The three of us had ribeyes, 2 16oz and 1 12ov. All of us agreed that the food was amazing. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

The food was good, disappointed at a couple of things. First, the dress code was smart and dressed, yet people were dressed in a vest, and shorts put us off a little. Second, we ordered wine, and the bottle was already open before it reached the table. This is a big nono. Also, when the young man was pouring the wine, he got it all over the table and had to ask someone else for new cutlery and napkins. Lastly, the place looked dated like a pub some table cloths, would add a bit more elegance to the fine dining it's supposed to be. So, over £200 for a bad experience. Would I return? Sorry, I don't think I would.

First time I have been to a Miller & Carter steak house and I was very impressed. The food and food choice was better than I imagined. Our waitress Louise was knowledgable regarding was on the menu. She was helpful and patient when we were choosing our meals. I enjoyed it that much that I will be coming again very soon.

Steaks were perfect, our choice of wine (Rioja) not so much 🙄 Service was bang on, Kayleigh looked after us very well 😊

Visited Miller and carter on a nice Friday evening. We arrived ahead of our booked time, and we were proptly seated. Louise served our drinks and food throughout our stay.Staff are all polite and happy to help. The food is amazing as ever. Cant wait to come back

Fabulous meal, the ribeye and sirloin steaks were delicious. Service from Beth was great, she was very attentive and friendly. Although busy we were served well and quickly but it was a tad hot in the restaurant. Beth moved us to another table and we felt much more comfortable. The Finca Argentinian Malbec was very nice, highly recommend.

Both my wife & I had agreed we'd had enough of both Manchester & Brandelsholme Miller Carter's, however shortly after that decision I had received a voucher to eat there. Finally several months later we booked a table for last Saturday to use our voucher & invited a couple of members of family to join us. They had never been before &we them advised them it's OK. Not sure if all the members had a hefty bonus just 5 minutes earlier or there's a new manager but it was noticeable instantly how all the staff appeared to be on top form. We was treated as customers rather than a reservation & table number, this makes a world of difference. The food tasted better than we'd ever eaten in there, even though the dishes ordered was our typical order. Maybe the fantastic service made the difference or the chef gave 101% rather than 100% not sure. Talking about service, Millie was brilliant on the night, thanks. We will definitely return for sure. Applause to all the members much appreciated. Watch out for Millie the young one in my photo, she stole my seat when I took this picture lol.

Came out with my girlfriend and her grandad for his birthday. Had a lovely three course meal and Louise took care of us.

We had a lovely meal. The cocktails and steaks were really good and great value. The server Abby was really friendly and her recommendations were spot on! Great place for a catch up with friends!

Louise our server was very helpful and we had a lovely evening.

It was good apart from not having my favourite 16oz rib eye and my daughter likes lamb pink which you didn't have that but I love the onion loaf we will be back

There was 22 of us for a 21st birthday celebration. All the meals were served at the same time and they was well presented and tasted delicious,we all had a great time and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great atmosphere and experience

Visited with my husband, the food was lovely. Bread board and prawns to start, fillets for main with lobster tail. Both steaks cooked how we liked them (me medium and hubby medium rare). Abby looked after us whilst we were there, smiley, efficient service, thanks

We came here to celebrate my partner's graduate. Our server Louise was fabulous and really lovely. Food was delicious and they even brought out a little chocolate and strawberry platter which added something extra special. I'm sure we will be back.

Booked on Sunday 7th mid afternoon, the service was excellent from all the staff but especially Caitlyn. Made to feel very welcome. The steak we had between us was perfectly cooked and overall the food was top drawer. I was told the chef was Mark so many thanks to him. Would definitely recommend eating here to anyone. Thanks again.

Food OK but communication a problem . Again have not got the visit stamp for at least the second time so that’s a £10 voucher missing . Also told we could use the free drink offer and the money off voucher . Then told we couldn’t but only at checkout .

Amazing food with a great discount on the lunchtime special (saved around £25). Thanks to Abby for the friendly service and great recommendations. I went for the pork tomahawk over the steak and it was a great choice. Salted caramel profiteroles are absolutely delicious.

A great Tuesday dinner with my mum and daughter. Nothing was too much trouble for Abby our server and her colleagues. The food was excellent and my 7 year old really enjoyed her Calamari starter. My steak was cook cooked to perfection and my mum really enjoyed the dessert sharer (with us two sharing with her) Also the cocktails were fantastic too. Looking forward to our next visit.

Sadly another bad experience at this restaurant with the food. We were eating early at 5pm and there was just one other couple dining. Ordered our steaks and wedges and specified that one steak did not have garlic butter but that went unheeded! The steak we ordered medium/well was so overcooked it was the dark side of well done. Sent it back but that meant one of us was eating alone until a properly cooked steak was served. Complained to management and the steak was comp’d but that is not what we went out for. This was the second time in a month that steaks ordered were overcooked. If a chef can’t cook a steak properly in a steak house then I would question his ability. Only went back as we had a voucher that was expiring soon. Won’t be going back again to this restaurant.

Quality of food was poor. We order from here regularly. The ribeye steak was half size and the steaks tasted old. The lettuce wedges were smaller than normal. Diane sauce too was poor (no mustard). Tried to phone restaurant, unable to get through.

I Ate here Thursday night, the food was really nice food and the waitress that served me was really friendly, I didn't grab her name, the dessert was to die for😁

Lovely meal for an early Father’s Day, Louise was very friendly and helpful. She made sure our meal was good and we didn’t have any problems. She was lovely to my little girl as well, she had plenty of time for us and wasn’t just rushing off all the time.
