What The Flip Burgers in Bexley

Ordered 2 weeks ago and food was almost 30 minutes late for quoted delivery time and cold on arrival. I sent the food back with the driver and when the restaurant called, I asked for a refund which was not issued. This is the first time I've had a problem with them, but because they were unwilling to refund my money, it's also the last time they'll ever get a penny from me. Extremely poor customer service.

The food was really nice when it first opened now has changed owners the service is terrible and the muppet who drives for them needs his licence taken

We buy regularly and the food is amazing everytime and everything is so freshly made ,Loaded chips are yum and the burgers are superb especially the chicken burger.

Food is raw and freezing cold. The burger was just sloppy inedible

Delivery has been really slow lately and food arrived luke warm. It's nothing to do with the restaurant, but they really need to sort out the drivers.

After using what the flip on a few occasions over the years i can honestly say its gone down hill in a number of ways. Tonight the burger was dreadful! One very flopply slither of lettuce and a withered slice of tomato, shed load of oil and overall tasted disgusting. The fries and halloumi were both so salty you couldn't eat them. Every meal went in the bin. Such a shame. I never leave reviews but after paying high prices you expect it to At least be edible!

Best burgers in sidcup. Burgers are a good size and fresh and tasty, fries are homemade and wings are really good. Only thing I would say is that it’s on the pricy side but it’s worth paying extra for quality.

I’ve driven past this place a couple times and just didn’t know if I should stop or not. Likely today I’ve made the best decision of my life. From the second I walked in I was welcomed by the handsome man at the front and he kindly explained to me how the menu works since I ain’t been here before. I ended up ordering a chicken with the preferred topping as a meal. My belly keeps thanking me till this second for the decision. I must say, nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Way better than five guys and I don’t even wanna mention McDonald’s in the same sentence as them. Just unreal. I will definitely be back very soon and hopefully by then I have built the courage to ask the guy at the front for he’s number 🤭

I just want to start of by saying that this place is absolutely unreal, the staff are super friendly, especially the lovely young man at the front! The food quality is top, they make the bread themselves daily and also most sauces!! Everything is like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. I just tried the loaded fries today and from the first bite I could find the words to explain how I was feeling. Truly unbelievable! Well done guys! Keep up the great work.

Right, I’ve been eating at this place for a couple years now. I couldn’t help but notice some of the bad reviews. I don’t understand that not everyone has the same taste but reading these reviews forced me to leave one back since I have never had a bad meal at this place for years! The food always turns out outstanding and gets to my door on time and flaming hot. Everything is made in house so the flavours are something you just won’t experience anywhere else besides at what the flip! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the people or the restaurant itself, recently it changed owner and since then everything got even better! I won’t make this too long but it’s just unreal, try it for yourself and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The chicken burger was great, one of the best in the local area IMO. Had a brief chat with the owner who told me that he makes everything himself from scratch which you could tell from the taste. Don’t let the location or the decor turn you off.

Burger was dry and tasteless onion rings are cheap onion rings not what is advertised chips where very hot but not salted like advertised and person on the phone couldn’t understand me

Food never turned up after waiting 1h 30! Trying ring so many times no answer Won’t be ordering again save your money and go somewhere else

I went in this shop today, the floor was dirty, I ordered x2 burger x2 chips = £20.00 have to say was worst chips I’ve ever seen, like they were half peeled an cooked in dirty oil, burger wasn’t very nice had some runny sauce all over it and was very soggy!!!! Avoid this take away

Ordered take away. Food came quite quickly. I called the restaurant in person to tell them the food was AMAZING!! I had butterfly chicken burger and chips. Was one of the best burgers ive ever tasted and the chips were outstanding. I order take out often, but this will most likely be my go to place unless im in the mood for something very specific like a curry, these guys will get my business every time.

Well where to start I was super excited to get a takeaway from here as it had been closed for a while and what a disappointment came with sause even though i specified none nmore monetary jack cheese to choose just cheap nasty square cheese and the chips were like scraps

Had the Chicken Big flip burger with spicy fries, and was more than satisfied. Chips were well seasoned and big portion size. Burger was really juicy and well flavoured. Enjoyed thoroughly and would highly recommend.

Accidentally bumped in to this place. Had a meal deal, burger and chips and can tell you it was perfect! Tough battle between burger and chips, salty chips have won it. Definitely will come back.

Awful.....ordered a take away pretty simple stated there should be no cheese or sauce in one burger it came filled with both. The chips were soggy and wet it was disgusting. For a restaurant with such good reviews it leads me to question are those reviews fake because the food I’ve just received is lucky to get 1 star

First time order, done as a takeaway for 3 people. No one happy. Food cold. Buns stale. Chips hard and wrinkled, obviously old and covered in grease. Couldn't eat them. Missing onion ring. Will not be ordering again. Can't believe they'd allow food of that standard to leave the kitchen. No care or effort made. Took over 30 mins (from when the driver left with the order) to deliver from just over a mile away. I look for the positives when I leave reviews - a bad review is rare for me but I could barely discern potential for their burgers at best. I feel bad but not as bad as the food I paid for. I'll give 2 marks only because it could all have been totally inedible.

Went to What the flip. Friendly staff. Juicy beef burgers, nice buns, really nice chips. Would go again.

Excellent customer service, very clean. Now to the food... Was a bit dubious at first, is it really worth that! But the food was absolutely delicious, the burger was juicy and the filling was fresh... The chips were very hot and mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection. We're bikers so we've tasted our fair share of take aways but by fair this place out does Big Moes where I pay double what I did just for 2 burgers 🍔 and 2 fries 🍟 🤦🏾‍♀️💵

Zero complaints, the chicken wings were tender and smoky, the cheesy fries were clearly freshly made and covered in molten cheese, a dream for a cheese lover like me 🤣 would 100% recommend! Also they had my order ready so fast, defo going back when I'm in the area again 😤😤

I was hoping this would be banging but I was disappointed. The burger was ok. Medium rare but burnt on outside. Nice levels of topping. They gave a large portion of chips. The wings had serious LACK of seasoning and were burnt. All in all it just taste burnt. Man needs to up the griddle game as he cooking off too hot and too quick. Also marinate heavily / par cook wings first
