Good service. Staff is cooperative.

Food was cold!!!! Drink was spilt in bag, bag dripping when delivered. . Ice cream melting. Delivery driver did appologise. Delivery time kept increasing.

Two items missing from my sons dinner- so frustrating as seems every other order I have this issue. No care taken at all!

Good never arrived. It says it was delivered at 21:45 which is over an hour away. Not impressed. Happy to take my money but not delivered myself and my mother’s dinner.

Driver went right past my home, and in to the next town over. Had to message them to say that they were going the wrong way, and was told that it was Just Eats fault for giving them the wrong location on the map.

Not a bad Mac but drive though can get busy and exit on to slip road can be a bit fraught.

We ordered our food mega late, and it got here quicker than the mc Donald’s closest to us.

Got my son a happy meal but forgot to send his drink 🤦🏻‍♀️ thanks for that

The food was cold and the chips were soggy and I didn’t ask for pickles in my burger and I got them I gave the option to removed and they didn’t remove them

McDonald’s always forget items and never ever read the notes I’ve personally been into McDonald’s and ask them who’s responsible to read the notes and they said the taxi driver I asked the taxi driver he says McDonald’s I’m so fed up with such a simple thing being done and them always forgetting to put sauces in or salt when you ask and straws, it’s so so frustrating

Visited this evening all I can say was it was shocking. Food just slung half hanging out of boxes or open sitting going cold whilst the two guys at the front who just did not seem to have a clue what they were doing. Walking around with one thing in a bag then constantly staring at the order tickets. I said to the manager about it and his response was that no they did not know what they were doing. We stood.and waited 20mins for our food which had been slung together and was cold. Last time we will be going back here.

Notes to either restaurant or delivery driver are NEVER EVER read despite me speaking directly to the restaurant and driver asking who’s responsibility it is to read, they both blame each other so items are always missed,

It was purely awful! This is the worst mcdonald's. I've had the misfortune of visiting for a long time. The staff are disorganised and uninterested too. This is reflected in the food and service. I went in to collect my order as there were a lot of complaints coming from the drive-through and watched half my order bagged up and left on the side getting cold. Eventually, they got the missing components only for the rest to inedible. I insisted they remade the burgers, which was done under duress, but to be honest, the entire meal was ruined. The fries tasted as though they were redipped. I can not recommend this particular branch of McDonald's.

Table delivery via app. Not too busy; pleasant, friendly staff. Some dodgy parking with limited spaces. Remember that exit is onto the tail end of M25 sliproad so make allowances for those exiting from motorway environment (🫤).

As usual with McDonald's you get quick service and food that tastes the same as any other one. Had the new taste of Italian burger which is nothing to write home about. The car park is tight so take extra car when reversing out of spaces, there is often lots of bikes to look out for as they don't. Overall a good place for a quick bite to eat with quick service

Food was stone cold. Driver was shown at the restaurant for a very long time so the issue seems to be with the restaurant itself rather than the driver.

Drive thru. I ordered vanilla latte, as I got to pick up window, I asked the person if that’s vanilla latte, they said they don’t do it. I got my food, drove off and I started eating my bacon and egg muffin, and I realised there was no bacon in it. Very angry customer, I don’t eat macdonalds very often, and get this disappointed.

McDonald’s have decided to use a parking firm called MET parking services. I used this car park as an emergency stopping place due to a flat tyre. As with all new cars you don’t get a spare so had to wait for breakdown services. This was around 10pm. So not peak time. In the car was my wife and 3 year child. I drove off the M25 with the puncture as o thought it was the safest option to find a car park so we are all safe. Disgustingly, MET parking services don’t care about health and safety and have sent me a fine for parking in an emergency. The company would rather learn individuals were harmed or pay the £60 privilege to remain safe. I’ve appealed the outcome and taking into consideration of my circumstances they still want me to pay the £60. They must be struggling for money! So be aware, stopping in an emergency will cost you at least £60. McDonald’s should be ashamed to use a company like this.

Just Eat’s “compensation” offer of £3.66 against an £18 order reminds me of why I shouldn’t order via this route or from this restaurant

Food arrived but was only just warm despite only travelling 5-10 minutes from the restaurant. Mcflurries were unmixed, half melted and barely half full with hardly any sauce. Dread to think what a mini would have looked like.

I placed my order at 15:26. Order arrived at 17:00 because of McDonalds taking an abysmal amount of time to fulfil it. To top this off, I received the wrong order without any of the items I requested being correct, so I couldn't eat the food because I'm very particular with what I can eat. Abysmal service by McDonalds.

We waited over an 90 mins for our food and when it arrived it was completely inedible. The milkshakes had completely melted and were basically juicy slush. The chips were stone cold as was the rest of the food. No one ate one thing as it was disgustingly cold. It’s not really acceptable that the food took that long. Total waste of money and I ended up having to order food from somewhere else I tried to ring the restaurant more than once to cancel but mo answer, no option to cancel either on app.

This is not the fault of the delivery driver as the time kept getting put back. When the foot finally got to us it was cold.

Why are delivery drivers always late by taking several orders at a time and bringing either the wrong order or extra that you didn’t order. Please pay them properly so customers get a good service as we pay £4 for delivery

I'm reviewing this, while sitting parked at the venue. After a long day, I went via the drive thru. The young man who took the order and the young man who gave me my order, were absolutely lovely, polite and friendly. The fries were hot and fresh. VERY HAPPY 😊

didn't receive my order at all it said would be arriving at 11.30 I waited and never said was on way or if was close then waited over 2 hours and changed to saying delivered but it never came

It is maccers what do you expect. Toilets were clean and they got the orders correct. No pickles for the little one's burger. Was offered extra sauce at counter. Tables were kept cleanered and wiped down soon after customers left.

9times out of ten they get your order wrong ways check before leaving

My husband is disabled and went to the toilet and while he was in there fell over, the alarm wasn't working, luckily he had his phone with him. When I went to get someone, they didn't have a key to even get in!!!! They had to go and get a knife! When finally my husband got out very shaken, it had been 15 mins which is ridiculous. We weren't given an accident form to fill out or anything else....I have complained to the head office but so far I have not heard anything back.

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru (as they was CLOSED for 30mins to do an update 12 at night) Only closed 1 side of the drive thru had cones to close it off. Had no one standing outside to tell people they was closed so I sat in a que at the drive thru for 30 mins not able to get out. to then have people move the cones for the 2nd drive thru station and drive round then Get his order taken at the window. when I complained about having to wait all that time just to order and they let others push in he threatened to call the police on me. My food was completely cold aswel my Big Mac burger wasn’t even put together properly. I had to do that myself. Not a very nice experience. And the manager was so rude surprised this place is still open. (SAT 12TH OCTOBER 2024)

originally ordered at 8 am now 10.30 and still no food. This restaurant has no idea of the principle of fast food, Just Eat has no idea what's going on. An absolute nightmare of an order, will never use this restaurant again and if my money is not returned I shall delete the app too.

I think the photo sums up this place. Worst McDonalds I’ve been in. Rubbish everywhere. Would definitely not recommend
