We had a lovely time, food was bought out promptly, hot and accurately cooked. Atmosphere is nice with a large open window looking across the lake. Liberty served us and was lovely, and very mindful of our allergies

Fantastic service by Isabelle, we came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and she made it a lovely experience. The food was delicious so compliment’s to the chefs. Thank you for a lovely afternoon 😊

Donna was very friendly and helpful when choosing our meals. She made sure we was all happy with our steaks and if we needed any more drinks or wanted puddings/coffee. Very good service and very good food.

My first visit to Miller and Carter and WOW! The steak was to die for 😋 our waitress Liberty was so lovely and friendly . Our food was delivered in a timely manner with friendly chat . It will not be my last visit, 5 star food hands down 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Don't trust the online booking/opening times - at 9pm they were taking bookings at 21.45. Yet at 20 past they had "low stock in the kitchen" ... sent me to Las Iguanas who had long since stopped serving food.... pass the buck much? Wasn't impressed with service when we came last month either and steak was overcooked

Having had an extremely bad day, I turned up at Miller and Carter at Resorts World. The amazing friendly service by Donna and the perfectly cooked steak turned all of it around. A great experience.

First time at miller and carter very good meal so tasty and cooked well we had the sunday lunch menu, excellent cocktails too, our server donna was excellent and very polite an asset to the company

We had booked a table for 6.30, had to wait over half an hour before the table was ready, wasn't offered anything to compensate, the food was really good and the service was good

Came for the Sunday sharer board - loads of space available so we got a lush window seat looking out on to the lake. Donna provided 10/10 service - she's an asset to this restaurant for sure. The food was lovely, three different meats all cooked to perfection and we loved the gravy and sides too. Very enjoyable.

Having never visited a Miller and Carter restaurant before, I booked a table for myself and my husband to come and try the food. Upon arrival, the restaurant looked extremely busy. Staff were attending to tables and serving food. Our table was booked for 6 pm and we arrived around 5:50 pm. We were given a device and told to come back when it vibrates, so we ordered drinks at the bar. There were no menus available, I asked to see one and once was retrieved quickly for me. Our buzzer went off, and we were seated at 6:03pm, prompt service! A waiter came back to take our food order, which was seamless and straightforward. Our starters arrived, first impressions they looked appetising and nice. We finished and the table got cleared quickly. We then waited for our main courses, which felt like an eternity. People around us who got seated after us seemed to have their food more quickly than we did. With the restaurant being extremely busy, I didn't want to cause a fuss and ask. I gave it another 10 mins or so and then our food arrived...there was a slight issue here, as we had no cutlery...the waitress was getting it for us but started to delivery drinks to tables on her way to deliver our utensils. When it arrived, I had to try and wave someone back to change my steak knife as it looked like someone had been using it to change batteries out of a kids toy...the end of it was bent, quite badly at that. I was made to feel an inconvenience for asking for a tool I needed to eat my meal. The food wasn't anything out of the ordinary, luke warm and certainly not delivered with a smile. We finished our mains and got given a dessert menu. This looked interesting and delightful, I was excited to try the chocolate and gold bar, but couldn't share as my husband doesn't like salted caramel, it was such a shame that it isn't available in a serving for one. We had ordered drinks, but they still hadn't arrived and when they did they came twice. Even though we had only ordered one round of drinks and they were duplicated, we did tell the waiter we didn't want both sets, he said he was going to leave them with us anyway as if he takes them back to the bar, they would be thrown away, he assured us they wouldn't be charged for. We ate our puddings, which were very tasty, we then asked for the bill. It arrived (with the drinks on that we didn't order), we couldn't locate the man who originally served us with them so we reluctantly paid for them, as it would have been our word against a disappeared member of staff. I do feel that our experience of Miller and Carter wasn't the best, and my husband is reluctant to go back. I think staff communication and extra smile training may be needed!

Really good service by Bella- was ran off her feet with some difficult customers too and still managed to make us feel like we’re the only people in the room! M&C became abit of a pub atmosphere now- would benefit from some music

This was our first visit to the restaurant and the experience was 1st class! Our waitress, Liberty, was the perfect hostess. Friendly, helpful, and conscientious. It was a very hectic evening and all of the staff were being kept busy, but it was obvious that they were enjoying the challenge, no sullen expressions, good humoured exchanges with customers and work colleagues. I would be more than happy to eat here again and I heartily recommend this establishment.
