terrible service, terrible staff, intimidating, rude, food awful! cold, stale, tasted awful. complained and staff were vile

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Avoid like the plague. Staff were threatening. Food freezing! Staff didn't care at all

It was vey nice and so filling I ate so much I threw up And then was so hungry I ordered a second pizza ate it then I fell asleep and when I woke up at 2 the next day I ordered anther pizza then a curry great food I now hacpve food poisoning from crazy chef down street😡😡

The pizzas were very thin and didn't taste very nice either. We definitely won't ever order from there again very disappointing.

Tonight I ordered the piri piri kebab and to be honest I was very disappointed. The donner meat was like something you get frozen from jack Fulton’s it was tasteless and overdone. The chicken was horrible too one piece had a bone in it and it was a total let down. Only ate a quarter of the kebab and couldn’t stomach anymore of it I definitely won’t be going again

Walked in to try out their pizza menu. The first thing I saw was a filthy floor and skirting boards. A large drinks cooler was to my left with some cans in but the bottom of the cooler was close to empty. The bottom shelf was filthy. It’s 3 stars so ok, I get that but I soon walked out without ordering as the filth I could see in the customer area totally put me off ordering as I could trust the kitchen area to be hygienic. Come on lads, clean your act up, your take away frontage gives the impression that is informative and welcoming but your lack of cleanliness in the public area was a big no no

The food arrived cold, the order wasn’t what we had asked for and when calling to complain the staff were extremely rude. Denying the food was cold, wouldn’t accept responsibility or give an apology making the phone call extremely stressful, causing an unnecessary argument.

Ordered a meal for 7 people. 2 meals missing. Rang up and 1 meal was delivered almost cold. When Tuco's was contacted we were told to ring Just Eat. Still waiting for 2nd meal. Total rubbish service considering we are 2 minutes away!!!

Our order arrived 20 mins later than specified- Ok, ordered at 8.30pm on a Friday night so they could be busy ?Long story short, food arrived less than lukewarm but warmer than cold. My Italian chicken burger comprised of chewy, unseasoned sliced chicken with 2 pieces of softened sliced pepperoni :( Chips were flabby representations of, basically, my FAVOURITE junk food. Sadly, I cannot say anything positive about my meal & looking at my husbands 1/4 eaten pizza, he may not either. Sorry Tucos, but gourmet this DEFINITELY was not :(
