he was in to get us free meals. I appreciate Adam’s handling and that he is busy but maybe other staff can get some training on how to handle such issues or there can be better mechanism for handling such issues. I see a lot of people posting of crinkle fries, I had Hurricane fries that were thin straight cut and I am not sure whats Hurricane about them as they look and taste very standard. Sauces need improving in my opinion. Certainly a place worth trying though! Burgers taste amazing and the place has very nice decor with plenty of eat-in capacity.

Recently went and had the wagu burger - you could tell it was made with love ❤️ Can't wait to come back in a few weeks as we have our after wedding meal here!

Not get what I want in emoji's menu

Really nice place to eat, although on my first visit the food was a lot more fresher and tasted nicer. Service is above average but a lot of mistakes were made on the order. However quickly rectified. I would not visit again for a while as the menu is a little limited for me. If I was to mark out of 10. This would be a rated 6.

Definitely one to try if you are in Dewsbury. First impressions the interior is absolutely beautiful , aesthetically pleasing. Customer service was very good. The girl taking our order explained popular items on the menu. We opted for a El classico meal. Which is a standard chicken fillet burger. I wasn't disappointed it was really good. The burger was cooked really well. The fries were soo tasty. Definitely will visit again and try out some more dishes.

We thought we should try out a new restaurant and we was looking around Dewsbury. I picked this place because it looked nice outside. When we came Into emojis, the menu looked delicious and the place was decorated nicely. The service was really slow and we waited more than a hour, but the staff were generous and the atmosphere was brilliant. 9 out of 10. Lovely mouth watering food but slow service.

An excellent fast food place which is well thought out and designed. The food was delicious and the portions were of good size. It is a very nice place to be in and enjoy your food. The only downside for us was that the music was loud. Overall a good experience.

Ordered from here many times my favourite is the butterfly chicken and the 9ine burger few times wrong items were sent but thyy were quick to offer free food for next orders placed lemon and lime mocktail is really nice as well but for me the chicken is the best in town and probably the juiciest in dewsbury batley

Nice environment & decor however chicken Royal burger needs to improve. Firstly it was really messy with plenty of sauce in it, secondly the chicken was very thin sliced & also tasted very charcoal. Dynamite Chicken starter was delicious.

I ordered from uber eats, delivery was so quick, driver was lovely and friendly, I can't believe how amazingly packed everything was! The presentation was fab, burgers were very nice, very juicy and the sauces were lovley too, massive bag of chips with my meal and also a drink, the little kfc style wet hand towel wad such a nice little addition aswell! Very lovely burger place, will definitely order again. These people care about their their presentation of food which alot of restaurants don't, they definitely care about their customers! Definitely try here!

First time visiting emojies and the decor was very nice as seen on social media. Visited around 8pm, there was 1 group of people and us at the time, waited 25 minutes for a burger and salad which wasn't pleasant. There were tables which wasn't cleaned considering it was quiet at the time. The burger was pretty standard nothing you can't get anywhere else. Ordered the peri chicken salad which was too large, the ratio to chicken and salad was a mismatch, 10% chicken and 90% lettuce etc. Overall food was standard and the staff are pretty slow, cant imagine how they work when it's busy. One time only visit ✌️

There food is just mouthwatering every bite taken the atmosphere of the place is welcoming and the staff are very friendly would definently reccomend this place and will definitely be back

Loved the food - opted for some of the chicken burger options and both were excellent. Fries were crispy and the chilli cheese bites are some of the best I've had. The decor is brilliant and makes for an all round great experience. No complaints and will be back.

Lovely, great customer service from the get go. Came with friends enjoyed our burger meals. The milkshakes are no other like this place, it's a whole different dimension that be hitting when u have one. Would recommend! Coming again soon.

Decent burger place, around average prices for what you're getting. Not particularly a fan of the "hurricane" fries but will try out something else next time I go. Would recommend and will be trying out again in the not too distant future.
