We come here often Kyle a member of your staff is outstanding always welcoming and friendly he will always go the extra mile for his customers.

Came for lunch and just ordered some starters, head chef, Aris, made a beautiful platter for me! Food was 10/10 and service great as well!

I met up with all my family on 07/04/24 We haven’t seen each other for a while so we’re excited to see one another. As I had eaten here before about 2 years ago. I suggest it, however to say it was disappointing is an understatement. The food was disgusting 🤢. My daughter got sick. I had to send my food back to the kitchen as it was not cooked. My son’s steak was not cooked as asked. The roast potatoes were like rocks, the carrots were like hard sticks. The chicken was raw and full of jelly. Really put a right downer. The whole experience was awful. I will never eat here again.

Would I go back? Unlikely. In two minds about this place. Mains, particularly steak, were very good; puds also good; drinks reasonably priced; starters were not great and were poor value in my opinion. Service was attentive. It's quite a noisy atmosphere and there was live music, the volume of which was just too high to enable comfortable conversation at the table. So, a mixed bag...will order differently if we do go back and skip starters.

My gf had been victim of verbal abuses by a table of 3 men tonight, in front of the staff who didn’t react unfortunately. I had to take care of it. Disgraceful.

Impossible to make contact after finding I had not been credited my deposit. First I phoned there head office as the restaurant was closed they said they would get someone to call back, still waiting a day later. Next tried internet found nowhere to make contact. Then I phoned twice through resevations, both times no reply message said they would phone back, still waiting.

Food OK. We were not given our £20 deposit back. Have tried to contact them many times in many ways. Even spoke to their head office. The only deposit is the toilet flushing because of upset tums.

Has changed lots since it first opened, been going downhill. Half a cocktail served in a wine glass, good quality also gone downhill, service is always great

We had the BEST experience visiting Fiesta del ASADO solihull. The moment we entered we knew we had made the right decision, great live music and banging atmosphere, service was great, not to mention the delicious food. If we had one small complaint was that the cocktails were a bit slow and the beer a tad warm. Regardless, We’re already planing our next visit.

The waitress Harj was lovely and welcomed us ever so walmly. The Lamb Cutlets and Fillet Steak were off the hook and utterly delicious and the Ribeye was good too. The live performance was a nice touch to the atmosphere and overall a top notch restaurant. Would recommend to all!

We had our daughter's 21st birthday celebrations here this weekend just gone. It was excellent. There were 16 of us, and the pre-ordering was easy and all of the orders were correct, even the cooking of the steaks. We had arranged for the table to be decorated and for a cake. The table looked beautiful and the cake came without a fuss (our daughter HATES having happy birthday sung in a restaurant LOL!) EVERYONE enjoyed the food and we had a really wide variety from the menus, including the grilled octopus, which was really tasty! We also had a vegetarian guest, who HATES olives, which was the only option available, but the chef made another pasta sauce (minus olives) and they said it was great. All of the staff were really good (as usual) but a big thanks to Jamie who looked after the table so well. Thanks all for a memorable evening all. Nicky

Lovely service, food and atmosphere. Great quality meats, very tender and succulent. Everything tasted fresh and Harj’s service was amazing.

We both ordered different dishes, we were both totally underwhelmed by the food ! My wife said her chicken coating was "tasteless crumbs", my sea bass fitted the theme by being very bland, its flavour had been cooked out ! These dishes reminded us very much much of the sort of quality you expect at Wetherspoons over the road, so to be expected to pay these prices was nothing short of shocking. This is supposed to be a quality restaurant, & I dont mind paying for quality food, but sadly this jut does not make the grade, & I begrudged the amount of the bill ! On the plus side, the service was fine, no complaints on that side of the experience, but I feel the waiting staff are being let down by the kitchen. We certainly will not be coming back, we could get the same quality of food at any of the other restaurants in Shirley without the high pricetag, I rate this on the same level as the Harvester & not much above Wetherspoons to be honest

Dined here for the first time on Saturday. Was fantastic in every way. Food was delicious. We tried the steak (amongst other things) which were top class. Very very nice. Even the fries where cooked to perfection. We didn't have to wait long for the food either. Cocktails we're also of a high quality, tried a zombie and a sangria which were both very nice. Our server (Harj) was very friendly and helpful and added to the experience. Would definitely dine here again. The only negative which is very minor, is that I found the lighting at the table where we sat a little too dark, would have liked it to be a little bit brighter. Other tables had better lighting. But overall a fantastic evening... Would definitely recommend.

The waitress was excellent. Harj kept helping out and nothing was too much trouble. We did have a few false starts with drinks and mains where the beer was cold and the steaks were not cooked correctly. However they rectified the situation immediately and the food was great on second attempt. Would return but not on an occasion day. This was mother's day.

Beautiful interior, gorgeous food and wonderful service - Harj was super friendly and welcoming. Had live music that was really lovely - not too loud but enough to be heard. I would recommend the flat iron chicken!

we had a lovely server (ari i think her name was?) unfortunately my friend got sick after eating the chicken milanese, the drinks took a very long time considering it wasn’t even that busy. my steak was cold and extremely chewy so it was a bit disappointing, not the best first time experience . the superstar martinis was lovely although i would come back for those.

Food very good, restaurant was dead but it was a Tuesday night, service was fast and efficient however staff were v pushy and had a slightly rude undertone which ruined the experience for me :(

The Service and food was 10/10. I cannot fault any of it. The people who have left 1* reviews are the people who would complain about kids having fun in a playarea. Do not listen to any of them. I have been here 4 times now and never had a bad meal or service. Highly recommended for a 10/10 steak

I can’t speak highly enough of this venue, the staff, or the food! On this visit, I enjoyed brunch with a friend, we were greeted by the friendly Aaron, who made helpful recommendations and Zhante was equally as friendly, ensuring that we were ok and had enough of everything. The food comes out of the kitchen piping hot, it’s tasty and well priced. First class effort all around. Thank you for making my, so far, two visits (in the same month!) memorable for all the right reasons.

the restaurant is beautiful and the staff amazing. The food was lovely. However I didn’t give 5 stars as £18.99 service charge is disgusting. We do not live in America a tip should be our choice not automatically added to the bill.

Service was really good but had to send my steak back because it wasn't cooked enough for me. It had a spicy rub too that gave me indigestion but that's my personal tastes and others might really enjoy that.

Spoilt my husband for his bday to the tomahawk - he said it was the best steak he has had in a long time! They also gave him a glass of bubbly on the house! I had the grilled octopus, amazing!! Huge establishment. It's great for just popping in without a booking, having a drink at a comfy window seat and table, a quick appetiser, or a main. Really inside. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The menu was all the usual English dishes with an Argentinian name, so did not share the authenticity for me. I was told to visit the Edgbaston, Birmingham branch, as it provided a much more authentic dining experience. It's worth a visit, though not authentic and average. Visited with family and friends for dinner. The service was painfully slow. We were in the restaurant for almost three hours for three courses. The Peroni we were served was in Blue Moon pint glasses and did not taste fresh or cold. We had Calamari starters which were just about passable - nothing special. The sirloin steak lacked flavour, seasoning and any seared taste. This is a steakhouse for goodness sake. This should be the easy course to get right. The steak at Gaucho or The Ivy is infinitely better. This steak lacked basic seasoning. We had several sides all of which were lukewarm. Desserts were average. I’ve wanted to eat at this restaurant for a long time. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment and we won’t be returning.

This restaurant is very much for a night out to impress! Very attractive to be in.Execllent bar. Big choice of cocktails,which I think is the big selling point. Staff were attentive and everything arrived efficiently. We had the valentine menu. Steak was cooked perfectly. Ice cream for desert was very delicious. So if your looking for a night out to impress and you love your cocktails this is perfect for you. Having a live band is a nice touch.

Sadly despite being recommended the steak was disappointing which is surely what this restaurant is about. My sirloin was fine but the ribeye was not. For both my husband and brother which ruined our family meal l. Yes we complained at the time and yes they gave us a credit but honestly when you go to an Argentinan steak house you expect good steak. Not a big ask

Food was fine, my steak came out massively underdone (ordered medium and definitely came blue, it was still raw inside) but they rectified it quickly and it was otherwise great. Very different vibe to the one in Edgbaston, much louder, more of a bar for drinks rather than a restaurant. Came out for a date night but could barely hear my wife across the table with the volume of the music.

Marj who was a servant for the night was extremely helpful and kind we enjoyed our night very much and the food was fantastic.

The place is still lovely and the good quality, just thought the service was pretty slow. They also allowed big groups of kids to charge around the restaurant and stand on the furniture which ruined it a bit for us.

Been here a few times, love the decor, the drinks, the food is excellent. Be aware a service charge is added onto the bill! The only criticism would be is more bar staff are needed. The bar wasn’t really busy but with only 3 bar staff, preparing cocktails and organising restaurant drinks, this meant we waited a while, it’s not the cheapest night out, we don’t mind paying but we would expect the service to match!! It’s a shame as we have been going since it opened and this has never really changed!

We ate on a Sunday lunchtime in mid January. It was very quiet but warm and inviting and the service was excellent. We had the steak with trimmmings and the tagliatelle, followed by the churros and the apple empanada. The steak and the tagliatell were excellent but the carrots seemed a little overdone. Good service, good atmosphere and the food was delicious

Sadly we were sat by some rather obnoxiously loud girls. Multiple patrons in the restaurant clearly turning around not happy and the concierge did nothing about it. The food to be honest was distinctly average, especially for the price. The lamb was tough, the pork belly had been rushed. The green beans were however on point as was the creamy mushroom sauce. I suspect they were understaffed, after watching a chef coming out to have a pop at the concierges. The actual place was lovely, and if this was a staffing issue I would revisit...but overall I wasn't overly impressed.

There were two of us for a romantic meal. It was a special occassion which helped jusify the cost id normally go for a meal for. I Ordered flat iron steak rare and the waitress adviced medium rare was best..I usually ask for my ateak to be underdone as I find most places overcook them how I want it. Came out exactly medium rare. Excellent. It's decorated lovely and the staff were very professional organized and efficient. We had a lovely time. The puddings were a njce selection and tasted lovely. My only gripe was the tip was automatically added on at the end and if I decide to leave a tip I would prefer it that it was under my discretion. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We had a delightful dinner at the Shirley branch, Harj who looked after us was very welcoming and friendly, lovely start to our weekend getaway.

We were welcomed well by staff, which is typically a good sign in a restaurant. Unfortunately, our visit wasn't the best. Whilst staffed we're friendly, we had to wait over an hour for our food to come out. Once it had come out, we were missing sides. We queried how long they would be, and they assured "it'll be right with you". We ordered a couple of the most expensive steaks on the menu with our party, but even these were finished before the sides finally came out. We had to question the sides several times, and cancel some of them, before they finally arrived when we had all finished eating. All in all, I do feel this place was very much eager to have us spend money on drinks, and not that interested in actually feeding us.

We had booked a table turned up 10mins early. Other patrons who left said "good luck getting served!" We had to wait at the door for 10mins to be seen (there was a noticeable queue behind us at this point) only to be told table is not available, go wait at the bar. Had to stand at the bar, no seats available, 25mins later he led us to our table. Had it not been NYE we would've gone elsewhere. From then on waitress and restaurant service was good, just front of house needs big improvement.

Friendly atmosphere.felt like I was in Argentina.hadnt been in for a month .Kyle as friendly and helpful as usual.

The only reason I gave it a rating of 3 instead of 5 is because I left a note on the reservation requesting accommodation at a quiet table due to a special occasion. Initially, we were seated at a table next to the till, which was unacceptable. After insisting, we were able to change tables. Please be more careful with reservations and requests, and avoid using this table for bookings at least! On the bright side, the service and food were good.

Our waiter Kostas was first class. The service from everyone was perfection. Thank you.
