The wings and chips are always brilliant. However the burger was underdone. I have attached photos for proof.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered. First time everything tasted lovely but was cold! This time I was so looking forward to the habanero wings and they were tasteless! The crisps on top of them were soggy. Really want to love this place as I love a good wing but was just disappointed again. Especially after I paid £38!

If your looking at this place dont question yourself get down there food is fresh and full of flavour portion sizes are massive and everything tastes amazing these guys are amazing at what they do if u could give 10stars i would

We ordered project sticky wings, honey bbq, buffalo, and garlic kiev wings with garlic parmesan fries. They all tasted amazing and tasted unique the crispiness of the wings were really good, the bbq was super smoky and sweet and juicy the garlic kiev was simple yet so tasty and you could taste the herbs, the buffalo was uniquely mild but very delicious and the project sticky wings were really good you could taste the soy sauce and all the toppings for the wings were excellent! The garlic oarmesan fries were tasty and seasoned well. The service was excellent, Gary was very friendly, we will be back again!

So waiting 50 minutes - Half was made and left to have soggy wings and dat ! - flavours were decent - But there needs to be a team leader and not half of the workers stoned, seemed like they were under prepped but need a decent leader in there ! Shame - I came off the back of a review on tiktok - shame very shame :-(

normally love ordering from this place, wings never miss. burgers are normally nice but the buns were half the size today and definitely not worth £12.

the food is so fresh warm and crispy and yum . the wings are so crispy and succulent and the chips and crunchy hot and flavourful . they DO NOT lack when it comes to portion sizes as they load up their food 😊😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍

Their food is amazing! We ordered the blue cheese wings and the garlic fries. With a cheeky burger each 😂 really delicious ☺️ The man was kind as well, didn't hold back on the servings!

Delicious everything perfectly cooked, delicious chicken burgers. endless choice homemade sauces,fresh quality chicken and burgers.

I find this place a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it's great full tasting chicken. Other times portions are small and texture of the meat is stringy and chewy.

Very disappointed with what was less than 1/4 of a chicken breast...there was literally more breadcrumbs than chicken. And PLEASE offer a smaller chips option, the portions for chips are unhealthily large and expensive.

I have been fortunate enough to try the food at Bones a couple of times now and it is what I call elite level standards. The ingredients are high quality and the flavours are exceptional. You definitely feel they’re over delivering when it comes to value for money. If I lived closer I would indulge for more frequently. The team at bones are fantastic! Lead by the owner Gary who I respect a great deal!

amazing little chicken shop in potters bar been there over a dozen times and never disappoints, would reccomend to anyone wanting a chicken or burger, much better than most in the area, staff were very friendly and helpful

Hands down one of the best burgers and bits of chicken I’ve eaten. Flavour was incredible, shop was happy for us to eat in by the stools as we were at a party at the pub next door. Happy I stumbled across this gem. I’d recommend this to anybody who is local to potters bar! Thanks Bones, next time I’m in town I’ll 100% be visiting again!

I didn’t know that chicken wings could be this good!!!! Project Sticky is the most delicious chicken wing I’ve ever had, although admittedly, I’m too scared to try anything hotter. I’ve seen the videos of people trying to complete The Bones hot wings challenge. No thank you, I’ll stick with Project Sticky! As for the rest of the menu, I’ve had the Mac Daddy burger and the halloumi burger. Both are divine and the chips are tasty AF This cool wing joint is a favourite of mine and a go to for a quality fix of all of the above, plus, it’s clean, fast and great value.

Gary and his team are great. A great selection of food and never lets us down. So glad they are local. The Project Sticky is awesome!

I have been visiting Bones since it opened and it’s my go to spot for when I want something delicious and a bit naughty. The chicken is cooked to perfection, tasty and juicy with a crisp coating and delicious sauce! They really are super moorish. The fries are great too, a fantastically generous portion and again, great flavour. On my last visit I had a smash burger and it was easily the best I’d ever eaten. The place is small and gets busy - no longer a hidden gem and people defo make the trip!

What can I say ... Bones pride themselves on delivering quality street food with banging flavours. Great variety of items on the menu but you have to try all the wings, they do not disappoint! Staff are proud of their products and mega friendly. There isn't many small businesses like this that kick out something and bir different in regards to flavour and quality. Get down there!

Food hygiene is non existent and food quality is as low as I’ve ever experience , literally through the whole lot in the bin.

There is low end food , then there is this place… Zero food hygiene and low end ingredients. Do yourselves a favour and eat else where ( that’s me being polite)

Like who do you think your are pal?? A word of advice before you spitefully taint someone’s food. Be sure you know who they are and what they do for a living as this is now all being boxed up and sent to the food standards agency as we believe you tainted with it that bad. Can tell this is a new business as you need to not take criticism to heart about your food and you especially should not be purposely messing peoples orders up when they give you a bad review…. Expect a very big awakening in the food industry! Totally shocking! Still can’t believe you did this. Expect a visit from the food standards agency….

Amazing buffalo chicken wings! Reminds me of wings that I had in North America. Genuine Americana in Potters Bar, Love them Bones!

Consistently good food, particularly recommend the Buffalo and Blue Cheese or Project Sticky wings and the garlic parmesan fries. Smash burgers also a winner. Food coma guaranteed.

Excellent wings! It’s so hard to find a place that does wings well. Both the regular and boneless were tender, tasty, meaty (rather than some wing places where it’s all bone, little meat) and the sauces were delicious. Will certainly be ordering from here again!

The wings are nice but didnt find the burger very tasty and found the chicken burger tastless but well presented and cooked just found a lack of flavour.

Always cooked fresh to order, great portion sizes and the quality of the food is amazing. I am a regular for quite some time now and i travel out of my way to eat here becuase its that good! You get what you pay for. My go-to is the honey bbq boneless and bacon fries… YUMMY!

The food I had at Bones was really sensational. I've never had take away chicken that was so tasty, succulent and beautifully presented. The Mango and Line sauce was heavenly and the Bacon bits sauce on the fries was enlightening. I would definitely go back for more and recommend it highly!

Been about 6-7 times now, can honestly say it’s the best fried chicken/beef burgers for miles around, Gary is very friendly and there’s plenty of different sauces and flavours to accommodate tastes. Prices are reasonable too, considering it’s premium quality and a local business, go try them and give some support!

Lovely little place, lucky find! Delicious crispy saucy wings, massive portions on both wings and fries. They also have a lovely selection of soft drinks which you don't usually get in other places, pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended. Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly, will definitely be going back to order.

Bones has to be my favourite local takeaway! When it was delivery only, hands down I ordered all the time - now the shop is open, I’ve been visiting every week. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Overall good food, staff and location. Recommend the Project sticky wings and the Buffalo tenders.

Superb wings and fries. The Scotch Hot are a personal favourite. Recommended to friends who have also been very impressed.
