This delivery driver his very rode he told me take out my order from my car thats very rode

all cold and wrong pop delived as well want my monney back

My food is always cold. I have the same issue almost every time and no matter how many times I send feedback it doesn't change.

brought wrong food. missed out a burger and brought mozzarella dippers

polite currier who actually brought it to my door unlike some who just stay in their car

I didnt get my big mac meal literally just the happy meal!! And the happy meal was flat cold ! I paid £15 pound.

Food got here mostly cold and 5 items missing from order! how hard is it to read an order and put the items in the bag!

Compré una comida feliz para el joven y no quedaban juguetes sónicos, pero había x 2 juguetes sónicos en el gabinete que el entonces gerente de trabajo de turno a las 16.50 horas del 30 de enero de 2025 fue abrupto y se negó a comprar un juguete, en su lugar, al pequeño se le dio un pequeño libro de mierda. La señora de la limpieza de pisos era agradable y feliz de ayudar, pero el gerente todavía se negó. Odio ser el marido de los gerentes después del trabajo.

Missing 2 things from my order

Driver was so lovely and friendly. Very good. But the food was cold- not the drivers fault at all.

Driver dropped off the wrong order. Then we drove to the store to get the order sorted, they offered us a freebie and gave us our order. We got home and had a burger missing, a fries and mozzarella sticks. Just appalling really, can’t even read a ticket. So our freebie has cost us more than it would have if we had bought it

absolutely shocking.. took two hours to get food and food had been made 2 hours before delivery, it was freezing cold. straight in the bin. never again

My food was cold and one item was wrong

FOOD FREEZING. MILKSHAKES LIKE WATER ! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL

Ordered 6 nuggets, only 4 in the box. Order 3 lots of fries, none delivered and coke was half empty with no ice (maybe a staff drink and sent to me in error?) Overall not too happy

So i ordered on the app as i had accumulated lots of points over the past months, So i decided it was time to put them points to use and ordered 6 burgers and 4 fries for 27,050 points. The app took my points off my balance and and gave me a code, when showed to the cashier to collect my food the code didn't work. The manager seen the code and the food that was ordered and that the points had been taken from my balance but because it didn't work when she typed into the register she wouldn't honor the points deduction as a genuine order. So i had to reorder the food again and use double the amount of points for the 1 x order of food. The manager said its not her problem that the code didn't work on her system and she wasn't willing to do anything to help me and walked away and wouldn't speak with me anymore. when the second order of food finally came after around 20 minutes of waiting it wasn't even hot, luke warm at best.

Everything was destroyed the iced latte was thrown upside down in the bag destroying all the food. absolute joke people look forward and save up to treat their family and it comes like that

i asked for no cheese on fillet o fish and still give me cheese so couldn’t eat it waste of money

Hit and miss with this place once a blue moon they will get your order correct but half the time it’s missing more than 2 items always such a shame

I ordered 2 medium cokes, a strawberry milkshake and oasis to go with happy meals and they sent me 1 medium coke 1 small coke and an oasis how do you get it so wrong. Maybe need to concentrate more on your orders

same as usual from Rooley lane one,always cold and poorly put together food by these grubby handed school leavers. The only saving grace is they put those cardboard seals on top of the bags now so the drivers can't take your food on the way. As long as we're all using this place itl never change so only us customers to blame.

Very disappointed and annoyed . The food reached us luke warm. the milkshake was runny and not thick consistency and without a straw, Only 1 chicken mayo burger was in the delivery when there should have been 2 and no sauces were with the chicken nuggets which we ordered. Staff should check the order before it is sent out...

The food was lukewarm for once, which is unusual since it’s usually served completely cold. It cost £30, and despite that, me and the kids were still hungry. It just wasn’t worth the money at all. I also thought the saver menu was supposed to help save money, but it didn’t feel like it.

The food was freezing cold as it was before. Would strongly advise choosing the other McDonald’s in the area cos this is numerous occasions iv not been satisfied with delivery in this area from them.
