KFC in Waltham Forest

Visité este KFC anoche. Muy decepcionado con el servicio. El servicio era pobre y el pollo estaba seco. ¿Esto es KFC?

The kitchen there is a horrible mess. They forgot my order and I had to request it. They messed up my order and did not even put chips. Not going there again and I do not recommend going there.

Muy mal nivel de comida y soy fanático de KFC. Personal antipático Asientos estrechos Tablas sucias Piso sucio con desperdicio de comida Mucha variedad cerca con tiendas de pollos, etc.

Pedí un banquete deshuesado para uno, ¡no me di cuenta hasta que llegué a casa que se habían olvidado de la mitad! (¡No hay frijoles ni pollo con palomitas de maíz, ni dip!) El pollo que recibimos era pequeño y seco. Completa desperdicio de dinero. No vendré de nuevo. No hay baños.

Mi pollo era cebada frita por la cantidad de tiempo que debió haber sido, mis papas frías y el personal, malhumorado y muy perezoso! No volveré a visitar.

Horrible experience. Ordered my meal and while doing so the male serving me was joking to another worker and wasn't paying me full attention. He got my order wrong. Didn't give me the source I asked for, gave my gravy instead of beans and gave me a Oreo krushem, not a malteaser. I go to this store regularly and they never give receipts and they didn't this time either. I only realised these mistakes when I got home so I called up to see if they can fix it if I was to come back in. At first he started talking over me, then shouting at me, then asked me if I speak English correctly (Ive been here all my life, so yes, I do), and then he just shouted that if I don't have a receipt theres no point me calling. While he was on the phone to me he was serving another customer, which Is just very rude. I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here unless you need to - Leyton Mills one Is much better and all staff have quality customer service.

The food here is very hit and miss, sometimes great and sometimes awful. I have avoided buying burgers from here now as too many bad experiences. Service from some staff is appalling

Greasy, impolite and rude. Staff aren't helpful and just seem to want to get you out to door asap. Not what I expect from an exablished branch

Can't fault the food. It's usual KFC. But staff are the most disinterested I have ever seen. Loud, impolite and weird.

Typical KFC food so no complaints - chicken is crispy as expected. Staff are friendly and quick. I get a takeaway a couple of times a month
