Food good, sweet chili more spicy than sweet, 4 chicken good, 2 chicken bad, Christmas music in mid November, quick service, soothing atmosphere, overall pretty good restaurant 👍

Terrible place terrible staff , turning customers away for not using the touch screens with are full of germs ! Place was empty and turning customers away ! Strangest fast food service

Absolutely disgusting, dirty seating area dirty toilets waited for over 15 minutes for food absolutely disgusting bins needed to be emptied. Staff need to have some respect definitely will not come here again

Old oily hot wings again shame on you for allowing your staff to feed the poor public rotten food don’t ever buy anything from kfc from the drive thru they will definitely put the old dried oily chicken for you as you be gone in seconds

40 POUND WASTED AND GOT SICK. Worst KFC in UK. Bad service. Asked them to reduce the number of drumsticks in bucket, gave me 7 drumsticks out of 10. Staff are racist, there is no in between if you request something they don't offer support rather ask you to talk to the manager directly. The food got us sick the next day and never going back. Hope KFC fix this.

Fresh hot food and was prepared quickly after ordering. The Moorgate branch was clean and tidy. Our only criticism is that the music was a bit loud for our liking.

Just got back from drive through. Live in opposite side of town. No chips. Last time no corn Check your order. And they don't answer the phone so you can complain. And everything will be bold if I drive back. Very disappointed.

Went to the kfc drive through at 20:27 and was served by a man with glasses and an American accent and I sadly did not get his name. Wow wow I’ve never been spoke to so politely and amazing in my entire food experience. Definitely a good asset to the kfc team ! 🙌

I come to kfc weekly after work on a Saturday night. Each week I see Matt I think his name his and I want to say what a difference that man makes to your company. He makes the whole experience AMAZING, fast service, banter and fresh food. Not seen him in a while but compared to my last visit I can tell he’s a major asset to kfc bury!!

They get my drive through order wrong every time! I wish they would just listen

Had me waiting on the drive through no answer for 15 minutes, had to go inside and waited another 20 minutes for them to get my order completely wrong and not even give me the drinks. Very poor service I would not recommend.

Always lovely staff. Reason for low score is that they buy their chicken too young. Looks like kentucky fried starling. Also they recently put price up by 45% overnight. Since come down a bit but I'm just not having it. This business needs to go.

Brilliant! After a poor recent experience at a different KFC I opted for a different place to eat. But my boyfriend wanted KFC. We were rushing because I had to get to work and hadn't eaten. My bf said the service was great, the customer service was brilliant from some guy that served him. He ordered some chicken pieces and chips, which he enjoyed. In fact, he got an extra piece because they commented on how tiny one of them was, and he even got a free bag of chips. The temperature was good, and he was given tissues in his bag. Good job, Bury!

Got home and it was wrong food but rang them and I got a code for the missing food

The staff are very rude, the food quality is very poor and the service is very bad, the toilet door is always locked and when you ask the staff, you have to wait a long time for them to unlock the door, and they don't even understand that a child or an elderly person wants it. They don't use the toilet quickly, they don't always have toilet paper, and the entrance door is broken, and for years it is difficult for customers to open and close it because it is very heavy, when you protest to the manager there, you will realize that he is more rude and arrogant than his employees. And even a simple apology is not given for the problems and issues, I hope that high-ranking managers will see this text and replace the employees and managers with kind, hardworking and polite employees, and care more about people.

The new spicy wraps are nice just need a bit more stuff in side them

absolutely disgusting is how i feel after being locked out of my local kfc. we received dirty looks from staff and were locked out PAST OPENING TIME this is no longer my kfc i will be taking Business elsewhere and i encourage all to do the same

Food Is always wrong or missing something. When we tried to complain we were met with such hostility. Don't need to be mean mugged by teenagers working at KFC when my 60yr old mother is explaining our last order was missing things. Is there any training for new staff? I swear the customer service didn't used to be so bad.

Best kfc around. Rarely go but the food is tasty and hot. Nice staff. A KFC that's reminds me of how good they should be.

Usual KFC food and choice. Place is often quite busy and as a result sometimes they don't keep up with cleaning the tables and so it can feel a bit of a mess. Drive through route is quite tight so not for the new driver or big cars.

Chefs do an amazing job here. Excellent service by Matthew and Natasha....

Awful would never return there is another off in bury that beats this one hands down It was not clean tables were messy bins overflowing and staff were rude I have an allergy to potato and wanted to swap chips For a small beans apparently not allowed well it’s allowed at every other kfc in the uk I’ve been too Just horrible stroppy staff who kept going in and out to smoke Avoid

Quick service, although I was ignored at the till a bit (the restaurant is heavily focused on Drive through). Friendly staff but the restaurant was dirty.

The staff at this KFC are always ON IT, at any time, they're great actually! Order always comes hot and good. They deserve more credit

Bunch of 10 year olds working there, zero IQ, defo high school drop outs, seen them pissing around having banter at the till saying " no I aint doin this order your doing this one as you had 1 min extra break" and then the other collegue saying "well i aint doing it" and chuckling, all this whilst theres a que of customers waiting to be served, and it went on for a while...shocking

Waited over 30mins for our food and has become really expensive for a family of four. Best to go to an actual restaurant.

I dont mind it quick. We went as our oven packed up. We were told it could be await, we said fine. We gave our order then it was there within 3 mins. We paid went home, got everything out. And it was completely wrong. £17.95 for wat.

The American kid on the till,cant fault him,really good,but the 'tards in the back...jesus christ. Waited 15mins for a meal (inc a burger without ketchup) and you would think taking that long it would be correct...no...no it wasnt,and because they took so long messing about,i didnt have time to eat it on my break anyway so double peed off today. Wish i could say it was a 1 off but its nearly every time...

Not a fast food service that’s for sure waited 10 mins before being told it’ll be 9 mins for to chicken legs won’t be returning to this restaurant

We ordered one family pack. They put only leg pieces in it . Also chicken have a bad smell.

Came here about 20 minutes ago. Waited 5-10 minutes for someone to take my order but nobody did. Ended up driving off, service is shocking since the drive thru has changed.

It seems to have improved recently. It used to be very poor in terms of service and general quality, but the last few times we've been, it's been very good.

i came to kfc because i wanted it for a long time. i was so excited as ive always LOVED kfc. first off i had to get a KIDS MEAL as the prices are TOO HIGH!!!! the burger i was given was ate in ONE bite. the chips had a weird spice and the mash was drier than anything i’ve tasted. it was being sold to me on its best before date aswell which i think is outrageous! I haven’t even dared to try it as i don’t want to become ill. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!

So been to KFC 🍗 Today through the Drive throu and the service was appalling, The carpark and drive throu were quiet but has to wait 15 minutes for my food which was cold when it arrived. Won't be going back there again. 1☆

Fries are horrible, had to bin them. Ruined the meal. Probably won't visit KFC again unless they go back to decent fries.

Terrible food, rude staff, never get the order right and even when they do the food is cold, messy and an absolute let down

Ordered delivery many times and drive through orders. Food has always been good quality and as expected. We have had some issues with orders missing items/being incorrect, most recently had an uber driver steal our food (marked it as delivered when it wasnt), KFC did nothing to help, Uber did nothing to help had to claim the money back via the bank. I never eat in as the restaurant isn't the cleanest and you can always find dirty floors, tables and food everywhere. Would recommend for drive through orders but don't order for delivery, it might not turn up!

Ordered Twister Wrap Box Meal (with mayo on the wrap) & BBQ Fillet Tower Burger Meal, extra gravy & mini fillets with garlic mayo. They forgot the chips with the meals. The gravy & the mini fillets were also missing and they put BBQ sauce on the wrap when we asked for mayo. Delivery driver was nice and friendly but most of our order was missing. Tried to ring up to get the extras delivered that they’d missed off but no answer. Rang out for 5 minutes and gave up in the end. Won’t be ordering again.

Always getting orders wrong and forgetting items.

Only used drive through but it was quick and they got the order right which is always a bonus! Got the mini fillet as a snack on the way back home after shopping.

Very helpful staff even when we dropped a full drink on the floor nothing was to much trouble.

Food was cold, we tried to get them to 'reheat' it and they refused. No managers in sight and the toilets were locked by staff.

Me and my friend had chicken wings .Now I’m suffering from loose stools and she vomited .I really believe that the chicken was stale .This is too bad never expected from a reputable restaurant KFC .Too shocking .

Came here for a quick bite and after 12 minutes of waiting to be served (the place was empty) i was then told the krushem machine was off, which i would’ve been able to forgive had i not then heard a worker in the back yell out ‘what f*cking d*cks ordered a rice box at this time’. Unfortunately your team aren’t aware that they serve until 10pm and ordering food at 9:30pm is within that threshold. Their manners are severely lacking and I won’t be returning if that is how they believe they should behave.

Got refused a deal and had to buy something else. This deal is a big thing at the moment so i was a bit shocked.

Good parking. Friendly staff decent prices. My personal disappointment is the chips are thick skinned chips not nice. Skinny chips anyday. Disabled parking

Under staffed. Untidy and food is rushed due to how many orders. Worst of all full of grease to point it overwhelmed the texture.

Went to KFC FRIDAY evening it was a great meal, filling and very well priced, the staff where very friendly and extremely helpful and I can say the chicken was fantastic and tasty, would recommend KFC bottom walmersley rd to everyone, thank you to all the staff for a lovely welcoming evening meal.

Cannot fault this KFC. It’s the only one where the food is always fresh, orders are always correct, not long waiting times and staff are always very nice. Middleton kfc and harpurhay KFC are shocking compared to here! Great KFC at pilsworth

Not good everything cold in the drive through won't go again

Went to the drive through, waited at the first window for 5 minutes, gave up thinking perhaps they are only using the second window, again waited for 5 minutes with nobody coming near, both windows looked like they are no longer used, even the areas inside the windows looked disused. Driving out I noticed the ‘restaurant’ wasn’t that busy, but had lost interest at this point, never again.

Very good easy to get to parking bit tricky ! Busy at times and the staff really good and help pleasant. Foods grate. Watch out when exiting in car as it’s to be on a very judging time due to how the traffic lights are and when for you to go ( as the is none on exit) apart from that all as expected.

Love the food at KFC. It was cash only last time we went was told to use kiosks but only one was working, queued to use it only for it say it was out of order. We asked staff what we could do and was rather abruptly told to go to cash machine in M+S they couldn't care less. Will use another one from now on

I went in today and i was upmost disgusted. I fancied a KFC soo bad however i was greeted with upmost disappointment as their tills had shut off and systems had gone down, and just told us to get out the shop in a very rude manner!
