McDonald's Potters Bar - Metropolitan House in Hertsmere

Charged me twice and this is the second time it’s happened and can’t get hold of anyone and also no customer service at all to complain too.

My husband took my daughter for a Macdonalds on the way home from visiting family yesterday. She had her Macdonalds at about 8:30 last night and at midnight she was up being sick, bringing the Macdonalds straight back. Won’t be ordering food from there again.

Oh dear! They seem to regularly muck up orders. If you are planning to order a take away via drive through check what's in your bag/s before you pull away.

Been using this branch for many years but after the customer service today I will not be retuning, ordered a happy meal for my daughter and a caramel frappe for myself went to the second window to collect and saw the frappe had barley any caramel on it to be accurate 3 very thin strips so I asked if some caramel could be added to which I received a dirty look then when I was handed it back was told if you want caramel sauce on your frappe you need to tell them at the first window so we can charge you more, bearing in mind that I ordered and paided for a caramel frappe anyway and I attitude of the sever was extremely poor.

Truly awful misogynistic, patronising and rude management and staff! Incorrect fulfilling of orders on a routine basis followed by an interrogation that you are trying to scam them out of some tepid food or sub standard menu items. Zero parking and a rat infested drive thru area. On the whole a total joke and would recommend you go to London Colney instead.

If I could have rated lower I would have. After a long wait in the drive through at this “fast food” restaurant. I got my 2 meals. No Hello from the staff at either windows, just a card machine pointed at me. The last window No “Hello or sorry” for the wait, just a brown bag. Both meals were cold. No straws or paper napkins. No sauces to go with the nuggets. The chicken was dry I had to add sauce from home. It was too late to drive back as I would be wasting more fuel. Judging by the other reviews I will no longer be supporting this local restaurant. Discusted!! Waist of money.

Ordered a meal from this branch, this was the worst meal I’ve had cold chips and Mc sandwich was poor quality milkshake chocolate was runny and sweet Do not go to this branch at Potters Bar the worst ever quality waited 40minutes for delivery

I’ve been there 3 times in a row and my food has been cold and horrible they never seem to do anything when you tell them and the manager is rude and disrespectful

Not sure if it's the same crew making this mistake. But, they made a mistake to our order every other time. Especially special orders. Despite speaking to the manager the problem persists.

Today is the last time I will visit the Mcdonalds franchise in Potters Bar, a customer can just about deal with unnecessary rudeness from staff, clearly not enjoying their role. It is another issue all together when the food is on a par with the customer service. To treat my children to an ice cream that had more caramel on the outside of the pot than inside and every single one completely melted. I have to caveat this by saying I have often gone to get my morning coffee where the regular ladies are polite friendly and very efficient. It is no longer a treat to take my kids to mcdonalds which is sad.

McDonald’s potters bar Fix up your service. Your food is cold and your employees treat the ketchup like they personally pay for it. I put it to you that since I have lived in potters bar you have shafted me ten times or more with food I payed for but never received. Steer clear is my advice

One of the worst run franchise in the McDonald’s chain. Most of the time the orders are wrong, the service is poor, I have made a few complaints but obviously nothing changes. This McDonald’s is only used for convenience.

Never had an issue for temperature or quality of food but for service just about the worst McD outlet I've ever visited. Regularly get your order wrong to the point where I'd advise anyone to check their order before leaving the drive through. At least 1 in 3 occasions my order is wrong. I've had the wrong burgers in the correct packaging,burgers missing bacon,missing cheese,wrong flavoured milkshakes(on the rare occasions the machine is working!) On 1 occasion ordered breakfast, paid for it and was told at the collection point.. no breakfasts available!!!! Better of going to the one in London Colney

These reviews are not accurate , I visited this McDonald’s today and this is the first McDonald’s to give me jam with my muffin regardless of the fact the staff was cold , the coffees was cold my muffin was good therefore I’m giving you 5 stars because I love jam

I only ever use this McDonald’s when I am quite literally desperate to eat something before work. And every time I wish that they would improve and they honestly, just never do. The staff are RUDE, I have never met such rude staff. They shout at you, and are patronising. The service is ridiculously slow and unfortunately never improves either. I queued for 25 mins today, to be spoken to like dirt by the person who takes your order and payment. Half the time the food isn’t even hot, and after asking for something fresh they get the ump and treat you worse. Today will be the LAST time I ever go to this McDonald’s. All staff and management in Potters Bar McDonald’s honestly need to go and have some more training in customer service and how to run a establishment correctly. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. WORST MCDONALDS.

Always forget something, RUDE STAFF, Don't give a damn, no receipt in bag, meat like hockey pucks, old manky bits of lettuce, cold food. Why are no managers managing!!! Every time my hubbie/son have been they always leave something out the order.

So I'm actually feeling that sick I feel I need to share this tonight was my last ever visit to mc Donald's as the food is always awful , it never looks like the pics it's over priced junk 2 weeks ago I went here and bought a big mac meal as my daughter really wanted mc Donald's so I caved in jesus my burger was flatter than the napkins they didnt even know how to make the burger as both burgers were in one level of the big mac and as always theres nothing big about it Then this week I've fallen for it again and caved in as my partner and I were hungry it was late so we hit the drive through bloody hell when I got to the window to pay no one was there prob in the loo then he chased me as he realised he missed me I was just gonna pay at the next window then when I got my food it was just thrown at me in unsealed bags left to get cold Once home my quarter pounder was never in a trillion years any where near a quarter of a pound and tasted like a pot of saxa table salt the fries were all limp and cold it was honestly the worst meal I've eaten in years and after tonight I'm never going to a mc Donald's ever again and I mean ever it's just re-animated left over junk you get a better burger in the wetherspoons. Right I'm off to vomit Night
