Staff are so lazy they are falling asleep. Can't be bothered to clean or collect trays. Laughable!

Good quality, clean, and great customer service. Damion is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond for customer needs and desires delivering an exceptional value for money experience.

Burger King is always a favoured place but made more so by the fact that the manager on shift was fantastic. He brought a joy to the place I haven’t experienced before. Kudos to Damon/Damien/something similar.

This burger king branch need to be sorted by upper management, rude lady who clearly seems unhappy and have issues with certain communty, been disrespectful, stop serving at 10:40 on Friday night, been denied to use toilet even I comes often as delivery driver, pathetic people there

My son ordered from Solihull Burger King g and has been waiting for his order for it not to turn up But said it’s been delivered They have taken the money but no food I have rung but no answer This is beyond a joke I will never go into this place again as they rob you of money and food Absolutely disgusting They should be ashamed of themselves

Staff have no manners disrespect I wait first delivery for 20 minutes and again I got 2 deliveries and she told me one is already some one took and I said how some one took because if I get so I said maybe you give wrong order to someone ride and she said you are too rude and I didn’t give you any deliveries so you can cancel. So long wait and disrespect

I didn't receive my full order. there was a shortage of burgers. I reported it right away but no one did anything about it.

I was in burger king today, I came in to get some food before work. The manager was absolutely terrible! I am disgusted in the way he behaved towards costumers ! He was verbally and racially abusing teenage girls I am repulsed 👿👿 I WILL NOT be coming back…

As I was in Burger King today the manager was rude and unprofessional, these girls came in to eat food and they moved a chair to another table and he wasn’t happy so he started to shout at the girls, thrown a chair and was racist to one of the young girls. I am shocked how a manger can act like this towards customers it is disgraceful!!!

This is the worst Burger king I have ever visited. The staff are soo rude and seem very unhappy to be there. The female manager has a face like thunder as is always miserable 😐. They hate customers and even insult them. The gay black chap is also very condescending.

I like coming to the Solihull Burger King as the staff are always polite and welcoming. Also the food is fresh and quick to be served and hot! All in all a nice place to eat and drink surrounded by friendly staff makes you want to come back!!

let me see I went here for work purpose of doing my 1st aid training . can't beat it really food was brilliant and fresh what more could you ask

the estimated time of arrival was 30-50 mins. it took over 70mins. the time of delivery kept changing. we rang the restaurant who said they couldn't tell us how long it would be and we would have to contact just eat directly but it didn't give us an option to do so on the app. When the food arrived it was packaged rushed and the food was cold. the fries given in the packaging was minimal and not the usual portion. i will not be ordering from burger king via just eat again.

The place is so dirty. Crap all over the floor, dust on wood behind seats, plastic glass washed with dirty cloth, counter was dirty, posters hanging off the wall, grease marks all over walls, no toilet roll in ladies, staff looked miserable, a lad who was bagginh up the fries took his cap off, sorted his hair out with his hands then picked up the chips. I got a peppercorn chicken meal with hot chocolate and the chicken was almost burnt with hardly and sauce. The hot chocolate was so weak could'nt taste the chocolate. I will never go back, its put me off Burger King. These are just a few pics.

Large fries had around a dozen fries in it, maybe a third full

This was an order for home delivery for Bentley Heath, we ordered the memphis bbq king & an order of battered onion rings. The onion rings were so obviously microwaved, the batter was soft & they were like rubber, the large portion of fries only half filled the large box container & the burger was quite flat, plus the food was practically cold by the time it arrived, mainly because the carrier it is transported in was not the decent thermal carrier you'd expect it to be. The burger had obviously been made some time previously, as we're the onion rings. It is a shame because I love burger king on the occasions I order it, the food is normally lovely, on this occasion I felt ripped off & fobbed off with old food they wanted to get rid of. The dispatch drivers should at least have decent hot food carriers that would keep food hot for at least 30 minutes, not 5 minutes. I think I will think again before ordering home delivery from burger king again.

The ordering machine has too many restrictions🤔: I want to order the burger without adding ketchup and pickle slices, but I can't do it. The ordering machine can't print a receipt either. I almost missed the food I ordered. I was lucky enough to check out the cashier. Thanks to the kind help of the staff, I successfully received the meal😅

The best service I had received from Any Burger King outlet I have visited. In particular the manager named Damian was exceptionally kind in helping me place my order and directions to around the Solihull area. 5 stars for the service and thanks to all the Burger King staff

Service is efficient, food is good, place has been fairly clean despite being busy the few times I've visited. Pretty much in line with the standards I expect from a Burger King. Fairly spacious as well, so not too difficult to find a seat during the lunchtime rush if you're eating in. You can get 20% off your bill if you have a Solihull BID card.

terrible food. terrible service. we were there on Tuesday with my family, they had a customer terminal order that none of them worked . all customers had the same problem as me, they spent at least 5 minutes ordering but the customer counter did not work...... I told to staff but they didn't care and they didn't even check or fix it, they just took my order on counter and placed it wrong... the food was so small portions without any taste and not the same the picture of food... I think it is better they shut this shop.

never received order! i put a request for a refund and havent heard back! the driver said he was outside and when i get outside hes not there and when i try and call him back no reply! dont blame burger king i blame uber and the driver needs sacking! so f**** rude. now i had to reorder the items again and wait even longer
