Lots of parking, good selection of shops, big and clean toilets.

Got there 22:30 on a Wednesday, only Burger King open and they had run out of burgers and only had a limited selection of chicken burgers left.

It's a service station so not ever going to get 5 stars but to be fair there's a fair range of eating places a supermarket, newsagents and the usual coffee places and it's clean.

Very nice service station with a number of different fast food options, a pret and a WHSmith. The toilets are pretty clean and tidy. Large indoor seating area to eat food which is shared by all the restaurants so everyone can order from wherever they like. The car park is large and so easy to find a space.

Filthy showers, no coffee in the morning until 6 am better facilities in downtown Africa

Stopped here on my way back from a visit to South Wales.. Needed caffeine and food and that's what I got.. With blue light discount and great service I'll definitely stop by again.

The BP garage mens toilet was horrendous, filthy wall, toilet wouldn't flush and the lock was broken, not much left of it on door. But unfortunately when you got to go it has to be done. MS fine staff fine, didn't enter main building couldn't say if any good this time round.

Great service station just outside of London / M25. Plenty of fast food options or you can have a sit-down meal at Pizza Express (really cute small branch with lovely staff and fast service), Starbucks. The piano adds a nice atmosphere. There was a family with a dog sitting next to me at Starbucks so it may be a dog friendly place which is always a positive. Lots of parking spaces and a great option for electric car owners. Plenty of charging points. I used Applegreen - super fast at a great price. Can't fault this place.

Nice place to stop and have a break, fuel or a hot drink. Well laid out, clean, tidy and a welcome break to any long journey.

The truck parking area is quite far from the main site. And in this parking lot there are such holes in the surface that you can fall out of the cabin.

It's a motorway services, so not much to be excited about. They have done a fine job of hiding the toilets and apparently decided to increase the challenge rating by eschewing any signage. Otherwise all rather predictable, though necessary.

Very busy but lots of parking available. Vast place with plenty of food outlets. Good clean toilets, no queueing.

I stop here every time I'm heading to Ipswich because of work as it's around the half way mark. It's definitely one of the better service stations, looks clean and tidy. The toilets are clean and the food on offer is what's needed for a pause on a long journey if a little expensive but that comes as standard for service stations.

The best EV charge experience. Plenty of easy to use Apple green chargers and Tesla chargers.

Clean services, plenty of choice of food. KFC, BK, Taco Bell, Subway, Pret, Starbucks and a specialist breakfast place along with a waitroise and WH Smith. Lots of tables with outside seating available also. BP at the exit

The car park was quite the riddle but aren’t they all! One thing we did like was that the female assistant at the cooked breakfast counter was very helpful and friendly. Lovely lady. Don’t have the sausages though - they’re mainly bread! 😄

Toilets clean, everything is priced as you’d expect a services on the m25 to be. Other than coming off at another junction into London or surrounding areas you haven’t got much of a choice

Very busy location, convenient, but not very clean (tables and chairs can be visibly dirty). Fair choice of food outlets. There's some new AppleGreen EV chargers which were much needed, and another bank of Tesla chargers. One of the two Gridserve chargers has been down for a long time, if not forever!

Nice stopping point on the way to essex

Clean with plenty of food choices from McD's & KFC and others to a restaurant which serves 'regular' food as opposed to "junk" food. There is also a WH Smith store.

An open planned modern service station with plenty of choice. Seating can be found inside and out next to a park area. A hotel also exists should you want to stop over. A large carpark is onsite with 2 hours free but gets very busy. Plenty of EV charging is also available, should it be needed.

The breakfast was superb worth every penny

I was stranded at 4am having walking for 4 hours from barber to south mimms with no battery no wallet. I had been turned away by everyone else however I turned up here to try charge my phone for 5 minutes to call an Uber. Mani and Eben were heroes , they charged my phone offered me a seat a cold glass of water and looked after me until my phone was alive, I wouldn’t have gotten home without their help I’m eternally grateful for their kindness and willingness to help me. Amazing staff

Clean and airy, a nice set of services even when busy

NOT over impressed. Called in at around 4.00 AM (12/08/24) and almost all food outlets were closed so only option was an over-priced sandwich from WHS. The main reason for stopping was to get petrol but it was CLOSED !! I thought, and advertised as, Open 24 hrs ?? (Clearly NOT)

I mean, it's a service station 🤷. But it's got everything you need and it's clean and has a good choice of food, plenty of seating etc, and it really beats driving another hour when you want a coffee or need the toilet!

Great service station for all your travel needs

Stopped for a toilet break and coffee. A good place to stop for a snack and coffee with a good selection, Pret a Mange, Starbucks, Waitrose, Tacos and Pizza. Toilets were very clean. Recommended pit stop. Takeaway coffee from Pret was good. OJ from Waitrose next door was cheaper £2.20.

Decent services. Pleasant grounds with lots of trees, decent number of EV chargers and even a proper pizza express! If only all services were like this.

A good spot to have a break, use the wash facilities and grab a bite to eat. There’s plenty of food choices if you’re picky, Taco Bell, Burger King, Pizza Express, KFC, Breakfast bar and much more. The seating area is very clean, the floods are immaculate and that’s the first thing I noticed, just how looked after the area were. The toilets were really well kept with over thirty toilets with disabled facilities, and baby changing too. If you want more than just food, there is an arcade to spend time in, and an electronic gadget store for all your phone bits. Friendly staff serving food. Be mindful you are praying inflated prices as it’s a service station. Double the usual rice for food, magazines, snacks and so on .

South Mimms Services is located in a rather convenient place just off of the M25. It’s an average motorway services to be quite honest, nothing to write home about. It has all your favourite fast food joints as well as the most expensive sandwich, crisps and drink I’ve ever bought from a Waitrose, daylight robbery it was.

Really busy services with serpentine entrance and exit routes. The piano in the middle of the visitor area is a big attraction for the musically untalented.

What a waste of money. Paid to park overnight and wished I hadn't only 1 male shower and a que that's 2hrs long. Welcome break should be ashamed of them self. Parking lot was full do there certainly earning enough money. Over priced rip off--south Mimms services.

A decent service stop with a range of eateries and plenty of parking. It is one of only about 4 service stations on the M25 so definitely provides a welcome rest. Eateries include Starbucks (and a drive through), Taco Bell, Burger King, etc.

As far as motorway service stations go, this one is really good with quite a variety of eateries. Over priced as you would expect but good variety and lots of seating.

Absolute shambles!! If you have an electric car, don't bother stopping here. There are only a few machines and half of them are not working. There is a lot of new looking machines, all cornered off and out of action also. Why encourage us to all switch to electric if we can't top up enough route!!! Not good enough!!!

The sushi from waitrose is high quality and a gorgeous taste to the human pallette, and comes with a good amount of wasabi and soy sauce to compliment the smoked salmon. They also do a vegetarian options and substitutes to suit all customers.
