KFC Welling in Bexley

Ordered food from here last night 3 out of the 4 people eating were sick all night. Won’t be ordering again

Absolutely terrible. Both myself and my daughter were extremely sick and my partner also felt unwell. The food was greasy and poor quality. We will not be eating KFC again

The food was OK it was what I was expecting but the security was very rude I am 14 and the took me to the toilet I was there for a couple minutes that come banging on the door and then accused me of doing drug in toilet and that I was I There for 20 min and was no ever allowed to charge my phone I am very disappointed and will not be coming back

Missing half of the food, not able to contact the restaurant, just really disappointing and poor all round

Food was lovely and hot driver was so friendly and helpful I sent it to wrong address and he brought to me . But there were 3 items missing from my order all large sides

I use this place often as a takeout the service is normal quite good but they do forget things sometimes which is very annoying after you get home and sat down. Parking can be a nightmare sometimes. Update 22/3/19 last week they forgot to put 2 portions of chips in we only had 3 meals can't be that hard to get right this week had legs of chicken in a meal when I specifically said NO legs about 3 or 4 times I think part of the problem must be they all speak a different language to each other or just can't be bothered. Also the chips are disgusting now they have changed. Updated. Ordered 4 meals and only got 3 portions of chips how hard can it be to count to 4. Update 29 September 2024 Just had a delivery not much has changed forget a portion of chips and should have had a free portion of popcorn chicken,

The delivery never made it to us, I even tried to call kfc and didn’t get an answer. The arrival time just kept moving and never appeared.

Order arrived with damaged bag. The bag was ripped! Always a problem when ordering. Will not order again!

Asked for no drumsticks in order of 4 pieces of chicken and got 2 and 2 smallest pieces they could find that looked like they had been sat on. Poor quality and chips were cold. Half order end up in the bin because no one eats drumsticks they are horrible

Great food, high quality, best curry for miles and miles, always very tasty. Just love the food there.

I am not happy with the order. The bucket only had 8 pieces of chicken and ordered the 10 piece bucket. The chips stone cold overall poor

Ordered food for kids, got home there was no chips and corn for them.Very disappointed. Kids ended up crying..Terrible

Ordered 10 piece bucket. Pieces so small , very little chicken. Waste of money.

Food was fine but the drink was warm, as with delivery they send cans. They need to be refrigerated.

The worst £22 ever spent food cold chips thrown away black bits on Potatoes only two pieces of chicken although cold had flesh on them. One piece of chicken should never have been sent just bones tiny bones very dangerous as well to be eaten.

Delivery was late and the status keep changing.

Order completely wrong! Sent me a mini fillet instead of a fillet burger! Bbq bites were missing!

I ordered a 14 piece variety bucket, of those 14 pieces, they gave 11 drumsticks, yes, 11 out of the 14 were drumsticks. If this were in-store they would not have the nerve to do this. absolutely terrible way to treat a customer!

I'm writing on behalf of my 70 year old grandma. A lady at the counter called her an old person, and when she said she'd order online, they pulled her back. The chips were soggy, they got our order wrong. We asked for 3 tangos, and they gave us 2 cokes and a tango. God forbid we go there again.

Order was missing 2 items and I am told I will not get refunded, how can a company get money out of people and not fulfill the order.

I ordered a tango but received a 7up.

Disgusting place. No customer service whatsoever, none of the staff give a toss. No ice in drink and horrible food. It also gave me food poisoning ☠️ Never eating KFC again

Our order has not been delivered the courier had the wrong order and me and my son are left with no dinner. The restaurant gave him the wrong order. I have no money to reorder until I receive refund.

No stars from me, this is the third time I’ve ordered where my WHOLE £14 MEAL was missing from my order. I am HANGRY and now my fiancé is sitting eating his dinner and I’m starving. Absolutely rubbish!

Arrived on Time, pipping hot. only downside no dip delivered. Driver was friendly.

kFC never read the message written on order. I wrote not to send chicken legs as I hate them, this was not read and they sent me chicken legs and this tiny bit of chicken which was the size of a nugget. If customers pay extra money then at least give them a decent piece of chicken and read your messages.

Missing food and Just eat are refusing a refund yet again. We were missing a whole boneless meal and all the extra chicken with the rice box meals, totaling £15 Daylight robbery.

The food was cold and tasted awful. That is the last time I will ever order KFC. The initial delivery time was 20 minutes. It became an hour.

Wasn't anything special, I find this often from the Welling branch. Not the best. Think I'll order from a different branch next time.

My last order was missing a couple of items. And suddenly my gravy turned into beans. Usually fine but today no.

App said my food was delivered so had to go wandering up & down the road looking for my delivery driver. after a while I finally found her after she was about 10 houses away & trying to ignore me. Very rude when I did eventually get my food from her.

The food quality wasn’t great. In the party bucket, the mini fillets was too salty, and tasteless. The original fillets were so so. Chips were good, gravy was ok. Overall not a good dining experience.

Absolutely disgusting food and diagusting customer service. Been sent the wrong food and food quality is lowest vomitable. Could not eat. Threw all out waste of money.

My food arrived I had to wait outside and driver was just sitting there, once I got my food it was literally cold, I’ve had to reheat the food and it completely ruined it

Food was freezing cold, chips were soggy and the pieces of chicken were squashed in the bag. Not crispy at all. Very disappointing.

I find it fascinating that a company like KFC would send out warm drinks with the order. That or the delivery drivers transport them in the wrong way.

This order arrived quickly BUT the food was very overcooked, tough the chicken was like string and hard. The chips were awful and after a couple of bites the whole lot went in the bin. This is not the first I have complained about this KFC in Welling, someone needs to have a word with them. I definitely won't be using them again, it's money down the drain but hey who listens!!!!! they got their money and we went without dinner. Very unhappy customer.

My food arrived cold because the driver after picking up my food was routed to an address in the opposite direction. My food was on the bike for more than 20 minutes and I followed the journey on the map. The delivery time kept changing after initially saying 19.42 it was delivered at 19.56. So it will feature as on time on your system but only because the time was adjusted to route the driver via another address in the opposite direction I understand that drivers sometimes make multi-stop deliveries but it should not be at the expense of making one of their deliveries below an acceptable level for eating. The whole meal was unsatisfactory when it arrived. Incredibly poor service for a product like a fillet burger that can't even be reheated

my order had a delivery time of 19.20 - 19.40 it turned up at 20.08 the chips were cold the burger was just warm I won't be ordering from just eat again terrible service

We got a delivery window for the food and the driver collected it - it then was delayed three times because the driver was sitting at another food venue waiting for an order for 15 minutes before starting the journey. They then went a longer way to get to us so I assume was dropping off other food! So the food was cold and soggy when it arrived which is very disappointing!

The driver took 17 minutes to deliver when I’m 8 mins away, they obviously took food to somewhere else first as it showed them going to a different place on the map and now all my food is completely cold! Very annoyed

Map showed driver delivered 2-3 orders prior to ours, at least 15 mins from leaving restaurant, then arrives on a push bike. Cold, soggy, Joke

So disappointing Ordered as a special treat. Only half the order turned up. Tried ringing , but someone kept cutting the phone off so no answer. Online chat was told we could have a part refund in the form of money off the next order?! This is not good enough. We want our dinner ! If we re order we’d have to pay all the service charge plus delivery fee a second time. It’s not on My hubby is starving

Just woke up 3.15am with bad guts and vomiting after ordering KFC from welling 21st April early evening. There is no where to complain about this on the KFC website or in your personal account. Stay away

2nd time the delivery was wrong, they don't answer the phone and my parents are without their food, please employ someone who can get the orders right in this branch, £2.50 owed as the delivery wasn't complete, this delivery missed 2 x chicken strips, I am going to try and ring although they do not answer the phone which is really frustrating when they haven't got the order correct. Very Disappointed and this branch needs looking into.
