Perfect again as always! Hands down the best burgers around. It’s everything you want in a burger. Plus great cocktails, service and atmosphere. I love coming here and having a good proper burger with all the trimmings! Thanks again HB!

Very average. Burger is okay. No complaints, no amazement. Fries are ~£4-5 depending on what you get, and they’re just thin frozen fries. The portion size of the fries is tiny aswell. The portion size and quality combined is worth like 10p - it’s just frozen fries from Lidl. I think it’s disrespectful. If you’re gonna use cheap fries, at least don’t try to charge prices as if you’re making them homemade. Service isn’t amazing aswell. Been 3 times and each time I’ve had to wait at least 25 mins for a burger and fries even when it’s quiet.

Horrible. Came in 2016. I'm amused to see they deleted my review. Came in, I was the only customer. I told them hot I wanted my burger. They took almost 40 minutes to get me a mediocre burger. Last time I left a review, the manager tried to say he doesn't want me to return. Funny that, as when I was stood their asking for my money back or my burger, he didn't bother giving it back. He went and vanished l. Then in his reply, he tried to allude to me scaring the customers. Well if you have a u common sense, if I'm scary - give me a refund! Simple! Don't eat here! The burgers in Wetherspoons are better too!

Update 3.....back again and extremely impressed!! Burgers back to there best, but again I did order my sauce on the side. Now serving draft lager as well!! Staffing amazing, polite and friendly especially the lovely Molly. My only complaints all 4 portions of chips served cold and menu needed updating. Update 2.....back dining in and reasonably happy after my disastrous takeaway. What i did realise is that you have to order the burger sauce on the side as its so runny and make the burger buns sloppy also the patties are served medium-rare so there is quite a bit of juice from the actual burger but excellent taste. Great skin on and sweet potato Fries...... Update.... this latest review is regarding the takeaway/collection service. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time I've used there collection services and had the same bad results, the burgers are being served smothered in sauce which reduces the buns to a mushy mess. Even on the burger we requested no sauce the bottom bun was soaked with meat juices, see photos. The buffalo hot chicken wings where tiny and resembled more of a sparrows wing then any chickens and considerably overpriced! 45 min wait for collection. We received only lettuce on the burgers and they've also removed skinny Fries from there menu. However I still rate dining in at the restaurant on pervious experiences pre-lock down at a 5 ⭐ rating. The real king of the burgers! Beautiful beef patties combined with fresh ingredients to make one of the best burgers joints you can get locally. Wide choice of cocktails and some good beers. Good for couples and groups, always seems busy so best to book. Good friendly staff.

Honestly was socking, they had no chicken or onions… my burger looked as if it was cooking for three days, my girlfriend’s burger was bright pink.. not sure if there chefs are on serious amounts of hard drugs but they are clueless individuals…. They need to go home and learn to cook. a burger place they ain’t got a clue how to cook burgers…… stay very clear of this place, ignore the good reviews it’s food is a sick joke. Hello burger, more like see u later burger… Wish I could give a 0/5.

My husband took me here the other day, it was our first visit and I have to say it was so good! We are both vegetarian and it isn't easy to find a decent veggie burger, especially as I don't eat the meat substitutes. The burger and cocktails were really tasty, the staff were very attentive and friendly and I was loving the music, it was abit of 90s R'n'B which was great 👍 I'd definitely recommend Hello Burger.

The food was excellent, like the cocktails, but above all the waiter/bartender was the ABSOLUTE best, so nice and friendly.

We've loved Hello Burger since we found it in lockdown... would you believe that this is our first time in the restaurant?! Why did we leave it so late?! Lovely place, great music, INCREDIBLE food. Buffalo wings have a great zing (I ordered 40 one year for me to eat whilst watching superbowl!) And the burgers cooked to perfection. Had the F.I.G. tonight and the Costello.... I'm salivating again!! Just go, if you're trying to make up your mind - JUST GO!!! The owner is a true gentleman! And let's be honest, supporting local is the best right? Thank you.... We will be back again!

I’ve been to Hello burger a number of times now with my family, the food is incredible and a wide range of different drinks to choose from! I would recommend the Station Road Ice Tea cocktail its lovely!

Absolutely delicious. I love a good burger and this is one of the best burgers that I have ever had. All fresh and home made. I had the Costello with blue cheese sauce, garlic aolii, really good quality bacon, gherkins....fabulous. Will be back.

My wife and I visited Hello Burger last evening, for the first time since before lockdown. What a lovely experience it was too. The food was just as good as we remembered and the establishment, which has been remodelled a little since our last visit, was very clean and welcoming. However, what made it a truly memorable visit was the friendliness of the owner. He worked very hard to make sure everyone dining had all they needed and went above and beyond to present a welcoming ambiance. We would highly recommend it, and will certainly be putting our money where our mouths are by visiting again very soon.

We had a wonderful evening at Hello Burger this weekend, the owner is so lovely and accommodating. He booked a large group of us in for my birthday which I really appreciated as it was quite last minute. Everyone had a great time, the food was delicious and the cocktails were brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, tbh we were in there a few days prior and you can see what a friendly place it is based on how the staff and management speak to each other. It was perfect, great background music, lovely food and drinks, everyone had a great time and will all be recommending it to their own friends. Thank you team, from a very happy customer and her family xx Oh! Forgot to add, I'm a vegetarian (I know, veggie in a burger restaurant lol) You can have pretty much any burger off the menu and swap the patty for a high quality vegan patty. All food is made fresh on the premises so they are very accommodating for dietary requirements.

We have eaten burgers here on numerous occasions Unfortunately the experience yesterday was well below par. We had a collection with the burgers ready in 10 mins. The burger I had was swimming in fat and cheese sauce, saturating the bun making the whole experience inedible. Beef patty over cooked and were not fresh. In what is a competitive field this was not good. Hope the experience is better next time.

What else can I say? The food was simply amazing! I tried the Nutorious FIG burger and it was a perfect mix of savory and sweet. The patty was cooked just right, and the sauce brought it all together beautifully. A big shout out to Liam and Tony for giving such awesome service! I highly recommend Hello Burgers, guys! 💯🍔

A big group of friends wanted decent burgers after a long days golf. We was recommended to go to Hello Burger. They managed to fit us in, everyone was thrilled with their meals, a very wide variety of choice, friendly attentive staff, a great vegetarian option and cracking atmosphere at an affordable price. We tried to order on uber eats but struggled as needed our order to be gluten free. After speaking to the restaurant direct, they took our order, checked every sauce on the burger was gluten free and delivered it themselves to our front door without any extra cost. Thank you!

The hubby and I found this gem by chance, and so glad we did! The burgers were one of the best we’ve had in a long time - the beef just melted in your mouth 😍 can’t wait to come back here soon! Thanks to Ollie for the amazing drinks and Molly who was an excellent hostess!

Having walked past here for the past 8 years we decided to give it a visit, and realised we'd missed a great place to eat. The service was very good, from being seated and our order taken and being served. Excellent food. Good job by Tony and the team, will definitely go back and won't wait 8 years.

Wow this place which is meant to be trendy had no Alcohol Free (AF) beer, all restaurants normally offer at least a couple of options on the drinks menu they had a title which said 'Alcohol Free cocktails'..however ...these were not AF cocktails as they had no AF spirits in them they were soda mix with fruit juice. AF spirits are readily available and I was surprised that this place which was full of offerings of cocktails had NO AF cocktails... even Miller and Carter offer 3 cocktails with alcohol free spirits (Lyre) and a selection of AF beers. It a shame as the food here was great ... but the fact that there were no adult AF offerings especially AF beer ruined our experience. Hopefully the management will take my comments on board and change there menu to include AF offerings as if these were on offer you will be surprised at how many people order them..my suggestion is the company called Lyres that do 12 types of AF spirits and are used in multiple bars and restaurants

Back to Hello burger for a lovely night out with family and friends. Food was amazing ! We had friends travel far to come and eat with us here and they absolutely loved it ! We also went for the bottomless cocktails which are delicious 💗💗💗💗 Staff we so helpful and friendly they couldn't do enough for us. Will be back again soon for sure. If you are looking for burgers at their best and good drinks in the area this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed 💗💗💗💗

What a lovely meal. We picked Hello Burger a bit last minute, but they still accommodated us. We had been the other side of the water and had booked a well known chain of restaurants table (we had to leave because of the mess/filth/service- before we had even ordered)- we arrived at HB to a friendly face, welcoming staff, clean doors and tables, nice music and knew straight away were are in a much better place. Made our minds up to support local and support our small businesses- take a leaf out of our books and commit to supporting our local restaurants.

We order through Uber eats .The burgers that we got was with instructions and extras that we paid for .One of them was supposed to be plain ,well it wasn’t .The second burger was supposed to be without any bacon and with added pickles and removed some other stuff .We didn’t found any pickles in there and the bacon was in the burger .I won’t even comment over the chicken inside -half of it was not fully cooked .The delivery was quick ,but the quality of the food was not so good . And the Uber eats customer service wasn’t able to do anything ,because it’s independent place .I will definitely not order again

Good call me out instantly and was cold unfortunately, it was also swimming in a thick bland sauce. The burger was rubbery and the soft drink selection very slim. Music loud and the decor doesn’t go with the vibe of the place. Waiter bored and chef unapologetic, still had to pay full price and it was a hefty price!

As someone who works in hospitality I can honestly say the service from Tony, not sure if he’s the GM or what, was absolutely leaps and bounds above expectations. There was a new waitress Holly who was also very good. The suggestions for food were so good I ended up bringing a burger home! Would highly recommend and will be returning!

Having visited this restaurant more than a few occasions, Tonight’s food was of poor quality. The chicken burger was chewy. The meat burgers were quite raw. The wings were small and very dry not edible. Never experienced this before at Hello Burger !! Not sure what has happened. Service was good the waitress who served us was pleasant and understanding.

Four of us went after the Coronation and had not been for a while. We were not disappointed. Excellent 'proper' burgers, great fries (Cajun) and also excellent Asian chicken wings. Great service. Highly recommended. A real Sidcup gem. We'll be going back.

It's run by young staff the burgers are over priced full of burger sauce slightly burnt had no taste only taste was the sauce I had the smokey Joe rubbish we had chips with parmesan cheese when they arrived they had rosemary as well the plain chips were covered in salt when you are paying 10 pounds for a burger and 4 pounds for chips you don't expect to be smothered in sauce and salt and definitely not rosemary I would not recommend hello burger not worth the money mc Donald's would be better

You would have to go a long way to find a better burger. Lovely staff and great cocktails. We always go to the Sidcup one. I can’t say if the chicken or beef is better as they are both excellent. Try the Station Road Iced Tea cocktail, its delicious.

The staff were very pleasant and service was good but the food was very average and a McDonalds would have gone down better. Burger average, chips undercooked and too salty and not overly impressed with the coleslaw.

Don't listen to the negative reviews. These burgers ARE AMAZING. They are honestly some of the best burgers you'll ever have. Their sides are also spot on. I've tried their wings, halloumi fries, chips.... all are amazing. I'd recommend ordering with ranch sauce and dipping it in as this has changed my life. PS the wings comes with it. Honestly, this place is fantastic. They're a small business so sometimes there are human errors, I will admit, but just give them a call with a friendly attitude and they'll fix everything for you and then some. I've said far too much, but this place is honestly the best. Definitely worth not getting a summer bod for.

Nice enough burgers. No atmosphere and we were the last couple to leave at 8.30 on a Saturday night! My main issue was the fries were so salty I was sweating. Yes, I should have sent them back but when I raised this when paying the bill I was told, yes, a few people have said that!! Unbelievable. They have told they over season but refuse to do anything about it. Madness. We won’t be going back

Ordered via uber eats. An hour later called them. Was told the order was out for delivery. Called back 15mins later then told kitchen missed the order and would do one now. No offer of compensation or complimentary anything.

What a horrible experience. They wouldn’t take our legal tender Scottish pounds- won’t be back. Bad in this day and age - after all- we are all one nation!

Appalling service and food!! Ordered food via deliveroo, food came on time but the driver sat outside our flat (we had no idea) didn’t get out which is fair because it’s raining, however we was told that we was called 6 times by the restaurant, it turns out they had the wrong number from the app. We are not sure how this happened as we checked the app and the number is correct. I understood all of this and they offered to remake our food and my partner would now collect…well what they sent was never fresh food! Cold and soggy, everything that was meant to be hot was cold and all the drinks and dips were warm…it was the same order that had sat for at least an hour! All I was offered was a discount for next time but there will not be a next time!

Just shockingly slow service. I mean really bad. Finished our long-awaited starters before our drinks even came! To be fair they did take our cocktails off the bill as way of an apology but the place wasn't even busy. I did enjoy the food but it wasn't enough for me to consider returning. A shame really as we were looking forward to the meal out.

Food was good but thought drinks expensive for what they were. Mens toilet needed cleaning but in fairness the guy cleaned them as soon as he was told.

Updated review These are still some of the best burgers around, but that's if it arrives on time if at all... I'm not sure how their delivery system works, but it doesn't work well... We've had food delivered to the wrong address, arrive cold (and late), not arrive at all after and hour and a half wait (we cancelled, because they weren't sure when it would arrive) and in general the customer service has been prickly. What a shame, because the burgers are really good (hence why we keep trying to order).

Extortionate prices and watch out for the service charge (not compulsory) plus i asked to pay half she asked me to add it up on my phone? 🤔 Rude and im bad at math so could of been embarrassing, £23.70 for chicken burger and chips and a fiver for a 330ml of beer is crazy im in Sidcup high Street not the west end lol

Excellent burgers. I just called in, asked for a takeaway and ....Shazam.... fifteen minutes later it was in my hands all warm and cooked ready to eat when I got home. Very nice it was too.

We had my daughters 21st birthday meal at the Sidcup restaurant and we had a fantastic night. The staff were attentive, friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure the whole family had a good time. There was over 20 of us yet the food came out together and catered to all our dietary requirements. The restaurant had good music, delicious food, fab cocktails and a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend going here. Thank you to the whole team who made my daughters birthday celebrations so special, we can't thank you enough.
