The food is freezing not happy

Not really impressed with order as I paid £30 not to get the right item

food could delivery driver toon personal call in car for 5 mins before getting out to give us food.

Sorry to say I wasn’t happy with my order today, very little chips and the chicken had no meat on it, was just a bunch of bones wrapped in the coating and was the size of a golf ball! I use you often but I was so dissatisfied with what was passed as my usual orders! No stars today!

I haven’t even got half of my food and I paid £45 and they are not giving some food they just want me to refund

They completely forgot all of our chips, and when I called to request they re-deliver, nobody picked up the phone. Shockingly bad service.

Food is hit or miss. At its worst, can leave you feeling unwell. Staff would do well to improve their customer communication skills. Average.

deavley man was rude left food on floor when knocking need more time to get down stairs to answer door because I've have bad legs. I can't walk so fast need enough time to get down the stairs

Ordered on the app, and they missed items (mainly the actual chicken)??!! Attempted to phone the restaurant numerous times but no answer, and then the number given for the Uber driver, number not recognised! Useless!

the order was a incorrect. my kids had no food they ordered. tried to contact them but no response and I would have to wait a couple of days. absolutely shocking and it was my daughter's birthday and that's what she wanted. if I could give a negative rating I surely would. definitely not oderdering from them. tried to call the restaurant but no answer. absolutely disgusting.

Wrong food delivered had to take back the third time this has happened. More the driver has a just eat order and also a Uber eats order and got it wrong

Half the order was missing rest was cold and due to my daughter being in hospital I didn't have time to chase this up 2 weeks ago.

Went to the toilet and they were mixed? As I opened the female stall door there was a guy ready to use it eventhough a males toilet was free next to me . Very weird.

This is not necessarily for KFC. I’ve been trying to contact Just Eat about my recent delivery. The delivery person could not find my house even though they were very specific instructions. I don’t have any issues with anyone else following these instructions. He took out his frustration on me and cursed me out yelling, and then throwing the food at me. The fact that my requests have gone ignored is so upsetting.

Fast service. Enjoyed. Hard working staff in a busy environment. .

Large popcorn chicken wasn’t full! And the wings were ridiculous bone and grizzle covered in batter

order was delivered to wrong address. I live at 28 my order was delivered to 22. When I eventually tracked my order down by seeing it had been delivered and walking round the avenue my food was cold. no one attempted to contact me to find my address. My neighbour said it was just left on their door step.

Chicken and chips both stone cold and lack of seasoning on chips. Not good enough

Wrong address had to go meet the driver as he didn’t look at the address correctly and went to the wrong street. This has happened before, it’s not hard.

the mash is just lush! excellent delivery time. the food was hot. and cooked perfectly.

Zinger burger resembled more of a mini fillet in a large bun - chicken was small and not very spicy. Barely any lettuce in there either. Chips were undercooked. 2 pieces of chicken were a little dry. Disappointed.

Every time I order from here items are missing. You never pick up the phone if I call and nothing gets done about the problems. Despite the food arriving in a bag that’s states items have be checked we are here missing the hot wings for one meal and the popcorn chicken for the other.

Absolutely disgusting. I've not had a KFC in over 10 years and gave it a go and I was thoroughly disappointed. Food was cold, stale and soggy and so overpriced. The new chips are rank!

I have a Blue Light card which gives me a 10% discount when linked to the KFC app but unfortunately I couldn't get it to work on this occasion and the person serving wouldn't let me use the blue light card independently. 😥 I chose the gravy box meal and I asked that my piece of chicken not be a drumstick and I was asked what I would like, with a list read out, so I opted for rib. I always enjoy the chicken on the bone, especially the crunchy chicken wings! This boxed meal is perfect as you get 1 piece of chicken, 1 chicken fillet strip, 2 chicken wings, chips and a pot of gravy. There's the option to pay extra for a drink but I'm not bothered about a drink. The price has recently gone up from £4.99 to £5.49 but I think it is still very good value. My Hubby chose a zinger box meal which came with a spicy chicken fillet burger, a chicken fillet strip, popcorn chicken, chips, a side, a dip and a drink (as he won't eat chicken off the bone). He complained that he was still hungry afterwards and got himself an ice cream. His meal cost almost double of mine but he was satisfied after everything. Service was OK, it can be a bit slow at times as lots of JustEat delivery drivers come here to collect the orders.

It's still fairly new so the place itself still looks fresh and new. There were several dirty tables which the staff hadn't cleaned up, not sure if they were too busy. There was a strange burnt smoky smell and taste to the chicken which we all noticed. As if something had burnt near to it and the smell stuck. It wasn't great. Everything else was fine and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The background music was classical which I thought was a great touch. 😂 Very classy. Loads of parking as it wasn't busy at all.

items missing and small portions for 32 quid for two meals

Got a trilogy box meal today and they gave me a burger with out a bun wow and the attitude of the staff giving food was not acceptable at all and I’m trying to call the branch and no answer at all

No gravy delivered with the order and deal that it's included in, ordered at 19.44 said original delivery between 20.10 and 20.20, arrived at 21.35pm! Luke warm.
