Constant quality fast food, all standards met.

1/4/24 visited the restaurant and the machine said takeout only, when we went back to the car we thought we'd check the bags and we were missing a burger. I went back in to collect it and had to yell into the kitchen as they ignore the counter now, not really happy with the service today. 16/1/24 Confused as to why they want customers to sort their cups and plastic lids and then they decant it all into the same bin 🤔🤨

Please tell me the point of selecting and paying for premium delivery via Deliveroo just to receive cold food!? Like seriously? And where are the dips we selected? The straws for the drinks? Rubbish!

Drive through. Polite staff. Quick taking g order. But delivery window always seems in disarray and is the slow bit means the traffic backs up. Portion size on mc flurries variable from good to undersized. The milkshakes won't suck through the paper straws and avoid the apple pies as they have no time stamp on them and may have been there all day. Last one was cool and chewy. So if you don't mind a wait for your food then go for it. But I do think 10 mins behind 3 other cars is excessive

Always a pleasure as a regular customer through drive Thu they so polite friendly and even down to knowing what I want and don't want etc straws cupholder sugars etc brilliant team always a pleasure and they always have a smile 😀

If you want to be surrounded by a group of thuggish kids, exactly like those in the film ‘Eden Lake’, this place is perfect for you. There’s a huge group who hang out there frequently. They do love to shout, swear, vape, throw chairs and food, run around, play fight each other and generally terrorise genuine customers. Don’t bother approaching staff if you feel threatened by the Eden Lake possy, they seem to be protecting them. All I got was a smirk, they wouldn’t get the manager.

No salt on the chips and no straw for the drink.

It was alright too expensive for whole menu

Food not as nice as my local McDonalds 30p extra for extra lettuce? Its free in my local one too !

Drive through order was incomplete, simple order or two meals and they managed to mess it up. Practically threw the order out the window. Go to Farnborough gate instead.

It is what it is. Took a while for the food to be ready after ordering despite the restaurant being empty.

A lot of people just smoking in side. And management do do nasing about this. Inside a lot of smool kids siting. And straight next to them siting yang people and smoking vapor. Management don't do nasing about this.

Only 2 out of about 8 ordering units working. Member of staff helpful in helping me login as neither of the scanners were working on 2 working ordering units.

Staff in here are very lovely and always keeping the place clean. Our food was cooked very quick but it was also very hot. The food was built well. Some McDonald’s they’ve just thrown it together. Here they seem to take care with the food. One of the best I’ve been too. Thanks

A really nice place, more attractive and comfy than usual macdonalds. Great place for a pit stop before going to see a film at the cinema

WC is for public use, its not your dads property.

If I have ordered my breakfast meal before 11, that order should be reserved not just deleted. The app should not let you order breakfast if they aren't going to give it to you. And take my payment details. Very disappointed. Now having to sit in drive to collect nothing. Sassy server with an attitude.

Fat worker keeps on staring at my mrs Everytime we are in McDonald’s, makes us feel so uncomfortable every time we come in and visit . Really do not understand what her problem is but customer service is awful

On 2 occasions I've made an order on the my mcdonalds app from this Mcdonalds and they have missed an item out. The worst part being how simple the order was but yet they still got it wrong. 2 milkshakes and nuggets. Yet they only gave me 1 milkshake and the nuggets. Shocking.

Service slow but at least order was correct party of 5 people

General service and reliability continuing to decline for both online and in person orders. Had to check they include condiments which they clearly missed, promo coffee had no toppings like in the picture, or cream. Missing a mcmuffin completely but too late to do anything about it after driving it home. I suggest you empty the contents of the to go bag on the counter before accepting the food and taking it home. Staff stood around chatting rather than checking orders are correct, can't be described any other way other than pure incompetence. On tne plus side, clean and tidy on the the inside but that's all its got going for it these days.

Fast service 3 minutes, good food, pleasant staff

It's just a regular McDonald's, everything works (usually) and food came out fast enough

McDonald's are terrible, you wait up to 15 to 20 minutes for your food to come to you that is cold. It is barely tasty and the service is really bad, the staff always have an attitude issue towards you for pointing out that the food is cold when you have a right to tell them when you are paying high prices for their products.

McDonald’s restaurant is brilliant especially rectifying their drivers errors for missing items. Please sort out your drivers the are useless!!!

Went thou the drive thur today. And both staff very rude. Not even a hello... even got my order wrong. Only polite person was a young man at the counter who helped me and corrected my order.

What a. Joke . Ordered on line and payed on line . collected food . Got home only to find item missing. Only 4 chilli cheese bites . But all the same . Missing. Tried to contact them by phone no answer. Tried on app but app kept crashing and freezing. Tried to send email to Macdonald's to complain how difficult it was to contact them . Couldn't send a email as needed a receipt number. I had no receipt number as had email confirmation. So I had to drive back to McDonald's to make a complaint about how had it was to contact them ... 1 hour of my life I won't get back .. Absolutel joke ...

By far the worst macdonalds I have been too I use every day and each week it gets worse.. the language barrier and complete lack of any common sense by these millennial robots has to be seem to be believed! Absolute shambles 😫

One of the better McDonald's I've eaten in lately

As McDonalds go this is actually a fairly good one, obviously my burger didn’t look anything like the picture, but that is just standard from a Maccy D’s. My only complaint was that the fries weren’t full, this is just annoying and something that should just happen naturally especially as they cost them nothing in the first place. Staff were friendly, the place was clean, they even had some fairly cool furniture including a sofa by the window that was actually quite comfy.

Ordered through McDonald’s app but items were missing, can’t complain through app, can’t get hold of restaurant. Just have to suck up that you paid for something that doesn’t get delivered. Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service

Lovely clean restaurant with lots of space to sit, it also has a play area for children which is good, but service is slow, we waited 25 minutes for our food.

Just had a long day at work thought I’d treat myself to a McDonald’s as it’s been a little while a girl with dyed hair I believe pink just threw my order on the collection point turned away and laughed the staff in general seemed antisocial and didn’t really give a great explanation there’s an older lady working she was lovely but she was on the shop floor

They are consistent, consistently bad. I’ve not left a review for them before because sometimes food restaurants are just having a bad day, but I can say with 100% certainly this McDonalds is just run poorly. This evening several things were disappointing. I’d been given the sauces for the cheese share box…but not the cheese share box. The chicken in my McChicken sandwich was so hard It hurt my gums to eat. My partner’s chicken and bacon Caesar wrap had no bacon in it and my McFlurry had hardly any chocolate pieces in it which topped off a very disappointing dinner. It’s not the first time I’ve had things wrong with my meals but it will be the last as I’m going to stop ordering from them. Go to the McDonalds in the farnborough retail park instead, it’s a lot better.

World best clean McDonald. So clean. Spotless. Soft play it’s a bonus. Anyway they forgot to give us a bag of melon and 2 sides that we ordered. A super clean experience stained by those small mistakes.

I’ve never actually experienced that sort of atmosphere at a Mcdonalds before! It was absolutely electric. The passion, every we see ughh! ⚡️🔥

Used the drive thru . Asked for burger and chips with large shake . She answered is that a large meal no I relied but I want a large drink . Okay . Get to the window to pay . The young guy said medium meal . I said no as I get medium drink and I want large drink. 😩. They are slow incapable and useless.

Not great service. Should be slow food. Short staffing. When asked when food going to be ready young man just ignored me which is rude. Not great experience to be honest. Also several cars went through the dive through.

Horribly racist place to be. Management had the audacity to make a mess and say "We'll get the Asians to clean it" as well as many other racist things. All employees should be investigated.

First and only experience, where I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my McPlant burger during what seemed to be a quiet period on a Monday evening. When I unboxed the McPlant, I noticed a large patch of ketchup on the tops of the bun and carton. Generally, condiments should go on top or underneath the patty, not the bread. The staff were friendly, but their workflow seemed inefficient with what sounded like one person preparing food.

First time here, to discover Self serve screens, so used it for first time ever, but didn't print receipt, I had twin 6yr old so eyes were occupied when the order number came on screen so I asked young lady if she could check my order went through as I don't know my number, NO SHE ISNT ABLE TO, I patiently wait hoping il recognise the order when it comes out..... 10mins later I ask again I'm not sure it's gone through can you please check. NO IT GOES TO END OF KITCHEN, IT SHOULD COME SOON I ask can you check as iv waited over 10mins now and could wait longer with no order gone through. NO COURSE SHE CANT!!! then tells me she 'thinks' she can see my order, I also see the order, sat on side not under heat lamps, 5mins later still sat there, it finally comes to me, no chips for the mains, so I ask for the chips, OH WHY AREN'T THEY ON THERE, no action taken, frustrated at already seen my meals sat for over 5mins getting cold I tell the girl il take the order to my table if she could have someone bring the chips over please.... NO CHIPS BROUGHT TO ME, when I go back and ask she's not busy, I state I'm still waitin for chips, OH is all she can say... yes 2 medium please I ask, to which she walks over to where the chips are coned up and gets 2.... WTF didnt she do that when I first mentioned no chips!!! So when she returns I said so u didnt action anything when I told you earlier we had no chips on our order, she just says with no care, I WAS BUSY, too busy to serve me as a customer clearly.... what an embarrassment to the company and yourself young lady, get this girl off the front desk and teach her some customer service!! Too busy stood there talking to staff and mates ordering food. Blonde haired girl, Friday 23.6.23 around 645-7pm. Won't be returning!!

Im used to mcdonnalds in SW London, so this one felt like I was in a fine dining Restaurant. It was clean, not crowded and the workers looked clean.

Food is really nice and the service is also good.

Food was Fantastic - fresh and hot. Service was not so good, as an Ex-McDonalds manager I can understand a little bit. But when we got served on the till the young man was clearly new and didn't understand how to do a discount so he went and got help yet the guy who tried to help him removed our order and didn't listen to the first guy and finally after 10 minutes, we got our order back on the till and got the Employee Discount since we asked for Military Discount which was nice 👍. But there was a huge line of people behind us and only had 1 till and 1 kiosk. Very small and crampt so say how busy the store was. Food was great though, piping hot fries and fresh chicken big Mac 👍 Definitely would go again but maybe via DT.

Quick service, but scored average for all as all food was prepared waiting and therefore was cold and tough. Asked for now ice in cokes but go ice and again was pre prepared and was watery and flat. The staff did change these when we told them and were fine about it. Not sure we like the new layout.. was better the way it was and to be served by a real person.

Hot chocolate usually awful here but tired and needed a break, car park full so only option to use drive through, after long wait no response from order point while cars were speedily being served at the next one, not amused and still no parking. Left still tired and hungry and now fed up

I ordered for delivery 31March a wrap and chicken nuggets with dips. A burger and chips. All were luke warm on arrival. Nuggets lacked flavour and no dips were received. Chips were stale. The wrap was only half filled so entirely disappointed. May be better than in house but I wont order online again.

Disappointed again. They never get the order right even though you put it in the machine. It's like they don't read the receipt. And the coke tasted of sprite.

Fries were only 1/2 filled. Fish burger had missing items (was customised). Took much longer than expected (off peak, hardly any customers) to pick up food. No table service.

Awful portions (chips & drink only full halfway), every single time I order without pickles there's pickles in the burger & some staff members almost chuck the bag through the window at you. Those taking the orders are usually lovely - not sure where the disconnect is, but it happens so much that I felt like I had to post a review.

Every single time I've been the food has been ice cold. Definitely not cooking to order. Last time for me, unacceptable. Not rocket science is it..

Terrible service, long wait, cold food, followed by son vomiting in evening and repeatedly through the night due to (we suspect) incorrectly cooked fries. Long story is we spent 15mins waiting for our order as they prioritise drive through, when I asked what had happened to order number 57, they said they were waiting for the drinks, i.e. the food was sitting getting cold while they prioritised other orders. 5 mins later still no food and when I asked again, they said it was because I had ordered a quarter pounder burger with no cheese. All of the food when it arrived was cold, including my quarter pounder with no cheese. Even my coffee was cold, not even at body temperature but we couldn’t face rejecting and reordering so ate and left, later that night sure enough we were ill, first of all my son was sick in his bed then my fiancées and I had stomach cramps through the night. Of course we can’t prove the sickness is due to the food but in my mind its too much of a coincidence - I’ve never had such a poor tasting and cold McDonald’s, hence this bad review and we will NEVER return to the Farnborough Gate McDonalds.

Decided to visit the store rather than take away to try and get a hot meal for weekly visit with the kids. But was defeated. All sandwiches and chips were cold. Properly cold. Lesson learned. place was clean though. Food arrived speedily but then that explained why cold. Noticed lots and lots of chips packed up and ready to go....irritating.

I've been through this drive through twice, on the first occasion they gave me the wrong meal entirely so I had to return to the drive through and get the correct order on the second occasion they gave me only some of my order which I didn't realise until I arrived home. I tried to call to speak with an employee about this and after getting a line busy message when calling 90 times I am thoroughly unimpressed.

Never put 1 star but this McDonald's seems to have changed its policy and no longer provides dips with deliveries. Even when ringing to confirm they still don't include them so I can only presume they have a new policy of not providing them. If you order a delivery go for items that aren't enhanced by dips as you won't receive them

Warning for veggies - the order always takes a long time for us on drive through - at least 5 mins, often longer (compared to other cars who wizz through). But any cold items (drinks, icecream), will be provided immediately so they can melt / go warm mean time. They will often miss out the sauces as well. Sadly today, they got it totally wrong - forgot our starters and gave the wrong size drink (medium when large was ordered). I know I should check everything before driving off, but its difficult to check everything properly when there's a long queue of drivers behind you looking impatient. The staff seem to be working very hard, so suspect they're just very badly understaffed / mismanaged.

I was stood at the front counter for 15 mins as I waited for someone to serve be but all the time I was stood there this dirt bag stroking his purple pink greasy hair avoiding eye contact with me his dark Emo eyes, poor service clearly a customer waiting but decided to ignore me because he can’t be bothered to do his easy job

Terrible. Went through the drive through and Ordered a vegan wrap and only noticed when we got home that it was chicken. Had to drive back and manager was rude and blamed it on us. We were given a new order, then got home and realised items were missing from it. Phone number isn’t working. Total shambles.

Went to Macdonalds drive thru this evening, had to wait to place order,only 1 other car next to me, placed order paid......then gad to wait a good 5 minutes before I got the food, great its being freshly cooked and will be nice and hot, not the case burgers were cold as were fries, and they gave me a wrong order. Not happy.

Local McDonalds, not always hot but its exactly what it says on the tin.
