Place is absolutely dirty, last 20 minutes since I was here no one cleaned the tables and floor, toilet is disgusting. Pepsi max is completely flat, not carbonated at all probably run out of CO2 or other equipment issue, staff seems to have no idea about it at all, drink was replaced but exactly the same, staff not apologetic. I can see other customers leaving full drinks behind on the table

Been there couple of times. No service on the counter and no service with online delivery. Greesy and oily. Pls avoid as it’s a shame this KFC can’t handle basic stuff. Avoid with all cost!

The Ilford branch was always more dirty than clean, and lately nearly to filthy. But now even the staff you hire is far from what KFC used to be. I was greeted today by a “shop manager Renz”, rude and dismissive who said: I don’t care if you complain, I am the manager. There is no wonder that your reviews are poorly rated and your branch is dirty, unhappy clients if you support and and lead as example managers like this person. Disgusted… not a place where to spend your money

Farhanna at the Ilford High Road branch was exceptional. She was happy, professional and knew every offer off by heart. She ensured we understood the offers and then worked it all out for us. She was a lovely lady and I think she deserves a raise.

I am not happy with this server today when I went to Ilford KFC. My order was missing and they have charged me for my large popcorn but when I came home it was not there . I called him so many times no one answered..

I never write reviews but I really had to this time. Please check your chicken when you order I’m pretty sure they are serving old chicken, I am really urging health and safety to go and investigate. Please really carful everyone. I’m so disgusted and never again will I order.

He tenido la intención de probar este lugar durante siglos, habiendo aparecido para batidos hace mucho tiempo.El servicio es muy amigable. Hay un buen menú de restaurante pseudo estadounidense.La comida y los batidos son sabrosos pero un poco caros.Si planea pedir algo en su salsa BBQ, asegúrese de pedir servilletas adicionales. Son muy pegajosos.

1015 High Road Grove Farm Retail ParkOne of the worst experience I have experienced. The customer service was awful. I asked for mayonnaise to be removed and replaced with ketchup due to me not being able to have mayonnaise they said they cannot do that as they can’t changed the menu I never had any issues with other KFCs. Then when they gave me the burgers I told them to have my burgers in boxes they again refused as they said their burgers don’t come in boxes. Found this to be rude and bad customer service. The burger was also hard and didn’t seem fresh.

65-67 High Road, London E18 2QP EnglandWe ordered a hot dog which did not mention spicy, but was in fact mildy spicy and overcooked. We ordered a piri piri chicken wrap which is ok, but piri piri sauce is pretty much water, so it went everywhere and didn't taste of much. The service was slow, and the manager was on the phone to her friends all the time. The strawberry milkshake was ok. Giving feedback at the end was met with stone cold faces and no empathy. In short they don't care. Avoid. Food is 2 out of 5, service 1 out of 5.

High StreetDelivery - ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and instead got hot wings (which i cannot eat). Tried to call the store three times and got no answer. Got a refund on uber eats and so ordered another large popcorn chicken, which took 45 minutes to arrive. The second delivery delay is due to uber however, if we got the right order in the first place this wouldn’t have happened.
