KFC in Bury

So I popped through the drive through at KFC in Prestwich for my Wife as she fancied a KFC so i ordered a 10 piece bucket with 4x Fries, 2 large sides and a bottle of pop. Super Polite and friendly staff, Excellent customer service, Carpark was spotlessly clean super fast food and it was hot and tasted amazing. I am really disappointed with my dinner which was delivered to out home last night. We ordered a boneless banquet and some extra wings. Firstly, the food was cold. Just bordering on Luke warm. Secondly, the smallest pieces of chicken was sent to us. I am very upset we spent £24.95 on cold dinner. If I had been feeling well, I would have driven back to Kentucky in Prestwich to show them. We ate the food but was not enjoying our home delivery. I feel sad we had such a disappointment.

At 9:45 pm they said that don't have chicken anymore, so they couldn't take my order. However, they are open until 11 pm drive through. How is possible? Why they are still open until 11 pm then?

Spent £55 came home with missing popcorn chicken but wasnt worth me driving all the way back for it, not the first time its happened its normally hot wings missing. Food is good and service is good.

Clean, resteraunt inside and out, there's a handy drive through so you don't have to leave the kids in the car, Plenty of tables inside and out, the staff are quick and the food is always finger licking good!!

A drive-through KFC with ample space for dine in as well and an ample car park There is self order placing till and the staff are really quick in their service. The food is delicious as always in a KFC- finger licking good. There are some value for money offerings in the menu for both lunch and dinner.

Although the food quality was fine, for the ‘6 piece bucket’, that was ordered, they’d made it up with 5 drumsticks and only one breast piece, rather than an even combination of each cut - a bit cheeky that, to use up the less wanted pieces (probably)

It felt like the staff wanted us out, food was mediocre at best. Spent £25 but they would not let me use the toilet. Never again.

One of the largest KFC's I been to very spacious and clean,not too busy you can enjoy your food in peace the staff is friendly.they are toilets for customers and also a massive parking area.

Wow I am absolutely disgusted. I purchased my food from drive through and parked up - food was cold. As I was eating in the car park I witnessed another car in the drive through who had an issue with their order - unsure of the specifics but there was obviously something wrong with the order before even receiving it. They waited a good 10-15 mins before receiving it and I overheard the lady saying along the lines of that she hopes it is not cold due to waiting so long to which 3 members of staff came to the window irate telling her to leave. Absolutely disgusting service, employees don’t care and are not in any way apologetic. The manager is incredibly useless. Easter Sunday around 8pm. Please go elsewhere if you want warm food and good service

Food is freezind and missing hot wings

The food was all over the place including the burgers and the dressing. They also put the drinks in with the food. Now why on earth would you do that knowing it will cool down the food. It shocks me that employees behave like this when they would take more care of it was their own order.

forgot half the stuff which i payed extra for so really not happy, 2 meals were missing after i payed full price.

cold food that was delivered in a damp bag proving it was left sweating somewhere. than the driver almost dropped causing it to be ripped up. was the wrong order(husband just accepted bag🙈) with no way to contact driver or restaurant .. 2nd time food from there has turned up cold .. never again!

I want to complain about my last order, it took over 1 hour to arrive, when it did it was cold. I tried to ring customer service but was unable to speak with anyone and all options directed me to the app- which also was unhelpful, after finding the correct link to complain, it would not submit. I rang the KFC direct, I was told also they could not help as I had to speak to an adviser via Just Eat. Your delivery driver was unapologetic and rude of his late arrival and was not bothered the food was cold. This whole order and process was extremely disappointing, I paid £ 25.46 for cold food which was over 1 hour late and ended up going in the bin as it was way to cold to even try and salvage ! This experience has put me off ever using your service again and I would like to apply for a full refund of this order. Very disappointing all round!

It’s not always same service that you get .sometimes they are fast and food is freesh and some time food is not fresh . But if you ORDER ONLINE food is always good and fresh

Ordered at 17:44 delivered at 19:26, no contact, no way to cancel, when phoned went to answer machine. Poor service, but again it won’t make a jot of difference, this review will probably be ignored. Just Eat just as bad, giving no option other than to sit and wait.

Perfect all around. All food items delivered and only a couple of mins later than estimated! The new recipe fries are fantastic, still a little soft but the flavour is superb. i'd say this was the best gravy i've had from KFC as well. Genuinely cannot fault what i received.

The food was unable to eat as it was cold sweaty and soggy it looked disgusting not fit for a dog, never mind a human the baked beans was just full of sauce. What a waste of £42 to go in the bin and then not to hear anything back off just eat. My delivery bag was all ripped. It was absolutely a shambles disgusting as well as Just Eat custom service. It is disgusting and unacceptable. I feel I should have a full refund and compensation but I would be happy with a full refund. I will never order again to KFC or eat there again

It took over 2hrs for delivery. My Food arrived cold and fries were all over the pack and crushed. I’ve sent emails to complain about the issue but I haven’t heard anything back from justeat for over 3days now

Order delivery time was changed twice - then was stuck in order being prepared for over an hour. Food was also stone cold when eventually delivered and was missing the coleslaw from the order.

Gravy was far too thick had to be thrown away as it tasted awful. Chicken mini fillets too salty had to be thrown away

Food wasn't delivered on time and was cold when it got here. It was either left sat in KFC or the driver did many deliveries. We live literally round the corner, so there is absolutely no excuse for it to be cold.
