3rd time in my life and never again I’ve tried to like KFC I like chicken But how can a company that’s whole existence is to serve chicken do it so badly Tried the bucket of chicken was over cooked soggy flavourless. Chips were cold and boring too Soulless food

My two daughters said it was chaos last night when they went to order a family takeaway. The manager was rude to his staff, the staff were giving away the wrong orders to the delivery drivers, there was a lot of shouting, customers started to argue, we came away with half our order missing. The food was awful when it did eventually arrive .

Slowest service ever, in the time I got my meal I could have railed my bird, hunted a deer and railed my side hoe

we came here the other day and were disgustingly overcharged for what was essentially basic fast food chicken. I would recommend just going to the Tescos next door.

Went in to buy some chicken. There were three people in front if me. The cashier and another member if staff ignored us for a good ten minutes while the chatted to deliveroo drivers and when the gentlemen in front complained. He was informed they could not have mire the 3 order at a time incoming. So we were left for a further 5 mins, still no service. So I left and ate at a different place. They at least could have taken our orders. If you w want fast food to to the chippy around the corner because this place is not it.

Well well well what a disaster. Waited over 20 minutes for a Krushems. Was given it by the rudest member of staff I have ever met. She placed it in front of me without even looking at me as she was too busy talking to her colleague. The place is dirty, slow and my drink was only half full. Avoid at all cost!

I ordered the 8 piece dipping boneless feast which on your website states the following 'served with our Original Dips Bar, including Kentucky Smoky BBQ sauce, Original Hot Sauce, Sticky Sweet Chilli Sauce and Garlic Buttermilk Mayo.'. Unfortunately upon opening the package of food once the driver had left there were no dips included! Upon trying to ring the delivery man the call wouldn't go through, so I rang the branch that the food came from to ask if they could send the dips. The response I received was appalling. There was firstly no apology and I was only met with a repeated spiel about the branch only giving the food to the delivery driver and there was nothing that could be done with no solution being presented to me. The least I would have expected was an apology and reassurance that this wouldn't happen again, but unfortunately this was not the case. To top it all off, my partner found that he had unfortunately had a hair in his mouth from eating one of the chips! My partner and I found this disgusting and completely unacceptable of a restaurant and made us question the hygiene at this particular restaurant branch. I notice the last inspection of this restaurant according to the Food Standards agency was back in February 2017, therefore I have put a complaint in to the Food standards Agency about this incident and would advise customers to be weary of ordering from this branch again.

When you walk into a fast food kfc and the place is empty and the toilets are out of order, they’ve run out of Skittles drinks and bottled water you’d have to wonder how they survive and how many more menu items they can’t supply. Most of the tables had food and wrappers left on them, so how do they cope if it’s busy. My recommendation is to go elsewhere and give this a wide berth.

KFC has always been a guilty pleasure of mine but the food served yesterday has properly put me off ever going again. Cold chips and the 6 pieces of chicken were either unrecognisable as chicken, over cooked and chewy or under cooked with slimy pale skin. Someone needs to get in there and find out what's going wrong. Very disappointing experience

I waited 25 mins for a simple chicken meal last Wednesday 4th July at 8.30pm...the place was dirty and disorganised. Possibly the worst KFC experience ever.... come on KFC get organised this is a great location.

For some inexplicable reason, there never seems to be more than two people working, which would be fine, except once there are more than two customers, the whole place falls apart. Food goes cold while you wait for it to be served to you, as the server will be processing another customer's order. No criticism to the staff though; it's definitely a management problem caused by under-staffing the place!
