McDonald's in Bradford

The food came on time, but cold and I can tell that it's not fresh, but just heated. I'm angry and disgusted

wow very fast delivery, ordered it and was here 5 minutes later excellent

Late delivery, driver drove on the street and drove off again. He had a very bad attitude saying he'd rung 2 -3 times when he had rung once and left a voicemail where all we could hear was music and no number appeared to call back. Very disappointing

it's OK i didn't want that extra add on bacon you can keep that extra 90p and I've got used to the no straw rule that you seem to have going on.

My order arrived an hour and a half after I placed the order and the food had gone cold to the point I couldn’t eat it.

No straws for drinks or sauces. Paid extra for the Minecraft meal and didn’t even get the collectible. Do I look like a fool.

driver had bag held sidewards drink completely spilt over whole order no drink and not one thing was edible, poor delivery

Wow first time in one year that I have actually got every single thing of my order McDonald’s must be stepping up. I hope you do keep this service up. And always delivery guys are always good and respect my property. Great guys keep it up.

My food was very cold and I’m not happy at all

The chocolate milkshake I ordered was nearly empty.There was about an inch left in the large cup and what there was it was watery. Not best pleased at all.

Driver shouted at my grandad for not answering the door quick enough, he is 74 years old and we live in a flat that has stairs. So unacceptable!

First time McDonald’s got my whole order right good on you maccies

Manner of customers driving in the car park was disgraceful. People smoking weed in their cars whilst eating , obviously had the munchies. Atmosphere inside was terrible, chavs shouting and swearing even with their kids present. Shouldn’t have expected anything different really with the area this restaurant is in. Food was ok , drinks were half full as they’re was no ice, why not fill them up ? Definitely will not be back to this one.

This us the second time they have delivered unsatisfactory food, first ut was burgers hanging half outside the buns this time they forgot to give us straws for our drinks and luckily I had a metal straw for the thick milkshake but the coke I had to sip it without a straw with the cap off, not to mention the food was near cold again, wonder if the food evers gets to anyone hot from this Macdonald's branch. 1/5 for customer experience. delivery was spot on 5/5

Like the rest below standard food (which everyone loves) service from staff that dont want to be there and the atmosphere is dead. But its mcdonalds after all.

Always forget half your order!!

Always slow service no matter how busy they are, staff seem oblivious to customers, there is one really nice jolly lady that serves on the front but there seems to be no move to improve the really slow service

Didn't get what I ordered. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal, asked for no bun or onion, asked for extra pickles, and paid for extra cheese. I literally received 2 plain dry burgers in the box, no ketchup, cheese or pickles. Didn't eat it.
