I’m a big eater and a burger connoisseur, travelling a lot I always ensure i hit up the best burgers in town. The double cheese here is goat level, I’ll definitely be going back, it’s a proper munch that unlike most burger joints, you will remember your first bite.

Can’t fault the food, burgers & fries were great, service was not! Started ok if not a little strange. We said thanks waitress said ‘Good Luck’! Food arrived before drinks as they’d been left sat on the bar. Wanted to order more drinks & desserts gave up after 45 mins without any further contact with the waitress & went up to the bar to ask for the bill to be told go back to your table & it will be brought over - I’d done that already for 45 mins! Bill then put on the table with a ‘give me a shout when you are ready to pay’! Now please! Such a shame as it’s a really nice place to eat with great food.

Haven’t been here since it’s opening and now kicking myself 🤣 great quality food and menu, very well priced and most importantly the service was friendly, personable and very attentive. Will be back!

It's really nice the good is simple but amazing and full of flavour with a good amount of options available. My veggie and love the option to swap the meat burgers out.

Ordered a meal deal through deliveroo, my Mrs is veggie due to health reasons so rang the restaurant to confirm that there was no meat, was confirmed that there was no meat in the veggie burger as they make you pick a protein. Burger arrives and has chicken in it. I call the restaurant and am told “there nothing we can do.” Pathetic excuse to a fairly serious situation. Other than that, chips are unseasoned and undercooked, burger (the one that was made correctly to order) was poorly constructed and bacon was burnt. Avoid if you value your taste buds or health.

The food and cocktails are good and reasonably priced. Tony was good to talk to and happy to chat when not busy dealing with other orders.

We were a family of 8 visiting all of different ages. Excellent service food and atmosphere. We all had different burgers including beef, chicken and vegetarian. We all said best burgers we’ve had. Also had cocktails. Excellent choice for good and drinks. Will definitely return.

We all said best burgers we’ve had. Highly recommend the Chicken Le Bleu one. Very good choice on menu including vegan and vegetarian options. We also had cocktails and mocktails. Again very good choice of cocktails too. Will definitely return.

This place never disappoints! We ordered a takeaway tonight and asked for gluten free - they stated they would use the gluten free fryer - brilliant! The food was delicious as always.

Our experience was good, the service was fast and good. Burgers were delicious, cajun fries were fresh but, we didn’t like the cajun was only spice as a flake.

The meat in the burger was frozen, I refused the first burger and the second one was a little better but I still don't recommend it

Use this service several times food amazing burgers so unique customer service amazing ( Shout out to lee customer Service 10/10) my number 1 go to Burger spot. My favourite is the notorious fig but when in a cheese mood the camembert Hits the spot also. Price and quality definitely Worth it!

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had

Ordered via uber eats. Most of the order was missing. I ordered 3 Burgers and 2 portions of chips. I received only 2 burgers and no chips. Would love to blame Uber as usually they are to blame, however the bag came sealed. Got a partial refund from uber for the items however with the cost of delivery fees it's a choice between paying extra to recieve the food I origionally ordered or go without.

Picked up a takeaway from here, the burgers are always delicious. It was a bit of a pain with the wait for Uber eats to deliver and I rang the restaurant but there was no answer. The burgers arrived eventually and they was very nice

Had a lovely meal at Hello Burger yesterday. The burgers were delicious and appreciated the great service by Molly who worked so hard making sure everyone in the restaurant was looked after. So polite, welcoming and professional!

I used to really enjoy the burgers at Hello Burger. But having had an Uber eats delivery, I am extremely disappointed. The big veggie was totally overcooked, burnt. The fries were stone cold & soggy. Tiny bit of lettuce in both burgers.

Horrible. Came in 2016. I'm amused to see they deleted my review. Came in, I was the only customer. I told them how I wanted my burger. They took almost 40 minutes to get me a mediocre burger. Last time I left a review, the manager tried to say he doesn't want me to return. Funny that, as when I was stood their asking for my money back or my burger, he didn't bother returning my money. He went and vanished! Then... in his reply, he tried to allude to me scaring the customers. Well, if you have common sense and apparently scary - give me a refund! Simple! Don't eat here! The burgers in Wetherspoons are better too!

Lovely, cosy restaurant and great food at a reasonable price. I'm a big fan of the tap water served right at the start without asking. Might not mean much for others but I always like to have water regardless if I drink anything else so I appreciate this. I love that you can also switch between beef, chicken and veg patties! I tried the notorious F.I.G and really liked the balance of the sweet and savoury😋 I also had Cajun fries which were nice especially with the garlic mayo sauce. I didn't expect the sauce to be free so that was a pleasant surprise :) will definitely be coming again to try out their other burgers! Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, the food looked too good and I ate it before thinking about taking a photo

Perfect again as always! Hands down the best burgers around. It’s everything you want in a burger. Plus great cocktails, service and atmosphere. I love coming here and having a good proper burger with all the trimmings! Thanks again HB!

Very average. Burger is okay. No complaints, no amazement. Fries are ~£4-5 depending on what you get, and they’re just thin frozen fries. The portion size of the fries is tiny aswell. The portion size and quality combined is worth like 10p - it’s just frozen fries from Lidl. I think it’s disrespectful. If you’re gonna use cheap fries, at least don’t try to charge prices as if you’re making them homemade. Service isn’t amazing aswell. Been 3 times and each time I’ve had to wait at least 25 mins for a burger and fries even when it’s quiet.

Update 3.....back again and extremely impressed!! Burgers back to there best, but again I did order my sauce on the side. Now serving draft lager as well!! Staffing amazing, polite and friendly especially the lovely Molly. My only complaints all 4 portions of chips served cold and menu needed updating. Update 2.....back dining in and reasonably happy after my disastrous takeaway. What i did realise is that you have to order the burger sauce on the side as its so runny and make the burger buns sloppy also the patties are served medium-rare so there is quite a bit of juice from the actual burger but excellent taste. Great skin on and sweet potato Fries...... Update.... this latest review is regarding the takeaway/collection service. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time I've used there collection services and had the same bad results, the burgers are being served smothered in sauce which reduces the buns to a mushy mess. Even on the burger we requested no sauce the bottom bun was soaked with meat juices, see photos. The buffalo hot chicken wings where tiny and resembled more of a sparrows wing then any chickens and considerably overpriced! 45 min wait for collection. We received only lettuce on the burgers and they've also removed skinny Fries from there menu. However I still rate dining in at the restaurant on pervious experiences pre-lock down at a 5 ⭐ rating. The real king of the burgers! Beautiful beef patties combined with fresh ingredients to make one of the best burgers joints you can get locally. Wide choice of cocktails and some good beers. Good for couples and groups, always seems busy so best to book. Good friendly staff.

Honestly was socking, they had no chicken or onions… my burger looked as if it was cooking for three days, my girlfriend’s burger was bright pink.. not sure if there chefs are on serious amounts of hard drugs but they are clueless individuals…. They need to go home and learn to cook. a burger place they ain’t got a clue how to cook burgers…… stay very clear of this place, ignore the good reviews it’s food is a sick joke. Hello burger, more like see u later burger… Wish I could give a 0/5.

My husband took me here the other day, it was our first visit and I have to say it was so good! We are both vegetarian and it isn't easy to find a decent veggie burger, especially as I don't eat the meat substitutes. The burger and cocktails were really tasty, the staff were very attentive and friendly and I was loving the music, it was abit of 90s R'n'B which was great 👍 I'd definitely recommend Hello Burger.

We've loved Hello Burger since we found it in lockdown... would you believe that this is our first time in the restaurant?! Why did we leave it so late?! Lovely place, great music, INCREDIBLE food. Buffalo wings have a great zing (I ordered 40 one year for me to eat whilst watching superbowl!) And the burgers cooked to perfection. Had the F.I.G. tonight and the Costello.... I'm salivating again!! Just go, if you're trying to make up your mind - JUST GO!!! The owner is a true gentleman! And let's be honest, supporting local is the best right? Thank you.... We will be back again!

I’ve been to Hello burger a number of times now with my family, the food is incredible and a wide range of different drinks to choose from! I would recommend the Station Road Ice Tea cocktail its lovely!

Absolutely delicious. I love a good burger and this is one of the best burgers that I have ever had. All fresh and home made. I had the Costello with blue cheese sauce, garlic aolii, really good quality bacon, gherkins....fabulous. Will be back.

My wife and I visited Hello Burger last evening, for the first time since before lockdown. What a lovely experience it was too. The food was just as good as we remembered and the establishment, which has been remodelled a little since our last visit, was very clean and welcoming. However, what made it a truly memorable visit was the friendliness of the owner. He worked very hard to make sure everyone dining had all they needed and went above and beyond to present a welcoming ambiance. We would highly recommend it, and will certainly be putting our money where our mouths are by visiting again very soon.

We had a wonderful evening at Hello Burger this weekend, the owner is so lovely and accommodating. He booked a large group of us in for my birthday which I really appreciated as it was quite last minute. Everyone had a great time, the food was delicious and the cocktails were brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, tbh we were in there a few days prior and you can see what a friendly place it is based on how the staff and management speak to each other. It was perfect, great background music, lovely food and drinks, everyone had a great time and will all be recommending it to their own friends. Thank you team, from a very happy customer and her family xx Oh! Forgot to add, I'm a vegetarian (I know, veggie in a burger restaurant lol) You can have pretty much any burger off the menu and swap the patty for a high quality vegan patty. All food is made fresh on the premises so they are very accommodating for dietary requirements.

We have eaten burgers here on numerous occasions Unfortunately the experience yesterday was well below par. We had a collection with the burgers ready in 10 mins. The burger I had was swimming in fat and cheese sauce, saturating the bun making the whole experience inedible. Beef patty over cooked and were not fresh. In what is a competitive field this was not good. Hope the experience is better next time.

What else can I say? The food was simply amazing! I tried the Nutorious FIG burger and it was a perfect mix of savory and sweet.
