I placed an order via Just Eat who delivered to another address but who are now insisting It came to me We have video on our doorway but no person at all came here. Even so Just Eat are insisting they delivered it here. I want to see the proof they say they have but they have now closed the email customer svc sight used to send to me. At 95yrs I am unable to get out so have relied on this as an occasional treat but no more. It isn.t the money they refuse to return as much but the whole principal of it. I always found Just Eat here good but will no longer use them if it means going via Just Eat. Eileen

DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH!!! SENT OUR ORDER WITHOUT 4 PORTIONS OF CHIPS.,WHEN CALLED BRANCH DID NOT PICK UP PHONE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE £54 BILL AND NOONE GIVES A - SHAME ON YOU KFC

Do not bother to try and buy from shop, all they bother about is delivery drivers who do not wear masks! Waited outside over 20 mins and could not get in to order.

Ordered via Ubereats and the food arrived stone cold. Tried to wave the driver down before she drove off... completely ignored. Tried calling her, she cut us off. Tried contacting Ubereats and got a generated email saying we can’t get a refund! Tried contacting the shop, and got no answer. I understand some people may be trying it on to get more food, but this was genuine and not the first time either. Wish I’d read the previous reviews!!

If you would like to have around 45 mins of your life wasted that you’ll never get back, then visit here. The place is woefully understaffed, staff had no idea what was meant to be going into each order (apart from the manager who was having to serve as well) and an awful atmosphere. Amazingly the order was complete with nothing missing but I was so stressed out I really didn’t feel like eating it!! Won’t be going here again

I have never in my life been so shocked to see so many incompetent people working all together as a ‘team’ in one building, 30 minutes waiting for 2 boneless banquet meals... once ordered had been received everything in the order was wrong and not what i had asked for, wanted gravy got beans, no chips in the other 1 boneless fillet in one meal missing. No ice in drinks and then when confronted the attitude received back was appalling. Honestly disgusted and cant even believe i walked out the shop out of pocket. Never going here again. And ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO STAY CLEAR until something is sorted e.g, sack all staff replace with all new

KFC in general is good ,this particular restaurant however is a whole different story. The food is consistently late by over 2 hours when ordering delivery and getting served in branch takes a lifetime even when its empty! The staff are rude and give you attitude when responding to the most basic of questions , everyone working there is under trained and under managed to the point that the staff havn't got a clue about literally anything, i.e giving people someone elses order, getting drinks mixed up, forgetting who was next and even forgetting a simple order i had told them 5 seconds ago and having to repeat it three times ... seriously are you lot high or something ? certainly seems like it , you would get better customer service from a zombie. My advice is stay well clear and go to a better managed branch cause you'll still be waiting on your death bed for this lot to pull their finger out.

I ordered via the JustEat app yesterday afternoon for a delivery to come at 18:30 (when i got home from work) I got an email to say my food was on its way at 18:25 (yay!) Little did I know this would've turned into a nightmare! I followed the delivery driver via map available and he was going up and down my road, back out, round the corner then back in my road and stopped at the apartments about 2 min walk away from my address. I went downstairs to try and find the driver, couldn't see him anywhere and suddenly i got a delivery confirmation from KFC, telling me i had my food?? I didnt reveieve anything so i called Just Eat, they told me to call the resturant, i called KFC Sidcup in total 33 times, no answer!! I decided to drive to KFC Sicup to find out the issue. After waiting in a que for 25 minutes due to only ONE member of staff working on the tills, i was told there is nothing they can do, he then tried to get another colleague that was on the chip station to come over and help, after shouting 'EMMA' 4 times the rude Emma finally shouted back 'What do you want' came over and had an attitude. I provided my order number and explained what had happened and that i have not receieved my order and that i would not of travelled all the way up here if i had received my order.She huffed and puffed and said 'show me what you ordered then and ill give it to you now'.She come back amazingly 2 minutes later with my order...i think she wanted to rush me out of the building as fast as she could!I said thank you and walked out, as i was leaving KFC i heard one of the staff members say 'thank god'.Completely shocked by the staffs recation to be needing help with an order.Will not be using them via just eat or visiting again!!!

Popped in for a late night snack. It almost turned into an early breakfast. 1 guy behind the counter. 2 Deliveroo drivers hanging around & me. Almost 20 minutes for 2 wraps. I did upgrade to 2 meals, wish I hadn’t bothered. No ice given in the drinks & the chips were awful.

If you like fried chicken then the best place to find it is in the USA - almost a national dish down South. In the UK we have various fried chicken establishments all of which are dominated by the good Colonel. I suspect the chickens have died of malnutrition - each portion rather skinny. However, you cannot beat that coating for taste. This establishment is take away only and open late. Staff very helpful and you never have to wait for long.

Went with my sister to McDonalds, we were both excited to try out the fajita chicken one however it all went downhill from that moment on, we went through the drive through and the machine was broken and we had to order our food at the drive through check out I ordered a fajita chicken one and a frappe and my sister ordered the fajita with a milkshake and fries, as usual we were told to park up which has become normal here and we waited for about 40 minutes watching people that came after us get served before us when I finally left my car to remind them that I’m still here they brought my sisters milkshake which was completely far from vanilla and tasted like “disgusting tangy medicine” her fries were cold and the fajita chicken looked like a 2 year old made it with their eyes closed, my frappe was half empty and my fajita looked just like my sisters I will not be coming here again even if you paid me to and I do not recommend you to aswell, this was a complete waste of money.

I use this place often as a takeout the service is normal quite good but they do forget things sometimes which is very annoying after you get home and sat down. Parking can be a nightmare sometimes. Update 22/3/19 last week they forgot to put 2 portions of chips in we only had 3 meals can't be that hard to get right this week had legs of chicken in a meal when I specifically said NO legs about 3 or 4 times I think part of the problem must be they all speak a different language to each other or just can't be bothered. Also the chips are disgusting now they have changed. Updated. Ordered 4 meals and only got 3 portions of chips how hard can it be to count to 4. Update 29 September 2024 Just had a delivery not much has changed forget a portion of chips and should have had a free portion of popcorn chicken. 3 Nov 2024 Just had another delivery and they forgot an 8 piece boneless box we only ordered 2 meals and they forgot to put one in, so can't even count to 2 now, this is an all time low even for KFC.

I would love to give this a better review as the potential in this venue is so high but one major thing let it down and that was the flies....The mock tail I had was lovely and the calamari was fantastic. My partner initially enjoyed his steak and chips but my lamb burger was very very very dry. It was the high number of small flies everywhere which meant we couldn't finish our meal and were desperate to leave. A few landed in my partners drink which the waiter tried to compensate us for with extra food but the flies were all over the wall, everywhere in the bathroom and generally just flying around us that it ruined the whole experience. The waiter knew there was a problem and said they had tried to get rid of them but it only lasted a day...this can't be hygienic and unfortunately it left us not wanting to come back even though the drinks and food menu looked great and I can imagine with more people this place would have a great atmosphere. Shame really.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and food was almost 30 minutes late for quoted delivery time and cold on arrival. I sent the food back with the driver and when the restaurant called, I asked for a refund which was not issued. This is the first time I've had a problem with them, but because they were unwilling to refund my money, it's also the last time they'll ever get a penny from me. Extremely poor customer service.
