Slow and wrong food AGAIN I very rarely visit Bradford Broadway because it is shocking, but sometimes it is a must. Hungry well avoid KFC Staff do not understand English, queried he had given the right Krushem (milky bar) because the one given was chocolate. All we got was yeah yeah it is, I said clearly it isnt and he walked away. GUESS WHAT it was Malteser! Water Melon and Lime drink is just lemonade and my wrap was flat cold. I think the KFC gang need to be managed better!

We ordered a family bucket through “Just Eat” …. Firstly it was 40 minutes late, and secondly it was absolutely awful disgusting food, I’ve avoided eating KFC for the last 6 years, but as it was a birthday treat I thought why not ! …. NEVER AGAIN in a million years will I touch this disgusting junk food, …. 4 out of 5 of us suffered stomach cramps afterwards, I personally started burning up in the middle of the night, and had to make a swift toilet dash, I still feel a bit crook now as I’m writing this review, … please AVOID this place like the plague !!

First off I got my food home to find my gravy was missing, this alone was enough to ruin my meal.Tried to get over this and enjoy the food , unfortunately this wasn’t meant to be . The chips were stale , popcorn chicken undercooked and fillets were asif the had been thrown around the store before being thrown into the box .

Terrible ordered the bargain bucket 10 pieces £16.99 all 10 pieces 5 drumsticks 5 wings nothing else don’t know how long been out but not eatable, tried to ring not answering phone, really a waste of money girls on counter more interested chatting to each other than any kind of customer service, to be honest think they picked out the small overdone pieces and used them. Will not be going again, needs good management to address and sort the place out.

Rude service rubbish food has now been reported dirty hygiene of staff and management and very argumentative definitely needs closing

I ordered my food and waited but delivery did not turn up at all which really annoyed me especially when I paid quite abit. So when I called kfc to ask where the delivery is the manager had no explanation and then the idiot started swearing. They are conning people on just eat !!! First and bloody last time I will not be ordering from this place ever again

Did drive through pink raw burger triology box. Fit for a vampire not a muslim. It's not Halloween yet burger had blood. They say halal food omg shameful. Tried calling branch not answering phone.

Couldn’t fault the food at all but the man on the till was absolutely horrible. He was so rude, had no manners at all, questioned young boys in front of me where they got their money from???? (Not even funny), didn’t even ask what size meals I wanted and just put through large, didn’t ask what drinks I wanted and put through all pepsis and when I said I wanted krushems he said well I’ve put pepsi through now and didn’t even offer to change it. Would not come back here again purely because of the male on the till. He had a striped shirt, dark hair. Oh yeah and he didn’t have a mask on even though all the other members off staff did

Went in for popcorn chicken the 80 piece for 6 quid and there left me short there was 50 pieces and the chips were cold do wont go again.

Went in today at Tong Street BD4 and the place was empty and it was 4pm. I wonder WHY?. The lady that served me had a blue plaster on her nose. This put me off.I asked for a bucket meal and said I would like mainly like breast pieces. Was told that I could only have 2 pieces in the bucket. Did not buy anything. For some reason I no longer felt hungry..Customer satisfaction, especially when your place is empty could go a long way. Saved myself a lot of money and I will not be visiting again

If you like to smell of chicken and grease all day long, feeling bloated and uncomfortable afterwards then KFC is for you DOnt expect fine dining, you'd be very disappointed, clientele slightly dodgy too

Never have zinger fillets or flaming wraps ONE HOUR before they close!!! I’m sick of it, won’t be going back

I would give it a 0 if I could. Food tasted like overcooked cardboard. Drive through worker wasn't listening to our order so we had to keep repeating order. My girlfriend had 2 bites and chucked it away saying it tasted disgusting. Asked for ketchup 3 times she said yes, and guess what didn't come with our food? leaving it more dry. Do not go. They should sack all the workers and start fresh with better pay so they feel wanted and show some sense pride.

Just went through driveway got my little one chicken nuggets and chips so i can feed him in car. No sauces no tissue no spoon for yogurt no sauces extremely rude staff

Got a box meal from Tong Street KFC. lettuce looked old and very limp. The chips were awful they looked and tasted like cheap asda best buy frozen chips and they were full of black and skin.

My granddaughter asked me to take her to KFC when we were in town as it's her favourite place to eat but don't think she meant this one. We both had a chicken fillet burger meal. The chips were definitely undercooked and tasteless and the burger wasn't much better. Honestly wouldn't return or recommend. It was very poor.

Me and my husband visited BFC in the Broadway centre last night. Never again. The chicken was horrible not like KFC at all. Chicken cooked too long in dirty oil. Fries not cooked. When you complain they are not interested. KFC lost 2 customers.

I waited over 25 minutes in the drive through to be served stone cold food. I was mortified I’d wasted my time and money. What could take so long I have no idea!?! Other FAST food establishments use bays for people to wait for there food if it is not ready so other customers do not get TRAPPED in queues. I had to be somewhere hence drive through and as a result missed my train too! No excuses I will not be visiting again and to be honest I’ve been put off KFC as a result

During busy periods it is impossible to access the drive through lane without encroaching into the outgoing traffic, due to it being too sharp a turn, lots of customers left without purchasing anything due to this problem

the staff member that served me i think her name was britney was very kind and helped me decide on what was best for me and my family the service was brilliant and had no complaints except the customers them self were very disrespectful towards the staff and also alot of kids disturbing me and my family whilst we was trying to have our meals

visited tong street kfc were i was to discover they have cctv watching the cubicles in ladies toilets and the urinals in the mens im sure to god that this is not acceptable under no circumstances and the food i ordered was terrible it was cold and the chicken well lets say i could have knocked some one out it was that hard its disgusting not to mention i watched the staff clean tables with detergents then go straight back behind counter to serve food without washing there hands i will not be re visiting there thats for sure

No el personal o la comida que los problemas. De hecho, el servicio fue rápido y la comida estaba caliente. Los clientes en la otra mano toda una nueva raza. Estaba sentado con los niños escuchar la mejor de jure bradford en niñatos cada frase. Algunas de la inmundicia, saliendo de la boca de los niños, Dios ayude a la futura generación. No llevaría a la familia aquí. Pero supongo que es bradford y qué más podría esperar.

The staff member we dealt with was really great and helpful at ingelby road branch. Food was hot and tasty quite satisfied

i originally visited in january after trip to the theatre with family...the service here is shocking staff ask you want you want then walk away to then return with bad attitude and very unhelpful..after finally taking order and getting home..i discovered the food was overcooked and didnt smell too good. looked as if it has been left then recooked..not good so i called the store and spoke to a manager who offered to replace the order next time we visited..a month later i sent my husband to claim the kind offer of replacement meal to be told this was never offered..i complained to hq who fobbed me off on several occasion ..not good at all keep away

Probablemente el peor lugar que he comido. Higiene aquí es desastroso. Tratando de encontrar una mesa para sentarse a que está limpio es sencillamente ridículo. No se molestó personal para limpiar evitar a toda costa. Lo reporté a KFC HQ y me ofrecieron un bono gratis para cubo de pollo. No me paso el pie en otro KFC nunca. Si el comedor no está limpia, imagine lo de la cocina y bebidas zonas. No, gracias. Ojalá pudiera dar una clasificación de 0 este

Excited about the new kfc on Tong street..Big mistake, on entry it looked like an all night party had taken place and nobody had cleaned up..food and packaging all over the tables and floor,but we were really hungry so decided to overlook this, after waiting an age, got served by an unintrested student type who was dishevelled and surly. like he was doing us a favour taking my order, our 8 peice bargain bucket consisted of 6 drumsticks and 2 thighs, i returned this, as usually at other kfc outlets you get a varied selection of breasts, wings etc, when it arrived back at the grubby table they had removed 2 drunsticks and added a further 2 thighs, all of which along with the chips were drie up after thoughs, we left at this point, and almost stood on the rat by the entrance door bin on the way out.

Visited around 18:30 prior to seeing a show. We waited ages to be served - only one person who was waiting for their food was in front of us. We had not realised that this town centre restaurant was closing at 19:00. Food was OK (not up to that freshly cooked KFC experience) - and I had been looking forward to it as have been following a healthy diet recently - so was eagerly anticipating our feast. It seemed like a 'last batch that's been hanging around a while' meal - edible but certainly not worth breaking the healthy eating regime for! Half the restaurant had been roped off - we were forced to sit in the area in front of the door which was somewhat cold and draughty. The toilets were locked, so we could not wash our hands and we had not been provided with the usual lemon finger wipes. The member of staff who eventually got the keys to let us out (as we had been locked in) had been at the counter during our transaction and it was apparent that she did not speak much English, so we did not bother trying to negotiate to get the toilets unlocked/or moist wipes. Will head to Nandos (or Chinese buffet) when next needing a meal at that time in Bradford.

What a crap place and that is been nice. Conned out of food for the third time. I have been calling for the last hour but no one will pick up so can't raise the issue. It's either shutting down soon or run by a piss poor franchisee. Kfc are crap at maintaining it's reputation. Oooooh and the food was cold.

Very disappointed, the food tasted burnt (as if the oil needed changing) and yet the food was cold, large queues, rubbish. Bins were overflowing. The. Staff were pleasant, but rushed. Off of their feet. There was a large gang of older teenagers were were very noisy, swearing and certainly contributed to us leaving in a hurry. The toilets were dirty as was the floor in the restaurant. I cannot say that this was the fault of the staff as the food on the floor was thrown there by the rowdy group.

My Visit to the kfc was excellent. I usually go to tong street kfc but after my last visit I will never go there again. At tong street it was a filthy mess it was discusting. So we decided to try out your kfc and the service was excellent and it was very clean and tidy also the staff and managers are very pleasant :)

This place should be reported,It's dirty,staff are lapsed ND REALY CARN'T BE BOTHERED,AND SHOW IT IN THERE SERVING.the food well,it looks and tastes like it's been bathing in oil over nightthe beans,are stodgey,and have a thicker skin than I have,would never ever go to this one again,and always tell people not to come here,you need to get the staff and food checked on a regular basis!

This really is the worst kfc, although my only food complaint was the jellied gravy which looks like its about to come at us like something from the blob! I am horrified at the staff, he walked away whilst i was ordering came back and asking why i hadnt put my card, i explained i hadnt finished ordering, finished my order to then repeat it 10 times because he wasnt listening, surprise surprise didnt get what i ordered, witnessing a girl stood asking for someones help who looks up ignores her, finally looked at her and called somebody over to deal with it and refused to give her warm food. Lets face it we dont come here to get cold food or bad service if i wanted that id go to mcdonalds. But hey least i got my jelly pot.... Oh wait 0-10 poor example of kfcs brand

I was excited when they built a KFC on Tong Street but how this place can be called a KFC I don't know. I don't understand how they have it so wrong. Even the smell outside is terrible. The chicken was under cooked, the chips where dry, the gravy was a congealed jelly. . The cat turned up her nose at it, a sure sign it isn't fit for eating. Don't bother and drive to Junction 27 instead.

They call it fast food we waited 45min and asked for a refund in the end. there was a large number of people complaining while we were there. they had no chicken cooked it's a chicken shop how can it not have chicken. avoid at all cost staff were rude and unhelpful

We think this is the worst Kfc in the World .Rude staff ,we didnt even recieve our meal and after an argument with a wanabe Gangster we had a refund thrown at us !.Never Again!!

this place is vile!the food when purchaced looks like its been bathing in oil,the chicken is half cookedand coating falls of verry easy,fries are dry and like shards of glass,the staff are unwelcoming and look so hard done by, bye

Visited tong street drive through. Ordered a boneless banquet and requested a chilli may dip. Went to pay and was told card machine not working. Then given my drink with the lid not closed properly, causing it to leak all over me and my car. Not even at apology or offer of some wipes to mop up. Then told to park up as the meal was not ready. Didn't. Mind waiting for freshly prepared food but when I got home, I discovered my dip was missing. Certainly not going there again

sat eating and a mouse ran across the the room under door it came out the room a little cupboard to yr right as you come through enterence bradford store told a member of staff and he looked at me stupid like i was a lire

Service was fast, the chicken was nice and I had no complaints, I called in one lunch time while working in the area. The parking was difficult but what else can I say really.
