Drive thru, simple but effective.

Conveniently located Drive Thru McD's. Two ordering points, you can use either to end up at the same destination. I was unlucky with the offer I picked, which seemed to take forever to take the order from the person in front. However, the cashier was very nice and friendly, which made a pleasant change from other McD DTs in my area, so made up for this. Food is McDs.

Only use the drive thru but have found this mcdonald's to be the better one as have found the food to always be nice and hot and they have yet to get my order wrong unlike the one in Camberley and Farnborough Gate that always got my order wrong

Quick friendly and fresh. The menu is the same and changes with the season. Always remember to check the bags, as there is a 99% chance it's missing something, either a main item or the sauses.

The drive thru was a little slow. Food good as always.

Nipped in at lunchtime on a Saturday with the family, oddly had parking spaces and lots of seating inside. Even the drive through didn't have a bad queue.

My son and I popped in for a late lunch… my triple cheeseburger looked revolting, all squashed and most of the cheese was stuck to the paper so not sure if I had 1 slice or 2; chips were half done and cold… some of ordering kiosks not working… the best part was the orange juice…

The vegan burgers fantastic. Whoever did that order for me did a fantastic job. The last time I had Mac Donald vegan burgers they weren’t that tasty but this time? Oh man ample sauce! Loads of veggies, but the chips? Dry and stale, as can be, morsels sticks not so great. Courier came fast! Was not expecting that. This is one of my favourite Mac Donald’s and I was hungry, they really satisfied me. Thank you!! Whoever made those burgers, you did/madam are a legend

My fourth visit to my local McDonalds restaurant. Fantastic service and clean facilities. Kudos to the whole team to keep the service smooth as butter. Keep up the good works.

Food took 1hr 15 to arrive and when it did it was cold. No fault to the delivery driver, this is the fault of the restaurant.

Super speedy service with hot food. Spotlessly clean too.

Ordered through the app, placed order while sat in car , given order ref , confirmed order , went into MCDs' and its there waiting to collect. It was late evening and there was no-one there to give me my order, just saw it on the counter with my order number on it , anyone could have taken it , but they were busy with main restaurant and take out area .

Poor quality and like warm food. Very disappointed.

chips were cold, bag seal was open, gherkin in the cheeseburger when I didn't ask fir them, no sauces provided

Big Mac was burnt, coke tasted odd (not like coke) chips where stone cold I’ve never had this issue before

Ordered food for my children as I’ve not long been out of hospital and it arrives Nearly 2 hours after I ordered it and instead of being nuggets it was cheese bits!!!! Absolutely furious. I will never be using Just Eats again

We took down 2 stars because the BigMac contents were all over the place, as if the ingredients were literally thrown in without a care... the napkins were on top of the drinks and, since some spillage is expected, half soggy... the chips looked pretty sorry for themselves too. On our previous order these points were not so bad, but the wrap was badly done. It's a shame, because it's clearly a problem of working against the clock, resulting in less quality... Delivery was impeccable.

I’ve never actually experienced that sort of atmosphere at a Mcdonalds before! It was absolutely electric. The passion, every we’ve seen urghh! ⚡️🔥

The McCrispy was quite a bit spicy and not like the normal one we have ordered previously. possibly we we're given the spicy. no dips were delivered to us.

The staff did not repeat order after I placed it as was slightly wrong in the end The fish fillet piece was slightly overcooked. And the worst was the chips was cold and like it was microwaved. Awful!! The manager should do something about it. Never again Farnborough drive thru town centre.

Good outlet but the ordering kiosks were being a bit temperamental

2 items missing. 1 chicken Mayo and a large strawberry milkshake.

Always something missing, and usually always the kids stuff which is the worst thing to be missing

This restaurant really needs to stop closing the upstairs toilet. The one on the ground floor is a disabled toilet and ISN’T suitable for families that need to cope with 3/4 kids. Wake up!

We opened the happy meal and 1 or the chicken nuggets had teeth marks and a bite taken from it

Fuming. My double cheeseburger wasn’t in the bag even though the receipt clearly states it. So instead of tucking into it, I have to deal with a refund.

Second time when the food as been less than great, will avoid

Not happy that I can't cancel the ice in my drink if I buy meal deal, I have to order items separately and pay 2 £ so you don't put ice in my drink, I really don't understand this obsession with ice in every drink doesn't matter if it's hot or freezing outside

Stone cold. Looks like it literally thrown into the box, was in pieces, so messed up I couldn’t actually pick it up as a burger. Bacon under the bun base…….. sauce everywhere. Stevie Wonder could’ve done a better job.

Every time I order from here I never get the dips I’ve ordered may sound trivial but when u pick certain things for certain dips I expect to receive them been doing this for ages but It’s really peed me off today 😂

Food was cold. Delivery driver was really quick getting here but took forever for food to be ready. cold McDonald's, disgusting, apart from the mcflurry, that had melted so was more of a lumpy milkshake

Cold food, melted ice cream, no ice in drinks

when the order arrived everything was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. If I had checked the order at the door I would have sent it straight back very disappointed

Staff compared to other restaurants seem a bit slow.

Food arrived cold. Burgers had no bun on top. Seriously, how did they leave the building without a bun on top. Arrived stone cold Fit for the bin

Ordered mcdonalds because I wanted a mcflurry mainly. The delivery time kept getting pushed back and the order arrived late minus the mcflurry I had paid for! Bad service and very disappointed. The receipt attached to my order didn't even show the mcflurry I had paid for either!

Food all cold! Watched them put some fries that had been returned back in the rack - Hope I don’t get sick tonight! 😕 On the upside - tables were clean.

missing 2 quarter pounder cheese burgers

Both fries in the order were missing. Not very happy about this.

one of them was not wrapped properly and one was coming out the paper as well as it was cold and the hash brown was stuck to the paper i would like all my money back

Love the idea of putting the cold drink lids on hot drinks to stop them spilling

Chips was under done buger was like someone had sat on it drinks where not full milkshake was mainly froth not much drink
