the order has not been delivered where is it

I ordered my children the bbq fillet meals and all meals have the fries missing I’m not happy paying all that money for incorrect food items

This was my worst experience.No sauces and no bottle of tango delivered,you can't even get in touch with customer services.I will NEVER use this service or restaurant AGAIN

The food was cold when it arrived.

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it

5 minutes after the text that my food is on its way the driver was at my door with a very cheery and friendly attitude

chips were a bit cold but other than that, no other complaints

The food was cold, again! The chicken piece was half a dozen small bones wrapped in the coating and the sandwich was burned and so crispy and hard it was impossible to chew! I use this branch often and have never been so disappointed. If I could have sent it back to you I would have! M.Haywood.

The guy who delivered the food was great! Food hot and lovely as always

was missing a portion off fries

The delivery driver seemed a nice guy but despite me leaving really good instruction on where to find me and how to get too the flat, he still had to ring me and say he was lost! What’s the point of leaving information IF it’s not read and the risk is of the food going cold?

Food cake piping hot. Everything packaged perfectly and in there own separate little bags inside a bigger bag - unlike McDonald’s who throw it all in one bag and you get spilt drinks on your food, Every thing I ordered was there - unlike McDonald’s.

food was cold, it had been on the preparation stage for 45 minutes. very soggy and greasy. not impressed at all!!! we're not that far from the premises should have been delivered quicker!!

All the food fell out of the bag on to the floor when the driver picked it up

They brought my wrong order and didn’t bring the drink and all food was cold

Would have been nice to actually get the correct order, they seem to have forgotten its freebie friday and didn’t send my popcorn chicken, and they don’t answer their phone either

Freezing cold food, chicken like rubber!

This time the food was cold except for the beans, everything else was so cold it was congealed, went in the bin. After last order with missing items, I’m really disappointed

The two piece meal was a chicken leg and a piece of wing with no meat on it. It was the underside of the chicken.

The only KFC where I've had spicy fries! They were rather lush and compliments the KFC seasoning.

Food arrived Luke warm, soggy fries and 1 x item missing! We spent £38 on our order and we were not happy!

the packaging was terrible the food was cole needed to be warmed up burgers came in a wrapper and the wrapper was damp making the burger buns damp

always get order wrong then trying to get a refund is ridiculous

We have just eaten the worst meal from you ever, the buffalo burger was shocking, it was just throw together and looked nothing like wots advertised, paid £25 wot a waste off money.

Sorry to say I wasn’t happy with my order today, very little chips and the chicken had no meat on it, was just a bunch of bones wrapped in the coating and was the size of a golf ball! I use you often but I was so dissatisfied with what was passed as my usual orders! No stars today!

Wrong order and sides were cold

They completely forgot all of our chips, and when I called to request they re-deliver, nobody picked up the phone. Shockingly bad service.

Missing chicken pieces , must’ve harder!

Food is hit or miss. At its worst, can leave you feeling unwell. Staff would do well to improve their customer communication skills. Average.

kfc should really start doing a share bucket of drumsticks, they are what has the most flavour from the skin, I could just sit and eat a bucket of drumsticks also great for party's

Ordered on the app, and they missed items (mainly the actual chicken)??!! Attempted to phone the restaurant numerous times but no answer, and then the number given for the Uber driver, number not recognised! Useless!

Wrong food delivered had to take back the third time this has happened. More the driver has a just eat order and also a Uber eats order and got it wrong

the order was a incorrect. my kids had no food they ordered. tried to contact them but no response and I would have to wait a couple of days. absolutely shocking and it was my daughter's birthday and that's what she wanted. if I could give a negative rating I surely would. definitely not oderdering from them. tried to call the restaurant but no answer. absolutely disgusting.

Food was freezing cold and most was missing

Half the order was missing rest was cold and due to my daughter being in hospital I didn't have time to chase this up 2 weeks ago.

Went to the toilet and they were mixed? As I opened the female stall door there was a guy ready to use it eventhough a males toilet was free next to me . Very weird.
