McDonald's Restaurant in Rushmoor

ordered chicken sharebox and 2x big mac, 6 nuggets and 3 selects in the chicken box and only 1 big mac!!

Food that was correct was great although never seem to be able to get a full order correct, missing hash browns and cheese on an item that was requested to not have cheese meant one child did not eat.

Difficult address to find. Would be a good idea to have a 'what/three/words' option to help delivery drivers.

Order included nuggets, cheese dippers and veggie dippers. Despite requesting sauces NONE were delivered. This branch seems to have a problem with this, as this is not the first time it has happened and they never seem to deliver the correct amount. As for balsamic, they have not supplied with Any orders for weeks.

It’s a nice McDonald’s . The location is great . They have a nice space on the first floor where you can even have small parties or get togethers. The staff is very helpful and even allows you some stuff like cakes , cookies etc for the party from outside as long as you buy food from them.

Conveniently located Drive Thru McD's. Two ordering points, you can use either to end up at the same destination. I was unlucky with the offer I picked, which seemed to take forever to take the order from the person in front. However, the cashier was very nice and friendly, which made a pleasant change from other McD DTs in my area, so made up for this. Food is McDs.

Missing items yet again!! Different items to what was ordered, and the worst thing my daughter has a egg allergy so asked not to have mayo in her wrap, this was totally ignored. And what food was ordered was cold, so a service which I paid for I had to then get in the car drive down and talk to the manager, if you’re going to charge for this service get it right.

Only use the drive thru but have found this mcdonald's to be the better one as have found the food to always be nice and hot and they have yet to get my order wrong unlike the one in Camberley and Farnborough Gate that always got my order wrong

Food is cold and took an hour and three quarters to arrive, and when it did arrive there was an item missing.

Not all the orders were delivered. one double cheese burger and one sachet of sauce was missing. i have claimed for refund. very disappointed.

Waited quite a while for food and time for delivery kept changing, came cold and got given a plain chicken burger after asking for extra stuff, won’t be ordering from this McDonalds again.

Quick friendly and fresh. The menu is the same and changes with the season. Always remember to check the bags, as there is a 99% chance it's missing something, either a main item or the sauses.

Nice area and space with great food

Nipped in at lunchtime on a Saturday with the family, oddly had parking spaces and lots of seating inside. Even the drive through didn't have a bad queue.

My son and I popped in for a late lunch… my triple cheeseburger looked revolting, all squashed and most of the cheese was stuck to the paper so not sure if I had 1 slice or 2; chips were half done and cold… some of ordering kiosks not working… the best part was the orange juice…

The vegan burgers fantastic. Whoever did that order for me did a fantastic job. The last time I had Mac Donald vegan burgers they weren’t that tasty but this time? Oh man ample sauce! Loads of veggies, but the chips? Dry and stale, as can be, morsels sticks not so great. Courier came fast! Was not expecting that. This is one of my favourite Mac Donald’s and I was hungry, they really satisfied me. Thank you!! Whoever made those burgers, you did/madam are a legend

Ordered through the app, placed order while sat in car , given order ref , confirmed order , went into MCDs' and its there waiting to collect. It was late evening and there was no-one there to give me my order, just saw it on the counter with my order number on it , anyone could have taken it , but they were busy with main restaurant and take out area .

Poor quality and like warm food. Very disappointed.
