McDonald's Restaurant in Rushmoor

Drinks where spilt all inside the bag. Driver parked on lynchford road and my address is Morris road. Had to walk quite a distance and get my food. Food was cold.

Renaged again! Same Luke warm tasteless offerings!

I experienced unsatisfactory customer service. A cleaning staff member removed my beverage without asking for permission, subsequently giving it to another patron. Despite my intervention, no apology was offered for this error. The service was rude. The drink was brought to the table without a smile or thank you; the server walked away. It was extremely rude.

Delivery driver sat on phone outside, also parked across 2 parking spots at an angle so neighbour couldn’t actually reverse in to their spot

McDonalds is McDonalds but apart from needing a 30 second boost in the microwave the breakfast and coffee are always good.

We just ordered our meals through the McDonald's app & the food arrived pretty fast. Unfortunately, only half of what we ordered was delivered. We phoned the delivery driver to check in case he hadn't delivered everything, but he said he'd picked everything up for our order. We then called McDonald's, where we ordered it from, & and one of their employees were so unhelpful & basically said they couldn't do anything! We tried going through McDonald's stupid useless bot customer services, which proved to be impossible & complicated to use to complain about our order!! We tried to contact ubbereats & and again, another stupid bot service!! Won't be using this service ever again! So only half of what we ordered, no refund either! So out of pocket, half our order missing DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!! Leason learned not to be lazy!!

Went inside for sone food. The table service numbers were not next to the order machines, so i guess there's no table service here. There was an error with the machine, so it didn't print out my receipt; Three quarters of the resteraunt was barricaded off, despite it being a Saturday night, so very limited seating choices, and the cup of coke was only three quarters full, so feel ripped off. The only good things were the burger and chips, which were well made, but everything else from my experience was very poor. I won't be going back to this branch again.

Possibly the worse take away I have ever ordered. Overcooked beef patty, limp and insipid chips. Not recommended.

Breakfast Roll not delivered as ordered - paid extra for additional sausage patty, but this was not included. Very poor.

The food was cold and missing items. Probably due to the fact that they put the milkshakes in the same bag as the hot food. Seems to be a bit of a trend.

I payed extra for bacon and did not receive it and I payed for a triple cheese burger but they gave me a double.

Chips were cold ordered bbq sauce and didn’t arrive. Was really looking forward to our first meal of Mc Donald’s for about 3/4 years. Thought we might treat ourselves.

Ordered for delivery. Missing two meals (£18 worth of food). Rang the store. Dan, who is apparently the manager, was rude and utterly useless. Refused to send the missing food. That is two people, including a diabetic autistic child without food. Stated it was a courier issue and that we should contact them for a refund. As if I am happy not to feed two of my household.

when it's good it's good. when it's bad it's terrible. missing double cheese burger. 9 chicken selects were missing all the sauses. no straws for drinks and most of the food was cold

Since when did McDonald's quarter pounders get so small. I was shocked at how small the buns have become. McDonald's isn't good value for money. Big prices, small quantities.

Had deleted the app off my phone and pleased to see its improving when reinstalled. Tracking was good and accurate. Luckily all the food was there but they forgot the dips that should have come with the McNuggets so don’t think I’ll use again

Well did want to eat my food in it was just before 11pm and the cleaner was putting the chairs up on the table as it was about to close even though google and their opening times on the door and website states they are open to midnight. Utterly peeved as my food is now stone cold dry and horrible and they put cones out to stop drivers coming in but got taken out by a white van driving in the wrong entrance. If your gonna close at 11 then at least change the times on your door and website.

Shock horror, NO sauces delivered for the chicken selects. On going problem which I’ve encountered for last 2 years using this McDonald’s. Complained and left reviews before, never once heard back or had any acknowledgment. Rarely get sauces with nuggets or selects

2 drinks only 1 straw, every time I looked at my phone the delivery time changed, why? By the time it arrived the chips were cold and the burgers warm.

Why do I let my daughter drag me to this place? I'm too soft. The kids who work there for peanuts are usually lovely, no doubt quite innocent to this hideous behemoth of of a global corporate monster and environmental catastrophe. The food is designed fornlowest common denominator appeal and maximum profit. Nothing new here, just stating the obvious, just try not to get enticed by the heavy marketing and remember what McD is about. Profit.

It's a McDonalds - not the most beautiful in the world but less crowded.

Wrong item sent and requested dips were missing.

I ordered a large fries, a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe and two double cheeseburgers with bacon. Now I understand why I didn't have to wait less than 5 minutes for my order. Just because the Ponder Deluxe was scattered in its box, the cheeseburgers were also messed up in the packaging. And let's not even talk about the fact that the fries were cold and without salt. Today I ate there first and last time as well.

The Staff are very friendly and remember our order, as we come every other Friday evening. The Manager and Fiona are exceptional staff and always chat and ask about our weekend events. Highly praised and loved by my young son.

Hash browns were all swimming in oil. Could not get them out of their paper without with the hash brown falling apart and sticking to the paper. Sausage in the McMuffin was burnt.

Food that was correct was great although never seem to be able to get a full order correct, missing hash browns and cheese on an item that was requested to not have cheese meant one child did not eat.

The worst McDonald's. Everytime they mess up the order. Every single time i order , there is always something missing and wrong. You guys need to have someone that check the food before you give it to the deliveroo guy. It is a simple task, it takes only few second to double check the order.
