Burger King in Solihull

Popped in for a cheeseburger and fries. It was the size of a digestive biscuit! McDonalds from now on!!

I’m leaving a review as absolutely appalling service. £25 for two burgers and fries that we had to wait almost half an hr for. Kept being told it’s almost ready. Made both me and my son late for the cinema. I’d paid for eat in and the food was literally thrown at me in a take out bag. When I stated it was eat in the lad spun his serving screen around to me and said “it says eat out” then threw a tray. Thankfully the manager was courteous but I would never eat there again.

No ice, no sanitizer, no toilet roll. Poor staff attitude, Manager said it was because they have been busy…try telling McDonalds that!!

Staff were lovely, I was served by Tom who talked me through the different menu options and provided me with options suited to my vegetarian requirements, service was efficient and would recommend coming here! Staff even put little cute hats on every table

Ordered through machine, wanting to pay by cash after 20 minuted finding out my order didn't go through because I haven't yet paid? Supposed to go through and I pay when I receive my food, I only ordered a small burger and chips absolute joke, avoid this burger king

The staff is so polite and nice ,Nikhil at till helped me to customise my order as per my requirement at kiosk.

Stood to order from the till as I had code to redeem , a very rude man called Nikhil told me to go and order at the kiosk, however Leanne was very nice and polite! Nikhil learn some manners … they don’t cost anything..

An hour for a fast food restaurant to deliver a burger is a joke! Delivery guy great not hai fault. Burger King sort it out. Food is cold too a joke when you pay these prices and wait over an hour for it!!

I was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Damien who kindly assisted me in having full fat coke in the machine and kindly changed it for me providing the restaurant was busy. The service was second to none and I cannot fault him neither

The fries where stone cold and hard as bricks, the burger was worse

everything was lovely except the fact that cold bottles are put next to the food which makes burgers and fries cold

The Angus bbq burger was realy miserable disgusting burnt-out and like reheated from the yesterday's leftovers. The rest was soggy and with a bad taste. The chips were soft and soggy as well! I realy sorry about todays experience because Burger King used to be my preferable fast food restaurants.

Staff are so lazy they are falling asleep. Can't be bothered to clean or collect trays. Laughable!

Burger King is always a favoured place but made more so by the fact that the manager on shift was fantastic. He brought a joy to the place I haven’t experienced before. Kudos to Damon/Damien/something similar.

POOR AND SHOCKING EXPEREINCE FROM ASS STORE MANAGER AT BURGER KING BEING CALLED RASCIST COMMENTS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE ALSO. POLICE INVESTIGATION. Wednesday 7th August 2024 This letter following the incident at the above restaurants in Solihull Burger king involving the ass manager Damon smith today approx. 14. 45 pm. I was going to visit one of my stores and needed to use the toilets and grab some food and seen burger king went to use the toilet before going to order food and drink. Up on trying to enter the toilet its was locked, so I went to counter young looking lad refused to open it, I explained I have bladder problems well be paying for food after been able to take care of my health. Up on the younger looking member of staff, I requested to speak with a manager, 2 x staff came to speak one being Damon smith the ass manager for burger and the shift manager called I believe Leanne or might been Katie. The male member of staff started to argue with me, but the female member of staff was respectful and trying to help and support me. Up on me coming out of toilet and going to order food and drink for myself, a second member of staff was explaining to me he was talking about my health issues to me of which I found shocking and out of order. Up on going to counter to order food and drink the ass manager Damon smith started again to argue and being difficult with me. I explained its wrong to talk about my health reasons with other customers. It got to a point where the female shift manager had to asked Damon to take a step back, I explained the way you’re acting and speaking to me is shocking would not stand for it, I asked Damon for manager and area manager details which he gave me and the head office number not working too. Its got to point where I started to record the chat and explained to him I would be recorded this too which he said yes or ok, up on me still in the restaurant at this point he then came over and said to his shift manager his he recording this and started to argue with me again over saying I don’t have his permission etc which was completely not true , up on the shift manager getting involved to deal with severing me with bottle of diet coke on which £2.99 by card. I at this point stopped the recording because I don’t have her permission to do so. Up on her severing me at the till I noticed the ass manager Damon having is phone up and recording the incident, I asked him in front of shift manager and customers if you’re recording this you need to info and ask permission. I am not he said and then put is apple phone down on the counter he told me to check it he did this twice. I also info customers to be careful because of might being recorded at the time in question. He also said to me I am going to email head office also, I explained this fine also the shift manager had to ask him to take a step back for third time too. Upon me paying for my drink and going to sit down and call burger king head office he was going to security. Has I sat down to call burger king and drink my diet coke security came I explained to security I am going to record to chat , I also explained that they never asked me to leave , the security response was he asked us to ask you because how you been. Upon speaking outside one of customers in the restaurant came over and told the guard it wasn’t my fault at all. I am completely shocked and upset but also puzzled how so much a small toilets incident has turned into this. Please accept this letter has a formal complaint and want a fully investigation into this matter. Its is my view and my professional view that the ass store manager to act the way he acted would account to personally disorder. Its was totally not correct what happened and then the shift manager was helpful and tried to deal with the problem and the ass manager. Further note the restaurant don’t have any signs up saying can be only opened or toilets for only paying guested first. this member of staff needs to learn this kind of behaviours not correct SHOULD BE SACKED FOR TODAY PROBLEMS

I wasn't very impressed by the service of the staff, the food was served cold. However, it's got a moden, clean seating area.

My son ordered from Solihull Burger King g and has been waiting for his order for it not to turn up But said it’s been delivered They have taken the money but no food I have rung but no answer This is beyond a joke I will never go into this place again as they rob you of money and food Absolutely disgusting They should be ashamed of themselves

Staff have no manners disrespect I wait first delivery for 20 minutes and again I got 2 deliveries and she told me one is already some one took and I said how some one took because if I get so I said maybe you give wrong order to someone ride and she said you are too rude and I didn’t give you any deliveries so you can cancel. So long wait and disrespect

I didn't receive my full order. there was a shortage of burgers. I reported it right away but no one did anything about it.

Food cold driver had stopped to pick up other food enroute to my house

As I was in Burger King today the manager was rude and unprofessional, these girls came in to eat food and they moved a chair to another table and he wasn’t happy so he started to shout at the girls, thrown a chair and was racist to one of the young girls. I am shocked how a manger can act like this towards customers it is disgraceful!!!

I was in burger king today, I came in to get some food before work. The manager was absolutely terrible! I am disgusted in the way he behaved towards costumers ! He was verbally and racially abusing teenage girls I am repulsed 👿👿 I WILL NOT be coming back…

This is the worst Burger king I have ever visited. The staff are soo rude and seem very unhappy to be there. The female manager has a face like thunder as is always miserable 😐. They hate customers and even insult them. The gay black chap is also very condescending.

I like coming to the Solihull Burger King as the staff are always polite and welcoming. Also the food is fresh and quick to be served and hot! All in all a nice place to eat and drink surrounded by friendly staff makes you want to come back!!

the estimated time of arrival was 30-50 mins. it took over 70mins. the time of delivery kept changing. we rang the restaurant who said they couldn't tell us how long it would be and we would have to contact just eat directly but it didn't give us an option to do so on the app. When the food arrived it was packaged rushed and the food was cold. the fries given in the packaging was minimal and not the usual portion. i will not be ordering from burger king via just eat again.

The place is so dirty. Crap all over the floor, dust on wood behind seats, plastic glass washed with dirty cloth, counter was dirty, posters hanging off the wall, grease marks all over walls, no toilet roll in ladies, staff looked miserable, a lad who was bagginh up the fries took his cap off, sorted his hair out with his hands then picked up the chips. I got a peppercorn chicken meal with hot chocolate and the chicken was almost burnt with hardly and sauce. The hot chocolate was so weak could'nt taste the chocolate. I will never go back, its put me off Burger King. These are just a few pics.

Large fries had around a dozen fries in it, maybe a third full

This was an order for home delivery for Bentley Heath, we ordered the memphis bbq king & an order of battered onion rings. The onion rings were so obviously microwaved, the batter was soft & they were like rubber, the large portion of fries only half filled the large box container & the burger was quite flat, plus the food was practically cold by the time it arrived, mainly because the carrier it is transported in was not the decent thermal carrier you'd expect it to be. The burger had obviously been made some time previously, as we're the onion rings. It is a shame because I love burger king on the occasions I order it, the food is normally lovely, on this occasion I felt ripped off & fobbed off with old food they wanted to get rid of. The dispatch drivers should at least have decent hot food carriers that would keep food hot for at least 30 minutes, not 5 minutes. I think I will think again before ordering home delivery from burger king again.
