Great service and food - but forgot our cheeseburger. Very quick to rectify though!

The food came on time, but cold and I can tell that it's not fresh, but just heated. I'm angry and disgusted

I ordered through just eat apparantley this mcdonalds has its own drivers my order said delivered when it was not so somebody had a free breakfast n i have 2 wait 2 get my money back!!

Digusting attitude from the asian manager there working on evening of 4/4/2025 who clearly cant manage herself! This mcdonalds delivered a burger with a bite taken from the burger (see photos) and just sauce and lettuce no onion etc Chips were cold as cardboard Quarter pounder meal was two burgers in bread no sauce no gherkin etc?? THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED TO ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & MCDONALDS UK HEAD OFFICE AS WELL AS THE MANAGER ON SHIFT! If you want a clean hygienic meal AVOID THIS MCDONALDS LIKE THE PLAGUE

Charging 10p for sauce when already given one for free for 2 kids. Then told can't pay by card. Pathetic greed from a mega corporation who are already price gouging it's customers

Late delivery, driver drove on the street and drove off again. He had a very bad attitude saying he'd rung 2 -3 times when he had rung once and left a voicemail where all we could hear was music and no number appeared to call back. Very disappointing

Este mcdonalds entregó una hamburguesa con un bocado tomado de la hamburguesa (ver fotos) y solo salsa y lechuga sin cebolla etc Chips estaban fríos como cartón Un cuarto de comida de libra era dos hamburguesas en pan sin salsa sin pepinillo, etc. ESTO HA SIDO REPORTADO A LA OFICINA CENTRAL DE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & MCDONALDS EN EL REINO UNIDO, ASÍ COMO AL GERENTE EN TURNO!

it's OK i didn't want that extra add on bacon you can keep that extra 90p and I've got used to the no straw rule that you seem to have going on.

My order arrived an hour and a half after I placed the order and the food had gone cold to the point I couldn’t eat it.

I ordered a small chocolate milkshake and got Coke. I also ordered garlic mayo which did not arrive

Aghast that the manager left his lap top on a table unattended for over 15 minutes when i pointed this out a member of staff said he does it all the time. Serious breach of code of conduct and other safety matters. Food not the best overloaded with just eat etc drivers. Staff looked fed up seriously needs a shake up. If i was his manager he would be on a disciplinary by now for bad manager practises

El personal me pareció muy amable y servicial cuando no podía pedir en la aplicación y también la gente antes de mí había dejado un verdadero desastre. Se vio rápidamente cuando pregunté a pesar de que estaba muy ocupado en el restaurante. La comida llegó tan rápido que no podía creerlo y era encantador. Es una lástima que tengan tantas malas críticas, ya que no podía culparlos hoy.

Wow first time in one year that I have actually got every single thing of my order McDonald’s must be stepping up. I hope you do keep this service up. And always delivery guys are always good and respect my property. Great guys keep it up.

Don’t order thru just eat. You’ll never get your order. I tracked the delivery driver for 45mins then to say it had been delivered. £20 down the drain. Then when you call the McDonald’s you get a mc clown that answers. Save your money guys.

My food was very cold and I’m not happy at all

The chocolate milkshake I ordered was nearly empty.There was about an inch left in the large cup and what there was it was watery. Not best pleased at all.

Driver shouted at my grandad for not answering the door quick enough, he is 74 years old and we live in a flat that has stairs. So unacceptable!

Manner of customers driving in the car park was disgraceful. People smoking weed in their cars whilst eating , obviously had the munchies. Atmosphere inside was terrible, chavs shouting and swearing even with their kids present. Shouldn’t have expected anything different really with the area this restaurant is in. Food was ok , drinks were half full as they’re was no ice, why not fill them up ? Definitely will not be back to this one.

This us the second time they have delivered unsatisfactory food, first ut was burgers hanging half outside the buns this time they forgot to give us straws for our drinks and luckily I had a metal straw for the thick milkshake but the coke I had to sip it without a straw with the cap off, not to mention the food was near cold again, wonder if the food evers gets to anyone hot from this Macdonald's branch. 1/5 for customer experience. delivery was spot on 5/5

Like the rest below standard food (which everyone loves) service from staff that dont want to be there and the atmosphere is dead. But its mcdonalds after all.

Always slow service no matter how busy they are, staff seem oblivious to customers, there is one really nice jolly lady that serves on the front but there seems to be no move to improve the really slow service

Ordered a large meal and only received the drink for it, tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer so now having to wait for a refund and family meal spoiled as someone got no dinner

Didn't get what I ordered. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal, asked for no bun or onion, asked for extra pickles, and paid for extra cheese. I literally received 2 plain dry burgers in the box, no ketchup, cheese or pickles. Didn't eat it.
