KFC in Bradford

Visited kfc around tea time with my wife and kids, placed my order as usual however on this occasion was told it was cash only and that they don't accept payment by card, this was frustrating as I then had to go find a cash machine and then come back just to pay for my food, what kind of fast food restaurant the size of kfc doesn't accept card?

Food here was hot fresh + delicious!!

Absolutely useless, rude staff that work there. Who leave you standing there ages before seeing you. Then they don't even say hi politely

I ordered 4 pieces of chicken but only got 2. Just Eat refunded me.

Came to this branch yesterday evening, it was busy but we still got our food fast and the staff where very nice, it was good to see they has a lady working in the dining area as when we needed help she was great. Will be coming back again

Much to our annoyance we only ordered KFC because my child likes the popcorn chicken. Ironically the popcorn chicken never arrived. Had it not been for the popcorn chicken we would not have placed the order. I’ve submitted the claim for the missing food. And this will be processed in 7 days. But it does nothing for an irate child. Frustrating process by just eat. If your ordering from kfc id avoid doing it through this platform. Drive there if u can.

Never gets order right every time.to me cant be that hard once u put it in the bag tick it off screen not rocket science. Have to double check from now on got home and stuff missing to the point I ordered a chicken filet plus a hash brown ect on it. to get home only to find hash brown in it with no chicken no sauce lettuce ect was fuming then no kids meal and when called up Staff was very rude and told me should of checked it and hung up the call. I wouldn't mind but my orders always come to around £50 /£60 for the family.

I always write instructions on my orders, where to find my flat, it’s simple enough to find if the driver reads the instructions, that’s what they’re there for! The driver parked at the bottom of the stairs to my flat but still had to call me and ask “where to find me”, he then drove away and only delivered after I’d got dressed and gone looking for him! My food was cold, 1 portion of chips missing (3 not 4) and we’ve had our evening ruined because of an incompetent driver.

3 times tried 3 times missing something in order!

Absolutely disgusting. Toilet flooded with excrement. Changing orders without saying anything. Staff just standing around looking bored. Absolute disgrace

Order due between 6:20-6:40. Arriv3d at 6:55ish. Food was luke warm, chicken was harder than normal so clearly been sat around under a heater for a well. The bun looked half eaten. Not great

Chicken coating was not the usual quality. Was very soggy and also very salty

Very polite delivery driver. Was grateful I left instructions where to find my flat, he’s the only driver who has read it and didn’t either get lost or felt the need to call me so I could guide him in!

Half the food missing no fries

Really helpful staff, I hate those order screens but the staff were really helpful and happy to take my order unlike some other KFC places where they refuse and tell you that you have to use the screen . Great chicken as well 👍

First time using just eat not so happy got my food cold and instead of corn on the cob I revived a gravy

The food was cold, again! The chicken piece was half a dozen small bones wrapped in the coating and the sandwich was burned and so crispy and hard it was impossible to chew! I use this branch often and have never been so disappointed. If I could have sent it back to you I would have! M.Haywood.

The delivery driver seemed a nice guy but despite me leaving really good instruction on where to find me and how to get too the flat, he still had to ring me and say he was lost! What’s the point of leaving information IF it’s not read and the risk is of the food going cold?

was missing a portion off fries

food was cold, it had been on the preparation stage for 45 minutes. very soggy and greasy. not impressed at all!!! we're not that far from the premises should have been delivered quicker!!

Food cake piping hot. Everything packaged perfectly and in there own separate little bags inside a bigger bag - unlike McDonald’s who throw it all in one bag and you get spilt drinks on your food, Every thing I ordered was there - unlike McDonald’s.

All the food fell out of the bag on to the floor when the driver picked it up

Delivery driver delivered to my apartment normally I have to go to the car park or on the main road to retrieve orders. Excellent service

Freezing cold food, chicken like rubber!

I was really impressed with the order , everything really hot and cooked nicely.

This time the food was cold except for the beans, everything else was so cold it was congealed, went in the bin. After last order with missing items, I’m really disappointed

The two piece meal was a chicken leg and a piece of wing with no meat on it. It was the underside of the chicken.

The only KFC where I've had spicy fries! They were rather lush and compliments the KFC seasoning.

We have just eaten the worst meal from you ever, the buffalo burger was shocking, it was just throw together and looked nothing like wots advertised, paid £25 wot a waste off money.

Sorry to say I wasn’t happy with my order today, very little chips and the chicken had no meat on it, was just a bunch of bones wrapped in the coating and was the size of a golf ball! I use you often but I was so dissatisfied with what was passed as my usual orders! No stars today!

They completely forgot all of our chips, and when I called to request they re-deliver, nobody picked up the phone. Shockingly bad service.
