No sauce with order and food cold

Most of my items where missing again

Whatever you do don’t order a large double Big Mac thats twice now I have ordered and they have only sent 2 beef patties when there is ment to be four as stated very disappointed you should know how to prepare your labelled food correctly

disgusting!!! delivery man never arrived and was at a completely different address for 45 mins. I had to drive upto Mcdonalds themselves to get a full fresh order. when the delivery driver finally arrived all the food was flat cold and missing my smoothie !

Large portion of fires looked like regular size, I do get that drink is not full for obvious reasons as delivery. But burger looked all proper messed up had to stack it all together!! Bacon was hanging out of the box. And best part I got missing item ! Had no desert !! Thanks !!! What staff is working there ? Unbelievable

What kind of brain dead zombies do you have under employment, it’s not hard to read a receipt and add the food into a bag! Absolute useless morons - THE WORST McDonald’s in the whole of Bradford! What food did arrive tasted horrific!

The food was cold and the burger was pink didn’t like it and we got 20 chicken nuggets only got 12

ordered from this MacDonalds a couple of times, they somehow manage to either not send an entire meal or it's missing drinks.

Food tuck over a hour and half to come and was freezing and soggy

The driver couldn’t find our address. He was using our postcode which contains several streets - so the food arrived cold and the cold drinks unfizzy and milkshake melted and runny

wrong address selected but because they don't answer the phone at all the driver had to go out of his way for nothing.

the flat bread were rock hard and inedible and the muffin was dry with no jam.or butter on. smoothie was watery but not bothered about that with the traveling time but the food was unacceptable

Don’t read notes. Specifically requested no pickles on quarter pounders. Oh no they came with pickles on. it’s not hard to read NO PICKLES

Every single time you order from here they get it wrong and miss items!! They’ve missed half my order and sent a small drink when I paid for medium.

I saw the negative reviews and foolishly ignored them. The burgers had a pathetic amount of salad (one slice of onion, a manky bit of lettuce), I got the wrong flavour milkshake (got vanilla, ordered chocolate) and bo straws came with it or sauces (which come with the meal) for the nuggets. You don't go to McDonald's for fancy cuisine but this was low even for them. Won't be making that mistake again.

Horrible pathetic customer service! The woman on the order phone could not care less and was rude. The guy at the counter called Alfie doesn’t know how to speak with customers and looked like he needed a good wash too. Dirty place with an attitude problem. Stay away!

I had missing items happens ecery time i order on this app and nothing gets done about it been waiting a week for it to be sorted by your selfs but yet again nothing has come back

They didn’t bring everything I ordered and I paid for the food they charged me .75 pence for a toy which we didn’t get the food was cold o won’t be ordering from McDonald’s again it was a waste of money

I do not know how this place is still standing. The idiots they have running the show, stood their like gormless gnomes. Sending peoples food out looking like it’s been battered all over, not listening to instructions of no salad etc, missing FULL meals from our order, chips SERIOUSLY undercooked it should be illegal to send them out like that, you people are making a laughing stock out of your customers! Fancy paying £40 for an order and it to end up reducing you to tears as the whole experience was just vile! Avoid this place like the plague believe me.

We were missing an item (yet again). I’m not sure why I keep ordering food from there. Overall the food wasn’t bad, it was warm at least.

Delivery driver can’t read a simple instruction left on notes for delivery or read house numbers or attempt to phone

When you ordered food from the drive-through. There are always a few items missing from your orders. I've had to return multiple times to complain. I recommend that everyone double-check their order before driving away. It is urgent for the management team to address their operational model and services provided.

There were missing straws for all three drinks. Fries were filled not even half full . Very disappointed with this order.

Half my order missing I called the store and Maham was rude obstructive and far from a problem solver. She advised no big Mac’s left therefore rather than notifying me they just sent order without and when calling she said nothing I can do and to request a refund. Extremely rude unhelpful and quite clearly needs training on how to deal with these situations. I want a refund for all of my order I’m disgusted with the service
