The piccolina puttana at the till was very nice. She served us very good, the supervisor at the frier was quite grumpy but I like that mistress attitude. Toilet were cleaning enough food was edible but i'm usually having tuna's can so mc Donalds was like the best xmas meal for me.

I won't go here again. There were plenty of staff and very few customers yet burgers were served cold and dry. Returned a Philly cheese stack twice before getting one that was vaguely appetising. Onions inside were ice cold and really unpleasant to eat and burgers so cool that the cheese didn't melt. Manager was nice enough but wasn't about to exchange a second time until I showed him how congealed and cold the burger was by pulling it apart. Big Macs were dry, fries were Luke warm and not many in the box. No napkins in the bag, very poor staff interaction. I know it's fast food etc and you have to gauge expectations but, for me, McDs is a rare treat and this was, as always at this branch,. really disappointing.

no. second time I waited over an hour and a half for stone cold rubbish while they keep blaming uber! the drivers are waiting soo long they drop the order and I have to wait more for inedible foods I've payed decent money for. waste of money don't do it!! the staff are incompetent, rude and quick to blame others for their faults. it is horrible! staff need firing and new staff that can actually provide can step up.

Yet again I ordered McNuggets with dips but none came. Easter Sunday I received the wrong order and had to drive to the site as no one answered the phone, no apology only told driver picked up wrong order. I haven’t had a correct Oder from this branch in the last 6 months tried to complain to head office but couldn’t find any contact. I will avoid this branch in future

I ordered a Big Mac meal with milkshake and a McFlurry. When the order arrived via Just Eats from Leytonstone McDonald's it was a Big Mac meal with a bottle of water and no McFlurry. How does a bottle of water replace a milkshake and McFlurry. This McDonald’s often misses things off the order or replaces them with things you don’t want. I’m forever having to go on Just Eats website and claiming for missing item. Not great Leytonstone think I’ll give my money to Walthamstow instead now. Maybe the franchisee at Leytonstone will see this and put buck up their ideas

I've order on uber eat and ones my food been pick up i could see on the Uber eat app that the driver wasn't moving ! After 10 minutes, I sent him a message using the uber eat app, asking him if he is on his way,he teply to me yes and straight away I saw on the app that he was starting to move, after a while, I receivwd a message order deliver but still nothing at my door!!!! So the driver did keep my food instead of deliver to me !!! The worst part start when I've try to contact the uber eat support, ai've sent a message with all the explanations and they reply to me that the driver did wait 9 minutes at building door and try to call me several times!!!!! I've explain them that the building door is open (the driver just had to push it) and that a never received a call from the driver, and that on the app he never came close to my house as i was keep checking how long it will take!!!! And then there reply was exactly the same message they sent me before !!! I've try several times to contact them but I always received the exact same message !!!! So I never got my food that I paid for and UBER EAT refuse the refund!!!!! Unbelievable!!!

Every time I have ordered from them they have deliberately missed items. My kids pressured me into ordering again and the same thing happened. I can only assume the staff steal the food to eat themselves. No one can be that incompetent. Don’t waste your money or time on this place.

I had a young family member in hospital and I ordered a meal to be delivered to her via Uber Eats. When the delivery driver MEHDI gave her her food, not only was his behaviour rude and disgusting, but he had spilled the drink all over her food, which was obviously now unedible. When I contacted Mcdonalds Leytonstone, I was told there is nothing they can do about it, that I'm to contact Uber and if I want to place another order I can!! Absolutely disgusting. I get that maybe it's Ubers responsibility, but she did nothing to help the situation whatsoever. Absolutely useless!!!! Knew I should have stuck with Burger King or KFC!!!!

I am not very happy with the orders that was missing from a drive thru delivery today. I was mean't to have two double sausage and egg mcmuffins but only gave one double and one with just egg. Paid for three extra ash browns but didn't get any of them. Supposed to have 3 tropicana drinks but only given two. Very upset with the service.

Waited 7 mins for sausage and egg McMuffin. I ordered using screen in the restaurant. Staff too busy serving drive through. After the wait my meal was delivered with an apology for the delay. Which would have been ok. But it was cold and stale. Sh1t.

If I could an negative in this review I will!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve ordered thru Uber Eats and 2 food items were missing, I’ve telephoned McDonald’s and promptly told that they don’t deal with complaints!! I was given the number for Uber Eats!!! This is food!!! The reason why people order is because they are hungry!!! By the time things are sorted you’ll pass out from hunger if things are sorted... they only give a refund will it be in my account now??? I doubt it!!! What a bloody rip off!!! Both McDonald’s and Uber Eats are the worst company ever!!!!

El nuevo sistema de pedidos en Macdonalds apesta. El domingo bajé a mi hijo, somos bastante regulares, después de ordenar en las pantallas nos pusimos de pie y esperamos por 3 minutos para nuestra comida. . . no haciendo eso otra vez . el antiguo sistema funcionó muy bien, es una pena que McDonald's sienta que al reducir los costos de personal brindarán un mejor servicio. . . # futuro automotriz que triste.

Not sure where the blame is - but ordered via Uber eats and after 30mins they 'couldn't find' the apartment - never had this problem before. Won't be doing this service again. Just do Burger King or somewhere healthier

It is what it says on the tin. Good, fast and near. You know what it is and how it tastes. 24 hours helps but sadly outside only at night. CoffeeCoffeeCoffee!!! Now I love a cuppa and I know the ( current) manager must like one too because the taste is sooo good compared with its mcd rivals. So have a coffee at least. Enjoy!

Subway - Harlesden branch Address: 34C High St, London NW10 4LS, United Kingdom I don't usually waste my time making complaints, but I had to publicly declare my disgust at the Subway - Harlesden branch, of the creepy employees gave the worst service ever. This creepy disgusting employee who made our order (deliveroo order number 2151) was so horrible, nasty and screeching when I raised my complaint. Simple - we order for our staff weekly orders as a treat, usually ordering the same items each time, previously had NO issues until today! Today however, this lady who made our order had the audacity to say YES it's perfectly fine to put BARELY a spoon of tuna filling into a wrap, it was an insult, and my staff just binned it, as they were offended. Her response, was not to apologies, but to DEFEND IT! She shouted at me, told me that I was wrong to complain and that it's was acceptable, I mean really? It's just the way she had the audacity to defend it. Money is no issue here. Its plain common sense, that a customer does not want to be insulted, nor forced to accept a crap order, thinking a tiny smidge of tuna in an empty wrap will suffice! She needs to be fired to be honest, nasty rude lady she was, and she disconnected the call, did not allow me to finish my sentence and continued to be arrogant and unapologetic. DO NOT ORDER FROM Subway - Harlesden branch ! AVOID, SAVE YOUR PENNIES AND ORDER ELSEWHERE - THIS BRANCH IS NOT RECOMMENDED. GO LOOK AT THE PHOTO OF THE 'TUNA WRAP' ... barely any tuna, NO salad, paying nearly £7 for this?? HAHAHHA your joking right? AVOID !!!!

Fuimos un domingo por la noche, justo antes de las 9 pm, estaba un área al aire libre muy vacía y una gran área interior. Comida ordenada del bar. Me senté en asientos de estilo stand pero casi ningún otro cliente. Hamburguesa decepcionante y papas fritas estaban totalmente sin sabor. Las bebidas estaban bien, pero no había atmósfera, así que no nos quedamos mucho tiempo.
