KFC in Bury

Don't have high expectations of fast food places, but the staff here were excellent, really quick service, very clean seating area, and a nice atmosphere.

MY first order online from this particular store, only 2 simple meals on my order but a portion of fries are missing!

A drive-through KFC with ample space for dine in as well and an ample car park There is self order placing till and the staff are really quick in their service. The food is delicious as always in a KFC- finger licking good. There are some value for money offerings in the menu for both lunch and dinner.

I've stopped getting kfc because they keep taking my order to the wrong house someone else is getting my order there is supposed to be a code with the delivery guy but they don't use it it's a joke

I ordered through Uber eats zinger supercharger tower box meal , and the burger was raw chicken crunchy and raw I've given raw burger and I had couple of bites. No one is contacting me so il pursue them legally

There is a man that is very polite and respectful I can say it’s my favourite kfc compared to the walkeden and Salford one and walkden is the never go there

I live in a block of 4 and the driver would not come in just waited at the door I have walking difficulties never had this problem before I will never order from you again just to had I always give them 2 pounds when delivery comes but not this time

So I popped through the drive through at KFC in Prestwich for my Wife as she fancied a KFC so i ordered a 10 piece bucket with 4x Fries, 2 large sides and a bottle of pop. Super Polite and friendly staff, Excellent customer service, Carpark was spotlessly clean super fast food and it was hot and tasted amazing. Missing gravy, chips stuffed into chicken bucket making them soggy. Warm cans of soft drinks in same bag as chicken. McDonald’s manage to deliver a soft drink in a cup with ice why kfc can’t do this is beyond me. Expensive let down

I am really disappointed with my dinner which was delivered to out home last night. We ordered a boneless banquet and some extra wings. Firstly, the food was cold. Just bordering on Luke warm. Secondly, the smallest pieces of chicken was sent to us. I am very upset we spent £24.95 on cold dinner. If I had been feeling well, I would have driven back to Kentucky in Prestwich to show them. We ate the food but was not enjoying our home delivery. I feel sad we had such a disappointment.

At 9:45 pm they said that don't have chicken anymore, so they couldn't take my order. However, they are open until 11 pm drive through. How is possible? Why they are still open until 11 pm then?

Clean, resteraunt inside and out, there's a handy drive through so you don't have to leave the kids in the car, Plenty of tables inside and out, the staff are quick and the food is always finger licking good!!

Although the food quality was fine, for the ‘6 piece bucket’, that was ordered, they’d made it up with 5 drumsticks and only one breast piece, rather than an even combination of each cut - a bit cheeky that, to use up the less wanted pieces (probably)

It felt like the staff wanted us out, food was mediocre at best. Spent £25 but they would not let me use the toilet. Never again.

One of the largest KFC's I been to very spacious and clean,not too busy you can enjoy your food in peace the staff is friendly.they are toilets for customers and also a massive parking area.

Wow I am absolutely disgusted. I purchased my food from drive through and parked up - food was cold. As I was eating in the car park I witnessed another car in the drive through who had an issue with their order - unsure of the specifics but there was obviously something wrong with the order before even receiving it. They waited a good 10-15 mins before receiving it and I overheard the lady saying along the lines of that she hopes it is not cold due to waiting so long to which 3 members of staff came to the window irate telling her to leave. Absolutely disgusting service, employees don’t care and are not in any way apologetic. The manager is incredibly useless. Easter Sunday around 8pm. Please go elsewhere if you want warm food and good service
