KFC in Bradford

Drink was kept together with warm food box(drink was hence warm), no napkins, no cutlery. Left instructions for delivery driver, still called on phone asking where is it.

The driver was late and went to the wrong house

it's getting very expensive here. not worth it at all. not going here again

the food was cold when we got it they was no pepsi max 1.5L and it look like the driver had a drive round before delivery our phone tried to ring them not answering the phone so we could report the missing pepsi max this is not acceptable so won't be ordering from here again

First off, the order kept getting delayed. Secondly, the box was basically empty! For the price & delivery you pay, it’s absolutely ridiculous service & quality.

terrible delivery time 30 minutes late and food was far from hot. i live literally 3 minutes from this restaurant

when the courier came the bag was all wripped and open it looked like all the items had fallen out at some point the courier asked me to check everything was present I only had 2 piece'sof chicken instead of 3 the courierfound the extra piece's in the bottom of his own bag which tells me what I suspected that every thing had fallen out of the wripped bag he asked me if I would like it I declined the courier needs to take more care

Fast and polite delivery and food was fantastic.

having recieved our delivered order we found there was a 3 piece chicken meal with no chicken just chips and drink, we tried to ring the restaurant but there was no answer. I had to take the whole order back to the restaurant and finally recieve the correct order. paying for delivery was pointless, we will not be ordering from kfc again as they cannot get the order right or answer to help. Best to go collect from a reputable outlet that can pack an order and answer the phone. never again.

Requested no salad on the wrap. The wrap came with salad and my request wasn't completely ignored. The wrap arrived soggy.

Flat cold, driver lost, had to walk into village in cold to meet who had problems understanding. Originally when placed order said 13 mins but was well over an hour. Never again and total waste of money

Feel like fine dining restaurant amazing service and staff

Called in here to grab some chicken for the kids. Service was nice and fast. The chicken was decent and there was plenty of space in the car park.

Delivery was on time but only because we happened to see him delivering to Whitehall Road which was the wrong address

Proper crap got the similar but wrong order .got someone else's order and was told claim back from uber .the chicken was disgusting and slimmey.luckily this time my son was nt ordering who has a serious allergy.there will probably say we re sorry to hear this and we ll pass it on to our team or we ll try to improve as usual ....sort your team out it's not rocket science I don't want to go thru uber you give me my money back your mistake.sort your disgusting food out and stop blaming every 1 else

Visited kfc around tea time with my wife and kids, placed my order as usual however on this occasion was told it was cash only and that they don't accept payment by card, this was frustrating as I then had to go find a cash machine and then come back just to pay for my food, what kind of fast food restaurant the size of kfc doesn't accept card?

cold chicken with batter wet and peeling off and cold wet greasy unseasoned chips. dissapointed.

unfortunately they serve pathetic portions here,when you ask for a meal you expect them to pack the fries full and not just throw 4 in a bag,start filling the meals full for the expense people are paying enough a enough now.

horrific, waited for two hours for a basic bucket, so much so going to the restaurant expecting to find it busy:thus was not the case.

Everything was as COLD, never mind COLD drinks arriving warm..only £25

The time given says 10-20mins but took 40mins and by the time we got it it was soggy and cold so would not order again
