Order showed as being picked up and took over half an hour to arrive so chicken was clap cold and not safe temperature to feed anyone. Dont use this service. Use Uber it’s much better and gets food to you hot enough to eat. NOT safe practice

Told me there's nothing I can do and I'll have to re order. Then refused to give a name, refuses to advise me on how to make a complaint and hung up out of the blue when I asked for a managers name. Food was cold. Ordered a grilled chicken salad 2 little bits of chicken in it mostly lettuce. Waited a while in drive through was busy although the girl who brought it out was very apologetic.

4.5 chicken selects instead of 5(1 literally ripped or bitten in half!), My autistic granddaughter refused it as unsure if someone bit it so my son drove over to get it changed, negating the idea of delivery! No dips, cold fries, melted milkshake. Not 1 of the drinks was a full cup, all half full. 1 milkshake, 1 smoothie and 2 fizzy pops. No straws or serviettes. Will not order McDonalds takeaway again! £30 waste of money!

Order freezing cold. How do I send my cold food back?

Food was cold and oder was wrong

All the food was proper freezing mc flurry’s was like water and my tomatoe sauce was missing

Absolutely rubbish! Half of the food is always missing! Not even a small amount! Loads of it! That’s not human error that’s needing to hire some staff that know what they’re doing!

Not your fault but Happy Meal toys just get worse and worse….. such a dissapointment !

Waited over an hour food freezing

food arrived flat cold! the burger and chip weren't even edible!!! The delivery kept going up in time and when tracking was checked the driver had past our address and gone further down the road meaning the food was travelling longer.

Everything was freezing it said the food was meant to be here at 9:05 and it turned up at half 9

Food was lukewarm but edible, all the takeaways would be left standing at the back for over 10 minutes before staff gave them to Takeaway drivers. Tables full of Western food for over 20 minutes no cleaning food place just look dirty waited 20 minutes for my food, it was only a Big Mac meal. Should take less time that. I go to McDonald’s regularly and haven’t seen anyone as dirty as this one before

The food was not edible, the meat (fillings) was cold not done properly who ever did the wraps did not put their heart into it, just prepared it as if to feed dogs,thats disgusting, people should not do the job if they are not trained, we buy food to eat and enjoy not to put in the bin

One off the burgers I ordered meant to be plain and it came with all the topping.

Not expecting atmosphere at a drive through, but the person taking the order struggled to understand what we wanted, and we didn’t get it all when it was brought to the car. Will stick with the one at the Asda just down the road.

The driver didn't call as stated in the notes drove around neer by for 5 minutes and I never got my food when it said delivered. I won't be trying to get my money back as this had happened a few times before and I couldn't then.
