Exceptionally poor quality and extremely overpriced, just make your wings at home honestly

The store took 45 minutes to prepare a bucket meal

Delivery driver did not deliver drink

courier arrived driving a car not a bicycle. Was a small red hatchback

Accidentally put wrong address when I did change it to mine but somehow it changed back to one that wasn’t mine. When I was messaging the courier they never responded and never delivered the food.

There’s x2 bits of chicken missing

Food was cold out of a 10 piece family feast 7 were chicken drumsticks very poor would never order again

Sent us the wrong order. Driver was rude. Told him it was the wrong order said no check the bag as I went to check to show him he drove away. Said he isn’t going back

food was in transit for minimal time yet arrived horridly cold. Ended up eating less than half then throwing away.

3rd time of ordering from this place, first 2 times after numerous push backs of my delivery time my orders were cancelled. This time after again numerous pushbacks my order was delivered, not all of it but we’re getting closer!!

Good hot, gravy in place, good chicken

I paid for 1 extra piece of chicken and they wrote that there was no side breast and just didn’t put the chicken in, the burger was thrown together and completely fell apart the chips were cold, really disappointing

This KFC for some reason is not as good as other branches, everything tastes dry and under seasoned, food was Luke warm, hot wings were dry and taste funny. I don’t know if it’s the management or just the way they cook food there. Somethings definitely not right.

3 tiny bits of chicken and forget the sauce which I paid an extra 60p

advised delivery was 23 mins at 17.16. courier tracking was unavailable. Courier was permanently only halfway to delivery. once tracking was available it showed courier back at restaurant. Delivery finally made at approximately 17.59. Fries were mainly undercooked and hard to chew. Highly unlikely to use either kfc or user eats again

Missing the zinger burger to the trilogy box

Chips were cold , and everything everywhere in at not packed well .

Food was stone cold when arrived, watched the delivery driver go 2 miles from my house when k live 0.8 miles from the kfc and was very sarcastic towards me.

Considering it's Friday, our order arrived very quickly and it came with a free portion of popcorn chicken, (nice). If there's one thing to grumble about it's the number of drumsticks in our bargain bucket.

During my visit on [29th of October], I observed this staff member engaging with delivery drivers in a discourteous and dismissive manner. Rather than providing guidance or assistance, he was abrasive and unwelcoming, going so far as to tell drivers not to come to the restaurant to pick up orders. He insisted that, while he was present, he would not allow deliveries to be picked up, thereby obstructing the flow of service and potentially delaying orders to customers. This attitude toward the delivery staff reflects poorly on the restaurant and detracts from the respectful, professional atmosphere that customers and partners expect from a reputable establishment. Additionally, as a regular patron, I am disappointed to see behavior that can disrupt the relationship between the restaurant and its essential delivery services. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to address this behavior. Consistent, courteous customer and partner interactions are crucial, and I hope to see improved conduct in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

Initially delivery time was 6.25 but kept changing and arrived at 7 , which is annoying when you have children waiting and hungry . Food was excellent though .

Smashed it.. usualy when I order food there something missing. probably because I order a lot of food... but there was nothing missing in this order. kids were happy. which meant I was happy... which meant she was happy.. even the dog was happy, and I don't have a dog... which is great. Will definitely be ordering again. don't know when though. il let you know when I know... Tell them Dan sent you. they'll let you out back to the secret rave after hours.

Drinks were not cold. Food was cold. Delivery took a long time. Got items wrong; wings instead of chicken piece, beans instead of corn.

Ordered a bucket and was in and out in a minute

Disappointing delivery from KFC Welling. Food packed so tightly into bag resulting in bag being broken when delivered with those foods exposed no longer hot. We were missing food (chicken strip) and out of 14 pieces of chicken we got 10 drumsticks. Will have to pick up next time 😞

Not delivered at all. He went to wrong house and didn’t make any effort. I was standing on the road waiting for him in the cold. Someone now had my £53 order for FREE!! Driver needs to be disciplined. I contacted the Customer Support but they are “still looking into it”
