KFC in Solihull

Ages for the food to arrive . They don't seem to clean up here , mess everywhere, disgusting toilets. Not at all good.

Absolutely terrible, I went on Friday 21st April 2023 around half four ordered a mighty bucket for one and a drink I ordered a Sprite got a Pepsi. The person in the drive-thru wasn't listening, and the chicken had black stuff in it and tasted like rubber didn't enjoy it at all ruined my night and didn't even eat it a waste of 10 pounds. Absolutely disgusting! need new staff.

Awful experience food cold and item missing from the delivery. Called customer hem the couldn’t care less. Do KFC UK know how poor their service is? Needs the franchise taking away. Food is so cold I will be reporting them to the local council for a reexamination of their food hygiene certification

I work locally and there isn't much choice for a hot meal so have ended up eating from here once a week for the past two years. I must really be a sucker for punishment. There is ONE member of staff here who takes pride in his work and gives good customer service with a genuine smile. If it wasn't for him it'd be no stars at all. The others simply don't want to acknowledge your existence. This is meant to be FAST FOOD. Well, it ain't fast and whether it can be actually classified as food is up for debate. 9 times out of 10 the food is barely warm and so greasy the paper bag becomes transparent. They're often out of salt which is the only thing that makes this food remotely palatable. I have to check my bag to see if salt and napkins (both essential) are included - which they usually aren't unless the one decent guy is serving. Had a Zinger Tower meal today; hash brown looked like it was ready to collect its pension and there was more mayo than chicken. Fries were cold, greasy and hid a nice little collection of short hairs at the bottom of the bag. I'm done! Prices have gone up and quality of food and service continues to plummet. If you have a shred of self respect left, eat elsewhere.

Shocking service got order wrong and then we found bones in a boneless bucket chicken when complained about it just got fobbed off by the duty manager will never buy from here again

Twice I have ordered a deliver from this place now the first time I paid for a large popcorn chicken and they left it off order. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a 10 piece wicked variety bucket. Instead of 10 pieces of chicken I only got 7. I am starting to believe I am being scammed. Once is a mistake twice is on purpose. I will not be ordering from them again

Had bad food poision for 3 days straight defo the kfc as havent eaten anything but that all day i advise people not to eat from dirty takeaways as the food isn't cooked proply

Had a stacka box meal witch made me have the runs and vomit also headaches eye pain and join pains when i checked food poision symptoms came up as food poision never gona eat from this restraunt again been in bed for 2 days straight

El domingo por la tarde ordenamos desde el camino. 2 comidas de pollo con palomitas de maíz para niños 1 x caja de arroz con pollo 1 x harina doble de tocino y queso.Las porciones de los niños eran horribles, 4 trozos de pollo con palomitas de maíz en la caja de yogur caliente y patatas fritas se estaban enfriando. sin servilletas ni cuchara de plástico para yogur.La caja de arroz no tenía tenedor de plástico y estábamos de camino al parque, así que no pude comerlo.La comida doble tenía una pequeña porción de patatas fritas que se estaban enfriando.las 4 bebidas tenían una especie de suciedad negra en el fondo de las tazas.

Este es nuestro KFC más cercano, desafortunadamente.Una vez que te subes a las bicicletas desechadas en la puerta, entras al restaurante y sonríes y soportas a los gritos de los chavs para esperar en la cola para que te sirvan. El personal siempre es grosero, miserable y difícil de entender. La prioridad en este KFC, como todos los demás ahora, es el drive-thru.Varias veces estropearon el pedido, y la semana pasada tuve que preguntar dos veces si mi lado libre estaba en el pedido, para que me dijeran que sí. Por supuesto, cuando llegamos a casa, no fue así.Es un restaurante muy desordenado y mal organizado con personal que a veces lo trata con desprecio en el peor de los casos y, en el mejor de los casos, con la cara en blanco. También tienen dificultades para entender lo que está pidiendo. El escáner para la aplicación nunca funciona tampoco.Realmente se ha convertido en una tarea difícil de ordenar en KFC, las franquicias y los servicios en el Reino Unido son atroces. No es bienvenido a la vista en esta rama, lamentablemente.

Nice and tasty products . All my kids always enjoy to eat here.Thier preferences are no spicy and no bones.

Me and Becky ate here and were disappointed that the double/triple buckets had stopped being sold. The chicken was nice though

Este lugar ha ido cuesta abajo, nuestra visita fue el 6 de enero a la 1 pm ¡la comida es horrible, las papas fritas no las papas fritas! ! Estamos secos y cocidos. El pollo estaba frío y tenía un sabor horrible. El lugar necesita una buena limpieza y alguien de KFC debe visitarlo para una inspección. No malgastes tu dinero en algún lugar donde se cocinen los alimentos correctamente. Esta será la última vez que visitamos.

El problema con los puntos modernos es que ahora son franquicias de una marca que alguna vez fue global. Lamentablemente mi visita a este KFC se encontró con un área sucia y desordenada para comer. A pesar de que todo es desechable, otros clientes han dejado sus intentos en las mesas. El personal no estaba ocupado, pero nadie parecía molestarse en ir a limpiar las mesas y luego limpiarlas. Los contenedores también se desbordaban, lo que explicaba por qué se habían dejado algunas bandejas.Me había parado en una cola y me sentí demasiado avergonzado como para simplemente salir, así que solo pedí un café. No podía dejar de comer su comida en un restaurante tan desordenado. El suelo también necesitaba un buen barrido.

Awful place, made the stupid mistake of walking down so we could eat in, but unfortunately there was a large gang of rowdy kids being way to loud and treating the place like the own private hang out by lying on tables and leaving bikes in the way of the entrance and toilets. The staff just ignored them, not one member went to talk to them to ask them to be quiet or move their bikes. Most people sitting in quickly ate their food and left which we proceeded to do to. Food was ok, but won’t be eating here again.

Family treat to boneless bucket. Qued in drivethrough to be told we dont have any boneless chicken. Poor service second time round.

Pedí 2 comidas zinger box. Las mazorcas eran duras y parecían haber sido tostadas en un capataz de George o en una plancha, al igual que las sangrías en las crestas. Pollo estaba frío. La lechuga era marrón. Solo un ala caliente en las cajas cuando deberían haber sido dos. Y no hay maíz en la mazorca disponible. Solo las papas fritas parecían ligeramente comestibles. El resto entró en el contenedor. Impactante! !

Pasé por el camino de kfc Castle Bromwich. La comida recibida en una bolsa con 2 artículos faltantes fue lo primero que les llamó y me dijeron que podía regresar, ¡pero eso no tiene sentido ya que cuando mordimos el pollo, la piel debajo del revestimiento era negra! ¡Sabía horrible! Definitivamente no comestible fue directamente en la basura. Esto fue una pérdida de tiempo y dinero.

Went for a familly feast what a waste of time no fries and no side why was they open. Not sure if they had any chicken. They said they hadn't had z delivery????? !!!!

A combination of bad communication from staff and a propensity to get orders wrong means I will no longer use this establishment.Luckily this is not a reflection on other KFC's

Dejé de venir a este KFC hace unos años porque la comida era siempre pobre y la limpieza no fue normal, sin embargo me han llegado en los últimos 3 meses de este KFC y la comida, y cada vez ha sido muy, muy limpio, la comida ha sido totalmente fresca, caliente y delicioso. El pollo ha sido perfecto! Doy crédito a quien se está ejecutando el sitio ahora, un gran giro hacia!

Visited last night and everything we wanted was NOT on offer the server didn't care and local gangs hanging around. Definitely not the place to take your children

I have used this KFC franchise twice now and they can never get the orders right.Please of ordering from this restaurant check before you leave as something will either be missing or the wrong item placed in your order.

Arrived at 13.15 totally deserted my first warning gangs of youths on bikes outside the main entrance, bit intimidating then the same youths enter and just occupy tables and chairs without purchasing anything despite my complaint nothing was done, as for the food it's fair to say the chicken was the greasiest I've ever had chips standard barely warm, do yourself a favour AVOID this kfc.

We went there with children, had normal fast food experience. The servisse was ok and quick, the place was aceptable clean.

Me llevé a mi hijo de 5 años a tratar después de su lección de natación. Nunca más. El personal parecen totalmente incompetente. Son capaces de servir a una persona a la vez dejando el completado de la orden de bits mientras que dejan sin aliento por el resto. Hay 5 - 6 personas en la cocina aparentemente hacer nada o muy poco. Yo estaba en una cola de seis, dos en la cola y me cansé de esperar y salimos. Tardó 20 - 25 minutos para en realidad poder orden.

Por favor no vengan a comer aquí. Esperar 15 minutos para ser servido, la comida estaba fría, tuve que enviar de vuelta. El área de descanso estaba sucia con patatas fritas y otros alimentos antiguo en el suelo, las mesas abarrotadas de alimentos desechados, bandejas y envoltorios. "Gerente" como un niño deambulando perdido. . . . Los inspectores DE CONTROL DE CALIDAD DE KFC TIENE QUE VISITAR ESTE RESTAURANTE. Salud ambiental visitará.

Visitamos este particular KFC en el almuerzo de ayer y sin duda voy a volver. Esperamos las edades para ser servido aunque había sólo un puñado de clientes en el restaurante. Realmente tenía la sensación el personal simplemente no quería estar allí, no una sonrisa o por favor o gracias a la vista. Cuando finalmente recibimos nuestra comida, hacía frío y estaba bastante insípida. Nunca volveremos

Visité esta vergüenza de un restaurante a las 8 de la tarde con mi hija y 5 años mi compañero. En primer lugar nos dimos cuenta de que había un grupo de adolescentes llena alrededor de la entrada. Algunos tenían bicicletas. Vimos un coche intenta estacionar en el cuarto lugar pero tuvimos que esperar por la multitud que me pusieron pegas para cambiar. Caminamos hasta la puerta para ir en lo que fue una lucha como había tanta gente en el camino. Mi hija casi me llamó por un chico en un gran bicicleta.

Never had decent chicken from here it's always dry and cold the chips are usually cold last meal was a zinger burger what was cold only food what was warm was the corn

We have only had take-away meals from this KFC and the last two times they have been disgusting and cold. The staff are slovenly and seem uninterested in giving a good service or a good product. We had two rice boxes last time and they were awful and tepid at best and as most people know it is very dangerous to eat re-heated rice that has not been heated to the right temperature, we will not be going there again. I think the public health department should close this place down before someone becomes seriously ill.

Before I start I just want to I'm Susan19544's granddaughter.So I really enjoy KFC I would say its one of the best foods. Anyway I just went to get a mighty bucket for one. Everything was normal, the customer service was ok, the employee wasn't very smiley but that didn't bother me because he wasn't rude. I got my food and headed back to my Nan and Grandad's house. When we arrived I started eating and that's when I became disappointed. The boneless chicken was fine but the chicken on the bone was horrible. The chicken was dry and the skin was disgusting. I have not been more displeased with KFC before and I am looking at having one from here in the future.

The Customer service is shocking, always get the order wrong always cold when you get it. Tables are never clean never ho in there again.

Every time we go here they never get your order right I wonder how much extra money I have already handed over to this food joint and not receiving what I asked for. I don't think the staff like working there either as they never seem happy you should be you have a tip every time I visit.

I now avoid this KFC and go to one a little further away as nearly every time I went in the past I had been given what I had ordered and had not realised until I had got home. Due to this I then walk in and check every time before I leave. Then eventually I got fed up with the service in there and also the quality.

As we pulled into the car park, it looked like they did not have bins, as KFC bags, Cups and boxes thrown by customers were all over the place...Inside the restaurant the tables were filthy...after asking two people at the counter to clean the table for us as we had 2 little children with us, no one turned up to clean till we were finished and gone.Its supposed to be a fast food joint....but we are sorry to say its slow service and cold food..... :(
