Facilities are good. Only limited eating and shopping options though.

Very busy services off the M25. We have stopped here a few times previously and must say that it is a great place to stop and have a meal or just have a cuppa.

Men’s toilets were an absolute hell hole. You need to employee a cleaner!

About as much a Welcome Break as a compound fracture of the tibia. Really poor entry signage to abysmal pot-holed and busy car park, & far from safe with speeding cars and poor pedestrian crossings & provision. Stupidly narrow front path on left, and narrow doors, followed by usual long trudge through Dantesque circles of UPC food retail hell for a p**s. Rip off prices as per...

£38 for 'secure' HGV parking. Potholes incredibly big/dangerous. Curtains slashed twice through the night. Won't have any of my fleet pull in here ever again.

One of the better services. Lots of choice and clean toilets!

A great service station to stop at for a break

I visited on a Friday lunchtime. There are lots of EV charge points most of which were not in use. They are really easy to find as they are very well signed. Lots of choice for food and drink whilst charging.

Very clean and decent services compared to some put there. Food was nice had a KFC and was actually nice different tasting. Plenty of Parking. Plenty of Seating. Kid Friendly. They even have a Piano to play hahaha, go on, wind people up haha. A hand full of food places to choose from. Definitely recommend if driving past and need a quick break.

Usual service starvation prices, parking restrictions apply so don't overstay unless you've paid. Good range of outlets, electric vehicle charging available. Toilets were clean and tidy

Shops closed, could inside, only has fast food outlets anyway , KFC, tacobell, Burger King, pizza, Star bucks, fried breakfast counter and tiny waitrose for essentials. Almost only meat options for a snack available.

This place is absolutely amazing is also a fun place to hang out with families and friends. It has lots of restaurants like burger king, KFC and some other restaurants too and it also has some shops there aswell. Even the toilets are nice and clean. I was there yesterday after work and had a good time. Also I used to go there alot with my parents and some of my other families back then when I was like 11 years old and still go there sometimes when I have time.

Fairly decent services considering the volume of people passing through it - toilets fairly well maintained and usually clean. Good choice of food. Usually plenty of car park spaces..

Main reason to stop here was to charge our car. There are plenty of charges, but the first three we tried were broken!!!! So it took us nearly 20 minutes to find a working port and start charging. Unfortunately back here again…. 50% of the first row of chargers are bust. Two more in the second row ditto. Cars queued to charge. Due to the Carl one way system, if you see a feed charger behind you. You have to leave, go all the way round and back again, hoping that no one has taken the spot. THEY REALLY NEED TO SORT THIS OUT. No wonder ev cars sales are not reaching targets with service like this

Outrageous petrol prices, but beggars can't be choosers. Ran out of fuel with 20 miles still to cover. Oh well. Price of diesel was 166.9 when the average at the time was going for 139.9

An ideal services on the M25 lots of EV charges food hall can get busy.

Like a full on food court, never stopped here before, but glad we did, so many places to choose to eat at, and the services lovely and clean

Stopped here to charge my electric car. The trouble is the charging points are within the one way system of the car park, so you can't really wait for a charger and you end up going back to the road and the roundabouts adjacent to the motorway- which imbecile with all the intelligence of a garden gnome thought that would be a good idea? So come on South Mimms - redesign it!

No longer heating inside the building. Ice cold, unconformable to eat food there.

Ok may be better if there were better kids facilities that were free

£40 to stay over the 2 hours Ridiculous money grabbing no need

Large service station, plenty of space and seating and 3 Starbucks. Also plenty of loos. Relatively clean, though it could have been a bit better. There's a public piano which is quite fun.

Great spot to have a break: the toilets adjacent to Little Waitrose are like a palace compared to a stop I was unfortunate enough to take in Maidstone yesterday! Immaculate. Only criticism would be to provide hand sanitiser for the public around the ordering screens in the food court. Thank you for all your hard work cleaning; it makes a huge difference.

Why on earth is there only one baby changer? Queue for over 20 mins? That's not cool with nappies. Which babyless architect designed this! Copy Bristol they have loads and in the toilets too!

5 disabled spaces!!!! All been turned into charge points. Thanks for making my 87 year old father walk through the busy car park so you can cash in on electric chargers.. Disgraceful.

Hello, the worst parking on m25, I had to pay £289 for exceeding the parking time by 15 minutes, even though at that time I was using the restaurant inside the building. I recommend avoiding this place

Always come here when in area n truck park

So drivers are advised to take a break if sleepy. You stop here go for a coffie. And fall asleep you pay for it and get finned. This is terrable Forcing people to pay to sleep. Or drive while sleepy. Jokes. Need to start standing up for company’s like this.

It's like the bit of meat you get stuck in between your teeth, you can't quite get it, but it doesn't bother you enough to do anything about it.

Too many starbucks. Mainly for restroom and fastfood. Diesel in the petrol nearby very expensive. Overall not bad.

Came in for a cup of tea but couldn’t find anywhere. WHSmith machine was not working. Everything else was closed. Absolutely pathetic - one of the largest service stations in the country and you can’t get a cup of bloody tea!

Usual motorway services Seem a bit cleaner than usual but petrol 165 a litre!!

The car park conditions where not great seemed to avoid hitting pot holes, got in to the services and it was freezing on which they had the air conditioning on in minus degrees conditions outside. It seemed warmer outside than it did in the actual services

Fine for parking, a bit hard to see any high level signage to the toilets but we'll posted at floor level as I got further in - they are to the left! Typically a rip off for food, an egg & bacon sandwich, 2 slices of bread at WHS was £4.45, but you can get a meal deal at even a Tesco Express for £3.40 & that includes a drink + 1 more small bit.

As a general rule motorway services are largely awful overpriced places that you should always try and avoid. We have a great book called ‘the extra mile’ that recommend alternatives to motorway services such as farm shops. Highly recommend. However on this occasion I was getting hangry in traffic so escaped a gridlocked M25 for an overpriced and luke warm Burger King. It does have a mini Waitrose which is ok…. and plentiful toilets with decent hand dryers… I just always leave service stations feeling utterly robbed. Oh and the various entry lanes always confuse me in this place. Tend to end up at the lorry entrance.

Situated on M25/A1 junction, very busy with many people stopping for their needs. The rapid chargers are conveniently located, and pretty easy to use, but was slightly confusing when finished and disconnecting cable. Overall was good....

Popped in for a short stop for a coffee. There seemed to be at least 25 members of staff behind the counter at Starbucks, yet they still managed to get my order wrong. Unbelievable. Will not be using this Starbucks again.

Ended up here based on my cars sat nav recommending it as a good EV charging point. Being as it’s a service station on the M25, I’d have assumed it would be serviceable. Sadly it isn’t and other reviews echo this. The EV charging is one of the worst I’ve come across. There’s 3 providers, Applegreen, Gridserve and Tesla. Applegreen and Tesla have maybe 15-20 chargers each, Gridserve has 2 that can do 2 vehicles each. Problem is none of them except Tesla seemed to be operational, and I don’t drive a Tesla. The Gridserve chargers had a bag over one, the other declined every single EV RFID card or bank card in my possession citing network connectivity issues. As for Applegreen, what a joke. Half of their chargers weren’t working at all, and the others that were lit up took my card, pre-auth £40 and then refused to charge. I tried three and all ended up doing the same thing. I called their support line and was abruptly told that MG don’t work with the chargers and I’ll need to go elsewhere. This is a first, and just seems like an excuse to get me off the phone as a BMW driver who was there also couldn’t get them to work. As for the services inside the main building, pretty much as you’d expect: Expensive and all franchised fast food outlets. Weirdly it also has 2 Starbucks inside barely 5 meters from each other, and a 3rd in the car park which seemed a little overbearing. Overall for such a large and major service station they need to fix their pathetic EV chargers on site, and maybe fix all the craters in the car park to get to them while you’re at it. EV drivers except maybe Tesla should probably go elsewhere.

Bad road surfaces, poor car entry layout, and silly prices

Truck parking has more potholes than the grand canyon. Slinks of piss . Hardly any bins in the lorry parking . And services is a nice walk away especially if it's raining.

A great service station with plenty of car parking and food options as well as spacious toilets. There are Tesla superchargers in the car park. Staff are all foreign with limited English communication skills.

Great place for taking a travel break.

We only ever stop at motorway services because we need the toilet on long trips. They are generally awful places & this one is no exception. Walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get through the entrance, to be greeted with like-minded people that have stopped for the toilet and are equally thrilled with the massively over inflated prices. There are people wandering around in leisure wear & slippers looking baffled at the cost of a sandwich, some looking even more miserable as they've just flown back from somewhere sunny. As we drew closer to the toilets, the waft of sewage was evident in the air. We hurried through after being robbed of £12 for a Waitrose meal deal for 2 😬. There were loads of spaces to charge electric vehicles, and there's also a Tesla fast charging area, which again was almost empty. Would we return, not through choice but necessity. I hope your experience of this service stop is far better than ours! 🫤 Update. Thank you for your response, but you haven't addressed most of the issues I've mentioned. Of course, some people want to have a cigarette when they stop for a break, but set up clearly marked, designated smoking shelters, away from the entrances. As for your excuse for overinflated prices, quite honestly is laughable & utter rubbish. Every supermarket across the country will have exactly the same challenges with supply chains, but their prices are far lower than any motorway services. The smell from the toilets could be improved by employing more cleaners, I'm sure there's a budget for that with the current prices you're charging. Maybe take a slight cut in profits and improve your service. If you want to respond to constructive criticism, please do so with valid reasons & genuine solutions. Enjoy your day!

Got there 22:30 on a Wednesday, only Burger King open and they had run out of burgers and only had a limited selection of chicken burgers left.

It's a service station so not ever going to get 5 stars but to be fair there's a fair range of eating places a supermarket, newsagents and the usual coffee places and it's clean.

Very nice service station with a number of different fast food options, a pret and a WHSmith. The toilets are pretty clean and tidy. Large indoor seating area to eat food which is shared by all the restaurants so everyone can order from wherever they like. The car park is large and so easy to find a space.

Filthy showers, no coffee in the morning until 6 am better facilities in downtown Africa
