Ordered on line and missing items.....again!

Smashed it.. usualy when I order food there something missing. probably because I order a lot of food... but there was nothing missing in this order. kids were happy. which meant I was happy... which meant she was happy.. even the dog was happy, and I don't have a dog... which is great. Will definitely be ordering again. don't know when though. il let you know when I know... Tell them Dan sent you. they'll let you out back to the secret rave after hours.

Didn’t get our popcorn chicken and one corn on the cob was missing.

Drinks were not cold. Food was cold. Delivery took a long time. Got items wrong; wings instead of chicken piece, beans instead of corn.

food was stone cold. they took a payment for 2 burgers but only sent one! called the restaurant but off course, they didn't pick up. absolutely terrible

The packaging was wet and the contents fell out on delivery everything was cold chips soggy and chicken chewy greasy and cold will never order from kfc again

Disappointing delivery from KFC Welling. Food packed so tightly into bag resulting in bag being broken when delivered with those foods exposed no longer hot. We were missing food (chicken strip) and out of 14 pieces of chicken we got 10 drumsticks. Will have to pick up next time 😞

when you order items you expect them to be there or something near to the instruction given not nothing like it and cold not good will not be using K F C Welling again

Not delivered at all. He went to wrong house and didn’t make any effort. I was standing on the road waiting for him in the cold. Someone now had my £53 order for FREE!! Driver needs to be disciplined. I contacted the Customer Support but they are “still looking into it”

security driver is very rude and misbehaving with everyone specially with the delivery drivers. This is not good behaviour from the KFC.

All good - nice and hot and tasty burgers. Only bad point was one of the burger buns was too well done so couldn’t eat.

No delivery had to collect, trying to say the driver didn’t pick it up, which they have to hand it to driver. 2 hours late

Never turned up received a call from the delivery driver at 7pm to check our address and by 7.45pm still no food and then the app stated that it was delivered but definitely not to us !

I use this place often as a takeout the service is normal quite good but they do forget things sometimes which is very annoying after you get home and sat down. Parking can be a nightmare sometimes. Update 22/3/19 last week they forgot to put 2 portions of chips in we only had 3 meals can't be that hard to get right this week had legs of chicken in a meal when I specifically said NO legs about 3 or 4 times I think part of the problem must be they all speak a different language to each other or just can't be bothered. Also the chips are disgusting now they have changed. Updated. Ordered 4 meals and only got 3 portions of chips how hard can it be to count to 4. Update 29 September 2024 Just had a delivery not much has changed forget a portion of chips and should have had a free portion of popcorn chicken. 3 Nov 2024 Just had another delivery and they forgot an 8 piece boneless box we only ordered 2 meals and they forgot to put one in, so can't even count to 2 now, this is an all time low even for KFC.

Again missing item, 8 piece boneless bundle and tower burger out of it's box and all over the inside of the bag. You lot are useless and that's putting it politely.

This individual’s conduct was not only unprofessional but also displayed a level of disrespect toward delivery personnel that I believe could impact the restaurant’s reputation and customer service quality. During my visit on [29th of October], I observed this staff member engaging with delivery drivers in a discourteous and dismissive manner. Rather than providing guidance or assistance, he was abrasive and unwelcoming, going so far as to tell drivers not to come to the restaurant to pick up orders. He insisted that, while he was present, he would not allow deliveries to be picked up, thereby obstructing the flow of service and potentially delaying orders to customers. This attitude toward the delivery staff reflects poorly on the restaurant and detracts from the respectful, professional atmosphere that customers and partners expect from a reputable establishment. Additionally, as a regular patron, I am disappointed to see behavior that can disrupt the relationship between the restaurant and its essential delivery services. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to address this behavior. Consistent, courteous customer and partner interactions are crucial, and I hope to see improved conduct in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

Given wrong piece of chicken with box meal

Delivery was on time fries were a bit cold, burger ok.

Horrible looking chicken. Skin torn off. No variety. Soggy chips. Food was very cold. Absolutely utterly disgraceful and a complete waste of money!!

Staff are terrible. They make you order on the screen and refuse to take orders in person. Always preferential treatment to delivery drivers. Bad attitude. Really put me off KFC. They need to change management.

The food was OK it was what I was expecting but the security was very rude I am 14 and the took me to the toilet I was there for a couple minutes that come banging on the door and then accused me of doing drug in toilet and that I was I There for 20 min and was no ever allowed to charge my phone I am very disappointed and will not be coming back

Food was fine but the drink was warm, as with delivery they send cans. They need to be refrigerated.

The worst £22 ever spent food cold chips thrown away black bits on Potatoes only two pieces of chicken although cold had flesh on them. One piece of chicken should never have been sent just bones tiny bones very dangerous as well to be eaten.

I ordered a 14 piece variety bucket, of those 14 pieces, they gave 11 drumsticks, yes, 11 out of the 14 were drumsticks. If this were in-store they would not have the nerve to do this. absolutely terrible way to treat a customer!

I'm writing on behalf of my 70 year old grandma. A lady at the counter called her an old person, and when she said she'd order online, they pulled her back. The chips were soggy, they got our order wrong. We asked for 3 tangos, and they gave us 2 cokes and a tango. God forbid we go there again.

Served by a person that literally didn't look at me, never mind say thank you when serving. No ice in the drink either. Will not return. KFC need to do better! Update: I got food poisoning ☠️
