KFC in Rushmoor

I have enjoyed KFC for years but this will be my last. Food arrived cold and all internal packaging split down chips and chicken everywhere. 3 prices of chicken consisted of 2 legs and one small thigh. Absolute joke. The 2 hot wings were cold and let’s just say, tiny.

Visited KFC in march for something quick. The chips were not very hot the chicken was very greasy and had no flavour.KFC used to be so tasty but seems to have gone downhill won’t be going back.

We got a take away through the drive through but decided to sit outside because the sun was shining. Staff were friendly and premises were very clean. Hubby had a bucket for one, he had no complaints, I had a vegan burger, it was a little dry but my own fault for not eating a proper bit of chicken which looked juicy and delicious! One point taken off for that reason.

Started off being ignored at counter. Undercooked chips side orders wrong ordered rice got salad. Staff needs training in all aspects off business very poor

I can tell form many other reviews that people have had a poor experience with KFC. To be perfectly honest we ordered up two of the bargain bucket chicken piece meals with extra fries and flaming chicken wings which we had delivered. I can only say that the food was Luke warm at best when it arrived to us and the chips were soggy. The Chicken in the buckets with the flaming wings were in fact very tasty and the four of us finally devoured the whole lot. There is quite a bit of waste as you can imagine but overall the quality of the Chicken was Good. The food maybe better if you went and had it at the KFC as the travel from Aldershot to Farnham certainly makes it less appetising and I think this time we will steer clear of ordering up food from them.

My order was to go. When I reached the car, I am dumfounded to find two items missing. Someone pinched it. Upset !

like a number of other people reviewing here it seems to be pot luck as to wether you receive all of your food and drinks or not. unfortunately for us we fell into the latter category. highly incompetent service from KFC.

Website says 00:00-00:00... Actual hrs are 10:30-23:00. Not impressed when we arrive at 23:10 to find they are closed already!

Don’t order kfc from just eat as half my order was missing , upset is an understatement, I have put it on the community board

Was working late and really fancied KFC at 1am. Looked online and the Ash Road, Aldershot KFC is shown as 24 hour opening. Drove over from Farnham and it was shut! Is it that difficult to publish your opening hours accurately, espially if you are a large takeaway chain? Maybe it wasn't open for the forward planning meetings and they ran out of chicken again!

Very good portion size on kids meal. My daughter love corn on the cob. Staff always friendly . Nice and clean place

Had dinner from here a few times....the food is ok but avoid it on the weekends the cueing is a joke inside and outside i think its way under staffed for the volume of custom that comes in

Been going after leaving it a while inbetween visits hoping it'll be better but always disappointed will give it another go soon but not holding my breath

Very disappointed with service, wrong food to what we ordered , cold fries, wouldn’t recterfy there mistakes, have excuse that staff are new at the job. WON’T BE GOING BACK.

2nd time this month and no hot drinks how hard can it be. No wonder it is empty and MacDonald's next door is really busy.

Visited three times. And three times, no chicken. It's like running an airline without aeroplanes. Kentucky Fried Nothing. Comical!

Went through drive through and order was not complete, despite asking if all items were in the bag Poor service again

We have been here a couple of time and every time the food is barely warm and the service is so slow (the opposite of fast food!). They only ever seem to have one person taking orders and the staff are disorganised.
