Really gone downhill, chips are cold and soggy with only chip spice in the top part of the bag usually in a blob. The chicken on the platter was overcooked and very black . Really disappointed as my kids used to love the food from here

Came into shop last week ,unfortunately I will not be returning due to hygiene reasons. Young male serving with a chicken wing hanging out his mouth turned around and saw the delivery driver lent on serving counter eating chips .

Roebank Roundabout, Kingston-upon-Hull HU7 6EA EnglandWe had visited this McD last weekend and there were a group of kids creating mess. Must be so annoying for the staff. This review is for one working there named ‘Titi’, she is a true gem to them. The whole time we saw her cleaning the trays, table and interacting with the customers. Had a lot of positivity in her. Doing all of this with a wide smile 😁
