KFC boothtown service poor and every rubbish bin over flowing inside and out disgusting 🫣

Exactly what you expect from KFC. Chicken tastes ok, service is fine.

Proper crap got the similar but wrong order .got someone else's order and was told claim back from uber .the chicken was disgusting and slimmey.luckily this time my son was nt ordering who has a serious allergy.there will probably say we re sorry to hear this and we ll pass it on to our team or we ll try to improve as usual ....sort your team out it's not rocket science I don't want to go thru uber you give me my money back your mistake.sort your disgusting food out and stop blaming every 1 else

The food is bad and cost to much. The staff do not speak English

said my food would be here for 22.25 then it changed to 22.40 and still came late will never again use kfc

Food arrived with in specific time was warm not piping hot, e.g. why I marked it down a star

Sent me beens instead of gravy

Visited kfc around tea time with my wife and kids, placed my order as usual however on this occasion was told it was cash only and that they don't accept payment by card, this was frustrating as I then had to go find a cash machine and then come back just to pay for my food, what kind of fast food restaurant the size of kfc doesn't accept card?

cold chicken with batter wet and peeling off and cold wet greasy unseasoned chips. dissapointed.

For the first time ever the order was hot .correct. and nothing missing .

only 2 out of 4 Burgers delivered cannot get in contact with driver or restraints want a refund

unfortunately they serve pathetic portions here,when you ask for a meal you expect them to pack the fries full and not just throw 4 in a bag,start filling the meals full for the expense people are paying enough a enough now.

horrific, waited for two hours for a basic bucket, so much so going to the restaurant expecting to find it busy:thus was not the case.

Everything was as COLD, never mind COLD drinks arriving warm..only £25

The time given says 10-20mins but took 40mins and by the time we got it it was soggy and cold so would not order again

Food provider needs to improve on packaging or food preservation during transportation. Chips are soggy. There is still way how to improve .

I was told 20 minutes, then it was getting later and later and when the food finally got here I had items missing and it was cold, very disappointed especially with the money I paid for it.

asked for a breast piece of chicken in my box meal i got one but i wouldn’t even call that a piece of chicken it was that small and the fillet in the fillet burger was really small aswell so was not happy and all got put together like the couldn’t be bothered

decent but they kept 1.50 and delivered one gravy

There was an item missing from the order

Food arrived on time. The lid of the gravy wasn't put on correctly which meant the contents had gone all over the food in the bag leaving about 1cm left in the tub. I also requested no lettuce on the wrap. Instructions were ignored and the order arrived incorrectly. Very unhappy and requested a refund!

i had a notification on my phone to say my food was going to be delivered by 19.05.

we got two boneless boxes they were fine and 3 pieces of chicken and chips over cooked unedabble

All the food was stone cold the delivery driver was late. GPS showed the driver in the same place and not moving at all. The mini fillet burger had tomato sauce on I didn’t ask for - no salad or mayo - me and my son had to eat cold food and chips were limp and freezing terrible service

When placing the order delivery time was stated as 15-25 mins. Arrived after 50 mins, bearing in mind I live 10 minutes drive away! Food was cold and inedible, gave to the dog. Ordered sparkling water, got stilled. Beyond disappointed.

Came to this branch yesterday evening, it was busy but we still got our food fast and the staff where very nice, it was good to see they has a lady working in the dining area as when we needed help she was great. Will be coming back again

Much to our annoyance we only ordered KFC because my child likes the popcorn chicken. Ironically the popcorn chicken never arrived. Had it not been for the popcorn chicken we would not have placed the order. I’ve submitted the claim for the missing food. And this will be processed in 7 days. But it does nothing for an irate child. Frustrating process by just eat. If your ordering from kfc id avoid doing it through this platform. Drive there if u can.

Never gets order right every time.to me cant be that hard once u put it in the bag tick it off screen not rocket science. Have to double check from now on got home and stuff missing to the point I ordered a chicken filet plus a hash brown ect on it. to get home only to find hash brown in it with no chicken no sauce lettuce ect was fuming then no kids meal and when called up Staff was very rude and told me should of checked it and hung up the call. I wouldn't mind but my orders always come to around £50 /£60 for the family.

3 times tried 3 times missing something in order!

I always write instructions on my orders, where to find my flat, it’s simple enough to find if the driver reads the instructions, that’s what they’re there for! The driver parked at the bottom of the stairs to my flat but still had to call me and ask “where to find me”, he then drove away and only delivered after I’d got dressed and gone looking for him! My food was cold, 1 portion of chips missing (3 not 4) and we’ve had our evening ruined because of an incompetent driver.

Order due between 6:20-6:40. Arriv3d at 6:55ish. Food was luke warm, chicken was harder than normal so clearly been sat around under a heater for a well. The bun looked half eaten. Not great
