Not a competent adult member of staff in sight! Order placed through the app, payment taken but order refused at the drive through despite providing proof of payment. After explaining customer is Diabetic and needed the food, the teenage staff became abusive! Official complain put in to head office. Absolutely appalled at immaturity of the staff and the 'couldn't care less' attitude.

Doesn’t matter how you order - takeaway, delivery or in house - it is always awful. Either cold, missing items, long wait - the list goes on! Just avoid, it’s not worth the money.

Ordered breakfast for delivery. Only ordered 2 meals and did not get the sandwich for one of the meals. How the hell can you miss out the MAIN part of a meal??? The meal was for my daughter as well, so just when I thought I could have a nice relaxing start to Mothers' Day, I ended up having to sort this crap out. Of course you can't contact the restaurant directly as they just tell you to go through Uber Eats. Uber Eats can only refund not request a replacement sandwich which is what I needed. This is not the first time this restaurant has incorrectly delivered an order - I usually refuse to get a delivery as they get it wrong 90% of the time. Even in the restaurant they often get it wrong, but at least you can speak to someone to correct it. And the food was cold by the time we did get it.

Yet again Radcliffe has got my order wrong other week gave me wrong order when I used uber now tonight my friend walked down for a plain burger but yet again they messed it up time and time again its happening and you don't get anything in return for their mess whether uber saying sorry but they can't do anything or going back to store and they say nothing I remember when if your order was wrong you would get a replacement and something extra cause of the hassle

Should be an option for zero stars as 1 star is far too generous for this place and its inept staff. Customer service skills non existent, service dreadful, food stale and cold. Half an hour wait with no apology, food order wrong when it finally arrived, again no apology. Wasn’t even busy. Don’t expect 5 star service in a “fast food” restaurant but this place is the pits.

AVOID McDonald's Radcliffe the WORST ever - under measures on drinks without ice below 0.4l every time, tried speaking with the manager Chris & other team members all believe this is legal as I have no ice, actually sniggering at me the whole time. Then eventually topped my drinks up with water which made all of them flat.Trading standards need to visit this store! Asked for fries with no salt so expected a little wait - 30 minutes wow, then the server left all our food next to the till unbagged & took meals out to the carpark customers. On his return 5 minutes later (no exaggeration) I asked for it all to be replaced as all now cold - cost £25. I was told the manager would need to decide, 10 minutes later the manager appeared. Whole meal experience was a joke. I could go on, the worst customer service & ruined our whole evening.

The manager who was working on the 21st of October was so rude! We asked for two frappes at the ordering booth. Got to the end window only got one. We told the manager she said no only one. We asked if we could buy another but she said we would have to go back round. Yet it was their fault in the first place. We found our receipt and it clearly states two frappes. So we went back round. The manager was so rude when trying to resolve the situation. She wasn’t having any of it. Yet it was their fault I’m the first place even if there was one on the receipt we ordered two at the till. So it should have been rectified. They were at fault. One of the ladies was trying to say the one we had was a large when it’s clearly a medium to try and make up the price. So we worked out that it would be £8 for a meal and they tried to tell us that was correct. The role has clearly got to her head.

Sorry but for the last few times I've had items missing from my order now so it's time to complain! I specifically asked them to check it's all there the last two times as I've been on my own in the drive through with big queues behind me in the last month the missing items have added upto about £10 the drive through Is always full it's not worth driving back round to complain as other food will be cold and the deliveroo drivers block up the inside won't be returning!

asked for 10 sweet and sour sauces as we were with a large group of friends and intended to share our food and only got two sauces, also came here last night and ordered 20 chicken nuggets, 2 burgers and 4 portions of chips to share with same friends along with 16 sauces (of different ‘flavours) including sweet and sour, barbecue and ketchup and we only got 1 of each, absolute disgrace and i would rather drive 10 minutes up to whitefield than to the one at the bottom of my road

I would say this Radcliffe and bury McDonald are f*****g s***e, there is always something missing. They are robbing ********* waste of oxygen the lot of them. I hope when u have a child you don’t forget their sauce, burger. Ordered and paid for 3 quarter pounders with cheese through the drive through…only 2 in the bag when we got home. Nobody answers the phone if you ring , I tried to ring twice. Got things to do so can’t go back. Suggest you check your bag before driving away from this franchise

After yet another visit to this fast food outlet which when it comes to taking care of just eat Uber eats deliveroo orders seem to come first. So the amount of park up won’t be a minute is the biggest joke ever. 24 mins from ordering a cheeseburger with less on than normal. So my advice is avoid when it’s a chance it may be busy. Today my visit 1915 so if your okay waiting and waiting then take a chance or otherwise try another outlet is my advice.

Ok so you know what you're getting food wise with a trip to McDonald's, but we literally couldn't have praised higher the help and service we got from the guy who was Customer Host here today.... Totally on top of regulations yet friendly and helpful; showed us where to sit; found us a spot where we could have a highchair; stored our buggy for safekeeping so it wasn't in the way;_brought our food and an extra ice cream; was great with my fractious toddler and could not have been more helpful when we were anxious about coming to a public eating place for the first time in 7 months

Ordered on Uber eats paid for delivery and when it arrived items were missing. Rang them to tell them and there answer was you will have to come in and collect them. What is the point of paying for delivery, absolutely no customer services whatsoever. This is not the first time this has happened to me been through Drive through before only to get home to find my order incomplete, can the staff not count it’s not rocket science.

Frustrated that when using drive through facility I was asked to check on screen that my order was correct, yet the employee who has been trained by McDonald’s cannot be bothered to check that my order is correct, e-mailed “Tell us how we did” sadly a complete waste of time.Simple maths take away one item from a large order x number of orders per day x 7 days per week x 52 weeks per year x number of restaurants in UK we are talking millions of pounds of incremental revenue for very little effort.Is this just Radcliffe or do McDonald’s write this into their business plan, customer services fob you off, very clever McDonald’s.Once you pay do not park your vehicle up when asked to park up, stay at the food collection window until you are satisfied that you order is complete, drive through is for customer convenience, if staff cannot deliver in timescale then the restaurant should look at their process.Happy for McDonald’s to challenge my comments e-mails to back up from UK Customer Services.

Don’t bother ordering delivery as I’ve not had one order delivered with everything on it they even miss burgers off it when asking for refund never get it as it’s with Uber and they have to reimburse you ... ordering a tea well don’t expect milk and sugar to come with it as I’ve found out the last three times and complained each and every time and still no milk or sugar .

When I order a large fries I expect a full box like advertised on pictures. My last 2 visits to this McDonalds and gone through the drive through I’ve had to wait a considerable amount of time for 1/2 meals. The fries are half full. It’s ridiculous. I don’t have time to go through drive through again to get them topped up.

Every time I use this franchise there always seems to be something that is wrong.Food is always cold or has items missing. Ice cream items are always melted before you get chance to eat them and drinks measures are always smaller then they should be. When challenged about problems the staff always blame the machines, as this is a renovated outlet this is at best a very poor excuse for shoddy customer service.Also on average it takes 10 minute to get two coffees...just not good enough!

What a shame for the McDonald's name, I us McDonald's approximately three time a week as a truck driver who lives in his cab all week I use fast food outlets more than most,This restaurant at Radcliffe is of very poor standards for McDonald's whilst waiting in the queue after paying for my meal there was a man returned his takeaway meal as there were three items missing from his order so as he waited with the rest of us he received his missing items and the food he brought back when he realised his order was incomplete this meaning his meal must have been very cold, when I received my meal my fries were really cold, now I know thin fries don't stay hot for long but these were really unacceptable

Always found the ladies at Allen's Bakery to be helpful, particular shout out to Susan. Wide range of hot and cold barms, pies/pasties, salads, hot foods. HUGE cake portions - my favourite being the variety of rocky roads. Always seem to be busy with Deliveroo orders. I regularly recommend them to anyone at work in need of a take away lunch.

Pants my wifes kebab on pitta had twice as much meat as mine. Will not order again as bad service. It use to be good but not now.
