Miller & Carter Resorts World in Solihull

Will not be returning have had really good meals previously but our last two bookings have been average. Front of house were not very friendly on arrival. Two of 4 steaks were not good (took it home for dog) portions of sides were noticeably smaller - macaroni cheese was inedible. The only saving grace was the lovely waitress.

Fantastic dinner at this well known steakhouse. I’ve been to a few around the country and sometimes have been a little disappointed with the service. This was the huge exception. Donna was an absolute gift 💝 Attentive, friendly, beyond helpful about dietary restrictions - she really made the evening. Highly recommend!!!

Was there with a group of colleagues and the service was fantastic on a super busy night. However my ribeye steak was really fatty, tough and not worth anyway near the £37.50. My colleague sat next me has the very same and his too was fatty and tough. I’ve have this same steak 20 times from M+C all over the place and it’s always been great but these 2 went good at all and it’s almost like they have change the supplier or grade that they buy in. Hopefully it was bad luck on our part but definitely will think twice about going back again as it seems the quality of that particular steak has really gone downhill.

Maybe it was just bad luck due to the restaurant being full, but my steak was overcooked, underseasoned and very tough. Service was good though!

Walked in around 7pm. Greeted by friendly staff. Absolutely amazing service even though there wasn't a spare table to be had. Magda looked after us very well. Highly recommended!
