KFC in Bury

driver took the order and refused to deliver

missing items, ordered chilli bites at £3.99 and got 2 chilli sauces at £1 which was just bizarre & obviously wrong

delivery was fine but 3 items were missing!

Got my delivery order wrong. Gave me gravy instead of creamy mash. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered for 7.45 turned up at 8.15

I ordered gravy it never came I asked for no drumsticks I got 4

chicken still had heat and crispy

The quality of the food was just terrible. The chips were barely warm and the chicken was tough. Not had one for a while and sadly after that experience I can’t see me doing again for a very long time. Feel really short changed having paid £15 and barely ate a thing!

No fries or sauce even though they were ordered and paid for; this is not the first time that this has happened but it will be the last!

delivery time kept increasing, over 30 mins later than expected according to your times.

Always get orders wrong and ruin my food or burgers are super dry or have a wierd like undercooked feeling when biting into chicken burger

Order was short 2 items and the skin was hard on some of the chicken. 3 of the pieces were ridiculously small, so absolutely not worth the £30+ i paid. Try a different KFC is my advice because this isnt the 1st time my order was short or substandard.

Placed order on there app, arrived went in drive threw was told 1 minute ended sitting there 5 minutes ended up totting horn to get someone’s attention, took the app number and told to got round. I was then told to park up 15 minutes later our food arrived, was told it took longer as it was fresh! Well it wasn’t, the only thing hot was 1 burger out of the 6 meals ordered!!!

The food was cold, a piece of extra chicken which had been ordered separately was missing, overall the general quality of the food was poor

Don't have high expectations of fast food places, but the staff here were excellent, really quick service, very clean seating area, and a nice atmosphere.

A drive-through KFC with ample space for dine in as well and an ample car park There is self order placing till and the staff are really quick in their service. The food is delicious as always in a KFC- finger licking good. There are some value for money offerings in the menu for both lunch and dinner.

I've stopped getting kfc because they keep taking my order to the wrong house someone else is getting my order there is supposed to be a code with the delivery guy but they don't use it it's a joke

I live in a block of 4 and the driver would not come in just waited at the door I have walking difficulties never had this problem before I will never order from you again just to had I always give them 2 pounds when delivery comes but not this time

So I popped through the drive through at KFC in Prestwich for my Wife as she fancied a KFC so i ordered a 10 piece bucket with 4x Fries, 2 large sides and a bottle of pop. Super Polite and friendly staff, Excellent customer service, Carpark was spotlessly clean super fast food and it was hot and tasted amazing. Missing gravy, chips stuffed into chicken bucket making them soggy. Warm cans of soft drinks in same bag as chicken. McDonald’s manage to deliver a soft drink in a cup with ice why kfc can’t do this is beyond me. Expensive let down
