Situated on Farnborough's edge, access by foot isn't the easiest, but it's convenient by car. Located on a main road with a drive-thru, parking is limited. Orders are placed on screens or phones, with a small service hatch for assistance. Inside, there's a variety of seating options from benches to high tables for two. Additional seating and toilets are available upstairs. The staff keep the place tidy, ensuring clean tables and general areas. Come on visit Farnborough, even if it's just for the McDonald's

Well did want to eat my food in it was just before 11pm and the cleaner was putting the chairs up on the table as it was about to close even though google and their opening times on the door and website states they are open to midnight. Utterly peeved as my food is now stone cold dry and horrible and they put cones out to stop drivers coming in but got taken out by a white van driving in the wrong entrance. If your gonna close at 11 then at least change the times on your door and website.

Shock horror, NO sauces delivered for the chicken selects. On going problem which I’ve encountered for last 2 years using this McDonald’s. Complained and left reviews before, never once heard back or had any acknowledgment. Rarely get sauces with nuggets or selects

2 drinks only 1 straw, every time I looked at my phone the delivery time changed, why? By the time it arrived the chips were cold and the burgers warm.

Why do I let my daughter drag me to this place? I'm too soft. The kids who work there for peanuts are usually lovely, no doubt quite innocent to this hideous behemoth of of a global corporate monster and environmental catastrophe. The food is designed fornlowest common denominator appeal and maximum profit. Nothing new here, just stating the obvious, just try not to get enticed by the heavy marketing and remember what McD is about. Profit.

It's a McDonalds - not the most beautiful in the world but less crowded.

Wrong item sent and requested dips were missing.

I ordered a large fries, a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe and two double cheeseburgers with bacon. Now I understand why I didn't have to wait less than 5 minutes for my order. Just because the Ponder Deluxe was scattered in its box, the cheeseburgers were also messed up in the packaging. And let's not even talk about the fact that the fries were cold and without salt. Today I ate there first and last time as well.

The Staff are very friendly and remember our order, as we come every other Friday evening. The Manager and Fiona are exceptional staff and always chat and ask about our weekend events. Highly praised and loved by my young son.

Hash browns were all swimming in oil. Could not get them out of their paper without with the hash brown falling apart and sticking to the paper. Sausage in the McMuffin was burnt.

ordered chicken sharebox and 2x big mac, 6 nuggets and 3 selects in the chicken box and only 1 big mac!!

Food that was correct was great although never seem to be able to get a full order correct, missing hash browns and cheese on an item that was requested to not have cheese meant one child did not eat.

The worst McDonald's. Everytime they mess up the order. Every single time i order , there is always something missing and wrong. You guys need to have someone that check the food before you give it to the deliveroo guy. It is a simple task, it takes only few second to double check the order.

Three times ive been given a single cheeseburger instead of a double, receipt always says double, this time even the packeging said double and the receipt but a single burger inside with double cheese, im obviously not going back this time of the night, theres nothing i can do about it, i been checking now cus of previous and the packeging said double, this lot are a state these days, sort it out.

Great deliver, just missing almost all the order

Order included nuggets, cheese dippers and veggie dippers. Despite requesting sauces NONE were delivered. This branch seems to have a problem with this, as this is not the first time it has happened and they never seem to deliver the correct amount. As for balsamic, they have not supplied with Any orders for weeks.

I went to mcdonalds the other day with my uncle mate guv, and we both got the new chili cheeseburger, reccomended to us by a lovely gent named Rob. I was struggling to choose and he was a great help! Rob makes the other bad reviews look awful as I had nothing but a great experience.

It’s a nice McDonald’s . The location is great . They have a nice space on the first floor where you can even have small parties or get togethers. The staff is very helpful and even allows you some stuff like cakes , cookies etc for the party from outside as long as you buy food from them.
